Wir sind spontan hier gelandet. Sehr nettes Team und gemütliche Location. Nachdem wir am ersten Abend sehr sehr lecker hier gegessen und getrunken haben, haben wir direkt für den nächsten Tag einen Tisch reserviert. Wer gemütlich sehr gut essen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Rezession überprüft vor Ort: Ein kleines Bistro zum wohlfühlen, keine große Karte eher kleine Gerichte wie Pasta Pizza und Antipasti. Man besinnt sich auf bodenständige italienische Küche und die hat ihre vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Concetto hat einen Treffpunkt ins Leben rufen, wo er sich intensiv um seine Gäste und Freundeskreis kümmern kann. Eine gute Stube die aber nicht soviel Arbeit macht, wie ein großes Ristorante. Ein Ort wo auch Er, Ruhe und Freude findet. Das Essen ist solide zubereitet aber mit Liebe gekocht und vorallem, frisch! Das Weinangebot ist übersichtlich aber ausreichend.

Unser absoluter Lieblingsitaliener! Wer Fan von guter Pizza & tollen Nudeln ist und authentische leckere italienische Küche mag wird hier voll auf seine Kosten kommen. Preis- Leistung für Hamburger Verhältnisse unschlagbar. Wir waren mittlerweile schon über 30mal hier und haben die Karte rauf und runter gegessen- es gibt nichts was ich nicht empfehlen könnte 🥰

Ein eher kleines Restaurant mit einem schönen Ambiente und super leckerer Pizza! Freundlicher Service und eine schöne kleine Terrasse, wo man perfekt sitzen und essen kann :)

Sie scheinen einem unbedingt zeigen zu wollen, dass sie einem einen Gefallen tun, indem sie einem Essen verkaufen und einen bedienen. Der unfreundlichste Kellner, den ich seit Langem erlebt habe.

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt allerdings sind die Portionen nicht grad groß und es dauerte fast 1 Stunde bis das Essen serviert wurde.

Wir sind aus der Nachbarschaft gekommen und haben hier gegessen – und wir waren wirklich begeistert! Alles war einfach top. Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders die Pizza: Der Teig war perfekt, richtig gut gemacht. Die Lasagne war einfach hervorragend – geschmackvoll, schön gewürzt, frisch zubereitet, und das Fleisch war ebenfalls frisch und von guter Qualität. Man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Sorgfalt gekocht wird. Für etwa 31 Euro haben zwei Personen sehr gut gegessen, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top macht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Absolut spontan besucht und es wurde direkt ein Platz gefunden obwohl bereits volle Hütte war. Das Essen kam echt zügig und zudem war es auch richtig lecker. Das Ambiente ist Klasse. Es hat was uriges. Definitiv etwas einzigartiges und einen Besuch wert. Tolles Essen tolle Atmosphäre und der Preis völlig human.

Toller Service und tollen authentisches italienisches Essen

Ich habe dort nun schon mehrmals Pizza abgeholt und finde das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut. Die Pizza ist wirklich lecker und die Bedienung bei Abholung auch immer freundlich.

Unfassbar unhöfliche Bedienung mit sichtbarer Abneigung gegenüber gewissen Kunden. Mit den Italienern am Nebentisch wurde höflich gelacht.. Die Teller wurden lustlos auf den Tisch geknallt, es wurde nicht mal Danke für das Trinkgeld gesagt. Aber das allerhöchste war, dass sich über einen lustig gemacht wurde. Als wir einen LatteMacchiato bestellt hatten, wurde hörbar über uns gelacht und gesagt, dass wir keinen Geschmack hätten, weil man keinen Kaffee zum Abendessen bestellen sollte... Unsere Klamotten haben auch ekelhaft nach Rauch gestunken! Nie wieder...

Ich konnte nicht mit meiner Karte zahlen und der nette Kellner hat mir angeboten das Geld am nächsten Tag vorbeizubringen. Dazu eine super leckere Pizza!

Ich bin schon häufig am Restaurant vorbeigegangen und fand es von außen ansprechend, weshalb ich es ausprobieren wollten. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei der Bestellung wurden wir äußerst unfreundlich behandelt und zurecht gewiesen wie wir zu bestelle hätten. Auch die Qualität der Speisen ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Sowohl Lasagne als auch Pasta glichen eher einer Suppe, da beide Gerichte in einer dünnen Soße schwammen. Ich frage mich wirklich wie die guten Bewertungen zustande kommen.

My wife found glass in her pizza, not so much as an apology from them - they just acted dumbfounded. First the waiter got her order wrong then was so adamant that she was in fact the one wrong then her actual order comes out and found glass in it. No apology. Not even a offer of not having to pay. Extremely disappointing experience given the safety issue and lack of accountability. Serving glass in food is a major health hazard.

The chef smokes in the restaurant. Very unfriendly service. The food is more than average. The Barilla sauce from the jar tastes more exciting than the tomato sauce at a restaurant.

Yes, definitely worth a visit! It's like coming home! The cooking is still traditional, and everything is homemade! On my first visit, everyone who works there was so friendly, it was like we'd known each other for years! The family atmosphere, the cozy atmosphere, and the good food are top priority here! Unfortunately, we had a completely negative experience. I was here with my family a few weeks ago. The glasses were sticky, the pasta dishes seemed very standardized and more reminiscent of German home cooking. There were hardly any variations with fish. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't go back. The young waiter was okay and did his job. Therefore, I don't quite understand the many positive comments here. Very expensive!

The ambiance is a bit... I'd say a bit motley. The food is incredibly delicious. The staff is friendly and typically Italian. The price/performance ratio is very good.

A wonderful little Italian bistro with the best tiramisu in the area.

Lovely little restaurant. I had tagliatelle with salmon in a delicious sauce and I have to say, I haven't eaten this good in a long time. This Italian restaurant is an absolute insider tip. If I'm ever on vacation in Hamburg again, I'll be happy to come back. My companion ordered lasagna. It was also very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. The noise level was also pleasant. It was easy to have a conversation.

The focus is on down-to-earth Italian cuisine, and that has its many possibilities. Concetto has created a meeting place where he can devote himself to his guests and friends. A cozy dining room that doesn't require as much work as a large restaurant. A place where he, too, can find peace and joy. We think he's succeeded here!

If you're wondering how even the simplest Italian classics can be prepared with such a lack of taste and care, then you've come to the right place. The "antipasti" consisted of lukewarm, bland vegetables that were more reminiscent of hospital food than Mediterranean cuisine – no roasted aromas, no seasoning, no life at all. Instead of antipasti, there were roasted vegetables – no finesse – but warm. The arugula on top was probably intended to make the whole thing look like an appetizer. A complete failure in terms of taste. The real highlight (in the negative sense), however, was the lasagna: a tough, mushy mass of unseasoned sauce and limp sheets of pasta, without any trace of real béchamel or ragù. It seemed as if someone had tried to make a lasagna out of kitchen scraps without a recipe, without spices, and without love. Even a microwave lasagna from a discount store has more flavor and structure. Visually unappealing, taste disappointing, and priced outrageously. If you like Italian food, you should definitely avoid this place—and while you're there, at least don't order the lasagna.

The pizza was very good, and the person we believe was the owner provided excellent service. However, our experience was ruined by the waiter’s behavior. When we tried to order a second pizza, he abruptly cleared our table in a rude and pushy manner, almost as if he was kicking us out—even though it was only 10:20 PM. He claimed the kitchen was already closed, despite the menu clearly stating the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. We had mentioned to the owner earlier that we would be ordering one pizza first and another later, so the situation made no sense. On top of that, when it came time to pay, the same waiter was impolite and unclear—he couldn’t explain why Mastercard wasn’t accepted and simply said “you can’t,” which was also a problem for other customers nearby. In the end, I had to leave to find an ATM to pay. It’s 2025, and these types of issues—combined with such unprofessional and unpleasant service—are unacceptable. It’s a shame that what could have been a nice meal was completely overshadowed by the waiter’s toxic attitude. We came here based on good reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed.

The menu says the restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. At 10:10 p.m., the waiter very arrogantly tells us we can't order any more food. Payment is also not possible with an electronic card; it must be with cash or a card.

We were there for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled with the food – pizza baked to perfection, plenty of toppings, and delicious. The pasta was also delicious, and we were impressed by the tiramisu. A typical Italian atmosphere with local waiters and pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back👌😍.

Visited for a private birthday party, so the restaurant was closed to other guests, but I was blown away by the food! We had a buffet with loads of options, and every single dish was just perfect! The restaurant itself is cozy and has its own homey charm with mismatched tables and pictures on the walls - very family oriented! Thank you for an amazing evening!

40 years of experience... you can taste it... I've been to a lot of Italians now... it's very, very rare that an Italian stands out so much from the crowd that it definitely has to be mentioned... The ingredients are excellent, the flavor composition harmonizes perfectly on the palate... even the smell of a take-away pizza is much more intense than the mass-produced product that you are familiar with from pizza delivery services... The pasta finally has a lot of sauce so that the noodles stay juicy... they are also cooked just right and you can even notice the difference in quality with the garlic. They only use the really big cloves with intense flavor... For the salad I recommend their Chefs Choice with house name... lots of unusual ingredients beautifully prepared... Last but not least, the ambience... the rooms look like someone's home in a huge kitchen with a dining table... it definitely has its charm... but what makes the ambience special are the many regular guests... it's ALWAYS in the evening full... I've never experienced an evening where most of the tables weren't occupied... There is still a downer though. You finish work much earlier than most other Italians... at 9:30 p.m., even if new guests arrive... but who can blame you? If you are "overrun" every day by regular guests from midday to evening, then at some point you'll have enough... that's completely human... It's nice to still be able to discover highlights and little gems like these after over 10,000 restaurant visits in my life...

We've been there several times now to eat and just have a drink, everything is delicious and freshly prepared, the shop has 4 tables outside and 5 tables inside, it's as cozy as in the living room.

Yes, it's a shame. The reviews lured me here, but I probably won't come back. The food came quickly, but the taste wasn't outstanding...as the reviews suggest. Service, well...which one? None of my cards worked at the terminal, so I had to borrow cash. The little nook outside the house is visually really nice and cozy, but extremely loud due to the street. The ambience inside is a matter of taste, but to be honest the music would have been far too loud for eating.

We wanted to go there for longer because we didn't live that far away. “Did it”, but unfortunately completely disappointed with the food. Ordered two soups - both with broth that was not homemade and one of the soups with tortellini - also not homemade. Both soups tasted like nothing. Absolute failure. Then came pizza arugula - much better compared to soup, but unfortunately nothing special. We waited an hour for the pizza...had to ask if we hadn't been forgotten. The only good thing in the evening was the Italian wine.

There were four of us at the Belpasso Bistro and the first impression was positive: cozy atmosphere and good mood. Unfortunately, the food was rather disappointing: the pizza was okay, quite solid. But the pasta (salmone) for 12.50 was really inedible. Creamy, tasteless sauce and completely overcooked noodles. We should have returned the pasta, but we didn't want to create a bad atmosphere as we invited a couple of friends over for dinner. The fair prices and the espresso on the house were positive. But unfortunately the food wasn't tasty and authentic (I'm Italian).

Wonderful. Even the ingredients that I don't normally like are excellent here. Cannelloni 🤌🏻. Riccotta has never tasted as good as it does here. This was the first time I enjoyed olive oil. Tiramisu is really tasty. Wines are also delicious and the glasses are quite full. At least when we were here it was always full, so a reservation is recommended. Prices are very fair. Inside is very cozy and there is a very comfortable ratio between table and chair heights for people over 165cm tall. I love it here.

Die Auswahl auf der Karte hat mir sehr zugesagt, viele coole Gerichte und Pizzabeläge, die nicht Standard sind. Nach der Bestellung haben wir verhältnismäßig lang auf die Pizza gewartet. Es hat sich aber gelohnt - die Pizza war sehr schmackhaft! Preis-Leistung war gut. Ein ehrlicher Italiener, wie man sich ihn wünscht. Wir kommen wieder!

An adorable place, excellent food, friendliest service. Definitely a place to come again and again. We had salmon and shrimps, tiramisu for dessert and a very good Pinot Grigio.
