I can only recommend it, very tasty food, fresh pasta, crisp salad

Went to Bepi again after years. We wanted a delicious salad. Once with roast beef (€18.90) and once with goat cheese and fruit (€15.90). Very nicely presented, but the price for this SMALL salad is steep. 1 slice of cucumber, 2 small halved tomatoes, two wafer-thin slices of radish, and a diced slice of bell pepper. The menu said Bepi's salad with goat cheese and fruit. There was ONE strawberry on the plate!! The roast beef was dry and overcooked. It was also soaked with dressing, which unfortunately made the salad mushy. :( What a shame. I know prices have gone up everywhere. But there really wasn't enough salad on the plate for the price. It was a side salad in terms of size. It's a shame, we used to come here weekly. :( They always had a great daily special.

I've eaten at this Italian restaurant several times, and the food was always delicious. The staff was friendly and the service excellent. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. Everything was perfect. This Italian restaurant is the oldest in Cologne, and I've been delighted every time. The pasta and desserts are especially outstanding! The staff are very attentive and professional. The elegant atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back.

I happened to be out and about in Cologne today and just wanted to grab a bite to eat and discovered the cute restaurant Bepi. I was very happy with the food as well as the service. A warning up front - the owner tries to have negative reviews deleted from Google every few weeks, claiming they're defamatory. If you don't respond, the review will disappear. This is where the flawless overall score on Google comes from. The pasta was good (though not overwhelming), as the spaghetti with mushrooms was rather bland. Tiramisu was very good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was somewhat dampened when I paid: It cost 70.40, I said 75 euros - the waiter held out the card reader - after I tapped it, I saw 77.91 - he had simply pressed the 10% button. But he had actually understood me clearly - 75 or 10% are not interchangeable. I'm only familiar with this mentality from 'tourist traps,' and I don't like it. Even if it was only about 3 euros here - you feel like you're being taken for a fool. What a shame about the place...

Bepi belongs to Cologne. But we only found it by chance. Food was great and everyone was very friendly. Service great. Again and again.

We were there with 4 boys the day after Altweiber. Great courteous service and the food is a poem. We had classic pizza, but rump steak and cod were also top notch. Keep it up. Here the customer is still king. We'll definitely come back again. Greetings from the Rhine Main area

There was a carnival in the city and this was the most calm and pleasant place I found, the marinara pizza was filling and tasty, it was brought very hot and it was nice. The wait staff looks after all the tables well, I drank beer and it was brought quickly. Lastly, I drank espresso; it tasted not burnt and pleasant.

It looked very lively when passing by at night, and there were relatively few people at noon. I ordered a piece of pasta. It's not the best I've ever tasted, but it's pretty good. The texture of the pasta is very good. The seasoning is relatively light, which suits my taste, but friends with heavy taste may need to ask if it can be adjusted. The service is also very good. It doesn't matter if you don't speak German. You can go there with confidence.

I was hungry. So I searched and found the place. Almost all tables were occupied for lunch. Starter: Vitello di Tonato, full marks. My companion ordered lasagna and I ordered Befi salad with strips of beef fillet. Full marks too. Since the menu isn't that overloaded, I knew it was good. I wasn't wrong. The food was great and the service was quick. Whenever I'm around, I'm always happy.

The pasta was homemade, perfectly al dente and with an incredibly flavorful sauce. I was also impressed by the pizza – thin, crispy base and high-quality toppings. The seafood pasta in particular is an absolute highlight! The service was attentive, friendly and professional. You can tell that people work here with passion. The wine selection is also top and rounds off the culinary experience perfectly. Conclusion: Bepi is a real gem for everyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. I'll definitely be back! Nice restaurant in which we and our large group only got the (reserved) table at the back of the kitchen. It was a bit noisy, but the staff was very accommodating. The menu was "Italian standard" but tasty.

We made a reservation 14 days in advance for Friday evening and received confirmation. This was canceled at short notice 3 days in advance without explanation or apology. I find this more than unpleasant! Definitely zero points, and I can't recommend it.

Lasagna and various pizzas were very tasty. We like to eat there before the performance at the Theater am Dom. When it's full, it's a bit louder. But that's just the way it is.

Bepi has been around for what feels like forever. Now I had finally returned to eat. The ambience is not modern, but it is in good condition, everything is clean and tidy. A friendly cellar greeted us immediately and brought us to the table. Other staff behind the counter also said a friendly “Buon giorno”. Selected food and drinks, ordered tagliatelle pesto and lasagna with 2 morning sports. We got the drinks very quickly and, as a free starter, bread and olive oil for dipping. After a short while the main courses arrived, good looking, hot and very tasty. Our waiter asked in between whether we liked it too. After we were very satisfied, I paid. Paying by card was no problem, tips were happily accepted in cash. We would say goodbye to our waiter and colleague. We will definitely come back!

It is at a very high level in terms of taste. Jesin is highly recommended for those coming to Cologne. You can also come as a family. Seafood spaghetti is legendary. Don't leave without buying tiramisu and espresso at closing.

We went there again for dinner about 14 days ago! Just the greeting... You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Our meals and the daily recommendation “halibut” were very good and tasty. The service and attention of the staff was TOP. We are already looking forward to the next visit!

Everything was okay, pizza and vegetable soup was nice, I liked the carpaccio but it’s not salad don’t put so much rucola, it’s just my opinion but u need to make new sauce for the carpaccio, lemon isn’t suitable (but I like lemon), IN THE END I HAD TO CHOOSE how much tips I want to leave haha, 5,10,15 or 20%, nice joke. I've been working as a cook for 6 months, my girlfriend has been working as a waitress for 5 years, and for us it sounded a little strange We had to leave a tip.

After a little shopping tour, my partner and I were really hungry around lunchtime. A quick Google search spontaneously led us to the Bepi restaurant - the best decision for us! As soon as we entered we were greeted warmly. When we asked if there was still a table available for two people, we were shown straight to a free seat. Drinks and food were chosen quickly, taken straight away thanks to the attentive service and quickly passed on to the kitchen - after about 15-20 minutes our food was served. We decided on: - Tagliatelle with basil pesto, served with a non-alcoholic long drink called Lemon Cool – incredibly refreshing and delicious! - Spaghetti Fungi (various mushrooms), accompanied by a non-alcoholic wheat beer. Both dishes are highly recommended for vegetarians! We were also given a small basket of bread. We particularly liked the fact that the types of pasta are handmade by a manufacturer and delivered directly - this is also noted on the menu. In addition, the service staff are happy to provide information if you have any intolerances, which is a big plus point for us. Definitely not my last time at Bepi! ♡

Nice Italian restaurant without being fancy. The ambience is no longer up to date, but everything is very clean and not rocky. The pizza was really tasty and served hot. Great dough, topped with good ingredients as promised on the menu. Service attentive, friendly and unobtrusive. I like everything much better than the usual restaurant chains. We'll be back!

Portion size: Average size, perhaps a little too much for people who only eat a little. Waiting time: 15 minutes is perfectly fine. Food arrived hot. Staff: Super nice and attentive. It felt like a small Italian family. Price/performance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience: Medium-sized restaurant with enough seating. The restaurant is almost always full, so it's best to reserve in advance. We had a table for two right across from the counter and close to the entrance. Nevertheless, that didn't bother us at all. Only during the colder months do you feel a cold draft when the door is opened, so you shouldn't be sensitive about that.

I originally wanted to eat here spontaneously due to bad weather. A disgraceful waitress who offered me as an individual a seat at the front and insisted that I make my choice. No. Immediately got up and left and said nothing. Yes, I may have had a trolley with me and it was right at the entrance. If that bothers you, either offer someone else space or ask if they can go here and there. The rest of my appearance was well dressed no sweatpants etc. Jeans blouse and cardigan. I think it was just a matter of making quick sales etc. and throwing them out quickly. But I won't be coming back alone or with others. Then there is an appropriate rating. Individuals are obviously not welcome here or are treated condescendingly. Something like that is neither contemporary nor anything else. There are much better restaurants nearby.

Ate there for the first time today. From Monacco to Dubai I haven't had a better pizza than I've had there. Really 10/10. Price performance also 10/10. Staff nice and quick. Anyone who knows anything about gastronomy will immediately notice that this restaurant only uses high quality products.

Good Italian restaurant that offers really tasty pasta. You can tell that they don't cook with cheap industrial noodles here. That's probably why the prices are a bit expensive.

We were in Cologne last weekend and were looking for a restaurant where we could have a nice meal in the city in the evening. So we passed the Bepi restaurant, where we found a place. We found the decor very inviting and comfortable. The service was very quick and friendly. The food was great and we thought the prices were completely reasonable. Conclusion: If we are in Cologne again, we will definitely eat here again :)

Dear Taiwanese, this one is really delicious! If you like Italian food but are tired of German restaurants, you might as well give it a try. The two plates of noodles we ordered were cooked to the right texture, not too hard or too soft, and the seasoning was great. The Kölsch was delicious and the uncle was very cute. I reserved a table 4 weeks ago. When we arrived everything was full. Then they wanted to push a table into the middle aisle of the overcrowded restaurant. The owner behaved very arrogantly. He had enough guests, he could do without us! I will not enter this restaurant again.

Decidimos cenar en esta pizzeria ya que vimos la carta desde fuera y ofrecían unos platos como sugerencia fuera de carta que estaban muy bien, los precios eran correctos y hacía buena pinta. Una vez nos sentamos y nos traen la carta, pedimos si nos pueden traer también la carta de sugerencias que habíamos visto fuera ya que en la carta básica no estaban esos platos. El camarero, bastante borde, nos comenta que estos platos solo están disponibles entre semana y como era sábado, no era posible. Lo divertido fue ver como se nos sentó una mesa de alemanes y parecía que conocidos de los camareros y propietarios del restaurante, que sí que les ofrecieron estas sugerencias sin problema y además, pidieron 2 platos que se les sirvió sin problema alguno. Parece que en este restaurante si eres de fuera te tratan con desprecio y desigualdad en comparación con los locales. Lo que comimos no estaba mal, pero nos pareció caro por la calidad que tenía.

Looking for a relaxed place to drink coffee, we ended up at Bepi with 3 people this afternoon. When the waitress came to take our order, we ordered 3 coffees. When asked what we wanted to eat, we politely said we just wanted something to drink. She then brought a colleague over so that we could both tell us that we should either order something to eat or please leave. They wanted to fill the tables with guests who were also eating something - especially now with the "lunch rush". There were at least 10 free tables around us. When we asked whether we should really go since there were still enough free tables available, it was emphasized again that they needed the tables for the lunch rush. We then got the coffee we wanted in the Café Printen Schmitz next door. By the way: the blatant “lunch rush” that caused us to be sent away didn’t happen. All tables remained free. Too bad.

Ich habe gestern Abend zum ersten Mal bei dieser Pizzeria bestellt und bin absolut begeistert. Die Pizza war hervorragend – der Teig war perfekt knusprig, und die Zutaten waren frisch und hochwertig. Besonders gut hat mir die reichliche Menge an Belag gefallen, und der Käse war schön zartschmelzend. Die Lieferung kam schnell, und das Essen war noch heiß. Das Personal am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Bestellung. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis, das definitiv wiederholt wird. Diese Pizzeria kann ich wärmstens empfehlen – hier stimmt einfach alles!

Recently the two of us spontaneously ate something and ordered bruschetta, pasta and a pizza. We noticed that almost all the other tables received bread from the kitchen as a greeting - except us. When we asked the service about it, they reacted annoyed and initially brought us the bread dry, without any spread or olive oil. The bruschetta were okay, but the pizza was nothing special. Due to the rude service and mediocre food, I won't go again. There are definitely more authentic Italian restaurants.

We have never had such good Italian food. The birthday dinner was a complete success, thanks to friendly service and fantastic pasta. The truffle pasta and the pasta arrabiata with burrata are particularly recommended. Everything tasted perfectly together and the ambience gave me memories of my vacation in Sicily. We'd love to come back.
