Not only do opening times not match those on the website. There are also set tables on site and open hours throughout. But we were told that there was a 2-hour lunch break.

Absolutely not recommended in any way. The service doesn't even deserve a 1/8 of a star! If the guests complain that they have too many wishes and that he has to walk because of it, there is something very wrong. Unless you like negative conversation and want to have your mood and appetite thoroughly spoiled...

Great value for money. The food was great, as was the service. The only thing that is easy to criticize is the outdoor seating, which is somewhat reminiscent of a Bavarian beer garden. Otherwise everything was great

I pooped in my food, it definitely tasted like that.

I had the tagliatelle with chanterelles in cream sauce. The mushrooms tasted very earthy - so they were washed poorly. The sauce was very bland. The waiters were very busy and we had to shout very loudly to get their attention. ALL IN ALL - NEVER AGAIN. Too expensive for the prices.

We ordered, among other things, a steak medium rare. Unfortunately it was delivered medium well to well done. We politely complained about this. The only thing the service said was that it was medium rare and it was because of the light. We don't get a new steak, but it is canceled without replacement. The next highlight was that the sauce that we ordered from the neighboring table was placed on our table. (half full) disaster. 1 star because you can't give zero.

No star. Ordered steak medium rare and got it. Sauce was missing and was supplied from the neighboring table. When the steak was complained about, we were told to leave immediately. Thank you, never again!

I wouldn't give a star, but unfortunately that's not possible. We ordered a medium rare steak... what arrived was a shoe sole that was well done. Then the chef came running out to tell us it was so right. The sauce was simply passed over from the next table. Not recommended!!!

It couldn't have been worse. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, but instead a hard piece of meat ended up on my plate that was anything but edible. The chef then also said that he knew better than us what a steak should look like. Unprofessional and rude! The sauce was another disaster - it was simply taken from the next table and served to us. For me a clear no! There is absolutely nothing positive to say about it.

A bitter disappointment across the board. Our "medium rare" steak was a hard, well-cooked disgrace that was almost impossible to cut. Instead of finding a solution, the chef came out to lecture us that this is supposed to be the case. To top it all off, the sauce was brought to us directly from the next table, without any freshness or decency. There is nothing, really nothing good, to say about this restaurant. Absolute waste of time!

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Our steak was supposed to be medium rare, but what we got was an overcooked, tough piece of meat that could pass for the sole of a shoe at best. The chef then felt compelled to tell us that this was exactly right. Unbelievable! The sauce didn't come fresh from the kitchen, but was simply handed to us from the table next door. No question, I will never eat here again. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place!

A visit to this restaurant was a harrowing experience that shattered all expectations. The steak we ordered, supposedly medium rare, turned out to be a tough, well-cooked piece of meat, the consistency of which was more reminiscent of an old shoe sole. In the height of audacity, the chef himself appeared to tell us with blatant arrogance that this was the standard. The sauce that was served to us was by no means fresh from the kitchen, but was nonchalantly passed over from the neighboring table - an unparalleled act of audacity. There isn't a shred of a positive experience here worth mentioning. This establishment doesn't even deserve the time it takes to enter.

Situation: I ordered a rump steak (for €27.50) in MEDIUM RARE and received it in Well, if not Well Done. Furthermore, the sauce from my neighbor's meal was grabbed from the table next door and placed in front of him. Hygienically an absolute disgrace. When we questioned this later, the chef said that it was normal for the sauce to travel from table to table with a sucked spoon and not be freshly bottled every time. I then pointed this out to the waitress and had the steak sent back, which I think was just an appropriate reaction to the bad food given the price. The chef came rushing to our table a few minutes later and said he had to explain to us loudly and in a raised voice that this piece of meat was medium rare and that it was because of the light. After we spoke back, the chef stormed into the kitchen indignantly and said he wouldn't offer us anything else in this restaurant. The white wine wine we had previously ordered, which we unfortunately had to decline, was later wrongly included on our bill. After we paid and were about to leave, the chef came up to us again and wanted to discuss the steak with us again. I wanted to calmly explain to him that regardless of whether the steak was medium rare or well, he as the host had to treat me properly as a guest. The chef was absolutely incapable of criticism and treated us with undisguised arrogance. We then quickly left and will definitely never visit this restaurant again...

Wir haben u.a. ein Steak Medium rare bestellt. Es war leider Medium well bis well done geliefert. Wir haben dieses höflich reklamiert. Vom Service kam nur, das sei Medium rare, es liege am Licht. Wir bekommen kein neues Steak, sondern dieses wird ersatzlos storniert. Das nächste Highlight war, dass die Sauce, die wir nachbestellen vom Nachbartisch auf unseren Tisch gestellt wurde. (halbvoll) Katastrophe. 1 Stern, weil man null nicht vergeben kann.

We sat outside, the ambience was good. The service was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was bland, the schnitzel was tough and there was a hair in the sauce, and the chanterelles were sandy.

A regular guest for years and always satisfied

The chef was in love and my cheese starter and schnitzel main course were oversalted. The service at the outdoor space was great. But I had to search the website to find that it didn't open until 5:30 p.m. I then had to go down a long flight of stairs to pay. Nothing to do with accessibility. Payment Cash or German EC Card. For me it means that I won't come back.

Unfortunately the service was very unfriendly. We didn't even get to eat because we wanted to have a schnitzel for lunch. The waitress explained to us that the offer would not be valid on Maundy Thursday as it was a public holiday. Funny that all the shops in Fulda were open...

Servicio malo y lento, lentísimo. El personal no está preparado para atender de buena forma a los clientes. La comida es mediocre, ni siquiera cercana a la comida balcánica que ofrecen.

Essen muss satt machen ,mehr nicht . Schlechtes essen , einmal war der Service da dann einfach weg. Essen geschmacklich nichts . innerhalb von 20 min für 6 Personen da gewesen.. Ketchup und Mayo muss man extra bezahlen Nicht zu empfehlen . Dann lieber 2 Würstchen auf dem weihnachtsmarkt essen.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Hansa Keller.Das essen war spitze,der Service und Ambiente super.Der Hansa Keller ist empfehlenswert und ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Eigentlich schöne Kneipe,geht viele Stufen runter,macht einwenig einen beklemmende Eindruck,im Keller. Personal könnte ein bisschen mehr auf zack sein. Bier war gut(Hauptsache), Essen war auch gut,hätte bisschen mehr sein können,aber ist ok. Gehe wieder mal rein wenn ich in fulda bin

Von aussen leicht zu übersehen, da es im Keller liegt. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war mega lecker. Positiv aufgefallen sind mir besonders die frischen Champignons und frische Paprika beim Jägerschnitzel und dem Balkanspieß. Vom Preis her kann man nicht meckern

Ich mag besonders die Cevapcici mit scharfer Sauce und Prošek. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte auf der Karte sind Lecker. Wer dann noch Süss-Hunger hat, kann den mit Palatschinken stillen. Das Lokal ist über eine Eingangstreppe zu erreichen, an der man schnell vorbei gelaufen ist. Im Sommer gibt es auch im Freien Plätze, die ebenerdig erreichbar sind.

Bauernschnitzel lieblos angerichtet, aber lecker. Bedienung hat mit der Freundlichkeit noch "Luft nach oben". Wir würden nicht nochmal da essen....

Wir nahmen im Freien einen Tisch ein und bestellten 2 Getränke und aus der Karte sucht sich meine Frau eine Pilzsuppe und da sie Gerne Hähnchen isst aus der der Kinderkarte ein Chickengericht aus. Leider wurde Ihr dieser Wunsch verweigert. Eigentlich wollte ich fragen und wenn ein Kind bis 12 Jahre ein Gericht aus dem Bereich der Erwachsen bestellt bekommt das auch den Hinweis nur aus dem Kinderbereich das Essen zu bestellen ? Also wenn das Kundenfreundlich sein soll?1? W+R.G.

Drinnen unten im Keller gegessen. Leider nur eine Bedienung da gewesen, daher etwas längere Wartezeit. Dennoch schmeckt das Essen sehr gut.

Preis Leistung ist okay. Bedienung sehr nett, aber es sind zu wenig Bedienungen für so ein großen Bereich. Fleisch hätte bisschen saftiger sein können.

Superlecker und toller Service Immer wieder gerne

Waren dort zum Abendessen und es hat alles gepasst. Das erwartet man wenn man Essen vom Balkan möchte.

Es gibt gutes Essen, die Bedienung war bei unserem Besuch am 4.6.23 jedoch reichlich unmotiviert und unfreundlich.

Mega lecker - hier kann man sich mit Balkan-Spezialitäten verwöhnen lassen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Essen schmeckt, jedoch sind die Portionen nicht gerade groß und dafür ist es zu teuer.

Für jeden Fleischliebhaber ein MUSS! Hatte die Balkanplatte wo sehr viel drauf war... Es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker und das kann ich nur empfehlen. Werde wieder kommen... Das Pilgerbier im Krug war auch TOP Bedienung(en) waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist ein uriges Ambiente was mir aber gefallen hat.

Waren gestern nach der Rettmobil Messe hier essen (12.05.23). Tolle Bedienung und super lecker essen.

Nach dem Besuch des Musicals Robin Hood wollten wir den Abend bei einem gemütlichen Essen ausklingen lassen. Da die Speisekarte für jeden von uns etwas bot sind wir hier eingekehrt. Mein Bauernschnitzel war gut, das Rumpsteak meiner Tochter leider nicht. Das Fleisch war eher zäh und vollständig durchgebraten. Nicht wirklich ein Genuss. Aber das eigentliche Übel ist die Tatsache, dass meiner Frau ihre Essenswünsche verweigert wurden. Sie hatte wenig Hunger und wollte deshalb ein kleines Essen aus dem Kinderbereich. Dies wurde von der eher mürrigen Bedienung abgelehnt. Auch der Ausweichwunsch nach einem Pallatschinken wurde rigoros abgelehnt weil es ein Essen aus dem Bereich Nachtisch ist. Wir gehen oft Essen, aber derartiges haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt.

Der Hansa Keller im Herzen Fuldas bietet eine gut bürgerliche Küche zu einem angenehmen Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Unter Berücksichtigung meiner vorgenannten Punkte, ist die Küche völlig in Ordnung, Punkt! Einzig ,dass beworbene frische und selbstgebackene Brot, war nicht frisch und bedarf hier einer kleinen Verbesserung in der Zubereitung. Essen würde zügig geliefert und das Personal war nett und höflich, sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem, gibt nix zu beanstanden.

Die Bedienung war anfangs etwas mürrisch, wurde im Verlauf immer freundlicher. Essen war gut und ausreichend. Ich würde aber jedem empfehlen draussen zu sitzen, der Keller wirkte nicht sehr einladend und gemütlich.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Hansa-Keller. Da es regnete, wollten wir nicht im Freien sitzen und gingen ins Restaurant. Das erste, was uns in pampigem Ton gesagt wurde war „haben Sie reserviert? Nein? Dann nur draußen.“ Ein Ehepaar wollte gerade zahlen und wir haben dann doch einen Tisch im Restaurant bekommen. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung. Auf der Speisekarte stand, was man in einem Balkan-Restaurant erwartet. Die Zeit zwischen bestellen und servieren war angenehm kurz.

Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Das Ambiente ist eher schlicht. Wenn man Hunger hat und einen fairen Preis sucht, ist man hier richtig.

Katastrophe!! Das das Essen den Namen „Salat“ trägt ist eine Frechheit …. Liebloser grüner Salat, mit drei schreiben Tomaten und drei schreiben Gurke kombiniert mit Weißkohl aus der Dose !!!! Und einem Fertigschafskäse, frittiert ! Sowas Ekelhaftes selten gegessen, schade !!

Wir haben zur Mittagszeit das Angebot bestellt, Schnitzel in verschiedenen Variationen mit einen Getränk 8,90€ . Die Speisen waren sehr gut und die Menge ausreichend. Wir waren mit sechs Personen Speisen und alle waren zufrieden. Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Lokal weiter Empfehlen.

Den Hansa Keller können wir gut empfehlen, ob Mittagstisch zu günstigen Preisen oder ein schönes Abendessen, hier ist man immer gut aufgehoben.

Dazu ist das Personal nicht sonderlich aufmerksam. Schade. Im Keller sitzt man nicht allzu gemütlich.

Waren hier zum Abendessen bei unserem Abstecher in Fulda. Keller Lokal in Fußgängerzone gelegen. Freundliche Bedienung. Bestellte Gerichte waren gut zubereitet und schmackhaft. Preisleistungsverhältnis war ok.

In der Innenstadt, ab 11:30 h, ist das Lokal - auch für den Mittagstisch geeignet - geöffnet; wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt. Der Service erfolgte zeitnah und ansprechend.

We’d been looking for somewhere to eat that wasn’t in the main restaurant area where the prices can be high. Strolling down the street we spotted an unassuming entrance with a menu board outside. The normal unpretentious menu at reasonable prices is what lured us in. Descending the steps to the Kellerraum we were very pleased with what we found. A cosy, homely restaurant. The waiter (? Owner) was very attentive and as we ordered he pointed us to the cheaper menu deal which suited one of our party - not many places would do that! We received our salads which were very tasty and soon after our schnitzels arrived. The meal was well made, simple, tasty and good value for money. I would definitely recommend the Hansa-Keller - if we were visiting for longer we’d be sure to be visiting again.
