Das Lokal verspricht mehr als es hält. Einige Gerichte der Karte waren nicht verfügbar, die Crevetten waren nicht entdarmt, übergart und nicht frisch. Der Küchenbereich wirkte schmuddelig und das WC ist nicht barrierefrei.

Nádherně vyzdobená restaurace ve francouzském stylu byla ideální volbou pro můj oběd. Servis byl rychlý a vstřícný, typická bretaňská »Gallete Complete« se salátem neuvěřitelně výborná a dezert v podobě domácího »Crème brûlée« také bez chyby. Mimo jiné byl velmi bohatý výběr nápojů, a to jak alkoholických tak i nealkoholických. Cenově kvalitě vše odpovídá a určitě doporučuji navštěvu tohoto malebného místa nedaleko od řeky! :))

Very friendly shop with delicious food and a great drinks menu. Here you can really try out various French beer and cider varieties :) It's a shame that although there are vegan galette options, they won't fill you up at all. Cheese makes a shoe out of it; Without it it's just (tasty) vegetable ragout with thin dough. For the price I think it's justified to compensate for e.g. B. to get a larger salad. But that's just a downer.

We both ate a Garlett. Cream with buckwheat flour. Fills you up and is something different. I was positively reminded of Brittany. Straight through the Crepe' Quimper. We sat outside, unfortunately a bit uncomfortable due to the noise of the cars.

The absolute best restaurant in Marburg! Warm service. Loving dishes. Authentic ambience with a patina as if you were in a Breton village. The buckwheat crepes are unbelievably great. The shrimps and, in the right season, mussels are a poem! The prices are absolutely fine - for what is on offer you can handle the prices very confidently (I would pay 10% more in a heartbeat). The seafood platter (€150) is something for special occasions. The special thing about the place is the overall experience. It's always like a wonderful little vacation! Keep it up and stay down to earth. I may have moved away, but I still have to drive to eat with you every now and then.

Just right for people with celiac disease. All the galettes I tried over 4 days tasted excellent. The crepe dishes are also made as galettes. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is authentic. I will miss it.

Perfect galettes on a lovely evening

Arrived around 13:00 on a Friday hoping to enjoy some cider and crepes only to be told there were no tables available, which seemed very odd considering only three were occupied outside and one inside… According to the waiter there were not enough cooks in the kitchen so were invited to come back in the evening but making a reservation was not possible.

So nice here, really friendly staff. Everything tasted so delicious and dogs are allowed. Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable. We'll be back... not a threat 😉 but a promise 😃 thanks for the lovely hours 😊

The delicious smell that emanated from the small restaurant attracted me. The food broadened my horizons as I was unfamiliar with the dish “Galette”. In summary: very tasty, worth it, cozy atmosphere, nice service 5/5 👍 I will definitely come back again sometime! Thanks for the delicious food ☺️

Very small but very nice restaurant. You immediately feel comfortable there. The service is very friendly and the cuisine is delicious. The food comes one after the other because only one can be prepared at a time. But that doesn't bother you one bit either. All in all very recommendable .

Very tasty, unfortunately no photos were taken of the food, I was too hungry. The staff is friendly and the prices are really reasonable for the quality.

The Blé Noir is not located on a nice corner in Marburg. But when you go in, you enter a different world. French, Breton, authentic. Music from a French radio station is playing in the background. Every two months the owners go to Brittany and get the flour for their galettes. Super tasty, super friendly. Crème brûlée, highly recommended. A little tip: if you want a table on the weekend, you should call a week in advance.

Very cute and cozy French creperie: makes salty crepes with sarrasin flour (usually gluten free) and sweet ones with regular flour. Large variety of crepes to choose from, including a monthly special. Also offers salads, mussels (during the season), seafood, and other bites. Great choice of ciders and tea too. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious crepes, and great location beside the river, especially when sunny.

Meeeegaaaa... the four of us ate the small fish platter. Then super delicious, freshly made galettes, then the cheese platter and then sweet crepes. Very fresh ingredients prepared with a lot of love. Really great staff. So… definitely make a reservation and go! The pictures are from another visit - we were completely thrilled again!!!

One of the best restaurants/cafés in Marburg. Suitable for everything from a quick lunch to a long dinner. But it's best to be a little hungry so you can treat yourself to both galettes and crepes.

We were there for dinner during the week and were completely satisfied. Authentic Breton cuisine. Absolute recommendation for a special meal in Marburg. Tip: Share a cheese plate, a galette each and maybe a caramel crepe for dessert for two.

We were there spontaneously last week and a spontaneous idea turned into a wonderful evening. We were served extremely charmingly and competently and the food and wine were also uniquely good. In combination with the beautiful, lovingly designed ambience, we decided at the end of the evening that Blé Noir would now be our first port of call for a lovely evening and good food. In the end it turned out that our origins unite us. It was an all-round successful evening and, especially because of the family atmosphere, a visit that we will remember for a long time. We can only recommend a visit!

Authentic Breton small restaurant with fair prices. Mainly there are galettes, salads and crepes to eat. Large selection of cider. Even non-alcoholic. table reservations definitely make sense.

Das Blé Noir gehört zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants in Marburg. Das Essen sowie der Service sind Spitze und das Flair sehr gemütlich! Die Muscheln, die Galettes und der Crepe waren wie immer perfekt. Und für meinen Lieblingswein bezahle ich gerne auch etwas mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die bis jetzt beste Option für mich, um in Marburg, gutes, veganes und preiswertes Essen zu bekommen! Vegan gibt es nur ein paar Optionen, allerdings hat alles fantastisch geschmeckt :)

Cozy small cafe with great food and sparkling apple ciders (6% alcohol). We ordered their buckwheat crepes.

Essen war sehr gut, kommt nah an das bretonische Original ran. Schön typisch bretonisch eingerichtet. Leider werden insgesamt nur zwei Galetteplatten verwendet, sodass man sehr lange warten muss und auch nicht gemeinsam essen kann. Unpersönliche, gestresste Bedienung, in Sachen Service und Freundlichkeit können sie noch einiges von den Bretonen lernen...

Sehr authentisch. Super (offene) Küche, toller und freundlicher Service! Alle Fragen konnten beantwortet werden und das Essen war top!! Besonders die Miso-Muscheln Interpretation, sehr lecker 10/10 - absolute Empfehlung

Nice surprise in Marburg. Crêperie Bretonne in the middle of Marburg: Delicious!

We did a day trip in Marburg and found this nice little place for French Galette and Crepe. The restaurant is so cute and feels so cozy, it also has an outdoor area if the weather allows. The food was amazing, we had Galette and sweet crepes (the crepe with dark chocolate cream was my fav), all tasted so good. The service was great too, our waiter was so kind and nice it really added points. :) Overall great experience!

Ausdrückliche Empfehlung. Sehr gut und authentisch. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das zu fairen Preisen. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr nett. Der Außenbereich leidet atmosphärisch etwas an der großen Straße, aber unter Bäumen und zwischen den blumenbepflanzten Trennern trotzdem gemütlich. Der Innenraum ist sehr authentisch. Ich habe das Gefühl dass man hier persönlich dahinter steht, etwas Gutes zu schaffen.

Auf der Suche nach einem guten Mittagessen ist uns das Blé Noir schon von den positiven Bewertungen im Netz her aufgefallen. Es ist zwar klein, bietet aber vor dem Lokal noch einige zusätzliche Plätze, so daß auch größere Gruppen Platz haben, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, bietet aber dennoch viele Variationen, so dass so ziemlich jeder sein Wunschessen finden dürfte. Beim Essen stiegen wir vollständig bretonisch eine und nahmen Galettes, Crêpes, Cidre Kerné und Crème Brûlée flambé mit Lambig. Jeder einzelne Bestandteil unserer Bestellung war von hervorragender Qualität und wurde recht schnell zubereitet. Der Kocj versteht sein Handwerk aufs Beste kann man da nur sagen und es jedem mit auch nur ein wenig Interesse an der bretonischen Küche empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Crepes welcher in einer anderen Liga spielt, wenn man ihn mit den Standart Crepes auf Volksfesten vergleicht. Sehr lecker! Dadurch das der Außenbereich an eine Hauptstraße grenzt wirkt es sehr aufgeregt. Dafür kann aber niemand etwas. Bei jedem Gericht wird kostenlos Wasser gereicht! Keine Selbstverständlichkeit!!! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert... Wir kommen wieder...

Unique and thoughtful menu. Fabulous cheeses (highly recommend the cheese board) and great variety on the menu. Exceptional beverage list as well and the wines we tried were great. You won't be disappointed!

Die kleine und feine KULINARISCHE BOTSCHAFT für die frische und leckere Küche der herben Bretagne befindet sich nahe der Lahn in einem idyllischen und sehr szenisch und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Fachwerkhäuschen. Für uns waren das freundliche, kompetente Personal, die große Auswahl an Cidres und die leckeren, ansprechend servierten Speisen (wir hatten die üppige Meeresfrüchteplatte für 2, die man vorbestellen muss und die auch 3 hungrige Erwachsene sättigt) eine so erfreuliche Überraschung, dass wir sehr gern und bald wiederkommen.

Kleines, uriges Haus mit leckeren bretonischen Köstlichkeiten. Nettes Personal. Einkehren, genießen und wohlfühlen! Gerne wieder! Am 22.06.18 wieder da gewesen und wieder sehr lecker und freundlich!!!

Die Galette sind hervorragend! Der empfohlene Cidre exzellent. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, was leider andereseits bedeutet, dass man sehr viel Geduld braucht (1 1/2 Stunden für das Hauptgericht). Ist etwas lang für mich, da das Restaurant klein ist (drinnen 8 Plätze unten, 18 im Außenbereich, im 1 OG war geschlossen). Dafür wurde die Crepes Platte um 21.45 trotz Küchenschluss nochmal angeworfen um Crepes zu machen...als Ausgleich für die Wartezeit. Nicht so optimal ist die Lage an der Hauptstraße . Drinnen ist es sehr gemütlich. Nachtrag: dafür, dass das Gehirn in der Linguistik- Klausur gelitten hat, war der Service perfekt ! 😉
