Unglaublich gutes Essen in Hülle und Fülle, und die Inhaberin ist sehr nett. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, wissen wir, wo wir hingehen.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant. Sehr gute Speisekarte und das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir essen hier sehr oft. Sehr positiv ist, dass auch mittags geöffnet ist.

Wir waren schon eine Woche hier. Und wir sind eher zufällig hier gelandet. Es war Montag, und alles war entweder geschlossen oder öffnete erst spät. Obwohl sie noch nicht geöffnet hatten, wurden wir hier trotzdem herzlich empfangen. Wir haben hier unglaublich lecker gegessen. Nirgendwo sonst in der Woche war es so gut. Und dazu noch so viel zu essen und gar nicht teuer. Auch wichtig für einen typischen Niederländer. 🤭 Also, nicht verpassen, sondern sich verwöhnen lassen. Es ist super hier, und die Leute sind super freundlich und gastfreundlich. 👍🏼

Immer ein Plätzchen vorhanden. Essen ist lecker und das Bier schmeckt auch. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Immer abwechselnd Angebote. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Leider nach einigen Jahren war‘s nun nicht mehr so doll. Die Ćevapčići waren ziemlich klein geworden und Käsespätzle waren auch nicht doll! Die ehemals vergebenen 4 Sterne musste ich leider auf 2 zusammen schrumpfen lassen! Hoffe es wird mal wieder besser!

Das Bosna wirkt von außen eher einfach und hat eher keinen schönen Wirtshaus-Charme. Die Einrichtung ist eher lieblos zusammengestellt und auch die Sanitäranlagen bräuchten dringend mal ein Make-Over. Die bedienende Servicekraft ist eine eigene Marke für sich - etwas rabiat und mit einem deftigen Humor traf sie nicht bei allen Gästen auf Begeisterung. Bei der Bestellung wurde eine unschöne Diskussion über den Inhalt der Karte begonnen - hier war das Gespräch wirklich nicht passend und fast schon frech. Das Essen war dann aber recht lecker - mein Gulasch-Gericht war auf jedenfall wunderbar zubereitet. Auch andere fleischlastige, bosnische Gerichte sind auf der Karte zu finden. Sonderwünsche (z.B. Pommes ohne Salz) wurden leider einfach ignoriert. Demnach eher keine 100%ige Empfehlung für das Restaurant.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant vor Kurzem in Grainau besucht. Es war bosnisch, und wir wollten etwas Neues ausprobieren. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Erlebnis dort. Das Essen war hervorragend.

Es ist ein wahrhaft authentisches bosnisches Esserlebnis; das Team ist hervorragend, das Essen ist köstlich und wunderschön angerichtet, und alles schmeckt unglaublich frisch.

Wir waren am Sonntagabend dort essen, nachdem bei allen anderen Restaurants die Küche bereits geschlossen hatte. Nach einem kurzen Anruf haben wir hier sogar noch einen Platz bekommen – dafür schon einmal vielen Dank! Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders gefallen hat uns die familiäre und entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein rundum gelungener Abend mit tollem Service und super Essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

Sehr lecker, freundliche Bedienung und draußen Sicht auf die Zugspitze (wenn ich den Berg nicht verwechsel). Zwei Spezi 0,4, ein Schnitzel mit Pommes und einmal Cordon Bleu waren 52€. Im Gegensatz zum Hofbräuhaus in München bei dem das brathändl ausgetrocknet war, war das Cordon Bleu regelrecht zart. 🤤 Im Haus war nichts das modernste oder schönste, aber essen war super für den Preis und Toiletten sauber.

Niemals wieder. Essen war schlecht dunkles Bier bestellt und ein helles bekommen. Und bedienung diskutiert mit mir rum, wegen das Bier. Ich gebe mein Geld hier nicht mehr aus.

Draußen zu sitzen und den unglaublichen Blick auf die Berge Waxenstein und Zugspitze zu genießen, war fantastisch.

Wir hatten einen gemischten Salat, ein Schnitzel mit Spargel und ein Cordon Bleu und alles war sehr lecker! Die Kellnerin Susi war super freundlich, alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! Sollte man nicht verpassen, wenn man in Grainau ist!

Wir komme jeden Urlaub dort hin zum Essen. Gute Küche . Preisleistung OK. Nette Inhaber, sehr Familiär. Immer wieder gerne!

Nach einer langen Wanderung um den Eibsee waren wir begeistert, in Grainau authentische Balkanküche zu finden. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, brauchten wir keine Reservierung und fanden reichlich Platz. Die Atmosphäre ist so gemütlich, und die freundlichen Damen, die das Lokal führen, sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Essen war fantastisch – die Pljeskavica und Ćevapi waren köstlich, und selbst die Beilagen wie der Djuvec-Reis und die superknusprigen Pommes waren perfekt. Wenn Sie in der Gegend mal eine leckere Abwechslung von der üblichen bayerischen Küche suchen, sollten Sie unbedingt hierherkommen!

Gutes Essen, aber katastrophaler, unfreundlich und mürrischer Service! Es dauerte 20 min. bis die Getränke aufgenommen wurden und der Stress des Service wurde auf die Gäste projiziert. Kartenzahlung steht groß am Schild und man wird trotzdem hingewiesen, dass man das vorher ansprechen soll. Es könnte ja sein, dass das Kartengerät nicht funktioniert!?

Nettes Lokal in Grainau, sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Speisekarte besteht aus bosnischer/kroatischen Küche, sowie aus deutschen Gerichten. Auch einiges an vegetarischem ist dabei. Die Portionen sind groß, man wird satt. Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preislich gehobener, aber o.k. Kann man jedenfalls weiter empfehlen.

Wir sind spontan reingegangen, hatten aber bei Google vorher die Rezensionen geguckt. Schien bis dahin alles gut. Es kam eine ältere Frau und nahm die Bestellung auf. Das Tagesgericht und das Cevapcici Gericht. Wir konnten es leider nicht essen. Es hat einfach nicht geschmeckt. Die Cevapcicis sahen von außen nicht richtig gegrillt aus. Der Reis war pappig. Die Knödel und das Blaukraut schmeckten wie TK bzw. Dosenware. Lediglich das Knoblauchbrot als Vorpeise war ok. Ambiente: Als wir angefangen hatten zu essen,kam die ältere Frau zu dem Nachbartisch und fing eine Diskusion mit den Gästen über ihre gesundheitliche Beschweden an und schilderte detailiert was gemacht wurde. Und wo ich das Wort Katheter legen schon hörte wollte ich am liebsten kotzen. Und der Gipfel war, als sie anfing zu husten und zwar in ihre Hand. Da war für mich alles vorbei. Wir alle haben das Essen liegen gelassen haben bezahlt und sind gegangen. Service: Die ältere Frau hat die Bestellung aufgenommen ohne etwas aufzuschreiben. Als sie in der Küche war hatte sie etwas vergessen und musste laut nachfragen. In keinem Lokal hatte ich das erlebt. Eine Servicekraft ohne Notizblock oder tablet. Fazit: Ich habe das in keinem Restaurat jemals erlebt und kann mir auch die hohen Rezensionen nicht erklären.

Wir hatten für 18:30 einen Tisch für 9 Personen bestellt. Nach 10 min wurden unsere Bestellung, Getränke und Essen aufgenommen. ca. 19:00 Uhr kamen die Getränke, ca. 19:45 kamen die ersten beiden Vorspeisen, gegen 20:00, zwei weitere Vorspeisen, 20:10 wurde festgestellt das eine Vorspeise fehlt. ca. 20:15 kamen innerhalb von 15min alle neun Hauptgerichte und die fehlende Vorspeise. Meine Grillplatte kam als letztes und war lauwarm, alle Fleischsorten schmeckten gleich und waren solange gebraten, bis das Fleisch trocken und jeglicher Saft und Geschmack verloren war. Der Gastraum war trotz offener Heizungen kalt?! Gäste die nach uns kamen, sind nach 15 min Wartezeit und kurzem Gespräch mit uns ohne die Chance einer Bestellung wieder gegangen. So ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis habe ich noch nicht erlebt. 9 Personen haben zusammen 270€ dort gelassen, für lauwarmes und geschmackloses Essen. Ein Besuch ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Ambiente ist angenehm und sauber, mit einer schönen Terrasse, die zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre beiträgt. Die Musik ist dezent und angenehm leise, ideal für entspannte Gespräche. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – der Gulasch und das gegrillte Hähnchen waren besonders schmackhaft und sehr gut zubereitet. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, und die Dame, die uns bediente, war äußerst zuvorkommend und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

We went there for dinner three times in the last week of September. Delicious dishes, large portions, but smaller ones are also available upon request. The menu also includes a variety of vegetarian dishes. Ms. Susi, our server, was very dedicated, patient, helpful, and warm-hearted. We were there with a total of eight people, seven of whom were Brazilians. Due to some language difficulties, choosing the dishes took considerably longer than usual, which Susi handled with a lot of patience, understanding, and support. Payment also included a few special requests, which were handled with patience and aplomb. Due to the size of our group, we had made reservations in advance. Once again, a huge thank you! If we're ever in Grainau again, we'll definitely go back to the BOSNA Restaurant.

The service from above is focused on pampering the customer, the food is old, uncooked and you have to wait an hour and there are no people at all because no one goes there if the food is disgusting.

Very good meat dishes. Huge portions. The pork fillet with pepper sauce is recommended. The cordon bleu is also good. The atmosphere is a bit simple but nicely old-fashioned. Nice outdoor seating with a view of the Zugspitze.

We recently visited Garmisch-Partenkirchen from Denver, Colorado, and as a Bosnian native I had to stop in and try this place. The experience was absolutely amazing — from the warm and welcoming Balkan staff to the fresh, delicious food. The presentation was also top notch.It truly made me feel at home. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Very delicious food, it really tasted great. We sat outside, with a great view of the mountains. Everything inside is a bit dated, but that's probably a matter of taste. What really bothered us was the service. While very friendly, repeatedly commenting on special requests (mayo with the fries) and repeatedly saying that the sauce was rich enough and flavorful enough was simply not something you can do. And when she then went on to complain about other guests' bad behavior while we were paying, it was a bit too much for us. Maybe we just had a bad day, but we don't know yet whether we'll be back.

With that view, the ambiance can only get 5 stars 😊 We sat outside, so I can't say anything about the ambiance inside. The food was great. The price/performance ratio was also completely reasonable, but the older lady who served us should perhaps stop complaining so loudly about unruly guests 🫣 She was very friendly to us, and the service was good. I ate at this restaurant with my wife – and unfortunately, it was an evening we'd rather undo. First, a positive: The atmosphere was fine. The view of the mountains is truly beautiful and actually invites you to linger. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about this visit. The food: Absolutely disappointing. Carelessly presented, the taste was abysmal. My wife couldn't finish her meal after the first bite – and my meal was barely edible, too. For this quality, even cheap takeaways are a better choice. The service: And now for the real low point: The elderly server was the epitome of unfriendliness. No "hello," no smile, no hint of hospitality – instead, rude replies, a condescending tone, and body language that suggested we were a nuisance rather than welcome. In all my years, I've rarely experienced such rude service. The service: The service was a real disappointment. We can't comment on other staff members, as we were the only one serving us – and that was enough to ruin our entire stay. Conclusion: Nice view or not – when you feel like you're being treated like this as a guest and the food is also of such abysmal quality, there's only one thing left to say: Once and never again.

Daily Special: Leberkäse (meatloaf), fried potatoes, two fried eggs I had read a few reviews before my visit, including one in which someone criticized the Leberkäse dish. Interestingly, this criticism was addressed by the restaurant itself – stating that there was no Leberkäse (meatloaf). Well... I had exactly that dish on my plate. Maybe it was an optical illusion. What can I say? Unfortunately, I can only agree with the criticism at the time. The Leberkäse had probably only seen the pan light in passing... pale, soft, completely lacking in flavor. The fried potatoes were a bit of a mystery in themselves: were they deep-fried? Fried? Reheated? In any case, they were far from what you would imagine good fried potatoes to be. The fried eggs were there... at least. The service? Let's call it nostalgic. An older lady consistently addressed me as "Fräulein" (Miss). A term that disappeared from the language for good reason in the 1970s and now seems rather condescending. Perhaps it wasn't meant to be malicious, but a certain zeitgeist would be desirable in the restaurant industry. And then the height of Bavarian heartlessness: Leberkäse... without sweet mustard. Instead, they slapped the standard mustard on me. No garnish, no love, nothing at all. In Bavaria! That almost borders on culinary disrespect. Conclusion: If you like Leberkäse, you'd better walk a few meters further or cook some yourself. The restaurant's reaction to criticism also seems to be more defensive. Too bad... it would actually be a good opportunity to improve.

The waitress (owner?) was very cold and not particularly friendly towards us, but as soon as a family with children was there, she was like a different person. The furnishings in the area where we were "allowed" to sit consisted of jumbled together and outdated furniture. My husband's grill plate was completely ok, but my broth with pancake strips tasted like absolutely nothing. We were there once, but there wouldn't be a second time.

At first glance, the ambience is a bit old. BUT you are immediately warmly welcomed and the food was very fresh and delicious! Highly recommended for young and old!

Open on Sundays as one of the few. We wanted to pick up, that was no problem. We were given some time to figure things out. We received tips and everyone was very hospitable. The food was ready quickly and packaged very carefully. We could even get cutlery. The food was plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommended.

The best remain the Jägerstüberl, Gaststätte zum Dorfbrunnen and the Spatzenhäusl. The quality there has not decreased for over 17 years.

After visiting the Zugspitze we decided to go to this restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly, which made you immediately feel at home. Food is great but service is awful.And of course then is atmosphere also awful.The old lady is not very good when it is up to paying with a card.Better check twice when you decide that you want to pay with it.She constantly forgets what you ordered and asks multiple times.Even tho she tried to be polite she didn’t succeed in it.I see positive and negative reviews regarding her patience with english speaking tourists but I guess that depends on her days.ln our case she was not patient with english speaking persons seating next to us and she was rude to them when they decided to pay with a card.There were 3 tables around us and she got 1e tip…that says a lot.We give 5e tip,to round our bill…before we said no need for change,she didn’t even asked or thanked.Just took our money. 😂

One star is still too many!!! Never eaten so badly. A finished product is tastier. Cevapcici like rubber, the rice was only lukewarm, in the ajvar that was added a salt pretzel had already dissolved and was put in for decoration. Freshly prepared is definitely something different. The gnocchi are a mess, how can you mess up a convenience product like that? Price absolutely exorbitant. I recommend the Jägerstüberl or the Spatzenhäusl, you won't be so disappointed and it's worth the money! The Metzgerstubn will never see us again.

Der Laden ist nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Hier überschätzt sich der Koch maßlos. Essen nicht richtig warm ,minderwertige Qualität. Preise extrem teuer. Waren einen Abend Später im Spatzenhäusel das ist 1000 mal besser und sogar noch günstiger. Auch das Jägersübel schlägt dieses Restaurant. Spart euch das Geld dahin zu gehen da Ärgert man sich hinterher.

The last shop. Food too expensive and poor quality

Service tried hard to fulfill our wishes, clean, food tasty, toilets ok. Very empty, but at least open, even before 5 p.m.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The lady thar runs the restaurant was charming and kind, treated you like family. She was very patient with our English to German translation. The food was delicious. 10 stars. Worth the trip.

We ate at this restaurant almost every evening during our vacation. So we were able to try out different dishes (spätzle, pancakes, cordon bleu, salad…). Everything was very tasty. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The view from the terrace is fabulous. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

Good location on Zugspitzstrasse with a rustic atmosphere and enough space inside and out. A family business with friendly and courteous service. The food tastes very good and the price-performance ratio is right.
