I want to share my honest experience with this restaurant. The first time I visited, I wasn't at all satisfied with the food, and I felt the experience wasn't up to the standard I'd expected. I even wrote a review at the time. Today, I gave the restaurant another chance and ordered fish... and honestly, I was completely surprised! The fish was cooked to perfection; the flavor was delicious, the seasoning was balanced, and the cooking was impeccable. I truly felt a clear and significant difference between my first experience and today's. I would like to thank the restaurant management and the chef for clearly working to improve the quality and provide a tasteful meal that's worthy of the customer. 👌🐟 I will definitely come back again and try other dishes, God willing.

The food is unedible and the service is even worse. We waited a whole hour for a shawarma meal. After a long wait, we were going to get up, but they didn’t let us. She said, “Okay, we’ll get it ready.” Then we ordered a dessert, and it was very expensive. I didn’t eat it, I threw it up, and I couldn’t swallow it. I got food poisoning. I don’t advise anyone to try it. This is the first time and the last time.

One of the best restaurants in Bremen, Shami held a Shami breakfast with an additional buffet every Saturday, authentic with rich flavours, with great attention to the cleanliness and arrangement of the place. The staff is professional and friendly, and is keen to fulfill all requests quickly and efficiently, making the visitor experience very satisfactory

No star is treated poorly and I do not advise. When we went with a family full of cream the day before and nothing was good and the prices were empty, I do not advise anyone to go at all. I mean, there were no good drinks and we had Chinese food, but it was sweet. After an hour, an order came and started to fill the shop, and they never brought the hookah. I do not advise.

For me, it's 0 stars. The food was very bad and cold, the buffet was very small and had very little selection. It's not like the pictures and videos show. The staff was very unfriendly. The restaurant is very small and uncomfortable. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

0 points! Not even worth 1 star. Simply a disgrace. We, as a large family, made a reservation for Iftar a week in advance. When we arrived on time (!) to break our fast, we were coldly told that our reservation had been canceled. The reason: They supposedly called – a complete lie! No one called. We tested it, the number was dialed on site – the person didn't even speak Arabic, even though my aunt had made the reservation in Arabic. So, quite clearly: the reservation was simply canceled for no real reason. I'm seriously wondering: Since when do they cancel reservations when you show up on time? It was a Saturday night, everything was full, and we were standing there with no plan and hungry. No apology, no accommodation – nothing. Luckily, two other large families decided against the restaurant immediately when they found out. Zero organization, zero respect, zero customer service. Never again. NOT a recommendation! And if you do make a reservation, always have a backup restaurant in case your reservation gets canceled too.

We reserved a table and then we were blatantly lied to. We supposedly never did this. It was Lent and we had to break our fast on the streets!

When we arrived the buffet wasn't even ready, we had to wait over half an hour. Unfortunately, the meat was tough and therefore difficult to eat. The buffet was advertised on Instagram as an offer for the month of July for €15 per person. When asked about the payment, they said the offer was already over (It's July 27th today?!)

The waiter was very friendly and often came by and asked if we needed anything or something, which was very good. Some of the food was cold, not labeled, but at €15 for the menu that's okay. The watermelon cocktail was real watermelon pureed into small pieces and extremely tasty. The vanilla milkshake was also very tasty and far better than the one from MacDonalds. Despite the new opening, the ambience seemed a bit untidy and not as if it had just been remodeled. The dessert was incredibly delicious.

We paid over €20 for a buffet (we didn't expect much), which you can't even call a buffet. There was no choice, most of the dishes were empty or extremely cold. They promise freshness and quality, but they fail to deliver on their promise. So if you're expecting something for over 20 euros, you should definitely avoid the store.

Exceptional food, unfortunately nothing is labeled and you don't know what you are eating there, the selection is okay and tasted good, unfortunately the price is not transparent and there was no service on site. The toilets weren't clean.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to, in every sense of the word. We were there at 7pm and they were writing that they would be open until 10pm. The trays contained only leftovers and the food that was left in them was dry and crunchy. The varieties were very limited, the salads were not visible. I don’t know why we each paid 20€ for nothing. We ate dry, old freekeh and crusty rice without meat because the meat was pure!! But what was our fault? You open until ten at night and there is supposed to be a sufficient quantity for the time or renew the cooking!! We won't come to find bones while you are still open!! A bad experience in every sense of the word. I do not advise anyone to go or go. You must catch the buffet in the first hours.

LG Syrian food has more to offer than employees smoking cigarettes with customers.
