We came especially from Cologne because of the current Instragam hype. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste of the food. The store was full, but we had reserved. We didn't have to wait long and the service was always helpful. The staff definitely didn't let themselves be disturbed in the kitchen, even though it was stressful. Since we were sitting outside, we found it e.g. Not so good that the guests waiting for the table outside smoked, that wasn't so pleasant. If you present your store like this on Instagram, you shouldn't be surprised that people will follow your store. It's reminiscent of a small snack bar, but more space would definitely be better. However, the concept is great and we will definitely come back.

Our experience at the Balkan Grill on September 14th, 2024 There were three of us and we had reserved a table in advance to spend a pleasant evening at your Balkan Grill. Unfortunately, our expectations were bitterly disappointed. Despite our reservation, there was no table for us upon arrival and we had to wait outside in the cold for about 20 minutes until a table became available. This was already an unpleasant start to the evening. When we were finally able to sit down, after just five minutes we were asked again to change tables because they had six people and they would fit better at our table. Although this was very rude and unprofessional for us, we also endured this inconvenience. The food we had already ordered while we were waiting (outside on the sidewalk) was eventually served, but we were completely ignored after that. None of the service staff came to us to ask for drinks or requests. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired - unfortunately it didn't live up to what we had hoped for from your restaurant. Overall the visit was a huge disappointment, both in terms of service and quality of food. I therefore cannot recommend your restaurant. The service was terrible and the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the service and organization in your restaurant.

A chip shop. I've tried almost everything here. What I can't recommend is the pizza. The colleagues don't get it right or they still have to learn it. I think the prices are sometimes overpriced for what you get. Some dishes seem to me as if they were ready-made meals that had previously been frozen, although you have to wait a long time. So not suitable for the lunch break. Nevertheless, I don't want to be like that and am only giving 4 stars for now and hope for improvement.

Unfortunately the bread is not poured over, which is standard for the Balkans. And €13 for 7 cevapcici in sour cream is really just greedy. So you unfortunately lost us as customers, which is a shame, but we came regularly from further afield.

There were four of us and we had the 4 person platter. The only thing that bothered me was the smokers outside. YES you had to wait a little, but the shop was full and there was a lot of food on the plates. Drinks came practically straight away. Quality of the food was great, very tasty meat, nice service and fair prices!

I was there for the first time today. We ordered the platter for four people and ate with five people - it was a perfect fit. We also had three bowls of salad and enough bread. We also ordered fries. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food - but that's just how it is. Everything was extremely tasty and still extremely hot - almost too hot to eat straight away. I ordered carbonated water twice, but it arrived non-carbonated twice - that was a bit annoying. More attention must definitely be paid to hygiene in the sanitary facilities - I personally think it would make sense to have women's toilets and men's toilets separately, but it seemed that there was no other option. Everything else was always very clean, including the tables. Nevertheless, only 4 stars overall today, so that there is still room for improvement and I can update the rating next time.

Didn't get a seat despite a reservation. Either you should not offer reservations, or you should manage them better. It is not correct to make guests wait after a long journey with a reservation. Nice restaurant with delicious food LG (Pizzeria Amore Mio)

Became aware of it through Instagram and traveled 140km to visit the restaurant. Without exception, we all enjoyed the food. Especially the chicken and the small Cecab cicis are extremely good. Even my picky wife liked it. The breads were super good. The 4 person platter was completely enough for us and the price was reasonable. Of course, when you eat so much, you have to wait a bit. It's not fast food. We will hopefully come back soon.

Unfortunately I drove 40km for free. Many tables were empty but reserved. It would be nice if you noted this somewhere beforehand on insta Google or tiktok. The shop is really very small, just 5 tables inside and 3 tables outside. I don't think it's very smart to start an advertising campaign on social media for such a small shop. We experienced an absolute catastrophe today. We made reservations in advance by phone because we had an arrival time of 1 hour. When we arrived suddenly no one knew about a reservation and we had to wait 30 minutes. When we were finally able to sit down, it took 1:40 hours from taking the order to serving it. The icing on the cake was that the order arrived incomplete and we had to follow up ourselves. As if that wasn't enough, we ordered a grill plate with lamb chops which were also missing. When we asked, we were told that they had run out of Kottlets and had therefore put something else on our plate. You can also communicate something like that or ask the guests if it's okay. The food tastes okay but it's not a highlight. For an 85€ bill, taking 50 cents for card payment is also a disgrace. In summary, one can say that the website is worlds better than reality.

We came in and sat there for 45 minutes and the condition didn't even come to give us at least a menu. We had to get up and get it ourselves and we waited another 20 minutes and it still didn't come, so we just got up and left. Service really catastrophic and we as customers are not valued. First time and really the last time.

Were there for the 4th time with telephone and online reservations to be on the safe side. We ordered a grilled meat plate for 4 people. Was much more than for 4 people, was much more than four people and would have easily been enough for seven people. The food was beautifully decorated and everything tasted extremely good. It won't last that long. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the good meat I ate in the restaurant. They were also hot and sizzling and freshly fried. Definitely my new favorite place, I come there more often with my family or alone.:)

The shop was so full that we first walked around the lake. Afterwards you could sit down at dirty tables and we still waited over half an hour for our food. The salad didn't taste good, everything else was okay but not so good that we would come back again.

We went there full of joy and expectations, inspired by TIK TOK! Unfortunately arrived in a very very small shop but still clean! Ordered the €200 grill plate but didn't get what was on the menu and in the video. 4 things were missing. When I asked about rice, I was told there wasn't any! No Cola just a little Sprite! You can tell that the service was annoyed and sometimes overwhelmed. A pity!!

We visited the BalkanGrill last week and chose a table on the outdoor terrace. Ordering (in Croatian) was easy and very friendly. We had a good time outside on the terrace, as unfortunately there are no parasols/shade. There is definitely room for improvement here in the evenings, as we had to wait a while for our food. The interior is air conditioned. The food was good. We had ordered pljeskavica, cevapi and a cevapi bag. I can only warmly recommend your Balkan Grill and am already looking forward to my next visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ambience is fine. The food was fine, the sauces were very tasty and the fries were good. The Cevapcici were well fried, the seasoning wasn't my thing, I prefer the Greek version because of the seasoning but that's a matter of taste.

You don't even get a hamrd full of fries, maybe a tablespoon of salad if you have it and 7 very small ćevape. We often go to Balkan stores and we are used to something different. There are also new dishes on the menu. The food and service was, as always, very good. Everything fresh and grilled to perfection. Post 1: Visited the Balkan Grill on a Sunday lunchtime. It is a "simple" but clean grill restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Menu very extensive and something for everyone, I ordered the veal tomahawk steak, it was very tender, tasty and grilled perfectly. I'd love to eat again. The bread was super tasty and just fresh and hot out of the oven. We also ordered Cevape and Pleskavica, everything was very tasty and perfectly grilled, we can really recommend it. We'd love to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was there two days ago, it was crowded and they said I would have to wait for about half an hour, I thought it was worth the wait, but after waiting for half an hour they asked me again what I ordered, I only got the pizza and 10 cevapa in a bun with onions later for an hour. The cevapi were ok like the others, but the bun was unbaked, or rather live dough. When I had to pay, I waited again, so that in the end the bill for 10 cevapi in a bun with onions and kokta would be 16.5 e, I gave 20, he didn't have to give me back the change and he just coldly told me take another cocktail and that's it. Absolute impudence. If you're looking forward to food from your home country, you've come to the wrong place. Carelessly slapped down, the meat wasn't cooked through (had to fry it again at home), ketchup (!) was used instead of ajvar and another sauce was forgotten. For the price you would really have expected more. If at least the basics had worked, the snack character could have been overlooked. Oh, and because the owner says you should look at the menu first because of the prices. Yes - but for the price you also expect the minimum level of quality. And instead of discussing in the reviews and portraying all customers who are disappointed as if they were wrong, you should perhaps put this energy into the store and try to put customer satisfaction and quality first.

The food was okay!! The bread was homemade but unfortunately it was super dry (it wasn't poured over - as we usually know). The fries for the kids were completely over salted. Not edible. The shop is very, very small overall, but since we were there during the week, we got a space. Personally, I wouldn't go there again.

Als wir um 16:30 Uhr ankamen, war bereits eine Frau mit ihrer Tochter vor dem Laden. Seltsamerweise war er geschlossen. Das Licht war auch aus, obwohl wir während der Opening hours dort waren. Wir benzalten ein kurzes Gespräch mit der Frau, und sie erzählte, dass sie 20 Minuten vorher angerufen hatte, um einen Tisch zu reservieren. Ihr wurde gesagt, dass Reservationen nicht angenommen werden, sie aber gerne vorbeikommen könne und dass geöffnet sei. Das muss man erst mal verstehen… Wir warteten dann etwa 20 Minuten, aber niemand kam, und wir gingen schlusslich. Wie inkompetent kann man sein! Man könnte doch einen Zettel an die Tür kleben mit der Info "Bin gleich zurück" oder Similares. Die Theke war voll mit rohem Fleisch, und ich frage mich, ob die Kühlung an war, denn alles schien aus zu sein. Ich fahre aus Prinzip nicht mehr dorthin. Beim ersten Mal war ich erstaunt, dass keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. I have never eaten anything worse than at Balkan Grill Asanovic. I paid €50 for 5 portions and not even a dog would eat it. In Sandžak Grill I pay €32 and have a lot more and the food in Sandžak Grill is a 10/10 I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, just a rip off

The fries weren't cooked through and so I didn't eat them, plus I ordered ketchup and mayo and had to say ketchup and mayo 3 times and still they forgot ketchup. Cevape was actually OK but not everything was completely done.

Not recommended if you drove there from MG! No ambience, everything was very cramped, not clean!!! Food overpriced and very salty, has nothing to do with Bosnia or the Balkans! Save yourself the journey.

Wir waren mit 4 Leuten dort, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man hat sich direkt Wohlgefühl. Der Service war schnell und freundlich & das Essen war einfach unfassbar lecker! Domaćini dolaze iz grada Niša u Srbiji, koji je nadaleko poznat po ukusnoj hrani koju Vam zada nude i u Dortmundu. Izuzetno sam zadovoljan i svaki put ću svratiti ovde. Preporučujem svima!
