Ich war mal wieder seit langer Zeit da,und was soll ich anderes sagen:Immer noch fantastisch,bitte weiter so.

The food was tasty and sufficient. We were served gruffly. Redirected to some tables that were set for three even though there were four of us. When we ask to put two small tables together, each set for 2, we are treated even more sullenly and she sets up for a fourth. The service afterwards wasn't much better either. Leftover pizza is folded together and stuffed into aluminum foil while pizza boxes are available.

We spontaneously went there for the first time today. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the pizzaria. We were served very friendly. The various pasta dishes were delicious. The Zabaione dessert was the crowning glory.

First of all pizza was delicious… People looked at us strangely the whole time because we ate our pizza with our hands... the waitress was unsympathetic from the start and was surprised that the two of us wanted to eat a Magherita pizza... when we left the shop the lady (waitress) gave us a hug. didn't even look me in the eye and said goodbye... never again!!!!! plus since when does water cost €10?! Water simply costs more than the pizza wallah is not normal

We've eaten here many times, but yesterday it was particularly nice, which is why I'd like to write a review. The pizzas are large, prepared quickly and have generous toppings. As a small starter there is bread with two types of dips for all guests. You can usually get a seat spontaneously, but in summer you can also sit outside. But what will keep the visit in your memory forever is the lovely waitress, who greets you happily, deals with the customers with care and attentiveness and is always available for a chat. Have been there again for a long time. Unfortunately I have to say that we were already disappointed. The staff was nice and friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed when ordering and serving because the restaurant wasn't full. A very long wait until the order was taken and then it was at the table. The food was then quickly at the table. We had pasta. Mine were delicious. However, since they were sometimes seasoned differently, we wouldn't order everything anymore. We didn't think the food and restaurant were as good as they were a few years ago. It has definitely changed hands. Unfortunately, from a brilliant 5 stars, only three stars.

The restaurant looks inviting at first glance. It is divided into several sections. Unfortunately, at second glance you notice the leftover food that was stuck between the tables, which looked very unappetizing. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the paper towel dispensers in the toilets were empty. Eat: The pizzas were delicious. The beef carpaccio was cut too thick and the pasta dish tasted like nothing. Therefore a maximum of 3 stars at this point. Service: This is where the biggest shortage is! The main course came after 60 minutes. Drinks were only included once at the beginning. Afterwards you had to demand hard for drinks. We were told that someone would come in “2-3 minutes” to take the drinks. Instead of implementing this, the tables were collected left and right, then cleared away and wiped, instead of taking care of his guests first. That was an absolute no-go!! When asked at the end whether everything was OK, they pointed out the rush in the restaurant and the high occupancy (as described, several tables were already empty) and said "yes, that's just the way it is now". Conclusion: That was the first and last time...

We just wanted to eat here. There were two signs hanging out: one that said that you can pay by card from €15 and a second that said card payments were not accepted. When we asked about this contradiction, the waitress said in the most unfriendly manner that we shouldn't waste our time here. We turned on our heel.

The food was very delicious, we ordered a pepperoni pizza, a tomato soup and a ravioli pasta. It was fresh and very aromatic. We went there at short notice so showed up without a reservation, and they still offered a table but it was close to the kitchen and a little noisy (I'm nitpicking here). Overall a great Italian restaurant and would recommend it if you are in the area.

Very tasty pizza! Nevertheless, a small drawback: It would certainly be better for take-away if you had the pizza sliced, since you don't always plan to eat it in an environment where cutlery is nearby (e.g. in the park, by the Rhine, etc .) 😊

Super fairer Preis und leckere Steinofenpizza. Die Entscheidung viel schwer. Entweder Empfehlung der Tageskarte oder die Empfehlung Pizza zu essen. Wir haben uns für Pizza entschieden. Es gab außerdem einen Gruß aus der Küche vorweg mit einem Alioli und Tomaten Dip und heißen kleinen Pizzateiglingen. Sehr lecker. Kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen!

I ordered a pizza there. The delivery took 2 hours instead of 20-30 minutes. And the pizza was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I had a bad stomach ache afterwards and felt really sick! This restaurant is really a disgrace!!

The food was quite good and warm through the whole meal. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing in Cologne. We will come back here the next time we're in town.

Essen war sehr lecker auch das Restaurant sehr schön eingerichtet. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es da die Servicekraft überfordert war, hatte eine kleine Pizza bestellt und eine große bekommen, musste auch sehr lange warten um zu bestellen.

Cavatelli Crotonese und Steinpilz Ravioli gekostet und hellauf begeistert gewesen. Nachdem wir bei einem anderen Italiener nicht Willkommen geheißen wurden, fanden wir diese Restaurantperle! Ein Glücksgriff. Unbedingt ausprobieren. Bedienung liebenswert und Essen prima gewürzt und mit Liebe gekocht. Ein Traum❤️

I was here, about a month ago, with my mom and boyfriend to get some dinner, and we all loved it! The lady who was helping us was very friendly, the food was great and the atmosphere was lovely. The weather was very nice, so we sat outside in the little garden behind the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back sometime!

I think this is a hidden gem in Mülheim! The good is authentic Italian and delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the terrace, where we ate, is really quiet. There is no hype here - just real Italian food.

Heute geht's gar nicht um das Essen, sondern um den Service. Wir standen heute, mit großem Hunger auf italienisches Essen vor verschlossenen Türen da der Inhaber "vergessen" hat zu erwähnen das er in Urlaub ist. Steht zwar auf der Türe aber nicht auf der Homepage.

Das Essen war sehr Lecker, und es war schön zu sehen als mein Rhein gekommen ist wie der Koche frisches Gemüse am Schneiden war🥰🥰 Der Nette Freundliche Kellner hat einen sehr aufmerksam bedient. Und meine Begleitung meine ein sehr süßer Sexy Kellner also Mädels da gibt es nicht nur was für den Magen sondern auch für das Auge👏👏. Der Koch hat uns am Ende sehr freundlich verabschiedet und gefragt ob es uns geschmeckt hat. Was ich etwas bemängelt ist das man da nicht was die Fenster auf machen könnte es war sehr warm im Restaurant.

Wer mitten in Mülheim und außerhalb der überteuerten und turbulenten Innenstadt original italienische essen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Jeder ist hier richtig. Man taucht mitten ein. Sehr leckeres Essen und einladendes Ambiente. Kommen immer sehr gerne hier her.

Wenn man italienisch erwartet, bekommt man hier auch italienisch. Essen ist sehr lecker. Jeder der was anderes behauptet, hat mit Sicherheit eh an allem was auszusetzen.

Es war wunderbar, viel größer als auf den Bildern zu sehen! Mit aussenbereich und das Essen war spitze, ich habe noch nie bruscetta mit gebratenem lachs gegessen! War wirklich toll!

Wir hatten mit unserem Chor "Gospel Voices", dort ein Essen! Trotz der grossen Teilnehmerzahl von 35 Personen klappte das reservieren der Speisen lückenlos! Alles sehr lecker und nur zu empfehlen!!!

Das Essen ist fantastisch. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Ambiente eigentlich ok. Aber etwas unruhig. Ich hatte reseviert Im Wintergarten. Bekam allerdings ein Tisch im vorderen Teil. Aufgrund einer Veranstaltung. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Abend.

Leckeres Restaurant mit italienischen Speisen. Pizza knusprig, dünner Teig und gut belegt. Nudelgerichte frisch und lecker. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und satt! Wenn wir nochmal in Köln sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Sind im letzten Monat zu zweit dort gewesen. Essen war einfach nur ekelhaft. Hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Kaum Gehacktes drinnen, gestrekt mit billigem Pulver, zudem noch sehr fettig und versalzen! Nein Danke, nie wieder Pizzeria Palazzo.

Definitiv die beste Pizzeria in Köln Mülheim! Ich komme häufiger vorm Feiern hier her und war bisher nie enttäuscht. Der Teig ist schön dünn und der Belag sowie die Größe der Pizzen sind großzügig. Ein Blick in die Weinkarte lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch, da wird so ziemlich jede*r fündig egal ob echter Weinfan oder nur gelegentliche Genießer*Innen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und die Preise sind wirklich erstaunlich niedrig. Komme gerne immer wieder her!

Zamawiałam do domu bruschettę klasyczna oraz pizzę z pieczarkami i pomidorem, dostawa bardzo sprawna. Bruschetta przepyszna pomimo rozmokniętego pieczywa, myśle ze zamówię ją ponownie. Co do pizzy - z jednej strony przypalona z drugiej rozmoknięta, ser tak słony, ze ledwo idzie to zjeść.

Wir hatten hier bestellt, die Pizza war kalt bei Ankunft und schmeckte wie eine versalzene Schuhsohle. Danach hatten wir noch zwei Tage Probleme mit Übelkeit und Magendarm Beschwerden. Nie wieder

Getränke, Vorspeise und Essen kamen viel zu schnell hintereinander, fast schon zeitgleich, Sonderwünsche wurden Entgegenkommen, besprochen aber nie erfüllt....statt zu sagen, wir führen es nicht oder können nicht damit dienen, fand ich schon sehr dreist. Ja, durch die Schnelligkeit wird man eher schnell abgefertigt, als wenn man schnell gehen soll, lädt nicht zum längeren verweilen oder vllt sogar nachbestellen ein. Schade. Ich genieße eigentlich gern mein essen und bestelle für gewöhnlich auch was nach, hier fühlte man sich unwillkommen, das nachbestellen hab ich mir gekniffen und zu Hause noch etwas gegessen. Pizza war das Beste am Essen, allerdings sehr viel Salz drauf, also sehr grenzwertig. Wein ist nicht der Knaller. Hatte nicht die beste Erfahrung dort, kann es somit nicht empfehlen, schade.
