I'm very upset. I bought a surprise bag through TGTG. I went there specifically and because the owner doesn't agree with TGTG, the customer has to bleed. I won't set foot in there anymore, no matter how good the food is. When you arrive, you simply cancel with the reason that there would be no more food, which is a lie. Just avoid such bad people, hope karma takes care of it.

Went there for the first time because of the voucher book. Was recognized and accepted immediately (contrary to other reviews here, there were no problems at all!). Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Great food - we'll be back.

We came here because we discovered the restaurant in the voucher book. We were very surprised by the ambience, as it looks rather inconspicuous from the outside. The service is very friendly and quick. The food is very good. Price performance is also perfectly fine. It wasn't the last time we were here. By the way, we are my wife, the two children (7 & 10) and I. And everyone was very happy! There was also a lollipop for the kids during the payment process and the voucher book was accepted without any problems and the 4:2 variant was used.

COMPLETE DISASTER Very bad service. A small ayran costs 3 euros. I asked how much it cost and the man immediately got defensive and yelled at me. It is not recommended at all. It's best to eat somewhere else and really enjoy it. Definitely not here.

We ordered through Lieferando. The menu said Iskender Kebab with veal. Shortly after ordering, the boss called and wanted to charge €2.50 per portion for veal. There was a lot of discussion and in the end he said he was canceling the order. 2 days before everything was running at the prices stated in Lieferando. Absolutely not recommended, that's not how you treat customers.

We ate the Bosphorus pizza, the dough was ok, but we didn't like the kebab meat, it was of poor quality and was cut too thick, not well browned and stringy. Wouldn't eat there again.

Since the change in restaurant ownership and staff, the quality of the food and cleanliness has decreased significantly. What was particularly concerning to me was the fact that the staff were not wearing gloves when preparing the food. I also observed an employee who clearly had nothing to do playing at the food preparation station. Still, I decided to give the restaurant a chance and ordered my food. As I was enjoying my meal in the car, I found a long hair in it. This experience was extremely disappointing and not up to standards

The worst kebab sandwich I've ever tried. The seller tried to make it without gloves and the sandwich also contained skin and fluff. It was extremely disgusting and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Restaurant with the charm of an upscale kebab shop that serves authentic Turkish cuisine. My recommendation is the Bosporus kebab plate with veal (no mince!) and bulgur. Grilled vegetables are included as a topping and I could indulge myself.

My visit to the Bosphorus today was disappointing. The waitress showed little interest and was rude. Despite my clear request not to have onions in my kebab, my request was ignored. The food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price of €7.50. Shame about the experience.

We were there for the first time and we liked and enjoyed it. Portions were plentiful, it tasted good and was pleasantly seasoned, the boss (I perceived him as if it were him) served us in a friendly manner and gave us advice. Extra requests were no problem. We sat well and comfortably, but the music was a little too loud for our taste. Otherwise we felt comfortable. Card payment would have been possible. The prices may be a little higher than many “takeaway” restaurants, but I saw that before and was okay with it. In any case, I don't regret the visit at all.

Lecker gegessen und gemütlich gesessen zu einem fairen Preis. Gemüse Spieße mit Reis waren super, der schwarze Tee ebenfalls. Vorweg gab es aufs Haus etwas Brot mit Dips.

Wir waren hier einen Dönerteller mit Pommes und einen Lahmacun essen. Beides war geschmacklich ein Reinfall. Das Essen hat irgendwie nach nichts geschmeckt überhaupt nicht richtig gewürzt. Die Soße schmeckte nach nichts, viel zu wässrig. Die Preise sind schon etwas übertrieben hoch hier. Die Bedienung war allerdings sehr freundlich. Sorry aber eine Empfehlung kann ich hier nicht aussprechen.

Super Ambiente! Super Essen! Es schmeckt alles frisch und sehr lecker! Eine super türkische Küche! Ein super Koch!

Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass das Restaurant so groß und nett eingerichtet ist. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Grillaromen vom Holzkohlegrill waren deutlich zu schmecken. Auch die Dipps mit knusprigem, warmen Fladenbrot waren köstlich. Der Service ist super aufmerksam! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Lokal!

Von außen unscheinbar aber ein absolut super Laden. Ich war zweimal da, einmal habe ich vor Ort gegessen und das zweite Mal zum Mitnehmen bestellt und beide Male bin ich nicht enttäuscht worden. Zartes, dünn geschnittenes Fleisch mit knuprigem Brot und frischem, knackigem Salat. Auch Vegetarier haben hier eine vergleichsweise große Anzahl an Gerichten zur Auswahl. Beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich wieder Lahmacun mit Kalbfleisch, Salat und Cocktailsauce - kann ich nur empfehlen!

Heute zum ersten Mal im Bosporus Restaurant Recklinghausen gewesen, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, grosse Portionen, angemessene Preise. Hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl. ★★★★★

Essen war ok, etwas viele Knorpel im Dönerfleisch. Zudem habe ich Kalbfleisch bestellt und Hühnchen bekommen, wofür ich den Aufpreis auch hätte zahlen müssen hätte ich nicht auf den Fehler aufmerksam gemacht. Im gesamten aber ein süßer Imbiss der Comfort und Unterhaltung bietet sowie Bedienung am Tisch.

Bester Döner in RE. Hier kommt richtig gutes Fleisch zum Einsatz, nicht so ein Drehspieß. Die Zutaten sind frisch und der Döner schmeckt hervorragend. Preislich ist das ganze wirklich fair. Die Bedienung ist immer nett und man kann sich aussuchen, welche Zutaten man sich auf dem Döner wünscht. Neben dem guten Döner mit dem meine Meinung nach perfekten Brot( außen knusprig, innen weich), werden dort auch noch leckere Spieße über dem Holzkohlegrill und andere Spezialitäten über dem Steinofen zubereitet. Man sitzt dort in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre und kann den leckeren Döner verspeisen.

Das Essen schmeckt super! Alles kommt heiß am Tisch an und wird frisch zubereitet! Das Ambiente ist auch völlig okay. Mich persönlich haben die Fernseher mit Unterhaltungsmusik etwas gestört und manchmal riecht es sehr streng nach Reinigungsmitteln. Der Service war an unserem Tag verbesserungswürdig, es kamen Sachen falsch am Tisch an. Die Bedienung hatte wohl an dem Tag ihren ersten Tag und die Fehler sind somit zu entschuldigen.

Gemütliches Etablisment, sympathische Kellner*innen UND gutes Essen! Bosporus hat mit Abstand einer der saubersten Küchen in Recklinghausen und auf die Qualität des Fleisches kann man zu 100% vertrauen. Gelek Sipas! ✌🏼

Für das Ambiente drei Sterne,weil wir im Außenbereich gesessen haben.Das war okay!! Das Essen war echt lecker (5Sterne),Service freundliche Bedienung am Tisch(4.Sterne).

Döner War sehr gut. Aber Pommes waren viel zu wenig. Habe meinem Sohn Chicken Mc Nuggets Menü Nr.10 Bestellt. Der Abi macht so richtig Ehrenlos 5 Klitzekleine Fertig Chicken Mc Nuggets und ein paar Pommes auf Teller. Nicht mal Mayonnaise oder Ketchup dabei. Es kommen sehr Harte Zeiten auf uns zu in NRW wenn selbst die Südländer schon auf Spar Flamme Servieren.🤭

Als regelmäßige Kunden kehrten wir zu fünft ein und das vorerst zum letzten Mal. Die Preise haben deutlich angezogen, das Essen ist weniger und schlechter geworden, beim Bezahlen waren sehr unangenehme, unangebrachte Erklärungen von Nöten. Schade!

Das Original! Essen wie in der Türkei, sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gute Spezialitäten, Schafe dass es kein Raki gibt...
