Hähnchen Grill in Bremen

I'll start on a positive note: The communal dining area of ​​the Waterfront restaurants is comfortable. Unfortunately, that's almost it. The wraps we ordered were okay, but no better quality than at Mc****. The so-called "fried fish" were two square crispy fillets that I can also buy in the freezer at Aldi or Lidl. The potato salad was strangely glassy and indefinably thickened. Our water was completely forgotten! The service was also truly inadequate. Definitely NOT enough for the €10.99 "fried fish" "budget" menu, sorry!

A very nice location. Great concept. Everything fits perfectly. Excellent value for money (we were there for Sunday brunch).

The service was very friendly, and the ambiance was more like that of a clubhouse. It was clean. The food, however, was a disaster – clearly from frozen food and a deep fryer; tasteless and bland. As a result, we had to wait quite a while, as everything probably had to be thawed. Not recommended.

I went to see if it was possible to have just wooden cutlery, I speak a little German and I understand spoken language since I come from Strasbourg but the dialogue is easier in English, the lady who works here (red hair, South Asian skin type) does not speak English no problem I write on my phone so she understands better then ask her friend who does not work here to come and ask me what I want. So I speak in English to her friend and I ask if it is POSSIBLE to have just wooden cutlery. I don't tell her that I want some, but if it is POSSIBLE. The lady with red hair makes a horrible face saying in German that I am supposed to pay for food for cutlery and I know that in general they do not give any that's why I asked if it is possible, she could totally say no I don't care lol. She looks at me again and says in German that I have to buy and that we don't give away cutlery blah blah blah with a haughty face but darling you could have said no. You're not the only shop in the station.

Just closed during opening hours???? What's the point of that? Bad service in my opinion.
