Chu Restaurant in Pfullendorf

Im Prinzip gut bei Sushi, weil wahrscheinlich selbst hergestellt aber. Ware . Es gibt ein paar Grundsoßen die beim selben Großhandel gekauft werden In der Küche werden diese oft nur noch mit Wasser, Speisestärke zum Andicken, Glutamat (MSG) für den herzhaften Geschmack und Zucker aufgekocht. Da kaum ein Restaurant die Soßen von Grund auf selbst aus Knochen, Gemüse und frischen Kräutern tagelang einkocht, schmecken sie im Kern alle identisch.

Das Essen war früher wirklich gut, aber das scheint sich geändert zu haben. Wir haben heute zwei Gerichte abgeholt. Rind mit Currysauce und Hühnchenbrust mit Oystersauce beides war für uns kaum essbar. Zähes Fleisch, geschmacklose Sauce, selbst das Gemüse war nicht gut. Einzig der Reis war okay.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und tolles Essen es hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Das Sushi ist echt sehr gut, preislich passt es auch. Bin schon öfters da gewesen oder habe es geholt. Einziges Manko, das man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, muss jedesmal vor ab zur Bank Geld holen.

Essen hat gut geschmeckt,authentisch. Die Preise war angemessen für Mittagsmenü. Ich würde wieder hingehen.

Das Restaurant hat eine neue Speisekarte und hat sich gleichzeitig ziemlich verschlechtert Neuer Besitzer??? Die gebratenen Nudeln waren einfach geschmacklos, das einzige was etwas Geschmack gab, waren die röstzwiebeln! Die „knusprige?!?“ Ente war auch nicht besser So gut wie das Lokal mal war, ist es leider nicht mehr - schade, ich kam hier gerne 😞

Ich kann manche Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Da liest man was von mangelnden Deutschkenntnissen und langen Wartezeiten. Ich seh das so. Ich finde die Deutschkenntnisse ausreichend, das interessiert mich auch nicht sonderlich. Ich finde das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich war heute dort. Ich konnte mich nicht über lange Wartezeiten beklagen, aber eins muss man doch sehen: Wenn es sehr voll ist gibt es halt nun mal Wartezeiten. Aber wie gesagt, ich habe nichts von langer Wartezeit gesehen. Zur Parkplatzsituation. Das könnte unmittelbar vor dem Haus bisweilen knapp werden aber es sollte und ist m.E. auch kein Problem in näherer Umgebung einen Parkplatz zu finden. Nun zum wichtigsten. Das Essen. Ich find es einfach super lecker und bin voll begeistert. Für mich passt daher eigentlich alles. Vielen Danke, gerne wieder.

Ein sehr nettes asiatisches Restaurant in dieser kleinen Stadt. Meine Pho war eine großzügige Portion; die Brühe war authentisch und die Kräuter frisch und genau richtig. Ich hatte frische Chilischoten bestellt. Die Nudeln waren etwas zu weich gekocht und das Rindfleisch wirkte nicht ganz perfekt, aber insgesamt war es trotzdem gut. Die vietnamesische Familie, die das Restaurant führt, ist sehr freundlich und bietet sehr gute Preise fürs Mittagessen (Mittagessen). Ich glaube, ich habe sogar einen kleinen Rabatt bekommen, weil ich alleine gegessen habe und Vietnamesin bin. Die Bedienung war effizient und professionell. Die Einrichtung könnte verbessert werden, aber das hat meinen insgesamt positiven Eindruck nicht beeinträchtigt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, wenn man hier wohnt.

Also eigentlich mag ich asiatisches essen ja überhaupt nicht. aber ihr habt mich voll und ganz überzeugt . Wahnsinn 5 stern sind nicht genug .

The food was very delicious, both sushi and the hot main courses. We arrived relatively early and had already ordered, but by later, the restaurant was full and there were lots of people waiting. The ambiance was really nice, but the restrooms could use a bit of an update ;)

The food always tastes great, and the selection is extensive. Everything seems clean and fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There's seating both inside and outside, as well as on-site parking.

It's beautifully decorated, and the sushi was delicious. Unfortunately, the seating is too close together, making it very loud and warm. The two of us were only allowed a table right in the entrance area.

The food is good, the restaurant has a nice interior. Prices are also reasonable. However, you can only pay in cash (you can guess why at an Asian restaurant, cough), but at least an EC card would be preferable. It's also not nice that they continue to use vast amounts of plastic packaging here—there are literally mountains of it. These days, there are alternatives in many areas that can improve this.

Unfortunately, my visit to Chu was a disaster – and that was right from the first click. Pre-ordering on my phone was a guessing game: Can anyone understand me? Does anyone here even speak German? I think anyone taking orders should at least understand the language – otherwise the whole thing will end in chaos. But hey, I was patient. Then the food arrived – I had ordered 32A. Unfortunately, my 32A included a small hairy surprise. And no, it wasn't cilantro, it was definitely a hair. Several. That's where the fun stops for me – that's just not acceptable. So I went back. I tried speaking German again, but again I was barely understood. After about 10 minutes, I got a new meal. Was that better? Hard to say – now I'm sitting here with a stomach ache writing this review. Conclusion: Hair belongs on your head, not in your food.

The food is okay, the ambiance is okay, lots of plastic, little natural light, very bad air, your clothes smell strongly of the kitchen after your stay, no music, so the neighboring tables can hear what's being said, or you can hear everything being said next door. All in all, a little unkempt...

The noodles were soggy and soft with egg or something they tried to do with it, disgusting...the actually crispy chicken was anything but crispy, just a disgusting mess and there were metal shavings in the noodles!!! 😡😡😡😡 I had to look for the supposedly large spring rolls in the packaging!! For €30.90 an absolute joke, sorry there is a negative review on Google...

The saying goes, if you don't know anything about sushi, you don't need to order here, you don't have any pictures or information and don't give them!! Nobody knew anything about the reservation (at least that's how it came across) and the tables weren't prepared or pushed together. We called and made a reservation. They didn't even ask for a name on the phone, which seemed strange to us. And then all the tables were full and we had to look for something else! What else can you say: simply ABSOLUTE NO-GO!!! Then at least say that you won't accept reservations. I think that's an absolute disgrace and we won't recommend you anymore. Went there once and it was actually really good, but something like that ruins everything!!

Chu is the reason we declared a monthly Sushi Monday! The food is simply great and the price is absolutely right. The quality and presentation of the sushi is world class. The service is sometimes a bit disorganized and seems uncoordinated, but they improve every time. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is chic, but still feels familiar. Only the sanitary facilities are a little older. You can easily order "to go", but you should remember your order number and be prepared to wait during peak times.

The Chu is centrally located in Pfullendorf. There is an outdoor area to sit, which you can access by car. It practically falls from the parked car onto the seating. The ambience outside is cozy and rustic, unfortunately it is located right between two main streets. If this doesn't bother you, you can eat well here. The menu is very clear and with very good explanations of the individual dishes and their “bedside parts”. I was very surprised by the quantity as well as the quality. Both in a good price-performance ratio. Food for an Asian restaurant in this latitude is definitely recommended, many also picked up their food. I liked the service, which was friendly but not always very attentive. All in all, I would eat there again, then indoors.
