Waren hier spontan bei einer Hotelübernachtung. Hatten uns vorher nicht informiert. Zum Glück kann man sagen… Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Natürlich waren die Preise ambitioniert. Aber was will man von einem guten Hotel direkt am Flughafen erwarten? Dafür war das Essen gut und der Service sogar noch besser! Kleine Karte, aktuell Spargel im Angebot.. Gute Getränkeauswahl und wir haben schön draußen sitzen können.

Gourmet corner! The carpaccio melts in your mouth, espresso with mini pork ears, ice cream is wonderful, full of flavor. Everything has its price, but you should treat yourself.

The staff is very friendly. The ambience is so-so. The price-performance ratio for the food is not right. The 19 euro burger plus 1 euro for cheese or bacon was overpriced. A lot of money for little taste. A pity.

It was a very cozy evening with burgers and ravioli. The food itself was good, but the ravioli had already cooled down considerably. With the burger it would have been good if you had asked how you would like the meat. However, the food was very good.

This is the worst, worst, worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I sat waiting for about 1 hour when the restaurant was empty - literally NOBODY came to serve us at any point, the staff just sat there staring at me???? Also 30 euros for a schnitzel 😂 do yourself a big favour and do not come here.

There is no relationship between price and performance. The ladies in service were friendly. Curry sausage fries for €16.50 are a freedom.

We had risotto with salmon, burger and 2 alt - all very good and friendly service. Not exactly cheap, but - HELLO, we are in the Maritim at the airport and not in a chip shop. That's how it is !

Vom Ambiente vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gemütlich und mit Charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst aufmerksam. Wirklich eine sehr gute Adresse für sehr gutes Essen im Maritim. Lediglich vom Lampenschirm an unserem Tisch ließ sich der gesamte Umfang der Speisekarte ablesen, aber auch mit der "Kritik" wurde professionell umgegangen. Mal sehen, ob es beim nächsten Besuch behoben ist 😉.

Das schlechteste Restaurant, welches ich jemals besuchen musste. Das Essen war erst nach mehr als einer Stunde fertig, das Restaurant aber auch bei weitem nicht stark frequentiert. Es wurde zwei mal der falsche Salat gebracht, die Pommes zum Burger waren quasi noch roh. Die Bestellung von Getränken wurde mehrfach vergessen, auf Nachfrage wurde diese dann stark verzögert zu uns gebracht. Der Service wirkte völlig überfordert, war teils extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich.

We had the asperges menu: the schnitzel was really tasty and juicy. The potatoes were nice and soft and the sauce was just right. The beef was also well prepared , medium rare just like we prefer.

We hebben ontzettend lang gewacht op ons eten, wat overigens niet tegelijk kwam. Het eten was vet en niet warm. Daarnaast was de smaak gewoon niet lekker. Buiten een drankje doen mocht niet en moest je zelf ophalen en direct afrekenen. Een glas wijn die half vol zat werd meegenomen zonder te vragen en cola werd gewoon bij een glas water (die half vol was) in gegooid. Personeel is passief agressief en onvriendelijk. We moesten zelf om bestek vragen. Peper en zout werd ook niet gebracht. Ronduit teleurstellend.

Wir mussten lange auf das Essen warten, es war viel zu teuer und hat nicht geschmeckt. Für 13€ haben wir Grünen Salat mit 2 mini Tomaten bekommen! Für 2 Aperol Spritz bezahlten wir 18€ die aber nur nach Wasser und ganz wenig Aperol geschmeckt haben. Zudem schrien sich die Kellnerinnen mehrmals durch den Saal an:„Ich bin nicht auf den Kopf gefallen“. etc. Sehr unverschämt und auch unfreundlich.

Sehr schönes Bistro. Angenehme Atmosphäre und aufmerksames Personal. Gab ein paar Mankos aber die haben dem ganzen nicht so stark geschadet. Angemessener Preis für das, was man geboten bekommt.

Ich habe ein Lachsgericht mit Linsen bestellt. Der Lachs sehr gut, aber die Linsen waren ohne Kochen hart und roh. Ich habe 26 € für ein Gericht bezahlt, das nicht gut gemacht war.

The chef/supervisor samuel treats you like you're poor just because you're at a layover and using a voucher from the hotel. He was yelling at us just beacause we did not tell them that we're using a voucher. Nobody told us to let the restaurant know first that we're using a voucher. I was told to pay with the voucher and that it cost €18 and anything over that, we had to pay out of pocket, which I was fine with. This phucker thinks he can look down on anybody. We already felt that everyone is just ignoring us but left it alone cause we're tired and hungry. But the real reason is that we look like we can't pay for our meals and that we're of a different race. This feels humiliating. If I had another restaurant, I would not pick this. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. For the management, please review the cctv or the video, you will see how samuel treated us and how everyone in that restaurant looked at us, including the reactions from the customers when samuel started yelling.

Wir waren heute im Botaccio mit Freunden Essen und waren maßlos enttäuscht. Die Speisekarte ist sehr klein geworden. Dafür sind die Preise sehr hoch und entsprechen in keinster Weise der Qualität der Gerichte. Im Stov, das leider sehr oft geschlossenen ist, gibt es die gleichen Gerichte aus der gleichen Küche zu normalen Preisen, die der Qualität entsprechen. Ein Gericht, Rindergulasch mit Spätzle, wurde komplett vergessen und wurde nach 10 Minuten nachgeliefert, jedoch in einer furchtbaren Qualität und für das Auge unzumutbar angerichtet. Auch der als Entschädigung angebotene Grauburgunder konnte über den absolut verdorbenen Abend nicht wieder retten. Wir werden das Maritim und vor allem die Restaurants und Bars des Hauses in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen.

Not quite as described. It’s described as Mediterranean cuisine but it’s more Germanic than Mediterranean. Staff a bit timid and no real sense of customer service. I ate here three nights whilst staying at the hotel. First night my burger was stone cold. Second night better I had a lovely steak and they served it with chips for me rather than the Brussel sprouts it comes with on the menu. Probably better options available within the airport next door.

Service: Wir mussten sehr lange am Eingang warten bis wir an einen Tisch geführt wurden, obwohl viele Tische frei waren. Danach saßen wir am Tisch ohne eine Getränke oder Speisekarte zu erhalten. Wir haben 2mal nachgefragt und bekamen als Antwort immer nur "Ja, ich komme sofort". Es kam aber lange niemand. Stattdessen hatte man den Eindruck, dass alle Bedienungen kopflos im Restaurant umherlaufen ohne irgendeinen Gast/Tisch im Blick zu haben. Nachdem wir dann das Essen bestellt hatten, dauerte es wieder sehr lange (~40 min) bis dieses an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Auf die Nachfrage, ob unsere Kinder zu den Nudeln noch den bestellten Parmesan bekommen könnten, wurde schnippisch geantwortet. Ambiente: Das Restaurant ist nicht schön bzw. eher altmodisch gestaltet. Es wirkt wie eine große Halle, in der die Tische in Reihen aufgestellt sind.

Accueil sympathique dans un cadre spacieux. Cuisson parfaite du poisson mais un risotto qui n’en est pas un, noyé dans le pesto… Service rapide et vins intéressants. L’endroit idéal pour un repas rapide si on n’est pas trop exigeant. Proche aéroport.

Worst experience ever! We were staying at the Maritime Hotel for one night only because we had to take a flight the day after in the early morning. After reading the reviews we were suspicious but there is not other restaurant available in the surrounding, beside a bar with few German snacks, so we have dicided to try. We have got a table and after 5 minutes we could get a menu and order drinks, 1lt of water (€9,00!) and a beer. We ordered food, a salad and the burger. We noted, tha a copule which was arrived after us, have ordered the same dishes. After almost half hour, the couple got a burger and another dish which was the wrong one. After other 10 minuts they got their salad and we… still nothing! After complaining, we discovered the kitchen never get our order. We left, very disappointed! We thought to try the German snack bar, but when we saw that they were sharing the same staff and kitchen of the previous restaurant, we left this one too, immediately!

Ich habe meinen runden Geburtstag im Bistro Bottaccio gefeiert. Es war toll! Alles stimmte: Das Essen, der Service, die Atmosphäre. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank noch einmal für den schönen Abend an das gesamte Personal!!!

Das Schnitzel war frittiert und schmeckte mehr nach Fisch und altem Fett. Die Pommes haben ebenfalls nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Der Burger hat nur nach Senf geschmeckt. Das Burger Patty war aus schlechtem groben Hack und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Es gab 3 Hauptgerichte auf der Karte. Mein Mann, ich und meine 3 jährige Tochter haben den ganzen Abend auf dem Klo verbracht :(( und für 2 Burger, 1Salat und ein Kinderschnitzel haben wir 85€ bezahlt 🤦🏼‍♀️

Das Ambiente war zunächst vielversprechend. Wir haben uns für das Buffet entschieden und ehrlich, nicht nur für € 30 preislich total überzogen, sondern geschmacklich der absolute Reinfall. Die Auswahl war begrenzt, der Kartoffelpüree lag wie ein Brett in einer Wärmewanne, ohne dass man zunächst erahnen konnte, um was es sich handelt. Der Fisch war vom Aufwärmen so trocken, dass die Wasserflasche (0,75 l) für € 9,60 dringend notwendig war. Die Rolladen waren mit einer undefinierbaren grünen Masse gefüllt. Den Nachtisch haben wir uns erspart. Ehrlich, noch NIE so schlecht gegessen.

Service eine Katastrophe, der Burger war gut die Pommes schmeckten abgestanden.

A real disappointment, only Caesar salad, beefburger or Schnitzel on the menu (buffet available after 6pm each day) meals came with very undercooked chips, sent back and when they reappeared the beefburger was cold and the schnitzel must have been under a heat lamp. It was not good quality meat and the schnitzel was with chips and an olive and piece of lemon as decoration🤷🏼‍♀️ At this price I really expected much better. The staff said it was unusual as the schnitzel was really popular. When there are only three items on the menu, it will be. Two stars, as the staff were pleasant and when we returned our meal and refused any replacement, we were not charged for it. I know covid has been devastating, but I could have turned out these ˋgo to ´ meals in much better form. Disappointing and not expected from a Maritim restaurant.

Had dinner here earlier in the week. The restaurant was not busy and the menu small so we expected great food with such a small selection. Two of us ordered the octopus starter which was presented beautifully, but very quickly realised it was inedible. It was lukewarm, smelt incredibly fishy, was tough and tasted only of salt, needless to say we sent them back and asked to be removed from the bill. The main course was a complete nightmare for our table. Many of us had steaks, which where not terrible, although mine was very gristly and didn't eat two thirds of it. Two of our parties meals were forgotten so came later. A risotto served as most of us finished and it was undercooked, Sadly the person just ate it for fear of waiting longer to eat. Another ordered lamb that only came as the rest of our plates where cleared and when cut open was still raw and had to be sent back again. The serving staff where all over the place and not communicating with each other. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

It is a good airport hotel restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere, serving good mid-range dishes, with a touch of creativity. They would deserve a quote at 4, if they would expand a little their menu list, that is insufficient in terms of choice.
