Very tasty food, the starter platter for 2 people was varied and very appealing. There are plenty of vegetarian dishes, and if they are prepared this way, you won't miss the meat. The only thing that spoils the impression a little is that all the people who have to go to the toilet have to walk past you.

It was our first time at the restaurant and we will definitely come back. Finally an Indian restaurant that deserves the name. Very attentive and helpful but not intrusive staff. After the renovation of the restaurant, it has now become a very attractive atmosphere. The map has also been revised very well.

One of the best Indians in Northern Germany! When we come through Bad Segeberg, we always eat here. It's fantastic every time!

Mixed feelings in the Indian restaurant. The food was very good but we had to wait a long time even though there was hardly anyone there. Everything else included had to be ordered separately. That was unusual. Example: Three chutneys quickly landed on the table but without a naan or papadums...what should we eat them with? Same with the curries: just rice or bread. Both were available at an additional cost. The furnishings were very modern yet classic.

Had three different Indian dishes and one European standard for children (chips/nuggets). Unfortunately there was no indication at all that one of the dishes we ordered was actually very spicy. I would have liked that, especially since it was ordered by a child. Some of the dishes were forgotten so we had to remember and couldn't start eating at the same time. The dishes tasted ok, but were boring and unimpressive. A lamb dish, a chicken dish and a mixed platter. On the mixed plate, 2 of the 3 main courses were identical to the other two dishes ordered. The dessert wasn't my thing at all. Bread was delicious. Fries and nuggets met expectations. Portion sizes good. Prices ok. Location in the pedestrian zone pleasant. You can also sit outside. Very dark/dusky inside. Toilets neat. Staff friendly. But wouldn't eat there again.

We were passing through and were very hungry. We were thrilled with the food and service and were more than full. Prices are also great.

We ended up in the restaurant by chance this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. The staff is more than friendly and the food was delicately seasoned and we all enjoyed it very much. The "levels of spiciness" are adapted to European standards, so don't worry if the menu says very spicy. It certainly wasn't the last time we ate there.

The restaurant has been completely renovated and therefore receives 5 stars from me in all categories.

We ate here for the first time today and arrived without expectations and were very positively surprised. We had hardly had any contact with Indian food before and it was really delicious. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The price performance ratio is very good. I can recommend it to everyone to try it out. We would like to come again.

Sehr gut! Ich gehe gerne indisch essen und habe diverse Inder in einigen Ländern Europas probiert. Dieser hier gehört zu den Besseren! Das Essen wirkt frisch, Fleisch(qualität) ist sehr gut und die Vielfalt der Gewürze kommt voll durch. Die Portionen sind überdurchschnittlich groß und das Personal ist freundlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden:) Ein einziger Kritikpunkt ist die unterwältigende Schärfe des Vidaloos.

I have now been to a number of Indian restaurants, mainly in Berlin. I didn't expect to find the BEST of all in Bad Segeberg of all places. The food is really first class, the service is very courteous, friendly and respectful. But back to the food: IT IS the BEST Indian food of my life so far. Prepared with obviously unspeakable love, excellently seasoned and very attractively presented. I'm not coming back to this place because of Bad Segeberg, but just because of this fantastic restaurant. Thanks alot!

Wir haben im Bombay Tandoori Restaurant sehr, sehr lecker gegessen. Der Inhaber hat mir ein Gericht empfohlen, da ich mir unsicher war - eine tolle Empfehlung (Matter Paneer). Alle Gerichte in tranditionellen Kupfergefässen serviert. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service - wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a very, very tasty meal at the Bombay Tandoori restaurant. The owner recommended a dish to me as I was unsure - a great recommendation (Matter Paneer). All dishes served in traditional copper pots. Very nice and courteous service - we would love to come back!

We were traveling through Lübeck towards home when we came across the restaurant. Good portions that definitely fill you up. The naan bread and the mint yoghurt dip were particularly good 👍🏻 unfortunately there wasn't enough for dessert, although there was still a chai (very tasty!). Very courteous and attentive service, we felt very comfortable. Definitely a recommendation

We had two dishes for lunch, and both were delicious! And plenty. The yogurt with tomatoes was also delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambience was appealing (the restaurant - including the toilets, by the way - was newly renovated). Overall it was a nice experience and we would love to come back.

My first visit to an Indian restaurant. I was skeptical before the visit, but I was overwhelmed. As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by a pleasant smell of spices, like you would expect in an Indian restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is very friendly, attentive and has a good sense of humor. And then the food came and it was incredibly good! I am absolutely convinced and will definitely eat in this restaurant more often. Thank you!

Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sehr wohl - hell und freundlich und in der schönen Fußgängerzone der Segeberger Innenstadt gelegen. Sie werden sehr höflich empfangen und bedient, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, immer wieder gern! Nur zu empfehlen

We (4 people) all found the food from the delivery service delicious! 😋 Good quantity and on-time delivery also fit. Only one naan was not delivered as ordered. I had a dish with lamb 🐑: tender meat and delicious seasoning! For me (I have traveled to India) it could be a little more intense or more Indian. 🙃 But it is somewhat adapted to the German palate. Conclusion: We will definitely eat in the restaurant there. 👍🏻

Heute zum ersten Mal hier, aber garantiert nicht zum letzten Mal. Service mega freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Essen (Ente in Spinat und Reis) absolut schmackhaft, lecker und reichlich. Leckerer Wein dazu und ein Nachttisch zum schmelzen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Zum Preis absolut top für 3 Gänge mit Schnaps zum Schluss.

My parents often go there to eat from Hamburg and always rave about it. We went there for the first time yesterday and I'm thrilled. The atmosphere is super cozy (it was recently renovated, no current pictures can be seen here on Google yet). It turned out very nice. The people who work there are extremely friendly and you immediately feel welcome. And about the food... I was sad that I was full at some point 😂 it was incredibly tasty, we kept saying after every bite how much we all liked it. I've never eaten out better! We will definitely be back and I can recommend the restaurant with confidence 👍 Thank you for this culinary journey 😊

Positiv überrasch und hoch erfreut von meiner heutige Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Schon von der Auswahl auf der Speisekarte war ich vom breitem Angebot beeindruckt ! Auch für Vegetarier und Veganer reichlich Auswahl , die traditionelle akkurate Präsentation mit liebe an Details hat bei mir auch gepunktet. Es war alles sehr schmackhaft und gut gewürzt, trotzdem nicht zu scharf oder schwer zu verdauen. Die Portionen war üppig.In Preis inbegriffen gab es sogar 2 verschiedene Beilage ( Naan und Reis) und einen Dessert (indisches Milchreis). Ich hab mich dort wohl gefühlt und werde gern wiederkommen und weiter empfehlen!

Heute nur auf der Durchreise schnell bei Bombay Tandoori eingekehrt. Essen war sehr frisch und lecker. Preise stimmen. Service war super. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben schon mehrfach bestellt und waren jedes Mal absolut zufrieden. Die Bestellungen gehen schnell und das Essen ist dank, guter Verpackung, auch immer noch sehr heiß und frisch. Die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und auch geschmacklich absolut eine Empfehlung. Preis/ Leistung ist vorbildlich und auch der Kontakt immer höflich und freundlich. Immer gerne wieder und für jeden eine Empfehlung!

Top Tipp für indische Küche. Das Essen war super und der Service weltklasse. Die Kellner waren alle mega zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und das Essen war sehr schnell da. Das in kombination mit den günstigen Preisen ist echt unschlagbar.
