Dorfstube altes Rathaus in Pfullendorf

I've eaten at Zum Hirschen in Strass several times now. The food is simply delicious, especially the chicken with bacon and salad. It tastes amazing. Prepared with love. Keep it up! 😀😀😀😀🍗🍗🍗

We were here for lunch on Boxing Day – our fourth visit so far. For a starter, we had a pasta soup. It was tasty, but in my opinion, a few less pasta strands would have been better – it was a bit too rich. The main courses were all excellent. I'd especially like to highlight the venison cordon bleu: the meat was wonderfully tender and cooked to perfection. One small suggestion: a little more cheese would have been the perfect finishing touch. The fries with the schnitzel were good, but they could be improved with a few more seasonings; then they would be truly excellent. The desserts were also outstanding and left nothing to be desired. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally good, which is why I'm awarding five stars without hesitation. I was also particularly impressed by the creativity of the Christmas drinks on offer – they were not only original but also reasonably priced. Please keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back. We were there again, everything was very good, except for the onion roast beef, where the onions weren't quite what I expected; they reminded me more of a ready-made product. But the meat was perfect.

Great atmosphere, good service, and a delicious dinner. Unfortunately, the VAT reduction hasn't been passed on to the prices yet ;-)

A place where you can unwind and relax. And have a good chat with the owner. I would always come here when I'm in Pfullendorf. The staff are very friendly.
