Can only recommend, tasted very good. Clean and hygienic.

Food tasty and good portions. Staff friendly and quick, which is what you generally expect in a snack bar, but it's also true here. I don't come to a diner for the ambience, but for the food. And I always enjoy coming here.

Compared to other donee shops, I wouldn’t give 5 stars

I underestimated it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The ambience could be nicer but you're happy to accept it.

Unfortunately I have to say today: Wow, that was bad. Sauce, ok, is just an issue here in Hamburg that I have to live with (there's no tzatziki on the kebab per se, but it doesn't matter). But people! Turning salad with little meat into a meat box is... My husband ordered and didn't pay attention and only saw the misery when he got home. It went into the bin almost uneaten. 10 euros for the trash. Yes, there are people who like to eat salad with some meat and not meat with some salad. It went better, let's see if we can come again.

Doner is good at a leisurely pace. The amount of the portion is not enough. Ordered normal kebab, in the end it was like a children's kebab, only half the size for €7.50, which is really too expensive for the small portion.

Due to the high average rating, I went here today to try a kebab. The friendliness with which I was greeted when I came in was outstanding. I ordered the kebab with veal, cabbage, onions and tzatziki. Bread was toasted beforehand, which I find very tasty. Meat was juicy and aromatic but not particularly plentiful. Unfortunately there was no spice for sharpening on the table but - again very friendly - they were handed over to me over the counter when I asked. Overall, the kebab was really tasty, €7.50 is reasonable, the restaurant and toilets were clean. Overall, 4 stars from me - especially because of the friendliness.

The food was amazing but the worst was no delivery options and no online payments. Seriously, in 2024 no digital payment. I will not go to such places where such things are bothering and cause inconvenience. I request the team to upgrade themselves and try being not so selfish. Digitization will only bring you more business and ease customer comfort.

Hey guys, it's just a kebab shop. Absolutely sufficient for us for a spontaneous lunch on the go. The interior doesn't attract anyone to the door (but it was clean), the food is very average, the toilets are super dirty (but I think that was due to the family who were there before). But the prices are okay and the employees are super friendly!

Unfassbar korrekter Service, man kann sowohl drinnen und draußen sitzen und am besten ist der Döner. Der Döner ist ein unfassbarer Genus alles perfekt hat ganz klar seine 5 Sterne verdient

Das "Elbe Kebap House" ist einfach fantastisch! Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, den Falafel Dürüm zu probieren, und ich muss sagen, er schmeckte unglaublich lecker. Die Falafel waren perfekt gewürzt und schön knusprig, das Gemüse frisch und knackig, und die Sauce verlieh dem Ganzen eine wunderbare Geschmacksexplosion. Das Personal war zudem freundlich und zuvorkommend, was das Gesamterlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Super freundlich, das Essen super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten Döner vom Kalb, perfekt im knusprigen Fladenbrot, selbstgemachte Sauce, perfekt gewürzt. Nichts durchgeweicht, wie anderswo, einfach genial. 5 Sterne!

Great atmosphere, a proper meat layered kebab (none of the mince meat stuff) and a fresh selection of vegetables and sauces are the reason this is our favourite Döner spot in Hamburg. And once your belly is full you can go shopping in the Elbe Einkaufszentrum.

One of the best Turkish eateries for takeaways. The Ezma and cocktail sauces are excellent. The service is also friendly 👌 Expect a queue most of the time. Too bad they don't have a delivery option.
