An ode to Balkan happiness on my plate There are moments in life that hit you unexpectedly, like a sudden summer thunderstorm over Plitvice Lakes - intense, refreshing and full of wild beauty. It was such a moment when I was driving home tired after a long day at work and suddenly a scent wafted into my car through an open window. A scent that hit me with the force of a Serbian turbo-folk song: Cevapcici! At that moment there were no more traffic lights, no cars, no construction sites - just this one question that burned into my brain like a freshly grilled pljeskavica pattern on an old wooden plate: Where can I get cevapcici now?! I experienced an emotional rollercoaster ride between hunger, hope and despair - until my friend David spoke with the wisdom of an old Balkan oracle: "There is a Balkan snack bar in Feuerbach." Feuerbach! An inconspicuous name that sounded to me at that moment like Dubrovnik, Belgrade and Sarajevo all in one! I found you on the Internet, ordered cevapcici, pljeskavica, fries, salad and a lot of onions - because as every true connoisseur knows: the Balkans are not afraid of raw onions! And then the food came. Fast. Hot. Fragrant. The first bite? Pure poetry. I closed my eyes and was instantly carried away. I flew like a seagull over the Dalmatian coast, soaring over green valleys and rugged mountains, diving down into a small village where a friendly Baka with a headscarf and a mischievous smile placed a plate of steaming cevapcici on the table. "Jedi, sine!" I heard her say. And I ate. And I understood. Your food is more than just food - it's a journey through time, a road trip without a car, a feeling of home that I never had but still missed. Whatever wonderful Balkan country you come from – I don’t know. All I know is that your cuisine has won my heart. Hvala. Faleminderite. Blagodaram. Fala lepo. Simply: Thank you!

Highly recommended if you want to eat well. If you're looking for ambience...then go somewhere else. But the food is definitely recommended.

The food is flavourful and the service is good. Very accommodative and friendly staff. Little cramped for space if you are a large group.

The Balkan Grillhaus is simply unbeatable! The food is incredibly delicious, exactly how you want it to be. The homemade pita with various fillings is a real highlight. Whether with juicy meat, spicy cheese, potato filling or spinach - every variant tastes simply delicious. The service is also great! Friendly staff, quick preparation and a cozy atmosphere make the visit a real pleasure. If you love pita or just want to try it, you should definitely stop by here. Clear recommendation!

A very nice grill house. Small but nice. Staff very friendly. In summer you can also sit outside. Typical Balkan cuisine 🙃🤭. The cevapcici were very tasty. There's also burek, which is also super tasty. Different types of cakes. I ate Trileci that day and it was absolutely delicious. Price performance is right. Just go there and try it.

I recommend it. It was delicious, just like the meatballs I ate in the Turkish neighborhood in North Macedonia.

If you want to eat original Bosnian cuisine, you've come to the right place with the boys, I can recommend the Cevapcici in the flatbread, and the burgers are also great, the boys also have all kinds of cakes on the shelf, everything is always new, a visit is addictive, the best Shop for Balkan fans👍😉

I have never eaten such delicious cevape in Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Very clean place and friendly staff. Onion chopped well, ajvar super tasty, the bread also very tasty and especially the meat... and cabbage. Parking is also no problem at the side of the restaurant. If cevape then here... 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I would never order Cevaps again. Burek is not bad.

Updating opening times when you go on vacation shouldn't be that difficult, we went there unnecessarily.

Homemade bread was very tasty. Cevapcici wasn't too greasy like many other shops. Ajvar and coleslaw were also delicious. Great value for money. All the people who write that it's not like Bosnia: The Balkans don't just consist of Bosnia 😅 Plus point: Meat is halal and no alcohol is sold.

I don't need to say much about the food, it always tastes great and after almost 2 years as a customer I haven't had a single bad meal. The staff is super accommodating, always attentive, super nice and ready to talk. Something like this should happen more often!

I happened to notice an advertisement while passing by and spontaneously decided to stop by. The parking lot is right in front and there is enough space for parking, which is unusual for Stugi. The service is fast and good, as for the food, we decided on Burek with meat and vegetables. An extraordinary portion and taste for €4 that evokes nostalgia. We didn't try the kebabs and will leave them for the next time. Recommended if you like Balkan specialties from the grill and cakes.

I've tried burek many times and it was always fantastic, but today is the first time I'm making kebabs and I'm delighted. Congratulations guys!

We had cevaps here for the first time today, they are perfect, they are not small at all, a portion of 10 cevaps is huge.. All recommendations, we finally found great cevaps in Stuttgart 😀

As a true Yugo, I allow myself to judge and give it 3 stars. Normally I'm with the competition in Stuttgart South. Maybe eat there “incognito” and see how true Balkan (Bosna) style works 😉 So... I had 5 Čevapi in flatbread with kajmak. I also got a small portion of coleslaw. I was very surprised because I had never experienced anything like that in the Balkans. The flatbread was "too usual/normal". “Somun” (Bosnia-style flatbread) belongs to Čevapi and Pljeskavica. And, actually, it should be poured with meat broth (on the grill, just before serving) to make it juicy. It was too dry. The “Kajmak” wasn’t the best either. There are much better, original products to buy nearby. Čevapi were - in my opinion - too delicately intentioned, too firm, and didn't have the typical Balkan-style taste. The staff was friendly. However, I didn't feel like I was in the Balkans.

I was in Stuttgart on some business, took 3 fillings of burgers.. I have an hour and a half drive home, burgers are top! The meat is delicious.. Top quality bun, cream and ajvar are not something.. This is not it (Balkan).. Onions are not fresh... Cabbage is not salty... Baklava, just add a little more walnuts.. Tulumbe that way (It's not that, Balkan) Honestly, the price is great for me, 11e for a filling plus you pay a side dish... You should add at least free fries for those 11e... The guys who work are ok all the way..

- Service: no German; no Yugo - Yoghurt: I drank 1 yoghurt but paid for 2. - cevape: made of rubber and without taste. I've never put so much salt on my food to make it taste like anything. - Salad: got more onion than lettuce. - Bread: worse than cevape. Doesn't even deserve one star! Never again!

Balkan Grill mit ausreichend Sitzplätzen innen sowie aussen. Cevapcici mit Brot,Ajvar,Zwiebeln u.Kraut ... Sehr lecker. Burek auch lecker, wie eigentlich alles was es dort an Speisen gibt. Personal ist auch immer nett und bereitet das Essen schnell zu. Bisher immer schnell dran gekommen.

Tried the "Balkan cheese burger" but the meat tasted bland. Tried burek with chicken meat but the meat didn't have the flavor (missing spices?). They only accepted cash.

Urlaubsfeeling pur. Beste Ćevapčići außerhalb vom Balkan gegessen. Das Fladenbrot, so wie es bei Ćevapčići sein sollte. Vor allem, es ist selbst gemacht. Etwas mehr Ajvar und Zwiebel hätte ich mir gewünscht, 1 Esslöffel mehr. Persönlicher Geschmack. Ansonsten,... Top! Was viele vielleicht nicht wissen, das Gericht wird mit den Fingern abgezupft und gegessen und nicht wie ein Burger in der Hand gehalten. Preis-Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Endlich einmal eine Alternative zum aktuellen FastFood Angebot in Deutschland. Wer zufällig in S-Feuerbach ist und Lust auf Fast Food hat, ... HINGEHEN :-)

Sehr einfaches Gericht (Hack Röllchen im Brot) Essen war aber Geschmacklich ok. Ansonsten Lohn der Weg nicht. Kartenzahlung wird angeboten funktionierte aber zum wiederholten Mal nicht. Burger, Currywurst und Pommes stehen auf der Karte waren aber nicht zu bekommen.

Haben hier schon mehrmals etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Wir hatten die 7er Cevapcici, Balkan Cheeseburger mit Pommes und ein Burek mit Kartoffeln (Krompiruša). Kann es jedem empfehlen hier etwas zu essen. Gerne bald wieder!

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind sehr freundlich und der Service ist sehr gut. Das Essen wird einem direkt zum Tisch gebracht. Nach jedem Gast wird der Tisch auch immer sauber gemacht. Über das Essen hier kann man sich kein bisschen beschweren. Die Burger hier sind klasse. Die Besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Allgemein gibt es hier eine große Auswahl an Essen und alles schmeckt sehr lecker. Des Weiteren ist der Laden nicht direkt in der Stadt und deswegen ist es hier schön ruhig. Im Ganzen ein super Restaurant und für jeden Balkan Liebhaber ein Muss.

Sehr Gutes Essen. Die Cevapcici war super lecker, die Pommes schön kross und nicht zu fettig und die Portionen sind sehr üppig. Man kann auch im Außenbereich sitzen. Hygiene und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Top! Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Cevapcici Super lecker nur das Brot fand ich zu fad. Auf dem Grill anbraten wäre nicht schlecht. Ansonsten top und zum weiterempfehlen.

Wer in Stuttgart Cevapcici liebt, aber das Balkan Grillhaus nicht kennt, hat nicht gelebt. Reinkommen - bestellen - kauen und genießen. Dazu auch die Pallette an Süßem nach Balkanstyle.

Balkan grill j’y étais aujourd’hui le service et personnel sont bien mais cevapi je ne vous conseille pas je n’ai pas aimé et j’ai testé beaucoup meilleur à Stuttgart , honnêtement les desserts sont trop trop bons

Kleiner Balkan Imbiss mit Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Habe dort Cevapcici (7 Stück) für 9€ probiert. Es war eine wirklich große Portion. Serviert mit Fladenbrot, Zwiebeln, Weißkraut und Ajvar. Fand die Kombination rund und schmackhaft. Es wurde nach wenigen Minuten serviert. Das Fleisch wurde für meinen Geschmack zu fein gewolft (ging schon in Richtung Wurstbrät). Aber trotzdem lecker. Empfehlung.

Ich kann den Laden jedem nur ans Herz legen! Super Service das Essen schmeckt genau so gut wie in der Heimat und die besten Bureka gibt es auch da. Sie sind nicht fettig ungemein einem bei jedem Biss das Gefühl der Heimat. Einfach nur empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht!

Den besten Burek mit Fleisch gegessen. Wirklich NICHT fettig und das Fleisch hat nicht gemuffelt. TOP! Cevapcici waren sehr zart und saftig. Echt ein guter Geschmack. Minuspunkt für die Lepinja bzw Fladenbrot. War sehr zeh und fand geschmacklich war es einfach eine NULL. Ist leider nicht so, wie man es in Bosnien oder Kosovo kennt. Schade. Kommen wieder, aber die Lepinja muss besser werden.
