Immer Freundlich empfangen, das Essen immer lecker. Wir waren fruh das ist schone, weil um 18:00-19:00 ist die Laden voll.

Erste Mal hier, waren sehr begeistert, große Portion, heiß, günstig. Parkplatz am WE schwer zu bekommen.

Nettes Restaurant mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Große Portionen und frische Zutaten! Köstliches Essen, freundliches und fleißiges Personal. Sobald ein Tisch frei wird, wird er sofort abgeräumt und gereinigt. Es ist etwas laut, aber nicht störend, wenn man dort essen möchte. Schlicht, aber charmant. Sauber, auch die Toiletten. Wer eine einladendere Atmosphäre oder ein luxuriöseres Ambiente sucht, sollte sich woanders umsehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🍽🥘🥩🥗🍤 Top!

Ich war am Sonntag mit meinen armenischen Freunden im Bayos in Ubach Palenberg zum Abendessen. Das Essen war köstlich und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Restaurant selbst ist nett, und die Qualität des Essens ist für den Preis ausgezeichnet. Es ist allerdings etwas laut; der Raum hallt stark, sodass es bei großem Andrang recht laut wird. Zu jedem Hauptgericht gibt es einen Salat, den man sich am Salatbuffet selbst zusammenstellen kann. Normalerweise bekommt man sein Essen sehr schnell, wenn viel los ist, aber auch wenn es nicht so voll ist. Wenn man nur schnell ein Pita mit Gyros oder etwas Ähnliches möchte, ist das natürlich sehr praktisch. Man muss keine 30 Minuten warten und bekommt sein Essen oft schneller als bei McDonald's in Landgraaf. Das Essen ist außerdem besser und günstiger. Wenn man einen schnellen, preiswerten Imbiss sucht, ist dies ein toller Ort. Unter der Woche möchte man nicht immer 25 € pro Person für einen schnellen Imbiss in einem Restaurant mit eher einfacher Küche ausgeben (obwohl das Essen ausgezeichnet ist). Auch Frittierrestaurants sind heutzutage recht teuer, aber dieses Restaurant liegt preislich in etwa gleichauf und eignet sich daher gut für einen schnellen Imbiss. Ein Pita-Gyros mit Salat vom Buffet reicht oft völlig aus und kostet mit einem Getränk etwa 10 € pro Person – ein angemessener Preis. Andere Gerichte mit Salat und Getränk kosten ebenfalls um die 15 € pro Person. Wenn Sie in Ruhe essen und trinken möchten, sagen Sie einfach, dass Ihr Hauptgang noch nicht zubereitet sein muss und Sie erst Ihren Salat und Ihr Getränk genießen möchten. Wenn nicht viel los ist, ist das normalerweise kein Problem. Sie können aber auch ein aufwendigeres Menü genießen … hervorragende Vorspeisen wie Scampi/Garnelen mit frischen Tomaten und Knoblauch sowie eine gute Auswahl an Hauptgerichten, natürlich alle mit Salat. Selbst wenn Sie Vorspeisen bestellen, kann Ihr Hauptgang schnell serviert werden. Geben Sie einfach Bescheid, dass Sie in Ruhe sitzen möchten (um einen gemütlichen Abend zu zweit zu genießen, anstatt schnell zu essen und gehen zu müssen) und teilen Sie mit, wann Sie Ihren Hauptgang wünschen. Der Kellner kommt vielleicht gleich und fragt, ob ihr euer Essen möchtet. Lasst euch also nicht drängen, nur weil er schon da ist. Sagt nur Ja, wenn ihr wirklich Lust darauf habt. Wenn ihr euch in der Zwischenzeit noch ein Bier bestellt und es euch gut gehen lasst, hattet ihr eine tolle Zeit, ein leckeres und entspanntes Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Ach ja, manches stimmt nicht ganz. Wenn ihr zum Beispiel Mayonnaise zu euren Pommes wollt und zu viert seid, reichen zwei Portionen. Seid ihr zu zweit, reicht eine Portion für die Pommes. Eine Portion Mayonnaise kostet 1 € (gar nicht so schlimm, aber nur mal so erwähnt). Zwei übriggebliebene Portionen kosten 2 €. Für 1,40 € extra bekommt ihr dann noch ein 0,4-Liter-Bier. 😉

Der Service war hervorragend und das Essen superlecker. Die Portionen sind sehr großzügig. Es gibt viele Tische, sodass auch größere Gruppen problemlos Platz finden. Die Angestellten sprechen zwar nicht fließend Englisch, waren aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben heute im Bajos zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war köstlich und hervorragend zubereitet. Trotz des Trubels am Heiligabend war der Service gut. Und die Angestellten waren besonders freundlich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall wieder essen gehen.

Keine Frage, das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Das Essen ist lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Sterne Abzug gibt's leider für das fehlende Toiletten Papier auf dem Damen-WC und leider auch dafür, dass unsere ganzen Klamotten so stark nach Fett gerochen haben, sodass wir selbst die Winterjacken (die an der Garderobe hingen) in die Waschmaschine stecken mussten.

Gemütlich, guter und schneller Service und leckeres Essen

Wir kamen aus Massachusetts, USA, und suchten nach einem schönen Ort zum Verweilen. Und hier haben wir endlich etwas Besonderes gefunden! Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zum letzten Bissen des Desserts war alles perfekt. Die Aromen waren intensiv, frisch und wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch – definitiv einer meiner neuen Lieblingsorte!

We had a wonderful experience here! The grill plates were perfectly seasoned, the appetizers were fresh, and every drink was served cold and well presented. The website says contactless payment. We've been there four times and still have to pay cash. We drove extra to get cash. They have an ATM. They pretend it doesn't work. No, our family won't be going back. Other visitors say the same thing.

Ate schnitzel and it was huge and delicious

Our friends texted us if we wanted to join them and we thought let's give it a try. We're not usually the type to try things out once we've found a good restaurant, but I don't regret it at all. Now we have a new favorite restaurant😊. No long waiting times for a table (our friends had already made a reservation in advance) and we didn't have to wait very long for the food itself, even though it was very busy😃. Pros👇: - Friendly owner - Friendly service - Restaurant is neat and clean - Enough choice on the menu - Delicious little salad bar - Food has enough flavor, we loved it - The portions are big enough (also for a big eater) - You can sit inside or outside - Parking is free in the street or with a parking disc - Affordable prices Unfortunately we couldn't finish our food because of the high temperatures today (28 degrees😎), that's no problem either, then it will be neatly packed for you. I also read reviews that say there are a lot of flies, they are everywhere if a door is open somewhere (has nothing to do with hygiene or the quality of the food). Still, they have a good solution for when a few flies have come in by placing fly repellents on the table and I haven't had any problems with them.

Cozy and affordable restaurant with delicious meals

We had a very nice meal here! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, the food is tasty and as an extra plus: our dog was welcome. That makes it an extra nice place for us to come. 🐶 The service was friendly and attentive, and the dishes were well prepared. The only minor downside: they don't have onion soup on the menu, which we thought was a shame. Always loved, a nice warm onion soup! But otherwise highly recommended for a pleasant and tasty meal! We also pick up food here more often, very nice that this is also possible here!

Just had dinner here with my neighbor. For these prices I simply say: don't complain! But what was best of all: I had a very bad asthma/COPD attack upon arrival, and I thought I would stay in it. The staff were genuinely concerned, stood around our table and got water straight away. I can't describe how sweet and concerned they were. I felt very safe! What lovely people: wish them all the very best: thank you very much for your kind care!

Well what can I say. Today there were 20 of us at the door. We made reservations for my brother-in-law's birthday on site at the restaurant a few weeks ago. What is our surprise, we arrive and the business is closed for holidays🤬😡. We have received no communication about this at all!! Not by email, not by telephone. My brother-in-law normally eats here every month with my mother-in-law, even every year at Christmas! We didn't get a cancellation, which is shameful What a great service, there are 20 people standing in front of the door!! Fortunately, we could go to Tuscany on the other side. So all praise to Tuscany!! We will never go to Bayos again!! Leaving us out in the cold and not letting anyone know that they were closed!! Thanks for the reservation!!

Very varied menu, for a very reasonable price and of course very tasty.

A bite to eat on our last day of vacation did not turn out as we had hoped. We were outside again in 25 minutes, so quickly our main course arrived. We hadn't finished the salad yet and the schnitzel was already brought, which makes you wonder what quality it is. The next problem when paying was that the debit card was not possible. This is the 2nd time in succession for us and then you have to get in your car to look for an ATM. I don't believe the pin didn't work, because at the gas station a little further away you could just use the pin, so that's my ass!! We won't go there anymore, end of story!!

Very disappointed with the food ordered. Gyros was okay but the chicken in the hot pan was disappointing as not everything was indicated as to what was in it. But yes, tastes differ.

Had to wait a very long time until the card was brought, same money for drinks. Then we had to ask twice if we could finally order. Ordered a steak and asked if it could be cooked medium. We got a steak that was very well cooked. Reported this to the staff and we received a new steak. Believe it or not, unfortunately, this steak was also completely overcooked! Unfortunately, no apologies or a round of business either. I think there was someone in the kitchen who has no experience at all in cooking steaks. So we won't come here anymore.

Was quite busy, no table available anymore, We got there at half past seven, we had to wait quite a while for the food, but if you don't have time for that, I always say don't go ;) . Starter arrived after 45 minutes but was super tasty, really great, the main course arrived faster and again a large portion, we couldn't finish it. the employees had to work hard but were super friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!!!

There were 4 of us who went home very full afterwards, from spagetti Bolognese to two different types of schnitzel to the grilled plate, everything is highly recommended and the citizen who was served to the neighboring table also looked good

We've had lunch here several times on Sundays and it's always been very good (without a reservation). The salad buffet is appetizingly prepared and tastes good and fresh. All the main courses we had chosen so far were very tasty. It was served pretty quickly and hot. Service always friendly! Clear recommendation from us!

Hello, we have been to Bayo's many times. Everything is simply delicious and the service is very friendly and nice. Highly recommended. We were also there yesterday and celebrated Dance into May at the back of the hall. It was a really great party. Don't know all the food but most of it is fine, Gyros is of course super and the starter with prawns in tomato sauce is 👌..... that was 2 months ago......and we were helped by that nice and knowledgeable girl who works there... .. today..... pitas were too hard on the edges and even burnt on one side, the gyros had way too much fat and the beer was lukewarm.... very lukewarm.... also said but yes what should they do then.... didn't really respond to it yes he would look at the beer...... yes got free Ouzo after dinner but you always get that.... Went twice in June and there were no more gyros!! At 8 p.m. Service is also not great,... you hardly get ouzo anymore, sometimes when you go home and stand there to pay. I think you can just bring it to the table after dinner. Portions are also getting smaller, what is worth it is a pita gyros and a good plate from the salad buffet, together with a beer you will spend less than €15 per person and you will be full

Super freundlich und gutes Essen

After reading some good reviews, we decided to give it a try. A nice spacious place, but because of the space it is not very intimate/cosy, just neat. The choice is huge, which makes you wonder whether everything will be freshly prepared. Our food was fine and certainly freshly prepared, but that is not so difficult with gyros. They work with a salad bar that was generously filled, but the white lettuce leaves were already on the edge of brown. But everything tasted fresh and good. The service was smooth and friendly, exactly as it should be. Still, I don't think we'll come back again, I don't know exactly why; the overall experience was somewhat disappointing.

Nice restaurant with hospitable owner and staff. Price quality very good. Very busy on the weekends but enjoyable during the week. The gyrospfanne is highly recommended. Delicious salad buffet that is always well replenished. We will definitely eat here more often.

Diese Woche zweimal hier gegessen, 1x Steak mit pommes, 1x Holzsteiner Schnitzel mit pommes, Frau hätte Hanchenpfanne mit pommes, Freud hätte Lammpfanne mit pommes. Essen, Empfang alles gut in Ordnung. Nur die WC kann viel besser, kommen bestimmt wieder.

War das erste mal dort und war echt begeistert. Das speiseangebot war sehr abwechslungsreich und das Ambiente lädt dazu ein sich doch mal dort länger niederzulassen und die Speisen vor Ort zu genießen. Essen ( was an mir vorbei ging ) sah echt lecker aus und war reichlich . Das Gyros war mega. Kein Fett und frisch gewürzt so wie man es sich wünscht Top 👍 Das Team vom Grill war super freundlich. Ik ben een hulphond En ik mocht gewoon netjes mee naar binnen. Het eten was heerlijk en ik kreeg ook nog water. Het eten zag er goed uit en de sfeer was prima. Ze hielden keurig rekening met ons. Complimenten 🐾❤️

Alle Erwartungen wurden deutlich Übertroffen. Das Essen war fantastisch - wir hatten einen Grillteller und ein Pfannengericht. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt zubereitet. Und das trotz mehrerer Fleischsorten auf dem Grillteller. Die Pommes waren sehr frisch und knusprig. Die Preise sind absolut nicht zu beanstanden. Wir sind zufällig auf den Laden aufmerksam geworden, werden aber schon bald wieder dort hin gehen. Ich komme selber viel rum und habe auch selber in der Gastro gearbeitet. Was da geboten wird ist wirklich sehr gut.

Zeer goed gegeten op late zaterdagavond

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier und hatten richtig Hunger. Positiv ist, dass das Essen sehr schnell zu uns an den Tisch kam. Mein Salat war frisch, sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Der Grillteller, der ja eigentlich das Aushängeschild eines Grillhauses sein sollte, war leider mickrig und die gefühlten zehn Pommes lagen traurig auf dem Teller. Derjenige, der den Grillteller bestellt hatte, ging hungrig nach Hause. Es wurde zudem vergessen darauf hinzuweisen, dass man sich am Salat-Buffet einen Salat nehmen darf und bei meinem Salat (Hauptgang) fehlte das in der Karte ausgewiesene Brot. Die jüngere von beiden Servicekräften wirkte lustlos und gelangweilt, die erfahrenere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zusammenfassend: Man kann hier essen, muss man aber nicht unbedingt.

Druk en gezellig op een zondagavond. We hebben even op het eten moeten wachten, maar het eten was erg goed met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Er was goed aandacht besteed aan het eten. De bediening was goed en de degene die bedienden waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een klein minpuntje is misschien dat de eetruimte wat hol is, waardoor het geluid te weinig wordt geabsorbeerd.

Vandaag weer heel goed gegeten en gedronken zoals zo vaak minpunt Vandaag was dat wij niet konden pinnen er waren al twee dagen problemen met het pinapparaat hoezo jullie zijn op maandag gesloten moet dan maar een paar kilometer verderop naar de pinautomaat rijden om contant geld te halen en wij waren niet de enige die dit overkwam
