I ordered from Loco Chicken via Lieferando, but had to pick up the food at the Benkoc restaurant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed: the burger bun was soggy and not fresh, and overall the food seemed to be of poor quality. I also noticed that several brands were operating in the kitchen (at least three at the same address), which made things confusing. All in all, not a good experience; I won't be ordering from here again.

The doner kebab is super fresh, the meat is tender and juicy, the bread is nice and crispy, and the sauces are really flavorful – not those boring ready-made sauces. The vegetarian options are also really good! The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. The shop is clean and tidy, which is important to me personally. The price-performance ratio is definitely good here. For me, this is one of the best doner kebab shops in the area – I'll definitely be back!

Ordered from there for the first time today. The peanut butter sauce was like water with sugar. Extremely sweet, barely edible. The fried noodles my son had were good warm. The wall soup was also tasty, and the fried bananas were a bit bland. Value for money, far too expensive for the minimum order value. Delivery arrived in about 70 minutes.

Delivery was exactly as stated on Lieferando, relatively quick. The food was terrible, it tasted like old deep fryer grease. At first I thought it was a bit burnt, but it wasn't. Please change the fat in your deep fryer!! Inedible!! The fried noodles with chicken and duck were okay. I had the fried wontons but they were deep fried, disgusting, the taste and consistency were terrible. The spring roll wasn't a spring roll, it was thick dough with vegetables inside. Better not order there. We had a wonton soup, 2x baked wontons, 2x spring rolls, 1x fried noodles with chicken and 1x with duck. I paid €60 and a spring roll was forgotten. I don't think it's a bad thing, it would have ended up in the bin anyway. Never again!

Only the positive ones were commented on. But the very, very many negative comments were ignored. This also shows that nothing needs to be improved and customer dissatisfaction doesn't matter. Ordered twice Once, well in advance with a delivery date of 6 p.m., after a call at 6:15 p.m., I was told the food was already on the way but the traffic was bad. Around 1830 I was called: "Man would pack me a Coke to compensate for the delay" (with the food that was already on the way). Around 1850 the food was finally here. The taste was OK to good. Ordered again in good hopes, instead of 30 minutes as announced, this time the delivery time was 1 hour 5 minutes. Won't be ordering again.

The salmon was neither fresh nor of good quality - probably previously frozen. The texture was unpleasant, the fish already had a noticeable smell and the taste was simply unacceptable. The two of us ordered for €130 and didn't feel nearly full - contrary to what you would normally expect from sushi. Conclusion: Never again! An absolute disaster. For this price we expect at least freshness and a reasonable portion size. We would love to have our money back - something like that just doesn't work. If you would like any changes, just let us know!

Terrible food. Szechuan-style crispy chicken tasted like curry and cinnamon and was incredibly salty. The rice was hard and grainy, felt half uncooked. I couldn't finish the dish. I hope this review will save more potential guests from visiting. Attention: There are also birds in an open, smelly cage in the middle of the “restaurant”. Hopefully an inspection will nail the final nail.

Seit 1-2 Jahren geht die Qualität den Bach ab. - Letztens sah ich durch die Durchreiche in die Küche, wie was auf den Boden fiel und trotzdem auf den Teller gepackt wurde. - Und bei der Lieferung nach Hause kam dann heraus, dass zusätzlich zu den Lieferkosten die es erst seit einer Weile gab, auch das Essen teurer ist, wenn es bestellt und nicht abgeholt wird. Also Lieferkosten und 1-3€ PRO Gericht dazu! Das können bei einer 60€ Bestellung dann doch mal 15€ on top sein...

Please don't order sushi or side dishes, wait 1 hour for the food and then feel disgusted. The fried sushi tasted very old, the salmon was partly dark as were the avocado pieces. When you look at the spring rolls you forget everything, they are soaked and taste like old oil and there is hard minced meat in them and when we opened the soy sauce we felt sick just from the smell. Not recommended please don't order anything!!

Be careful, diarrhea is inevitable. The toilets are extremely dirty, so you know what they probably look like in the kitchen. The food is of poor quality, soggy, not fresh and fried in very old oil. The vegetables that went with my crispy chicken were canned and completely overcooked. The chicken consisted of separated meat with a limp breading. Add to that the accumulated heat and diluted drinks that taste like water.

Absolute disaster! Ordered, asked after more than an hour where the food was, the driver was on the way, which was a lie because the driver was 100% still on site. After 1.5 hours called again, no information or whereabouts of the food, just hung up after the gentleman on the phone said "it's ok", finally after almost two hours, the driver came with the food, which I no longer accepted and got my money back via Paypal. Guys, it's better to order something from the kebab around the corner, even McDonald's does it better, that's really sad. I would like to give 0 stars, unfortunately that's not possible here.

Since I haven't eaten there for at least 4 years and I was in the area, I wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and ordered something to take away on site. Unfortunately I was disappointed again, fried chicken with curry + rice was very salty, full of oil, the rice was hard, outrageous to charge for that kind of money. Crispy chicken and fries for the kids was also very hard and looked terrible. Such restaurants shouldn't be open at all, so never go there again, I can only advise against it!!!

I decided to only write positive reviews, but in this case there is no other way. Last Wednesday I ordered a doner kebab and a "house specialty" (Asian duck dish). For delivery: The announced delivery time was initially significantly exceeded, but of course that can happen if the quality is otherwise good. Apparently during delivery about a third of the duck dish's sauce leaked into the delivery bag, making a huge mess when unpacking; But be that as it may, that too can happen. About the quality of the food: Both the kebab and the duck were prepared to a poor takeaway standard, I can't put it any other way. The duck was completely tough, the sauce actually only tasted of glutamate, everything was very fatty, the kebab meat was extremely gristly and the sauce musty, the salad was already a bit tarnished. Both dishes lacked freshness and generally none of the dishes were consistent with my taste. That's why I only ate about a third of the portions at a time. For the aftermath: The following night on Thursday I noticed that my stomach was rebelling badly, which developed into extreme gastrointestinal problems the next day and then until Sunday, with stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and two completely sleepless nights. The gastrointestinal problems could not have arisen from any other source, as I did not eat anything else on Wednesday or the following Thursday. After that I could only drink tea until Sunday anyway because I couldn't keep anything down. Unfortunately, I really have to strongly advise against ordering here, even if the reviews on Lieferando (mostly not verified and without text) are very positive, which I personally cannot explain without making assumptions. Today, almost a week after ordering, I am still feeling the after-effects of the infection and the sleepless nights. From my side, a clear warning to everyone who cares about their health and the knowledge to definitely never order there again.
