Very nice atmosphere, good food and nice staff. In good weather, great places outside but also in cold weather very nice inside with a view of the ferries and harbor. It's also a great place with kids inside, with a toy box and steering wheel. Outside, the kids can also go to the small playground next to it.

For x. times there We like to come to your beautiful terrace for a beer/vino and really delicious food, look at the sailing harbor and watch the hustle and bustle. We also like to come back to your place after a bike ride with friends. There is also a pool that you can jump in. So pack your bathing suits. This is basically one of the few restaurants in Travemünde that is worth visiting. The food is always extremely tasty and freshly prepared and the service is super friendly and attentive.

We ate schnitzel with fries. The waiting time for the food was very long at 90 minutes. Unfortunately the wait wasn't worth it. Schnitzel didn't excite me. I think it came from the fryer. The fries were thin pretzel sticks without much taste. Unfortunately very disappointing and for almost 19 euros. It's a lovely place to sit with a view of the Trave and the ferries passing by.

We spent a week on vacation in the Marina Baltica and went to Baltic Bay three times. We were very satisfied every time, the food was fresh and very tasty, the meat, fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were also perfect. There is something for everyone on the menu, the dishes are creative but down-to-earth without any unnecessary frills. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. The ambience suits the harbor, maritime and cozy and familiar. A large, very clean pool is available to all guests. The service is friendly and attentive, even when the hut is full. You should definitely make a reservation, but you can also get a table without a reservation, although you may have to wait a little longer.

Great food, great staff. The food is all highly recommended, both vegans and meat lovers will get their money's worth. The employees are motivated, hard-working and very nice. The ambience could use some work, but everything is clean and well-kept. Prices are average.

We love your food... Everything is freshly prepared and wishes are also happy to be implemented... Due to the freshness, the preparation takes a little longer than with mass production, but the wait is always worth it! Etwas versteckt in der Marina Baltica. Ist definitiv einen Besuch wert - nicht nur als Segler. Wir hatten den Matjes probiert und der war ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung war freundlich und konnte gute Infos geben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und würden dieses Lokal einigen Lokalen an der Promenade vorziehen.

Our destination on our bike tour was the Baltic Bay. Since it was raining terribly that day and we arrived half an hour before the restaurant opened, they let us in. And even though we just wanted to have a beer, we were given a very friendly welcome. The restaurant has charm, great atmosphere 👍. Next time we'll stay longer.

We were surprised by the rain on a bike tour and found shelter in this great location right by the marina. The interior is extremely attractively decorated in a maritime style. Even though we only had a drink we felt very comfortable there; This was also due to the very friendly staff. Prices are fair. We will definitely come back and stay there longer.

Very friendly staff - everything from the boss to the cook was top notch. Always happy. The locals dragged them there as bike tours :-) Now this (somewhat hidden) location in the marina has new permanent guests and good word of mouth. Thumbs up. We'll be back too.

Great location right at the Marina Baltica marina. Today we had fish soup which was extremely tasty. Good portion with lots of fish. Also well seasoned. The burgers are also very well made. Not an industrial frozen patty but really fresh. This week Oktoberfest with fried chicken

Update 2023: I was finally in the pool, GORGEOUS!! Open to every restaurant guest. Plus fresh draft beer, an excellent fish soup and still the most relaxed place in Travemünde. Warm welcome and very nice hosts. I still fully recommend it!!!! Original review: Good to know in advance: It's a public restaurant, you don't need a yacht or a gold watch. Anyone can come here. In my opinion it is one of the most relaxed places in Travemünde. Very hidden inland at the end of the accessible town on the Trave. Once you have found it, you can sit comfortably inside and very nicely outside right by the marina. There is a lot to see. Everything here is calm, relaxed and friendly, even under Corona conditions. We cycled there several times during two holidays nearby. Very friendly welcome and good service. Food very, very good (e.g. plaice or fish soup), good draft beer. The price is completely normal, everything is reasonably priced, namely “worth the price!” Conclusion: An insider tip, hidden, to feel good and enjoy!! Go there! P.S. Next time we'll try the swimming pool, which according to the notice is open to all guests.

Tolles und leckeres Restaurant im Hafen. Etwas versteckt aber Parkplatz um die Ecke und es lohnt sich. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Pool vor der Tür und Blick auf den Yacht Hafen.

Wir waren begeistert. Freundliche Begrüßung, zunächst persönlicher Servoce vom Chef, der sich sogar verabschiedete als er an seine Mitarbeiterinnen übergab. Essen war lecker! Einen Ausflug wert!

Ein wunderbarer Geheimtipp mit Mittagstisch und sehr maritimer Lage mitten im Werftgelände. Die Suppen sind ein Gedicht.

Sehr netter Kontakt schon vorab bei der Email Buchung. Vorort erwartet den Gast ein maritim und gemütliches eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einem großen Außenbereich und dem oft erwähnten Swimmingpool. Mindestens genauso wichtig ist sicherlich das Essen. Es ist einfach hervorragend, weil sich der Chef Gedanken über sein Angebot macht. So gab es zum „Vater-„, bzw. „Herrentag“ einen speziellen Burger mit allem, was da so leckeres hineinpasste. Auch sonst findet man viele leckere Besonderheiten auf der Karte, die in anderen Restaurants nicht angeboten werden. Die Qualität ist spitze! Und auf jeden Fall das neue Inn-Getränk Canonita de Mallorca“ probieren!!! Es wird den Aperol Spritz in den Schatten stellen. Wir sind sehr bald wieder da!

Echt süßes kleines Hafenstüble. Hier gibt es gutes essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen, den ein oder anderen Lacher mit dem Personal und dazu noch ein wohlig warmes Ambiente das immer wieder einladend ist.

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und super Service. Wir waren schon einige Male dort. Im Sommer ist natürlich der Pool ein Highlight, sowie die Terrasse direkt am Hafen. Dort kann man gemütlich Abends sitzen, die Schiffe beobachten und dabei das leckere Essen genießen. Der Service ist immer super - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist ebenfalls immer sehr gut. Vor allem die Burger haben es uns angetan. Der Spielplatz am Restaurant ist auch toll, wenn man mit Kind dort ist. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Wir waren heute das 1.Mal im Restaurant Baltic Bay und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war sehr, sehr köstlich. Gutes/Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ist allerdings nicht ganz einfach dieses Kleinod zu finden.

Sehr urig und maritim im Werftgelände gelegen gibt es hier eine sehr gute Küche und freundliche Bedienung. Wer große und kleine Schiffe mag ist hier richtig. Und diese WE gabs ein top Spezial-Burger Essen. Es gibt auch einen guten Mittagstisch. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen und sogar einen Pool nutzen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant das direkt am Hafen liegt, von der Hauptstraße aus ist es etwas schwer zu sehen. Die Burger waren sehr lecker.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm, die Speisen durchschnittlich und nicht "besonders". Der Service sehr nett und gut.

Urgemütlich und leckere Küche! Mitten im Hafengelände kann man den großen Fähren zuschauen und sich vom freundlichen Personal verwöhnen lassen.

Muss man erstmal finden, fast ein Geheimtipp. Sehr freundlicher, enorm charmanter und humorvoller Service. Die halbe Miete. Essen: grundsolide und richtig gut. Dorsch in Senfsauce, Schnitzel mit Pommes, bestellt mit feinem Gurkensalat. Lecker. Da müssen wir wieder hin zum Matjes-Essen.

Schlechtes Essen gepaart mit unfreundlicher Bedienung war zu viel. Dorschfilet tot gebraten, wahrscheinlich TK-Ware. Gurkensalat fehlte nicht nur an unserem Tisch, wurde vom Service abgetan. Salatblätter im Ganzen mit braunen Rändern lieblos auf Tellern serviert. Preise sind dem Essen und der einfachsten Ausstattung nicht angemessen. Auch die schöne Lage macht das alles nicht gut. Die Inhaber sollten sich nicht auf ihre Stammgäste verlassen, denn auch diese akzeptieren schlechtes Essen trotz dort freundlichem Service nicht! Andere Gastgeber freuen sich auf jeden Gast, hier scheint man keine Lust oder es nicht nötig zu haben. Vor kurzer Zeit waren wir zum ersten Mal dort und obwohl nur drei Stücke Fisch in der Fischsuppe waren, wollten wir dem Laden noch eine Chance geben. Auch damals funktionierte das EC Gerät erst, als der Koch dazu gerufen wurde. Wir kommen nie wieder!

We went to lunch with friends. The cafe is off the beaten track situated by the side of the Marina Baltica. There is no English menu, but it is not hard to understand the food. The food is good German food. I had Bratwurst with potato salad, which came with a small salad, German mustard, a slice of melon ( which I thought was a bit odd ) and a slice of tomato. My partner had herring ( matjes) which was rolled into large cones and stuffed with a creamy sauce of onions and apples. It came with the same extras but also came with a serving of sliced potatoes fried with onion and bacon. The food was surprisingly attractively arranged for a cafe and tasted very good. The cafe overlooks the marina and has an outside terrace and small swimming pool. The toilets are very clean. An excellent cafe.

Strictly at the gate to the Scandinavian seaways you can enjoy best German cuisine with a high chillout factor. Take some time, take your honey and simply enjoy!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend im BalticBay. Großartiger Traveblick und herrliches Hafenfeeling. Der Service war perfekt und in der Küche arbeiten Profis. Unser kompletter Tisch war vom Essen und allem Drum und Dran begeistert.

Hatte schon des Öfteren einen Kaffee oder auch ein frisch gezapftes beim freundlichen Wirt des Baltic Bay. Jetzt gabs das erste Mal was zu Essen. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst! Echt unglaublich gut! Hatte Schnitzel mit Pommes. Nicht mein Leibgericht da doch des Öfteren in anderen Lokationen zäh serviert. Hier genauso wie es sein muss!!! Super Kruste, sehr zartes Fleisch bis in die Spiten, leckere Beilagen, gute Saucen. Sehr zu Empfehlen - auf jedenfall wieder!
