The burgers used to be delicious, but now they're an absolute disgrace... untoasted bagged burger buns... yuck!

The staff are very friendly, especially Sonja, Monika, and Oliwia. Special requests are no problem either 😉

Crowded, loud, and understaffed, making the existing staff incredibly tense. Food mediocre.

Bob's Gastrofen's pricing remains appealing, but the quality of the burgers disappointed me this time. The cheeseburger with a double patty was clearly made from thick, firm frozen patties and didn't taste anything like previous visits; even basic fast-food patties are better. That's a shame, because the burgers have always been a highlight for me. I'll still go to Bob's, but I can't currently recommend the burgers.

We were a group of eight going bowling. The staff were very friendly the whole time, and we felt very comfortable. My pizza was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I deducted one star for the ambiance because of the broken soap dispenser in the men's restroom; that was a bit inconvenient. I'd gladly come back again sometime.

We visited Bob's several times. As always, the food was excellent. However, I'm writing a somewhat negative review. The staff was severely understaffed – which is understandable at this time of year. The waiter (Eddie) did his best to serve the guests well. The bartender also helped out where he could. The only negative aspect was the pizza maker. He diligently baked his pizzas, placed them on the counter, and rang the bell incessantly for Eddie, who had to deliver the pizzas to the guests even though he hadn't yet had time to bring the drinks. The pizza maker stayed at his pizza oven, baking pizzas, ringing the bell for Eddie, and talking on the phone (or so it seemed). Even when I pointed out that the three of them could really be working together as a team to serve the guests, he continued baking or polishing the counter. We fully understood the situation and the wait. However, I have absolutely no understanding for the behavior of the man at the pizza oven...

Great atmosphere! Prices are good! Perfect for an evening with friends.

I've been here several times with friends, and everything has always worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the online reservation system doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment, because even though I received a confirmation, our reservation couldn't be found when we arrived. Luckily, we still managed to get a table. A big thank you to our waiter: he was incredibly friendly and attentive! We switched from dinner to billiards and later to darts throughout the evening, and he kept checking on us to make sure everything was alright. That was truly excellent service. Overall, it was a lovely evening, the food was once again superb, and hopefully, the online reservation issue will be resolved soon, then everything will be perfect!

I love this restaurant so much! The food is amazing and everyone is always super friendly. The bowling and other options are great, and you can even play darts and billiards spontaneously. The atmosphere is fantastic; sometimes I find the music a tad too loud, but that's just nitpicking.

It was really busy, and unfortunately, the staff was understaffed. But our server, Oliwia, made up for it. Friendly, attentive, and truly exemplary in her communication.

So far, I've always enjoyed going there, but we had a waitress who wasn't particularly friendly and gave the impression that he couldn't really answer questions and always justified everything with excuses. And the worst part was that he turned out to be a manager or operations manager. A very disappointing personality with a bit too much knowledge of his own business.

Super nice and fast service. The young man was so amazing, so friendly and accommodating. He was just a fun guy. The food was also incredibly delicious.

The food was good. The beer was okay. After pointing out that the beer wasn't filled to the gauge line, I was quickly refilled with the rest. Bowling costs 30 euros per hour. The front-of-house staff split the tips with the kitchen—I think that's good.

The food was good. What's really awful is that you can see all the waiters outside smoking, some of them in front of the entrance. It's not a big deal, but I doubt anyone washes their hands afterward.

Had a burger, salad, and pizza yesterday. Well, the burger was average, the fries were okay. The pizza was good to satisfactory, and strangely enough, the salad tasted the best. It was really good. Service was okay. But when people are working, and in this heat, you honestly can't always give 100 percent. So, absolutely no complaints. Next time, it'll be different. It's working. But honestly: your burgers have unfortunately gotten worse. Can you improve a bit? With that in mind...the other stuff is fine as always... cool location. If you want to combine dining with fun activities, this is the place for you. Simple but good food, combined with indoor bowling or darts.

I was actually just hungry – unprepared to be part of a social experiment testing how much ignorance and arrogance a person in a leadership position can exude before taking off. The food? Average. The service? Nice, probably despite the management. But the real star of the evening was the management itself. It's rare to meet someone who can simultaneously sound didactic, annoyed, and subtly condescending in a single sentence. A true art form. Constructive criticism was reacted to as if the family name had been personally insulted. Perhaps that was the case – with egos, you never quite know where the line lies. The answers seemed rehearsed, but unfortunately not in the professional sense, more like a poorly rehearsed school play on the topic of "customer satisfaction is overrated." Conclusion: If you want to see how customer service doesn't work – there are live demonstrations here, daily.

We can only recommend Bob's in Gersthofen, the atmosphere is good (assuming you like places like that), the food is great and within the price range. The service is OK, but used to be a little faster, but this depends on the person and cannot be generalized. Overall, always happy.

We've been going there regularly for years to eat, play pool, etc. Everything's great so far. The waitresses are all very nice. You never have to wait long for food. Maximum 15 minutes. That's really great. Burgers were better, but still great. Unfortunately I have to deduct one star, and that's because of the sanitary facilities (on both sides).. 95% of the time you won't find soap for washing your hands or paper for drying your hands. Toilet paper is usually available, but not always. So it would be nice if more attention was paid to this in the future. I still really enjoy going to this restaurant.

It's a shame that when you order a burger with a cooking level of MEDIUM, the service doesn't immediately inform you that it's not possible, probably because the patties aren't made fresh and then come out like lukewarm, hard shoe soles. How it works that the cheese on it hasn't even melted was also questionable. Well definitely not recommended. The one thing that worked was the spiciness. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were also partly soggy and lukewarm. With the information that it wasn't medium medium, I definitely wouldn't have taken a burger. The pizzas all looked very good, I think it would have been a better choice.

We went there to play billiards Crazy ambience, beautiful and different. Because the restaurant was really, really busy, we didn't eat anything. We were there on Saturday evening and had the table right in front of the entrance. 13 people in total. The waitresses were hardly ever seen all evening. If you have to run behind to get the waitress to order, then you're doing something wrong. I would understand if the place was packed, but by then there was almost nothing going on and our table was still not interesting. When you were finally able to order, you had to wait another half hour for the drinks to arrive. Really annoying. The food was quite good so far.

We come to Bob's Gersthofen almost every week and on the whole everything is always perfect. But what's not working now in the cold season is the condition of the toilets! The windows are constantly open, it's really so cold in there that you think twice about going to the toilet there...plus toilet paper/towels are often missing, it's not that clean... Unfortunately, that's a very big drawback General impression somewhat cloudy.

Everything makes a good impression, but what I don't celebrate is that my burger cost €21 (without any side dishes) and it has become extremely small compared to back then. And unfortunately really dry...

Cozy and informal. Food and drinks came pretty quickly. The toilets leave a lot to be desired. Despite the freezing temperatures, the window was open and could not be closed even when asked. Otherwise rather unkempt impression.

We were there on December 25th. and I have to say I was really disappointed. Pizza and burgers were really great. What was a disaster was that the fries felt completely cold and raw. Cocktails weren't really good either. Mojito was just lemon juice. The service didn't feel like it either. If at all it came once every time But what really didn't work was the ambience. We sat in an extremely dark and really cold restaurant. The toilet was completely frozen. There was also only cold water for washing hands and no towels. Nevertheless, Bobs is still the best Gersthofen has. The beer garden in summer is also great.

Today we went out for burgers again like we do every week, ordered 2 burgers and agreed with the waitress that we wanted to take another one with us. She then said we should let us know again when we get our food. Then we got our food from another waitress, I said to her we would then order another burger to take away and during that time the first one apparently also ordered one and now I had to pay for both, which in my opinion is absolutely not okay because I only wanted to take 1 with me. Well, both paid, but that was the last time I will visit this store!

Unfortunately the bowling alley was broken, but there was no problem with a discount. Food good, but not exactly cheap. Good rock music for that.

I ordered a kirschgois because everything tasted anything but good, totally bitter and after washing up liquid that happened quite often now, the last time I played billiards they took my deposit (driver's license). ) accidentally given to a stranger who didn't notice either. Today I gave a 20 deposit and got it back in coins, all small things that can still be forgiven somewhere. After 5 people tried my Goiß and they all said the same thing, I kindly pointed it out to the bartender and asked if he would please take it back and give me a bottled beer. I was rejected with a clearly rude no!!! something like that doesn't work at all Today is the last evening here, it's a shame that all the services you would like are not fulfilled!!!! I used to be a regular here. Since I moved away, I haven't been here for about 4 years and I was really looking forward to the burger. Unfortunately, this one was a disaster! The flesh was like the sole of a shoe! Really dry and pretty burnt too. The whole burger wasn't the same as I knew it back then... unfortunately the great chips are no longer available either. Everything has become expensive (like everywhere else) and the quality probably suffers as a result. Too bad!

I've been coming here for many years and have been to Bob's Gersthofen over 100 times. A wonderful location, especially in summer, but you also always feel very comfortable indoors. I would like to give it a 5/5 because it actually always tasted very tasty... The fact that the prices were increased is not a problem and completely understandable, but unfortunately the quality of the burgers in particular has decreased significantly (for about 1-2 years) . Especially since the burgers are no longer offered medium. It would be really great if we could change something about the meat. I will then be happy to adjust the rating. Otherwise everything is great, I'm always happy to come :)

We used to go to Bob's Gersthofen more often. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is very poor. Burger patty was frozen. My Primavera salad only had half a ball of mozzarella with some tomatoes for the hefty price of 10.90. There are other locations that offer better quality at this price.

Very large and tasty portions, price-performance ratio is great and the music is great. There are lots of cozy nooks, which from experience are perfect for two lovers to go out to eat ❤️ Great shop :)
