It was the badest quality of food the sandwiches are full only with salat and two pieces of meat the only thing that was good was the potato and the drinks it was my first time and last

Don't be fooled by the appearance: here you can get an exceptionally good kebab, well seasoned and top quality meat. Plus large portions at fair prices and very nice, relaxed and friendly service. In summer you can sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle in the streets of Altona.

The kebab was catastrophic. I had to throw up. The waiter was completely uncommented and unfriendly and put the wrong things on my kebab. After I pointed this out to them, they said they couldn't change this and after discussing it, they just took the salad from the kebab instead of making me a new one. Afterwards they didn't even say goodbye to me. Prices are also overpriced.

Can't confirm the negative comments. Maybe the guests had a bad day - no restaurant runs smoothly 365 days a year. Instead of complaining about the dark crust afterwards, you can mention it during preparation. Personally, I like the meat to be a little crustier/darker, instead of light and almost raw - it's up to you. But I then tell the employees at the counter and get it how I want it. These sayings “if you lick it, you'll get rich” sound so ironic just reading it that you can only laugh about it. Instead of getting upset about it, you could have asked for a new plate - which you are guaranteed to get. Unfortunately, I wasn't there and don't know how you expressed your "well-intentioned tip". One thing I can guarantee to everyone who hasn't been here, ALL THE EMPLOYEES are very friendly - sometimes stressed - but always customer-oriented. I love this shop, especially since the chicken is very tasty and the kebab meat is TOP compared to the other shops! There is also a small prayer room in the basement.

The Dürüm kebab is one of the tastiest I have eaten in Hamburg. It's great that the meat and salad are mixed together beforehand. Unfortunately the salad/meat ratio is 60/40. With a little more meat it would be one of the best kebabs in Hamburg for me. The kebab man is functionally friendly, the ambience is definitely in need of improvement.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. When preparing the kebab boxes, they were tipped over twice and simply refilled. It felt like there was no trace of sauce. The fries were extremely soggy, as was the meat. Not recommended

I eat there often. Otherwise always good. But if you say something about improvement (like today), then things immediately become difficult. I had "black kebab meat" on the outside, burnt for me. I could have given it back, but I made the best of it and left the worst behind. Asked to pay attention next time. The answers are incredible: - This is "crust" (seriously now!) - If you lick it you'll get rich (What?!?) - AND not even an apology, just dirty looks You're happy to pay 12 EUR for strange customer service at the end... It's a real shame, I usually enjoy eating there.

Ate a very tasty kebab plate. Get delicious tea to bridge the preparation time.

I recently visited the restaurant in Altona BeyKebap and was very impressed with the customer service. The kebab sellers are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kebab itself tastes good and meets the standard you would expect. The ambience fits perfectly with the street scenery of Altona and contributes to the authentic experience. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty kebab!

The meat doner with bread was amazing. We ate a delicious doner kebab, the portion of which was very large and odorless. The friendliness of the employees is reason enough for us to come again.

Very tasty falafel dürüm. The portion is smaller than in other stores, but with very fresh ingredients and delicious sauce. Unfortunately there are few vegetarian dishes on the menu.

I've lived around the corner for years... Wow, he's gotten so bad... For €7.50 a small lease, the salad trade is very good... What vegans as hardly any meat is very dry and the fries are not cooked through.... When the kebab would have cost 4.50 euros, more effort and diligence went into the dish and the packaging was twice as big... Never again... such a growth... just doesn't work...

First trip to Hamburg with my husband and three children. Through Google, we chose this restaurant based on halal food, the restaurant's score on Google, and people's opinions. Very clean, fast service, friendly and patient staff, coffee, tea and various drinks available. Cooking was perfect, salad with delicious dressing, fantastic fried apples for the kids. Finally, colorful lollipops for the children. Many customers, but calm and pleasant atmosphere, pleasant temperature indoors.

I discovered this shop by chance, very nice, delicious bread, meat tastes well seasoned, salads are fresh and the sauces were very tasty (curry and avocado). I also see a stone oven for pide etc. in the background, it also looked tasty. Definitely coming back. 5/5

When passing by this place in the night, when it was closed already, I saw mice eating the food that was left DISPLAYED without any protection. These are the ingredientes and sauces they put in the sandwich in the next day, after the mice ate freely in the night

Eigentlich mein Lieblings-Döner in Altona aber die Preise für ein letztendliches Billigprodukt sind zu krass und ungerechtfertigt gestiegen das ich mir das nicht mehr gönne. Jeder muss seine Para machen, aber eure Döner sind nicht aus Gold. Vallah, wenn ihr für 5€ machen würdet, hättet ihr auch mehr Kundschaft aber müsst ihr selber wissen...

VEGAN! Erstaunlich guter, veganer Döner mit Seitan Fleisch und zwei Soßen (scharf, Mango) 8,0/10 Gibt nicht weit entfernt "leider" eine bessere Option, aber im "Döner-Notfall" würde ich definitiv hier essen! :)

Das Brot ist etwas bissfest und bei dem Fleisch ist der ein oder andere Knorpel zwischen. Ausserdem leider mehr Salat als Fleisch und die Saucen könnten etwas mehr gewürzt sein. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, preise sind auch in Ordnung.

In der Sonne in Ottensen an der Straße Döner essen ist wie Urlaub.

In dieser Ecke von Ottensen der beste Kebab Laden. Große Portion und immer 1a von Geschmack. Preise sind wie bei allen anderen auch (leider recht hoch). Ansonsten 100% Empfehlung, gehe seit 2014 dorthin.

Leider nur 2 Sterne. Soße war sehr wässrig und Brot nur leicht aufgewärmt. Salat leider nicht wirklich frisch. Fleisch war ok

huhu, hatte mir zum Mittag vorhin einen Döner über Lieferando liefern lassen. Was soll ich sagen? ein einfach solider extrem leckerer Döner. Ich danke den Restaurant für das klasse Gericht! Hier werde ich ab nun Häufiger bestellen :-).

Tolle Auswahl- es gibt verschiedene Fleischsorten und auch jeweila eine vegane Variante. Zum Dönerteller passt am besten die Tzatziki Soße.

Einfach alles Schmeckt super, ich empfehle es für alle!

Drehspieß, kein Döner. Mehr muss man glaube ich nicht sagen. Gibt reichlich Geschäfte in der Umgebung, die echten Döner verkaufen.
