Hab ne Cola mit Pizza bestellt für 10€, Cola stand auf der Tafel für 2€ beim bezahlen wurden aber 2,50€ verlangt, weil ja die kleinste Flasche 0,5L ist und nicht 0,33L wie der Preis angibt. Sollte eigentlich ein Fall für den Verbraucherschutz sein.

So, I went to Nordsee Schlosshöfe Oldenburg (5 stars), I went to Nordsee Bremerhaven (5 stars), everything was fine. Then I went to Nordsee Waterfront (Hallelujah!) (3x Ava Maria). The service was absolutely terrible; I haven't seen anything like it in ages. They just slapped the food on top of a plate. I waited 25 minutes for my food even though nobody was there. The staff were just messing around amongst themselves; they didn't care about anything else. Never again. We learned today that this is the worst Nordsee restaurant in Germany.

I went to see if it was possible to have just wooden cutlery, I speak a little German and I understand spoken language since I come from Strasbourg but the dialogue is easier in English, the lady who works here (red hair, South Asian skin type) does not speak English no problem I write on my phone so she understands better then ask her friend who does not work here to come and ask me what I want. So I speak in English to her friend and I ask if it is POSSIBLE to have just wooden cutlery. I don't tell her that I want some, but if it is POSSIBLE. The lady with red hair makes a horrible face saying in German that I am supposed to pay for food for cutlery and I know that in general they do not give any that's why I asked if it is possible, she could totally say no I don't care lol. She looks at me again and says in German that I have to buy and that we don't give away cutlery blah blah blah with a haughty face but darling you could have said no. You're not the only shop in the station.

Table booked for 6:30 PM. Three out of seven people received their food after 15 minutes, the rest waited 45 minutes. Upon inquiry, it was confirmed that the waiter had forgotten the food in the kitchen and it would be made again. Another 20 minutes passed – no food, while other tables continued to be served. At 7:35 PM, the food finally arrived – some of it cold. Absolutely not recommended! Furthermore, the toilets were clogged, both the urinal and the cubicle.

Die Atmosphäre und das Ambiente waren zwar schön. Aber das war es dann auch! Kontrolle von Impfungen oder Test vorzeigen am Eingang war wohl nicht relevant. Als wir die Bedienung drauf ansprachen winkte sie ab. Dann fragten wir ob die Kontrolle am Tisch erfolgt. Mit einem ziemlich gleichgültigen "Ja, können wir machen," wies sie uns unseren Tisch zu. Es wurde gefragt ob wir etwas trinken wollten. Da wir noch nicht vollzählig waren wollten wir noch warten. Als wir dann alle Getränke bestellten kamen diese nach einer gefühlten halben bis dreiviertel Stunde auch endlich an den Tisch. Bereits bei den Getränken hatte man das Gefühl die Dame war total überfordert. Nett, freundlich, mal ein freundliches Lächeln Fehlanzeige. Die Person die alle zum Essen eingeladen hatte musste 3 x erklären wie sie das Essen gern für alle am Tisch haben wollte. Selbst dann kam es wohl noch auf falschen Tellern und nicht so wie es sein sollte. Also waren wir gezwungen lustig unsere Teller hin und her zu tauschen. Und das erst ca. eine Stunde später. Geschmeckt hat es allen unterschiedlich, allerdings hatten viele aus unserer 10er Gruppe das Gefühl hinterher nicht richtig satt zu sein. Zwischendrin wurde von der Bedienung nicht einmal gefragt ob noch jemand etwas zu trinken wollte. Geschweige denn wenn man etwas brachte, dass mal etwas vom Tisch wieder mit nimmt wenn man mal ne Hand frei hat. Ergo, Chaos auf dem Tisch. Wäre man mit Tablett gelaufen wäre vieles etwas einfacher gewesen. Ich denke nicht dass ich bzw. wir sehr anspruchsvolle Person(en) sind aber da war nicht mal ein Hauch von Professionalität drin und die Freundlichkeit hat man da auch nicht mit Löffeln gefressen. Vielleicht waren wir aber auch nur zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort??? Ich persönlich nie wieder!
