Ordered today from uber eats. Courier was very friendly. They can't help it. But I've been waiting since 7:20 p.m. and the food didn't arrive until 8:55 p.m. I will never order there again Pizza was also cold.

A real WARNING before ordering via Lieferando from this “snack bar”! We ordered two pizzas at 7:42 p.m., delivery time announced was about 60 minutes. From around 8:30 p.m., Lieferando's tracking system indicated that delivery would be coming soon. We called at around 8:45 p.m. and it was supposed to take another forty minutes. Upon further inquiry at 9:30 p.m., it turned out that we ended up in an "ABC Pizza" call center in Munich with the given Cologne phone number. The employee there couldn't tell us where we ordered. The driver was supposed to arrive at 9:33 p.m. - the phone call dragged on until 9:45 p.m. - without delivery. After a long, absurd phone call, the employee wanted to connect us to the restaurant. When the person who answered the line asked what address we had ended up at, they just said "just a moment" and we went into an endless waiting loop - obviously we didn't end up at the Eigelstein. After more than five minutes of waiting, we went to the restaurant in person at around 9:50 p.m. Everything was dark there, no pizza could come from there (see photo below from 9:56 p.m.) - also no sign of "Best of Pizza" at this shop. We then ate out, and according to the neighbor, the driver then rang our doorbell at around 10:20 p.m. (almost 2.5 hours after ordering), somehow gained access to the house and then served two cold ones (according to those who knew us well). neighbor) pizzas in a soggy box to the door, which we found when we returned. We are convinced that the Lieferando reviews are FAKE because nothing fits together.

Preferably no star at all. Ordered pizza last night, the delivery time was supposedly 50 minutes, the pizza arrived after 2 1/2 -3 hours. When we called to ask how long it would take, we were told about 2-3 minutes and the driver would be there. After 20 minutes there was still no one there and when we called again it said 1-2 minutes after 30 minutes the food finally arrived. The pizza box was already completely soggy and the pizza was just terrible. Preferably money back.

The service was good, the drinks were good and cheap and the table decorations were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, that was all good. When we made the reservation, we ordered the 3-course menu 1x with beef and 1x vegan and we were confirmed by phone that this was possible and noted. When we arrived, however, there were 2 menu cards in front of us with the same menu, which announced chicken as the main course. We said that this had been agreed differently over the phone and we were assured that we would now get 1 vegan menu and 1 menu with beef as the main course. Unfortunately the vegan alternatives consisted of leftovers. The starter for both of us was a cream of tomato soup that tasted like packet soup and also stuck strangely to the spoon. As a vegan main course I first had pasta with a filling that tasted like cheese. So I had to ask again if the dish was really vegan and it turned out that the filling contained mozzarella. So the pasta went back and as an alternative I got quinoa and Mediterranean vegetables without any sauce. The latter was also included in my counterpart's main course. So I assume that they simply boiled or warmed the quinoa and then served it with some of the vegetables that were left over from the other dish. The vegan dessert was a “fruit salad” which consisted of grapes and apples again without any dressing. Some apple pieces still had leftovers from another dish stuck to them, which tasted strongly of garlic. There was also an apple with a green peel and exactly the same apple was at the reception when we went out. When we went into the hotel restaurant there were still 2 apples there... In addition, some of the cutlery was crooked or not polished. The three-course meal also took place at a table in the hotel bar, which had a pub feel, although there was also a restaurant room. For the main course with beef, no one asked before serving what degree of doneness they wanted the meat to be. It was served well done and it was necessary to ask for a sharp knife. And all in a 4-star hotel!
