The food is delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The service was once again excellent, and we felt very comfortable.

We're spending a few days in Pfullendorf and actually wanted to eat somewhere else. But everything was reserved there. In retrospect, we were lucky. So we came here and are absolutely thrilled. The mix of Italian and Arabic cuisine was surprising at first, but the taste of both cuisines is simply fantastic, and the Arabic cuisine is simply something different. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If the restaurant were closer to home, we would be regulars. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We're from the small Saarland region and found this rather unassuming restaurant. When we walked in, it was already very promising. The waitress was super sweet and accommodating. We opted for the starter for two. It was absolutely delicious! There was something for everyone. You have to be pretty hungry, though :) Then, for the main course, we had a platter for two. This came with a flatbread "lid." The waiter came to the table and cut it open, revealing the food (see picture). The meat was super tender and the food was truly delicious. The dips, especially the red one with walnuts, were incredibly delicious. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back! A huge compliment.

I visited this restaurant today and I'm absolutely thrilled! Today's menu recommendation was the Tomahawk steak, which I tried straight away – and it was a real hit! It tasted excellent, was perfectly prepared, and, along with the side dish, was more than enough for two people. We were completely full and completely satisfied. The ambiance also impressed me: stylish, cozy, and decorated with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and very polite – you felt welcome from the very first moment. Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable visit. I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant and will definitely be back!

Today was our first time eating here. There were three of us, and we found the food delicious. There was so much food that we packed some to take home. We weren't familiar with Arabic cuisine, and we can say that the chef knows his craft. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and they found time for a pleasant conversation. We felt very comfortable. In the summer, there's the option of sitting outside, which is always important to us. The interior is very chic and attractive. We will definitely come back for dinner.

Very good service... the food is PREMIUM. We all ordered Arabic dishes (9x A11/2x A10) and received a very, very well-prepared meal. The staff provides very elegant service throughout. Very attentive, but never intrusive, always courteous. Tip: If you're familiar with authentic Arabic food and like it spicy, you should mention this explicitly. Simply great! Ordered the plate for two to pick up. Not only was it super tasty, but it also came with 4 sauces (especially the garlic sauce was really tasty in our opinion). The service was also really great, the plate was carried into our car because it was still hot (this staff makes you feel like you're in good hands).

Even if you might think... Italian and Arabic? How does that fit together? A visit to Ba'sous will definitely dispel this prejudice. Both the 3 Italian dishes (salmon pasta with cream sauce, pizza salami, spaghetti frutti di mare) and the Arabic/Syrian dish were really delicious dishes. The portion size is really big and even a hungry eater will definitely be full. The quality of the food was excellent and the owners, chef and service are very friendly and open. We are looking forward to our next meal in Pfullendorf!!

A heaven for Mitterrandian cuisine lovers, the restaurant has 2 menus Italian and Arabic/Livonian. and both are top selection. the ingredients are so fresh and selected with high standard. the food is very tasty and very well cooked, the spices and the taste are just perfect, with a big portions that we can not finish. the menu of starters is so diverse and rich to get it before the main dishes. the Atmosphere is so elegant and comfortable you just feel that they pay attention about each detail to make the customer have a smile. a very good quality of interior, fresh and clean environment. The service is so good and professional, they help customers with different needs and requests, super responsive and friendly. the cooks and owners check on us after we finish to guarantee that they got our full satisfaction and take notes and pay attention to details.

We have ordered there quite often now and unfortunately, except once, the salmon was old and completely dry. It doesn't matter whether you order there for lunch or dinner. I'll give it one last chance, if the salmon is inedible again that's it for eating there. What is also very surprising is that there are never any pine nuts in it (which should actually be in the food and are also on the menu). Tomatoes are sometimes in there or not. Price performance is otherwise completely okay and justified. Portions are large. Only varies when ordering for pickup. Last time there was only half of it. The ambience is nice but quite dark. The service is perfect Edit: the online menu and the on-site menu are different 14€ for the starter plate is really cheeky! The spinach was completely over salted and inedible, 2 slices of zucchini, 3/4 tomatoes, a bit of augergine, half a pepper, mushrooms and peppers. 😣

A variety of hearty meals prepared without the use of ready-made products. The ingredients are predominantly regional, which benefits the quality of the dishes. The Arabic facet of the menu in particular is unique in the area and worth every taste test; especially the Arabic rice served as a side dish. The service is friendly, fast and reliable. You usually have to wait a little longer for your order to be prepared than in comparable establishments. However, this is due to the fact that everything is prepared with passion and perfectionism in order to ultimately satisfy the customer. Therefore the waiting time is completely worth it. The prices are completely within the normal range and more than reasonable for the food served. You can usually always find a space here as there is an indoor and outdoor area. The entire area is kept beautifully clean, even the toilets. Therefore: Clear recommendation for thirst and hunger.

Basous offers a broad menu of Italian cuisine with large portions at a reasonable price. The food was very tasty and well prepared. I was really impressed with the staff that went out of the way to find/customize a gluten-free meal for my daughter (mixed salad with custom dressing and a grilled chicken breast). She really enjoyed it. Travelling Europe is pretty hit or miss with Gluten-free dining, so this extra effort was so very appreciated.

Their knowledge of the menu and wines was impressive, and they gave us wonderful recommendations. To start I chose the bruschetta as a starter, the crispy slices of bread were perfectly topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh basil and a touch of garlic, all rounded off with a drizzle of high-quality olive oil. Every bite was a pleasure and made me look forward to the courses to come. For the main course I chose the pizza prosciutto, salami é funghi with gorgonzola, which was a true masterpiece. The base was thin and crispy, the topping of fresh mushrooms, salami and ham, with a delicious tomato sauce and Gouda cheese, as well as the smell that the pizza gave off, harmonized perfectly. The quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship of the preparation made this pizza an unforgettable experience, and the size of the pizza is also worth noting, a clear must for this price.
