The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was also very chic, so you felt very comfortable. What is to be criticized, however, is the condition of the toilets. These are nicely decorated like the rest of the store, but not clean. The trash can is almost overflowing with the amount of paper. In addition, the toilet seats were not cleaned. The impression was given that no one had checked the toilets all day - since hygiene is very important to me, two stars deducted! Otherwise everything was great.

We had to wait much longer for our food than everyone around us... the people who came after us finished eating and waited half an hour until we got our food. There was no apology and no forgiveness.. as if it didn't give a shit..

Delicious food in this stylish restaurant. Service is friendly. The desserts are large and well worth it. The downside is that we had to wait almost an hour for our food even though it was really busy.

Unfortunately, my visit to the restaurant was marked by some negative experiences. When looking through the menus, I noticed that there were several cards with different prices. When we asked, we were simply told that only the higher price was valid, which conveyed little transparency. Another drawback was the sanitary facilities. The toilets were in an unclean condition, which severely affected the overall impression of the restaurant. There were also several incorrect orders, which made the service seem uncoordinated. What should be highlighted positively, however, is the food itself, which was quite convincing in terms of taste. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were only served lukewarm or cold, which spoiled the enjoyment. In summary: The food is good, but the organization and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. Given the pricing and inadequate service, the value for money is questionable.

Very expensive for the conditions, I paid 40-45 euros for a steak that didn't even taste particularly good and wasn't much. Taste was 5 out of 10. I don't think the ambience is that great either

Last Saturday evening I had dinner at boga for the first time with a good friend. We expected anything but rude service, soggy burger bread, and forgotten side dishes. The meat tasted spoiled. I hope I never have to go to a restaurant like that again, I wouldn't wish that on even my worst enemy

Good evening, the food and the ambience are an excellence that I would recommend to everyone. However, it still pains me to receive worse and worse service with every visit. In the catering industry it is normal that good waiters are not always available and many are still learning how to wait, but I expect reasonable service and prices from this establishment. The waiters are sometimes confused or overwhelmed by the simplest “instructions”, which bothers me because I attach great importance to service. Nevertheless, I am always willing to eat in the shop because I really like the place in terms of food and it is always a culinary delight to eat there.

The waitress Celine 👩🏼 was very, very friendly, she had to come back several times because we didn't know what we wanted and she always came to us in a good mood and was able to answer our questions helpfully. 😁 The food was very good (a bit expensive) and it's really cozy here. We'd love to come back. So to the boss: you have a very good employee and you should give her more money. 😉 Greetings, Justin

I'm rarely in Hanover. If you do, then I'll happily eat Boga Beef. Today I had my son with me. He was also super excited. The ambience, the friendly staff. Price/performance... everything is just right. Keep it up 👌🏻

The pretty good reviews convinced us to give Boga a try. The first impression was very good - we were greeted warmly and sat comfortably. The drinks were ordered quickly. The non-alcoholic mojito in particular was very tasty! But when we ordered food it started: Ordered a chicken burger, but unfortunately there was no chicken. That's annoying. Instead the falaffel burger was ordered and a normal one. After a reasonable amount of time the food arrived. Unfortunately, Falaffelburger was misunderstood, it was some other burger. The service was polite but somehow it sounded like he wanted to blame us. But I heard that my companion said falaffel burger. He probably noticed it himself and came back a little later and apologized, and that was the end of the matter. Overall, my beef burger tasted okay. Sauce, vegetables, bun were actually pretty tasty. Only the meat was very dry and not seasoned at all. I thought that was a shame given the good quality of the meat. The fries were excellent! The sweet potato fries were less good. They just tasted bland. At €6.90 I would also describe it as outrageously expensive. The falafel burger tasted very good, but the consistency was very soggy. This could be optimized a bit Ordering the bill until someone came to pay took a long time. When our waiter came and asked if we wanted the bill, which we personally asked him for 10 minutes ago, we also knew what went wrong with the burger. Overall, the experience was mixed and at €61 for 2 drinks and 2 burgers I expect everything to be okay. Please work on the details, your store has potential. Ask how people want their burger patty, introduce ordering apps for your employees so that no order gets mixed up on the way to the kitchen. Check your pricing structure again. 4.90 for fries without dip (+ 1-2€) is sporty.

Just WOW, if you want to drink really good cocktails, you're in good hands here. The food was also just a dream, the meat was perfectly medium fried and the burger was juicy, you really have to try it. The whole meal was simply a taste explosion in the mouth and the service was always on point and very attentive. Thank you for the wonderful evening and the numerous hours with you. We'll definitely be back. Stay as you are and let the team from the kitchen, to the bartender and the waiters, you are amazing.

I had the pleasure of trying a chicken skewer with fried potatoes and was very happy with my choice. The food was extremely tasty, the chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned while the fried potatoes were crispy and flavorful. I would particularly like to highlight the service: The staff was very nice and accommodating, which made the visit a completely pleasant experience. I would love to come back!

I went there today on the recommendation of a friend, it was simply a 100/10! The service was extremely attentive, we asked if everything was okay, and we were very helpful and received everything quite quickly. The menu has so much choice and the sayings are so beautifully arranged, everyone will find something here! The owner was so sweet and friendly. Eating is fun as long as the service is great. I can only recommend!

It's a shame the waiter ignores our table and takes the order for a new table and despite waiting 15 minutes no one comes to us. What should be highlighted positively is that the ambience of the restaurant is appealing and the decor was beautifully chosen. Nevertheless, that is not enough to overlook the many shortcomings. Overall our visit was very disappointing. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Really happy I came here on a whim. I had the Boga Beef Guvec and it was delicious. I followed it up with the baklava and ice cream which hit the spot. Really good quality, reasonable prices and a nice outdoor eating area (the chairs were comfy). I will be back.

We were sitting outside - cozy atmosphere. We ordered Burgeres and and Rind Güvech. All drinks came at once - but only The Burgers came to out table, they forgot the Rind Güvech. We waited a while - as all three of us wanted to eat together. Asking about the last dish, they admitted they forgot it….. -so we waited again, now burgers were cold. After 20 minutes we again asked for the last dish. Finally it came - but waiting 1 hour. All of our patients were used. And the coziness of eating together ruind.

We just had dinner here. We haven't eaten so well and received such good service in a long time. The service is friendly and flexibly tailored to each customer. We were hosted by Kaan and were more than satisfied.

The owner is an unfriendly and incomprehensible person. After I asked nicely after 20 minutes where my drink was, the owner became very angry and wanted to know whether I had really been waiting for my water and food for 20 minutes. Afterwards she said that I didn't have the right to talk like that and if I didn't like it, I could go and eat and drink somewhere else. So you don't put up with something like that as a guest and then you leave.

I noticed how the owner attacked a customer because the customer had to wait more than 20 minutes for his drinks. Instead of asking their employees to satisfy the customers, they preferred to assume that they were lying and hadn't ordered. Terrible service, I sat 2 tables away and just wanted to leave!! Absolutely not recommended as we also had to wait over 15 minutes. This was definitely my last visit. The toilets upstairs were also really dirty and no one really cared about keeping them clean. I'm not surprised by the owner. 1 star is one too many.

There is a 2 year old menu on the website, the waiter mixed up several things, was sometimes a bit cheeky (but within reason) and according to a friend, the toilets were anything but clean

I really have to say that I like the Boga from A to Z. It's very stylish and has a great atmosphere. Service is very friendly and attentive. And above all: the food was very good. From burgers to lasagne to beef skewers. Everything perfect. My absolute favorite are the Boga beef skewers - great! Yummy! 😋 We'll be back 😊

We were really late and still got something to eat. The food was super tasty and the service was very good. I highly recommend it!

The meat was great - beef fillet fried to perfection, served with delicious rosemary potatoes and grilled vegetables. The side salad with ready-made dressing was very bland... What really bothered us was the ambience. The waiters insulted each other “jokingly” and expressions like “Diggah, shut the f*****, you p****” were used across the store and people talked about smoking weed. This is not only unprofessional but also very disruptive when you want to have dinner in peace. Unfortunately, the women's toilet was neither clean nor fully equipped (toilet paper was empty and the soap dispenser was broken). There was a completely soaked Zewa roll on the washbasin to dry my hands. Despite the good food, we won't be back.

The store is nicely decorated, but has some drawbacks. When we were there, the toilet on the upper floor was broken, so you should use the disabled toilet in the basement. The only problem was that the door couldn't be locked, which made going to the toilet quite stressful. The food was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. It all took quite a long time, which is a problem if you only want to eat there briefly during your lunch break. Everything can be expanded somewhat.

My cousin and I spontaneously decided to enjoy a delicious steak at the Boga Hannover Steakhouse. The decision was absolutely right! The food: Visually, our meal was a real highlight (unfortunately you can't see the salad and side dish in the photo I took). The rib eye steak (300g) was perfectly fried and not only looked fantastic, but tasted great too. The fries and asparagus were cooked to perfection and the Joppie sauce went perfectly with them. The dish was rounded off with a delicious salad with pomegranate seeds. Ambiance: The ambience at Boga was good. It is very nicely decorated, a bit empty that day. I had a window seat from which I could watch the rain (unfortunately it was very stormy and rainy that day). Service: The service was a little unremarkable, but friendly and attentive. Thank you for the hospitality :)

Food tastes good. Ambiance is very chic. Prices extremely high. In addition to the already very expensive burgers, buying additional side dishes such as fries - and paying extra for each individual sauce (ketchup mayo) is enormous...

We were there on Saturday evening at 8 p.m. The ambience and the menu promised a lot. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the food, then my "tender beef skewer" was completely dry. The side salad had no dressing or seasoning. All of the vegetables were also missing from this dish. The dishes had already been cleared for two of them, even though two were still eating. The waitress was totally overwhelmed when it came to paying. In between, no one came and asked if we would like something to drink. Service is something else. I won't eat there anymore. Sorry

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious cuisine, average prices. Cocktails are stylishly decorated. The girl waiter is very friendly and attentive, helped in choosing a dish, and knows the menu well. The room is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. I recommend 👌🖤

The ambience is nice. The service was very friendly. However, the food I received did not match the description on the menu. It had no taste and was mixed together carelessly. This can be done better. It was couscous with tomatoes, parsley, spring onions, peppers and olive oil. There was nothing noticeably green in it. The operator seemed quite unfriendly. There is room for improvement - in my opinion. We don't anymore.

Was here for the 2nd time and loved the food both times! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and looks really chic, the food, especially the steak, is excellent and tastes delicious! The waiters are friendly but the reason for my star deduction: The toilets are a disaster! In such a fancy restaurant there are toilet rolls clearly visible on the counter, it's not nice but it's justifiable. BUT: All urinals are out of order, in 2 of 3 toilets the water was up to the lid and there was moldy water in the hand dryer, that's not appetizing! At a price of around €85 p.p. Including drinks the cost is a bit higher here but very reasonable for the quality of the food! I'd love to come back!

The atmosphere is warm, the furniture is very good, the decoration is beautiful, the waiters speak Turkish, there is a separate smoking area, we bought lamb stew, the meat was cooked well but the quantity was small. The potatoes were still fresh, there were eggplants and mushrooms in it, and it would have been great if the amount of salt was less. If I come to Hanover again, it is one of the places to visit. I recommend it to everyone.

Today was a unique experience. I was definitely there for the last time today. The service was ok and the music was extremely loud and annoying. The food arrived oversalted and 55 minutes after ordering.

We were served very nicely and attentively. We were completely satisfied with the food and the ambience was great. We would be happy to come back and had a lovely, pleasant evening at Boga. Our waitress Joana enjoyed the evening with her friendly manner and professionalism Service embellished.

The ambience is great, but unfortunately the food is not. I had a super small portion of pasta and I don't know what the cranberries on the side of the plate were for, they didn't go with the dish either. My friend's bulgur was rather mushy and the meat was very fatty, so a lot had to be cut away. The fries were good. The prices were way too high for the food and we both had stomach aches when we left the restaurant. We won't be coming back again.

Das Lokal hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bedienung Rose war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch Kaan war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis lohnt sich! Frische Ware, sehr gut zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Wir haben hier Steaks gegessen. Das Steak war auf den Punkt, wie bestellt und gut gewürzt. Auch der Service (danke Kaarl :)) war hervorragend. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder und das x16! Schade. Also, ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Vielleicht erstmal das Positive: Das Ambiente ( außer das es kalt war) und das Essen Das war es dann aber auch schon. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 16 Personen - vorangemeldet! Wir kamen an, waren fast die Einzigen im Lokal, was auch nahezu so geblieben ist. Ein vorbereiteter Tisch - Fehlanzeige. Wir haben mit der unbeholfenen Angestellten die Tische selber zusammengerückt. Getränke kamen peux a peux, dazu auch noch falsch. Auf Nachfrage dann auch endlich das letzte Getränk. Der Wein wurde nicht eingeschenkt, nur auf den Tisch gestellt. Dann die Speisenbestellung: Erst die Vorspeisen, nachdem diese dann von allen Personen aufgenommen waren, wurde die Runde neu begonnen und man konnte unmittelbar danach die Hauptspeise aufgeben. Die Vorspeisen haben gut geschmeckt und kamen ziemlich zeitgleich. Der nächste Gang hatte es in sich: Kollegen an der einen Seite der Tafel hatten schon längst ihr Essen und gespeist, während andere fast noch eine Stunde auf ihr Essen warten mussten. Pommes kamen, aber die Hauptspeise erst 20 Minuten später, Beilagensalate teilweise erst zum Schluss des Essens, falsche Soßen, kein Überlick mehr wer was hat und wo noch was fehlt, es kamen Essen welche gar nicht bestellt waren. Absolute Überforderung! Die Angestellten standen tw. zu dritt an der Treppe, flachsten miteinander rum, die Eine deutete eine Tritt in den Hintern bei der Anderen an. Wir hatten den Tisch auf 18.30 Uhr bestellt, gegessen hatten die Letzten um 21.00 Uhr. Als wir um 22.00 Uhr noch ein letztes Getränk (B52) nehmen wollten, hieß es der Barkeeper ist schon weg. Wenn man überlegt, wieviel Geld dort gelassen wurde (4stellig) ist das eine absolute Frechheit gewesen. Möchte man nicht, gerade wenn eine Abteilung einer Firma dort Essen geht, nicht einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, damit ich als Restaurant weiterempfohlen werde?! Scheinbar hier Fehlanzeige. Der Gastronomie geht es wohl doch noch ganz gut.

Grundsätzlich ein nettes Restaurant,wenn der Service stimmen würde. Die telefonische Reservierung wurde nicht umgesetzt, einer schob es auf den anderen. Wir warteten an zwei verschiedenen Tischen, bevor wir endlich unseren reservierten Tisch bekamen, 30 min später. Wir bekamen einen Prosecco aufs Haus, dies war sehr nett. Unglaublich viele Bedingungen, welche ständig an den Tischen vorbei liefen, auch an den leeren Gläsern. Später standen diese in größeren Gruppen,was eine sehr unruhige Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Zu guter Letzt bestellten wir die Rechnung, nach 10 min eine kurze Nachfrage um dann zu erfahren, dass wir ins Erdgeschoss zum bezahlen gehen sollten. Schade, hier wird am Service gespart.

Çok güzel bir mekan dana bifteği yumuşacık ve çok leziz. Ana yemekle beraber yan ürünleri de çok güzel.Ayrıca güleryüzlü ekibiyle ve hizmetiyle de değerlendirince Hannover’in açık ara en iyi biftek restoranı diyebilirim.

Wir waren zum Frühstück mit Freunden und Kindern dort. 20 Personen gesamt. Haben alle das Frühstück bestellt (Serpe Kahvalti) also traditionelle türkisches Frühstück. Leider total enttäuschend. Bei Bestellung wurden wir gefragt ob jeder selber seine Portion haben möchte. Was wir wollten. Schließlich kam alles in die Mitte auf den Tischen verteilt. Auf einer Schale für zwei Personen. Die wir dann teilen sollten. Die Auswahl war gar nicht besonders und es kam auch nicht das was wir bestellt hatten. Das war noch nicht mal so schlimm wie der Besitzer der dann total unfreundlich war und nur gemeckert hat. Er hat nicht so viele kleine Schälchen etc. Also überhaupt nicht Gastfreundlich. Wirklich schrecklich der Mann!! Meine Empfehlung an Boga ist die Frühstück Karte zu ändern und alles auf Tellern gepackt zu servieren also das Frühstück pro Person denn so wie die es anbieten können die das gar nicht erfüllen.

Echt tolles Ambiente und das Fleisch sah auch sehr lecker und genüsslich aus. Aber wir waren 11 Personen und warteten 2 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung! Jaja, das Fleisch braucht seine Zeit ist ja alles schön und gut, aber Entschuldigung 2 Stunden warten auf eine Bestellung ist echt zu viel!

Essen und Service haben leider stark nachgelassen.Burger waren früher geschmacklich besser.Getränke,konnte man keine mehr nachbestellen weil keiner mehr kam und zum bezahlen musste man dann reingehen, weil 30 Minuten nachdem man Bescheid gegeben hat,dass man zahlen möchte niemand kam.
