Once accidentally wandered in to ask for directions. All conversations stopped, everyone turned around from the counter (the 5-6 people who were there) and you were first looked at. Unanimous opinion: "A stranger! Is he allowed in here??" Quickly asked for directions and quickly got out again. About the ambience: In the basement, dark, uncomfortable, bare. I definitely don't have to go in again.

It must be stated on the menu that there is only "medium rare" roast beef and if you get an order for "well done", tell the guest directly, I can't, order a braised dish. You can always talk a lot afterwards if the day is long. Instead of apology and insight, just justifications. When using sauerkraut, be sure to note that it contains bacon!
