A great Spanish restaurant. The host is hearty, as is the service. The advice is magical. Were with a Spaniard for the first time. The food is freshly prepared and, as desired, spicy and tasty. The restaurant has a terrace that even serves meals at this time of year. The place has a touch of a pub... lovingly designed and a little messy. But that's exactly how we imagined it... and we're not disappointed in any way. The menu is diverse but clear. You won't be killed. The bill is - highlight for us - brought in a box. Really romantic. Due to the many furnishings, the noise level of the guests was so low that one could have a normal conversation. The pans, some drinks, are lovingly decorated...so that the eye can eat with them. You can also avoid burning yourself on the handles of hot pans using napkin decorations. The staff fulfills every wish - as far as possible of course - and is very attentive and warm. We are already looking forward to the next time!

We had a wonderful evening with a real Spanish food feeling. The tapas were great. Drinks like red wine and Duke de Alba perfect. Service friendly and nice. We'll definitely be back. Gracias por la hermosa velada.

Atmospheric restaurant, you really feel like you're in Andalusia. The dishes were also very tasty, but it was a shame that they arrived at the table very staggered.

We had a great evening at the bodega. Since it was quite loud in the back area, we were able to easily move to a quieter table and were served very friendly. Despite the busyness, the food (grill plate for 2) didn't take long to arrive and was simply delicious. Gladly again!

We were there with 5 people (with a reservation) on a Saturday and were rather disappointed. The food was ok, but nothing was a highlight. I wouldn't order the sangria again because it just didn't taste like sangria. The prices are sometimes completely overpriced, and the price/performance ratio for many dishes and drinks is simply not right. The service employees were very friendly but the boss's harsh communication was inappropriate. Even while taking the order, answer the phone and walk away. In general, a lot of things took quite a long time, drinks sometimes had to be ordered several times, food was brought long after we had finished and unfortunately we had to wait forever for the bill. Toilets are clean but very old, interior design is rather kitschy, music is very loud. The evening was nice but we wouldn't come again.

The food was delicious, the service was friendly. You can't fault anything here. The prices were borderline (even though I know that everything became more expensive). In some cases the price-performance ratio was not right. The only thing that was really terrible was the table decorations. Carelessly placed salt and pepper shakers, straight from the supermarket to the table. There are such great spreaders or mills. The tablecloths were also a hideous sight. White tablecloths with seemingly cheap confetti spread on them and on top a transparent blanket attached with thumbtacks. The music in the background was also rather questionable. Sorry, that doesn't work at all and has nothing to do with a Mediterranean ambience.

We were looking for something for dinner on September 7th, 2024 and walked into the old town. We then came across this bodega. That really appealed to us and we got a table. It was pretty full, but it was very red. The food and the service were also excellent and we had a fun evening and were the last ones again 😁 Thank you for the nice service, keep it up

Well, I have to admit, it was my first time there and I was convinced by the positive reviews... that was a mistake. We had to wait for hours for our food, food was often swapped, a friend waited so long for his food that we had already finished other dishes... We were forced to have a starter, which we assumed would be a free greeting from the kitchen, and in the end we had to pay for something we didn't want. On the way to the toilet I noticed that the olives were in front of the toilets. The payment was also a disaster, the EC device didn't work and we had to wait an additional half an hour before we could pay... aja last but not least, the food was warm and tasty, but portions were very tiny and very expensive. When I complained about the condition, I was told that it wasn't a McDonalds... and I just thought to myself, yeah, like nothing works here. Wouldn't recommend it, you know.

Despite the staff problem, good service and delicious food. It took a little longer, but it was forgivable.

We were there on August 8th. there as a couple. The food is completely overpriced. Service underground. The owner walks around with a cigarette in his mouth, the employee probably had his first day ever in the restaurant business.

The food was really good, but without a reservation you are mercilessly sent away. Host=cook=kitchen help seems overwhelmed with three tables and is therefore probably a little grumpy. It's a real shame, the bodega could do more and the food is really good! 👍

Fantastic variety of tapas, they all taste fantastic, the prices are absolutely justified and great service. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone - worth a stop on any trip :)

We always enjoy visiting Murat. The tapas are simply amazing and worth the money. We are always greeted personally like friends...that's what makes it special. In summer you can sit outside nicely. Otherwise, reservations are recommended as it is a very small restaurant. The most comfortable place to sit is in the corners on the left behind the counter! Be sure to try the Albondigas! But the sangria is also very tasty!

Absolutely fantastic and authentic Spanish restaurants in the heart of the old town of Steinheim. The tapas portions are large and very well seasoned and also very well prepared. I only award 4 stars here, because they were prepared with a bit too much oil for my taste and the prawns were not deveined, and finally the bread was a bit disappointing. However these are just minor issues with an overall very enjoyable dinner.

The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the prices are quite high compared to other Spanish restaurants in Frankfurt and the surrounding area.

Friendly, family-run restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area, tapas are top, paella options are great and can even be vegetarian without pre-ordering. Clear recommendation!

We had reserved, but due to train delays two of our people canceled at extremely short notice. We then had to hear from the boss that he would make losses because of us and we should report it in advance. We explained three times that we were just as annoyed about it and that we would of course have communicated this beforehand if we had known about it beforehand. No insight. He maintained that we should have said this beforehand and that he would now be at a loss. It's a shame because we've been recommended the bodega several times. But letting yourself be insulted as a guest and not showing any insight is simply not possible. We then left again. What a shame!

It was just beautiful, everything came together that evening. The service was great, responded to special requests and was very accommodating. We ate there with 12 people including a small child and were thrilled. Like in Spain 😃

We, my wife and I, were in the bodega for the first time... and not for the last time. Food was great, service was very good and friendly, atmosphere was good.

What a nice bar. The house where it is located and Interieur itself are so beautiful. I couldn’t stand and took a few pictures. I visited this place a few times already during my short stops while riding a bike and mostly to drink coffee, but plan to spend more time here with my wife for dinner one day. The atmosphere is friendly, service is perfect. And yes, there is nice music inside. In addition to beautiful town with many sightseeing spots, this bar is must to visit. Highly recommend to everyone.

I can't rate the food. There were two of us and we wanted to sit outside in the nice weather. Only a certain number of tables on the terrace were served. About another 20 tables were unoccupied and cordoned off. With two people, you probably didn't want to go to the trouble of preparing another table. Since we weren't offered a place inside, we went to the other Spaniard around the corner, were warmly welcomed and had a great evening!

We were there as a family with the children. The food and service were very good. However, you noticed the mood among the boss and the employees, which was not exactly polite.

Das Essen ist lecker und frisch zubereitet. An der Reihenfolge hapert es allerdings: bei 8 bestellten Topas kam die Aioli mit Brot als Nummer 5 - „Sie hätten ja extra Brot vorher bestellen können“. Nach insgesamt 7 Gerichten war Schuss. Und wir waren satt. Nach 20 Minuten Pause kamen dann die Kartoffeln… Was wir nicht wussten und auch nicht erwähnt wurde: bei drei unserer bestellten Tapas waren eh Kartoffeln dabei. Insgesamt war die eine Dame im Service aufgrund ihrer Sprachbarrieren ein No-Go. Bei jeder Getränkebestellung hat sie die Karte mitgenommen, weil sie nichts verstanden hat. Regelmäßig hat Sie neue Tapas an den Tisch gebracht, leere Schüsseln aber nur noch Aufforderung mitgenommen. Beim Bezahlen den Chef auf die lange Pause zwischen den Gängen angesprochen - wurde mit „wir kochen alles frisch und dann ist das so“ abgetan. Für mich nicht kundenreundlich! Tolle Lage!

Food was good. It was a bit difficult at the beginning. The sweet one was sour and the second one was great. The sea bream had to be brought back into the kitchen because it wasn't completely cooked yet. But in the end everything was okay. Staff is attentive and available. So in the end everything is fine

Very tasty Spanish tapas. Everything is made fresh. We had: Alioli, Boquerones Fritos, Tortilla Chorizo, Prawns in Garlic Oil and the Fried Squids. The dessert highlight was warm homemade cheesecake. We'd love to come back :-)

Cute, quite cozy restaurant in a half-timbered house, with a lot of nifty decorations and pictures on the wall, but gives the whole thing a feel-good factor. The service also makes a good impression. The food (fish soup and vegetables) was very tasty and fresh. The prices are okay too.

What's delicious to eat: paella with chicken and rabbit, tapas: minced meatballs, aioli, braised peppers, anchovies, shrimps in garlic, tortilla, all very tasty. The aioli is just right and always fresh. You should wait a bit because they don't serve fast food here and you can order enough sangria.

The ambience and music are good, the tapas are recommended. But the service is (for the second time now) miserable, inattentive (no eye for missing drinks), we and other guests were not served for a long time, the table was not cleared, communication was hardly possible due to a lack of language skills. For us, good and attentive service is part of a visit to a restaurant, so we don't recommend it.

Paella was not very seasoned. Scallops were mushy. Not my taste.KF

Sehr leckeres Essen, wir haben einen tollen Abend gehabt.

Wir waren heute Abend dort geplant Essen. Dies bereits zum zweiten Mal. Wie immer sehr angenehmws Ambiente und viele leckere Gerichte. Wer es mag dem sei der Tintenfisch sehr zu empfehlen. Ab 23.00 Uhr waren wir die letzten Gäste, dennoch ließ der Wirt uns solange sitzen, wie wir wollten. Ein kleiner Tipp für den Nachtisch, unbedingt den Käsekuchen probieren.

Wir kamen spontan vorbei und wurden mit unserem Hund herzlich empfangen! Das Essen war durchweg toll und die Portionen gut! Wir kommen defintiv wieder :) Unser Favorit waren die Garnelen in der 3-Käse-Soße.

Sehr charmant mitten in der Altstadt von Steinheim. Wir haben dort einen super lustigen Mädels-Abend verbracht und Tapas von der Speicherkarte hoch und runter gegessen. Es war sehr lecker 😋

Wir waren heute zu Gast im Bodega Andalucia. Gerne berichten wir über den Besuch. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und warm eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir waren die einzigen im Restaurant um diese Zeit. Wir haben mehrere Gerichte bestellt (siehe Bilder). Es war, für uns 2, eine sehr gute Menge, sodass wir satt nach Hause fahren konnten. Das Essen war heiß und wurde, sobald fertig, serviert. Sehr lecker und hochwertig. Als Getränke hatten wir eine große Flasche Wasser und 0,5 L Sangria. Die Sangria war Weltklasse!!! Preis / Leistung hat uns auch gefallen. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Abend und wir können dieses Lokal nur Empfehlen. Wir hoffen das Euch diese Bewertung weiterhelfen wird.

Wir hatten 4 verschiedene Essen, 3 davon waren echt nicht gut. Die kleinen Tintenfischringe hatten soviel Panade und waren so fett, dass es unserer Freundin schlecht wurde. Der eine Salat ging im Geschmack, aber beide Salate waren optisch gar nicht schön , auf dem einen Salat waren kleine gelbe Hühnerstückchen untergemengt… sie sahen beide aus wie zusammengemengte Reste. Ebenso auch die Sardellen, zusammengemanscht auf einem viel zu kleinen Teller. Alles sehr unappetitlich angerichtet, und auch geschmacklich kann man diese Gerichte nicht weiterempfehlen

Lecker . Viele kleine Gerichte, da kann man sich mal richtig durchfuttern.

Das Essen war für ein spanisches Lokal Durchschnitt. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Die Lage des lokales ist jedoch super. Die Preise sind gehoben. Wiederholung fraglich.

Essen 5 Sterne. Wirklich, wirklich, sehr lecker! Service würde ich 2 Sterne abziehen. Die vielen kleinen Speisen hätte ich gerne alle recht zeitnah am Tisch gehabt, sodass man überall probieren kann. Das macht für mich Tapa aus. Wir konnten auch gemeinsam nicht wirklich essen, da alles einzeln über längere Zeit an den Tisch kam. Das war leider etwas enttäuschend. Ebenso die Nachfrage nach Getränken ist verbesserungswürdig. Ich komme dennoch gerne wieder.

Wir hatten es richtig gut,köstlich gespeist, sehr herzlich versorgt, ein wunderbarer Platz an dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Nur die Speisekarte ist spanisch, das Essen nicht! Paella aus dem Backofen, Albondigas in Käsesoße… Sehr kreativ! Man muss ja nicht unbedingt Spanier sein, um ein solches Restaurant zu betreiben, es würde reichen, sich für diese Küche zu begeistern und das umzusetzen. Das hier geht garnicht. Vorspeise und Getränkebestellungen vergessen kann ja mal passieren, aber nicht wiederholt.

Die Auswahl an Tapas und Paella ist sehr vielseitig, sogar echte spanische Tortilla, es war ein sehr gemütlicher Abend inmitten der Altstadt, das Essen und die Sangria hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir empfehlen dieses Lokal sehr gerne weiter und werden selbst auch gerne wieder hingehen.

Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und getrunken und hatten einen schönen Abend. Wir hatten Sonntag abends zum Glück reserviert. Es war sehr schnell voll.

Wir waren zwei mal in der Bodega die Lage und das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Das Essen ist gut und die Bedienung freundlich! Beim ersten Besuch wurde ich unfreundlich vom Wirt angemacht weil leider 3 von 8 Kollegen kurzfristig absagen mussten. Uns wurde sofort der Tisch verkleinert und uns mitgeteilt das wir demnächst früher Bescheid geben sollen wenn sich die Personenkennzahl ändert! Darüber hinaus weiß ich bis heute nicht welches Bier es im Ausschank gibt! Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, deshalb habe ich einen zweiten Versuch unternommen und habe wiederum reserviert. Dieses Mal gab es Theater, weil ich einen Tisch für 4 Personen wollte jedoch zwei der Kollegen später kamen! Statt die Situation zu akzeptieren gab es wieder palaver vom Wirt! Ich habe dem Ganzen schon nicht mehr zugehört! Es gibt so viele gute und schöne Restaurants in Steinheim, bei denen sich der Wirt über einen Besuch freut! Die Bodega brauche ich da nicht! Ich möchte gemütlich und ohne Stress meinen Feierabend verbringen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, große Portionen, humorvoller Service. Es war ein sehr gelungener Abend. Große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten. Es konnte sogar auf Knoblauch freie Wünsche eingegangen werden.

Sehr schön draußen gesessen, wirkt innen etwas rustikal wie typisch „Männerhaushalt“ , Chef serviert und ist in der Küche, die Jungs sind anfangs gestreßt, wollen aber natürlich allen Gästen schnell gerecht werden, gehen auf unsere Extra-Wünsche ein, Essen richtig lecker und große Portionen, unbedingt mit viel Hunger hingehen, zu Späßen aufgelegt, wenn alles rund läuft und sich die Lage klärt. Schönes Sitzen im Freien auf einem Platz in der Altstadt. Zwei sehr freundliche, kompetente und aufmerksame Herren im Service. Wir wurden wie Stammgäste behandelt, obwohl wir zum ersten Mal dort waren. Die Tapas waren super lecker und die Nachspeise ebenso. Rundherum ein gelungener schöner Abend mit meinen Mädels.

Beim ersten Mal zufällig dort gelandet und so begeistert gewesen, dass wir nun bewusst das Lokal angesteuert haben. Tolles Essen, tolles Ambiente (auch draußen) und sehr netter Chef und nette Bedienung. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die Tapas in allen Varianten.

Zur Geburtstagsfeier im kleinen Rahmen begaben sich meine Familie und ich hier her. Obwohl Montags Ruhetag ist, und wir dies versehentlich übersahen, wurde unsere Reservierung angenommen! Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich begrüßt und bedient und auch um den Kleinen wurde sich sehr gut gekümmert, sodass auch er satt wurde. Das Essen ( Tapas, Paella, Lammkottlet) war sehr gut und auch die längere Wartezeit auf die Hauptspeisen komplett in Ordnung, sofern man sich vorher durch die Tapas probiert. Zusammengefasst sind wir sehr zufrieden wieder nach Hause gefahren und können das Lokal nur empfehlen! :)
