Bocadillos Mexican Grill in Berlin

I bought a Nacho burrito, the girl behind the counter Told me my payment didnt go Well (altough i showed her my bank app with the payment going off). When I started eating I found a hair. Can happen ofcourse no worries. But when I Told her she began again about my payment and Told me to pay again. She Said the other money would go back. 1 Month later and still nothing. They also dont react on my message. Bad service

15 euros for a burrito. They're disgusting. The meat was as dry as a shoe sole and dripped like a mess.

I got a burrito for €12.50, then a Coke for €3.05. In the end, I had to tip whether I wanted to or not, even though I'm a student and needed the money for my school week in Berlin. The total amount ended up being €19.91, which is outrageous, and I can't explain the price. Also, the service was incredibly slow. The burrito was quite good, though, but not very seasoned. I'll never go here again. Outrageous.

I had a taco mix, I really liked the beef one. The beef bowl also looked good 😋 would go there again! The staff were super friendly 🙏🏻

Every time, I get a different portion for the same price. Sometimes it's large, sometimes it's small. I don't understand why the employees do this. Just make a uniform portion; the solution is simple. Half a ladle of rice for €11 is pretty outrageous. 😈

This burrito has nothing to do with anything Mexican. It wasn't even remotely rolled properly, and it didn't taste good either. It was cold, full of water, and not particularly spicy. And all of this at a completely overpriced price. Small addendum: I still can't believe how bad the burrito actually was. I've eaten a few, but never one that was truly neither skillfully nor intentionally made...

The staff was very nice and the food was very reasonably priced.

The selection, price, and staff were absolutely acceptable for a food court restaurant. I was there at a quiet time; it was quick, the food (veggie bowl) was okay, and the lady at the counter was really friendly.

The nacho cheese menu was very tasty and the service was customer-oriented and friendly. Gladly again!

Rarely have I eaten such a nasty burrito. There were hard, non-chewable pieces inside but I couldn't tell whether they came from chicken or vegetables or rice. I gave up after three bites.

Burritos were horrible - Guacamole costs €1.80 extra and you get an approximate amount of 1-2 teaspoons - Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it makes sense to ask the bad-tempered employees for a decent amount - The tomato salsa is far too liquid, so that the tortilla was wet - Plus it wasn't warmed up properly - The sauces are tasteless - Bag costs 50 cents - that was really funny - The store is an unprecedented disaster

Cool! I really don't like to complain, but what you get here for €12.99 in a beef burrito is a joke.. Dry, unseasoned.. and €3.40 for a small iced tea.

Attention, the subtitle here is "Mexican Restaurant", but it is just a stand in the food court of the Alexa shopping center. The service was very friendly, I had the tacos with chicken. Preparation was according to my wishes, not very spicy and with all vegetables. Tacos are hard to eat, they broke immediately and the contents spilled into the serving basket, from where I ate them with a fork. Prices for the ambience of a waiting hall at the train station are a little higher than expected.

I liked it quite a bit! I ordered the Bowl Red, it comes with a drink. I added the extra Avocado for 1.50. In total 14 euros. Friendly staff. Mexican food always saves you if you are hungry. She is very rich.

Went just before closing. Beef burrito gave my 14 yr old food poisoning- tummy cramps and diarrhoea. Also expensive at 15 euro.

Ich bin entsetzt über die Qualität und Geschmack im Vergleich zu den Bewertungen. Es hat geschmeckt wie salzige Chips mit tex mex Salat was es auch war. Um das abzuliefern muss man nicht kochen können. Das was in den Behältern war sah auch nicht mehr so frisch aus. Es war genießbar aber danach hört es auch auf. Wie kann man als Kaufhaus sich so was ins Haus holen?

The place is a fraud. The food is just “okay”, the sour cream when you ask for the bowl is just a tiny bit spread on top and it’s watery, not even close to what sour cream is. They force you to tip when you pay by card, and if you want to take the rest of the food you have to pay 50 cents.

Schnelles leckeres Essen für zwischendurch.

Die Burritos schmecken leider sehr langweilig, besonders für 8,50 €. Avocado für zzgl. 1,50€ Aufschlag ist auch zu viel. Ich kann dagegen Doleres in Berlin Mitte empfehlen. Aufgrund der hohen Anzahl an Kunden sind die Mitarbeiter gestresst.

Zu teuer für das was man bekommt

Die vegetarischen Tacos haben als Gewürz ohne Deklaration Koriander, was für die manche Menschen nach Spülmittel schmeckt.

Service, trotz viel Personal, unaufmerksam. Essen war solide, ein Gang wurde aber vergessen. Saßen im Außenbereich, durch die angrenzende Bahn natürlich sehr störend. An sich gemütlich eingerichtet.

The staff here is always super cool and friendly. The last time I ate there, I had the chicken burrito and it was really good. This time I went for the beef burrito with salsa roja and jalapeños. It was the perfect level of spicy. It was spicy but still had a ton of flavor. Portions are also big and fitting for the price. Every time I go to Alexa, I think I will eat somewhere else but I almost always end up at Bocadillos and am never disappointed. If you are craving a burrito or tacos like you had at Chipotle or Qdoba in the USA, this is the place to go. Thanks guys! I am looking forward to the next burrito.

Ich war hier nur, weil ich vom Blutspenden kam und einen Gutschein hatte. Das Essen war okay, hat mich aber definitiv nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Bedienung war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht übertrieben freundlich. Ambiente war halt so, wie es in einer Mall ist.

Sehr große Auswahl an leckeren und frischen Zutaten, ich hatte einen Chicken Burrito für 10.50 Euro. Geschmacklich war es ein Highlight und ich komme sehr gern wieder. Der Service war freundlich und schnell, dazu kam das dass Angebot eigentlich so gut wie keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles in allem lohnt sich der Besuch für den großen und kleinen Hunger, nach diesen kulinarischen Schmaus steht einem gemütlichen Shopping Ausflug nichts im Weg.

Dieser Laden und Mitarbeiter ohne Schamgefühl. Nicht nur das die Borritos klein af sind, nein die Mitarbeiter schämen sich nicht mal 1 1/2 Std vor Feierabend an den Tomaten zu sparen. Ich zahle 11€ für einen Borrito damit er nur nh Halbe Kelle Tomaten, Paprika, Salat und Jalapenos erhält. Das hat nicht mal ansatzweise satt gemacht und als ich ihn fragte ob er mehr Paprika machen kann, hat er einfach 2 Stückchen reingemacht, mir in die Augen gesehen und gefragt, war’s das. Wie kann man so bodenlos für den Preis sparen. Werde nie wieder kommen und ganz sicher auch nicht empfehlen. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück.

Der Reis war Trockner als die Sahara. Gemüse künstlicher als Kylie Jenner. Fleisch oke, aber merke schon wie es gleich wieder raus kommt.

Einfach schlecht , ich sage “kein vollkornreis , keine scharfe sose und kein Zucchini” am ende kriege ich alle drei in Burrito. Wenn jemand gehen will , soll er richtig streiten konnen weil keiner hort zu auf was man will.

Mexicanisches Fastfood. Ich hatte 3 Taccos. Die Portion war reichlich, es gab vieles was man hinzuordern konnte. Gegessen wird im Großraum nicht wirklich gemütlich aber wer beim Einkaufen in der Alexa etwas Essen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Neben Mexicanisches gibt es auch Indisch, Chinesisch, Sushi, Vietnamesisch, Italienisch

Ich habe einen burrito bestellt das Personal konnte kein deutsch als ich den borrito essen wollte ist er auseinander gefallen und alles ging auf mich aber es wahr wenigstens etwas scharf. Ich persönlich werde hier nich wieder essen

Salsa ist grün braun und wässrig

Habe hier einen Burrito mit Hähnchen gegessen und wurde nicht enttäuscht: das Fleisch war sehr gut gewürzt & durch Sauerrahm und Käse war das Ganze auch nicht trocken. Die Portion hat gut gesättigt und für 12 Euro inklusive 0,5 Liter Getränk war das für die Örtlichkeit auch okay. 1 Punkt Abzug gibts jedoch für die Öffnungszeiten. Wir wollten ein zweites Mal hier um 11:30 essen, laut Mitarbeiter öffnen sie aber erst um 12 Uhr…alle anderen Restaurants drin herum waren schon geöffnet. Ansonsten klare Weiterempfehlung

3 Tacos sind mir zu viel und meine Erwartungen was mexikanische Küche betrifft würden nicht erfüllt, es hat eindeutig Würze gefehlt.

Also was soll man dazu sagen, wenn man nicht weis, wie es sein soll. Es war ok und bei dem Preis wird man ordentlich satt. Es ist wie immer eine reine Geschmackssache, aber ich bitte drum, das jeder selbst für sich entscheidet und mal Probieren geht. LG

Even though it's been 2 months since I tried it, but after trying a few other places I had to come back to say how good Bocadillos really was, on point! Tasted very good, the Mexican taste was very present, and the staff were kind and generous and the sandwich was so filled and delicious!

5 € für Tortilla mit cheese sauce und was rauskommt sind trockene Tortillas mit seperaten Dip. Dachte da wäre wie es üblich sein sollte mit Käse überbacken. Nächstes Mal gehe ich zu Edeka. Ist günstiger und kommt das selbe bei raus

Wir waren am Wochenende im Alexa und wir entschieden uns für das Bocadillos. Die Burritos waren mega lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... Wir kommen wieder !!!!

Das Essen an sich ist in Ordnung, jedoch deutlich zu teuer und die Bedienung konnte nur schlechtes Deutsch, sodass sich Probleme beim Bestellen und beim Zahlen ergaben.
