After confirming and being told the food would be here in a minute, the order was then declined after a half-hour wait. Please decline immediately and don't make people wait 30 minutes.

Bought 3 bowls via the "Too Good to Go" app I had to throw all three away because they were spoiled. Or rather, since I unfortunately tried the meat before examining it more closely, I hope I don't get food poisoning. One dressing was thickened like cottage cheese, sweet potato pieces were melting, and raw spinach leaves were a green mess, like they were frozen or very, very old. Another dressing was heavily fermented. All three bowls are still good today. Plus, the restroom was extremely unsanitary. Overall, a very horrible experience!

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the delivery time was as described. Vegan Chicken Thai Rice I ordered it a little worried I'd regret it, but I actually regretted not ordering it sooner. Everything was fresh and the flavor was incredible! I loved the vegan option. The city has a wide range of fast food options, and I'm not a fan of that, so I'll definitely order again ♥️

Recently when you order something they mix the ingredients and you get something completely different (it’s funny is for worst everytime) not sure why that happens and why is happening more often

One star, even though I find the food extremely delicious. Unfortunately, I just had a very unpleasant phone conversation with an employee who made no effort to address my concerns regarding an order. It has since been clarified that the error was made by the restaurant. It's been two hours since I placed my order, and the order has since been canceled. That's not how you treat loyal customers. I've ordered from you many times. But after this experience, I won't do so again: Fortunately, there are many other restaurants with very good food that treat their customers kindly.

I've rarely eaten a bowl as delicious as this one. The selection of bowls, salads, etc. is huge, yet not overwhelming, and you can easily add or remove ingredients. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair, and ordering didn't take long. The staff was friendly, and you can sit outside in a nice spot. I highly recommend it!

We ordered food for eight people today. The delivery was really punctual, which is something you can't beat. All eight of us were disappointed that our bowls were only half full and some ingredients were missing. The meal was really tasty, but, as I said, not complete.

Their vegan Thai rice bowl is the best bowl I've ever had, I could eat it every day! But they have so many amazing vegan options, it's hard to choose. The service is very fast and friendly. They have seats outside and inside as well. Great choice for lunch or dinner, the bowls are really filling. Gluten free options as well.

Cheeky – you pay €10 for a bowl and they don't even fill it halfway... cheeky! A tiny portion, unbelievable. Never again.

In the food service industry the first interaction with a customer should be a welcoming friendly one. Unfortunately this was not the case. When I walked into the store and greeted the cashier I was ignored as I stood for 5 minutes waiting for him to be done with whatever was distracting him on his screen. After he was done he very unwilling took our orders. For one bowl we requested no herbs, this was ignored. The promotion was also no applied as advertised. The food was good but the customer experience was poorly executed.

Ordered food for delivery, it was okay but nothing more. Ingredients mixed together rather carelessly and raw, you could hardly taste the sauce. The chicken was dried out (old?). Reasonably priced.

Ordered a chicken thai curry bowl. Did not get a chicken thai curry bowl but some other chicken dish with corn and paprika and pickle. Absolutely nothing to do with thai food at all. Of course I didn't realise this until I opened it at home. Would not go back if they cannot get simple orders right.

We ordered our dinner via Wolt this evening. A delivery time of 35 minutes was stated. Actual delivery time 1:30h...when the food was delivered we received a bowl in which 70% of the ingredients were missing and the “Vegan Kebap Wrap” we ordered turned out to be an inedible falafel wrap. I don't think it needs to be mentioned that the actually warm food arrived cold... Absolute disappointment!

I became aware of Beets and roots today. Looks interesting but there's nothing more to it. My comments when ordering were not taken into account in any way - I didn't want avocado, pomegranate seeds or mint and everything was inside. The delivery time also became later and later, even though people ordered 2 hours earlier. All I can say about the taste of the food is that it tastes like cardboard, everything is cold... It's a shame I'll never order here again!!!

I came to Stuttgart as a tourist for 3 days and I came to eat at this place for two days because it is very good, fresh food, good quality and very good service.

Delivery directly via the homepage. Delivery now takes place via Wolt. Unfortunately, that doesn't work so well. Despite clearly stating the address, the driver didn't find my address for a long time and the food was simply completely cold. What a shame! That's better for the high costs. The food itself is very good!

Absolutely delicious avocado bowl and crunchy thai chicken bowl! We really enjoyed our meals and the portions are normal.

Price-performance ratio is unbelievable. The chicken tastes like seasoned chicken from the discount store, there were hardly any pomegranate seeds in it, and the sweet potato in the vegetarian bowl tastes like NOTHING. The bowl weighs less than 200g WITH THE PACKAGING and all for €13.45… cheeky

We have often ordered to go. Unfortunately, very often at least one ingredient is missing. If you then go back and complain about it, you won't even get an apology.

Ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. Paid just under €45 for what is still possible for Stuttgart. Unfortunately, the employee at the checkout could only communicate with his hands and feet and then forgot one of our dishes... Unfortunately one drink was already warm. When we asked about the missing dish we had to buy it, but the boss was so kind and gave us a carrot cake for free as compensation. The ambience is nice, but there are no outdoor seating options, which would make it even nicer. The food was satisfactory but not enough to convince me to make the journey again.

And dishes were delivered that were missing or contained ingredients that were not ordered (and to which a person is also allergic). No one can be reached via chat or phone, the food is completely inedible and the order value is over EUR 80.

Beets&roots makes delicious food, with rotating specials. Thanks to modern infrastructure, ordering, preparation and payment are really quick and represent a refreshing contrast to some other “fast-food restaurants”. The ambience is sober but not overwhelming and it is clean. The fact that you can take the food with you without it getting soggy is an additional plus point. The prices are fair but not cheap, the cookies are tasty but too expensive. Overall, I can highly recommend the food; you'll get full without feeling heavy in your stomach.

Why do you call a dish “Crunchy Chicken ... Bowl” when even the vegetables it contains aren’t crunchy? Luckily I ordered everything without coriander... When it comes to the Spicy Sweet Potatoes, it's best not to even start... Save your money or walk a few meters further... Lesson today: always check, even when taking away, and complain if necessary... You feel a little bit special for €16.xx

After 90 minutes of waiting, our order was simply canceled even though the driver was already on his way. Original estimated delivery time: 20 minutes. An absolute disgrace, just don't order there. If you are no longer a student, are longing for a cafeteria atmosphere, but want to feel a little exclusive, then you can eat a delicious bowl here at a relatively expensive price. But it's certainly also a generational question: I don't belong to Y, Z or Alpha

I now eat regularly at beets&roots because it is fresh, tasty and healthy. I also like to change up a bowl by adding salmon, for example, or using noodles instead of rice. With the app you can easily order and pay before entering the restaurant, even if you want to eat on site. I think that's how most people order it. The reusable bowls are chic and even save 10 cents per bowl.

I took take-out multiple times, using beets and roots own refundable bowls. The food was ok, so I kept ordering. But when I decided to return the bowls, I had to scan a QR code and enter my info to get the refund. I never received back the refund. I wrote an email and didn’t get any reply. Very disappointing

Die Suppe/ die Bowls waren sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist toll, hier lässt es sich schön zu verweilen und die Musik die im Hintergrund leise lief. Wir wollen einfach nicht gehen.

Nachdem ich nun zweimal hier bestellt habe und beide Male eine fehlerhafte Bestellung erhalten habe, kann ich beets&roots nicht weiterempfehlen. Die heute bestellte Avocado Chicken Bowl kam ohne Avocado (?!) und ohne Mandelcrunch. Zudem war die Portion für über 15 € absolut inakzeptabel. Schade, da sie an sich ganz lecker war..

Unser neues Lieblings-Bowl „Resto“ in Stuttgart. Das Ambiente ist nett und einladend, aber nicht schick oder atemberaubend. Essensausgabe, keine Bedienung. Personal ist sehr nett, Essenszubereitung ging sehr schnell. SUPER lecker, Preis angemessen (10-13€).

Davvero una bella idea per fare un pranzo diverso e salutare. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Raggiungibile comodamente in bici. Tornerò sicuramente.

Team-Catering hat leider nicht funktioniert. Team saß hungrig 2 Stunden um den Tisch. Leider war niemand telefonisch oder auf anderem Weg erreichbar. Da Rechnung vorab beglichen war, bin ich persönlich hingegangen. Immerhin wurde danach nach 30 Min. geliefert. Essen war gut, aber Erfahrung möchte ich nicht mehr wiederholen. Heute kam Mahnung für Rechnung. Prozesse scheinen optimierbar. 🙁

Richtig leckere veggie Bowl mit geilem Geschmack und Koriander!!! Love it! Burrito bowl sehr zu empfehlen. Den Wrap fand ich etwas klein und sehr Salat lastig aber auch lecker! Sehr netter Service. Es könnte echt mehr Side dishes geben, die Süßkartoffeln hatten bei der Lieferung kein Koriander, schade!

Food tasty and a good size (although a 'vegan' bowl with an egg??), chopsticks would be nice (would slow me down and allow me to savour), maybe have a bottle of siracha available. Atmosphere and service a little cold (guy at the counter would place everything right at his side of the counter, making me reach across for them (card machine, bottle, etc) - just a little puzzling... Would I go back? Yes!

Es war schon einmal mehr auf dem Teller. Nun kann man nur noch ausschließlich bargeldlos zahlen, demnach werde ich diesen Laden nicht mehr aufsuchen. Die Aufforderung im Display nach einem Trinkgeld schreckt mich dazu noch mehr ab. Das Essen ist okay, Bedienung mal so mal so.

Really nice place with plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. A good amount of food for the price. It does seem that the quality of the meal varies from day to day more than I've experienced at other places, but nothing too extreme. it would be nice if chopsticks were available the one thing that strikes me as odd - they automatically suggest tip when you pay (card only), with 20% being one of the options. It's a little weird because tips are for good service, but here you fetch the food yourself and bring the dishes back as well. Additionally, 20% is a generally an amount tipped to waitstaff that earn below the minimum wage, which I don't believe is the case here. So, please, whoever the owner/manager is: just pay the staff a better wage.

Healthy, fast and tasty!. One of my favorite options for eating outside in Stuttgart. The food is an original western interpretation of oriental and international food, but very well done. Not much Japanese raw .

Wir haben für unsere Hochzeit (135 Personen) Catering bestellt und es war wirklich alles super! Die Absprachen waren einfach, das Essen natürlich super lecker und alle waren begeistert. Danach konnten wir die Reste in den ToGo-Boxen mitgeben, was auch sehr nachhaltig ist. Vor allem der freundliche Service wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben!

Leckere Bowls. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Vegetarisch, mit Geflügel mit Fisch Schönes kleines Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Theke super freundlich.

Online über Wolt bestellt. Sehr schnell geliefert und super lecker. Preise sind auch ok. Gern wieder.

Leckere Salate und Bowls mit frischem Geschmack. Meistens keine langen Wartezeiten und freundliches Personal. Man kann auch draußen sitzen, allerdings gibt es hier nur wenige Tische.

Gute Bowl, ich hatte einen spicy lemon chicken bowl und es hat mir gut geschmeckt.

Alles ist sehr lecker. Fand nur komisch, dass die Dame an der Theke durchweg nur englisch sprach, wenigstens hallo und guten Tag kann man ja auch auf Deutsch erwidern, auch wenn man im Deutschen nicht so fit ist.

Das Essen ist schon ganz lecker, aber es wird einfach von Mal zu Mal weniger. Am Anfang eine volle Bowl, dann eine fast volle und das letzte Mal konnte ich einfach den Boden der Bowl sehen. Für den Preis würde ich schon gerne satt werden...

Leckere Bowls zu angemessenen Preisen. War heute zum ersten Mal hier & habe mich beim Bestellen etwas gehetzt gefühlt. Bezahlt wird cashless, das Trinkgeld wird automatisch vorgeschlagen; finde ich etwas seltsam, da Selbstbedienung herrscht & das Essen ja noch nicht probiert wurde. Auf die Selbstbedienung wurde leider nicht hingewiesen, hätte man erklären müssen. Insgesamt aber eine gesunde Alternative mit vielen veggie & veganen Optionen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Umbestellung (Reis statt Nudeln und umgekehrt) problemlos möglich. Glutenfrei/Laktosefrei in der Karte gekennzeichnet. Leider ein Fehler mit Glutenfrei in der Karte, die über die Webseite einzusehen ist Leider musste die Bestellung in Englisch aufgegeben werden. Für mich kein Problem, aber für andere könnte es eines werden. Sonst Self Service wie im Fast Food Restaurant. Ausstattung schlicht und praktisch. Werde dort wieder essen.
