...unique restaurant in every respect! We were warmly welcomed, the food was great, the conditions catered to every special request and everyone tried hard and the boss Barry is great!! I was last there for dinner on Friday with my sister. We got a table straight away from the lovely staff without a reservation, even though, as always, it was super busy. The food is extremely tasty, we haven't had anything that we didn't like and the portions are large and the price is more than fair. For us, the next door has now become our favorite restaurant because both the food and the staff are simply great.

Came across it by chance and now a repeat offender! 😉 Great breakfast, great service, boss takes great care of his guests. Even when there's a lot going on, he keeps an overview and has time for a little advice! I'll be back...

Went here for brunch on a Sunday. It was quite crowded, which unfortunately had a bad effect on the service and ambience; When it became empty again, it was much more comfortable. The food itself was really good, but relatively small portions for the prices

A very nice shop with fresh and delicious dishes. The service was very warm and accommodating. The price-performance ratio is also good. I can absolutely recommend the café.

The two of us spontaneously passed the café on a Wednesday afternoon and were allowed to sit down inside. We had a really delicious cheesecake and a chocolate cake with blueberries, I think. Plus a cappuccino and a ChaiLatte. Everyone was super polite, a great atmosphere. You just felt very comfortable and it was simply delicious. A great afternoon, we can only recommend it!

The very best iced latte in Munich and the bread there is also a highlight. Generally very good food and service. One of my favorite restaurants, I go there regularly and enjoy it, especially in summer. We recommend!

After so many disappointing Service & Places in Munich, we found our place! These people know how to satisfy the guests. The food and beverages great quality, big portions and fair prices! The owner and the stuff super friendly! This place represents hospitality as it should be! In this materialistic town where everybody tries to strip you of, Barry (the boss) made a great place. Weiter so.

Great breakfast restaurant. The lunch menu also looked great, but we “only” had breakfast. The food was delicious, the service was super nice and everything went pretty quickly even though the store was completely full. Minimal deduction: Tea in a small cup from the bag for just under €4, coffee €5 is a bit excessive. Other prices are perfectly fine.

We love the one next door! The food is extremely tasty, the atmosphere is great, and above all the team is incredibly nice. No matter how crowded it is - everyone is always in a good mood and you never have to wait long. Absolute recommendation :)

It's finally back up and better than before! The large selection of lunch dishes is innovative, modern and healthy and ranges from delicious sandwiches and delicious salads to curries and other warm dishes. The prices are more than good for the quality. The waitresses are incredibly friendly and see themselves as hosts (especially Alex), so that you not only feel like a customer but also a guest next door. I'm looking forward to my next visit there.

We were in Munich this weekend and came across the "next door" by chance. We can only warmly recommend it. The food was great, the service was very friendly and warm and the quality and performance were just right. I ended my birthday here and was very happy to have been there that day. If we're in Munich again we'll definitely go to the "next door" or "opposite"😅👌☺️

Super nice brunch bar. Not a huge menu but there is something for everyone. The staff is great and the food and drinks are really affordable. The best thing: you can reserve in advance by email, a rarity! Always my pleasure.

After we were basically "kicked out" by another restaurant BEFORE dessert because the second evening reservation was already waiting there, we quickly looked for another restaurant for our dessert. The “next door” welcomed us warmly and conjured up an amazing tiramisu for us. Excellent service, warmth and the feeling of being welcome - even though the place was packed - are not available everywhere these days. But definitely here. We'd love to come back. Best breakfast spot in Munich, we are here almost every weekend. The price-performance ratio is great, and the breakfast is also very tasty! But the best thing is the service: no matter how full it is - and everything is actually always full - they always make sure you get a seat (even without a reservation). The employees and the owner are super nice and sometimes come to the table to chat. We also always get a ginger shot on the house, very tasty. So: top recommendation!

I absolutely loved the 'next door' restaurant! The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The service, especially from Alex, was extremely courteous and friendly. I can't wait to come back, especially for another delicious coffee. The boss Barry tries very hard and is accommodating.

The former Barer 61 has a new look and name. It has become bigger, has more space and a great kitchen. The operators have remained the same and are still at work here themselves. It's always an experience to be there and the new, larger menu leaves nothing to be desired. Modern, healthy and delicious! Keep it up!

Tried this place for breakfast the other day; everything served nice and fresh but what made the experience better was the staff- from the moment we walked in, everyone was super welcoming, warm and enthusiastic- the morning just got better from there on! I’ll definitely be visiting again(:

Walked past the cafe by chance and had a very filling and delicious yet healthy lunch there. Alex was friendly and kind enough to translate the German menu for me and gave me great suggestions too! Das ist eine meiner Top-Empfehlungen: Wir waren hier zu Siebt zum Brunch, es war brechend voll, das Team hatte also viel zu tun. Aber es war alles perfekt: Super nettes Ambiente, das Team war engagiert und wirkte sehr motiviert, gute Stimmung bei Gästen und Angestellten, das Essen kam für alle am Tisch gleichzeitig, obwohl sehr unterschiedliche "Dinge", die Teller schön hergerichtet, und super lecker hat es auch allen geschmeckt. Der Chef Barry kam immer wieder einmal auf einen "Schnack" vorbei - sehr nett... Wenn Ihr mal in Schwabing seid und Lust auf Frühstück / Brunch habt - hier müßt Ihr hin!

I went there three times and liked everything I tried, their salads are very fulfilling and this pumpkin gnocchi dish was so huge it can easily fill two people. Their bread tastes very delicious also, I recommend this place to everyone.

Frühstückslokal bzw. Café mit coolem Konzept. Empfehlen kann ich das Avocado Brot mit Spiegelei. Freundlicher Besitzer mit gutem Service und Übersicht. Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort, beim bezahlen war es etwas chaotisch aber der Chef hat es am Ende gut gelöst.

Wir wurden wahnsinnig herzlich empfangen, alle Servicekräfte waren außerordentlich nett, Frühstück und Getränke absolut spitze (Cappuccino und Saft sehr lecker!). Haben uns so gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt, kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. Am sichersten ist offenbar eine Reservierung, war recht gut gefüllt. Danke und Komplimente an das ganze Team, alles perfekt!!!

The food is delicious and has all what you need for breakfast. We tried the “Gegenüber” and the “Königin 43”. The coffee is okay as well. Also you can find a place on a Sunday Morning without a reservation.
