We were delivered the wrong pizza. After not being able to reach anyone for 10 minutes, I contacted the driver. He even wanted to wear that you would contact us. Another 25 minutes later still no response. So I called a few more times until someone finally answered the phone. We always hear that there is too much to do, you can do something new if you have more time. Sorry, I don't order there anymore. Customer service and de-escalation are different. As a paying customer, I just don't care that the store isn't well organized and no one needs to cry on the phone. Because of the service you can only give 1 star here…

Hello, I've been ordering or getting my food from Bahar-Grill regularly for 2 years and I'm just thrilled! The meat comes from 2 skewers (veal and chicken). Both taste excellent and are of the best quality. The salad bar is fresh and inviting. New types of salad/cabbage/vegetables and sauces are added every now and then, which provides variety. The pizzas are prepared in record speed...have a thin base and taste light and refreshing, not heavy on the stomach.Just right! My insider tips would be the classic kebab plate and the pizza rolls/Pizza Bahar with kebab meat, sucuk and hollandaise sauce. These are not quite as light but are even tastier;) Given the prices, you can say that they are reasonable. Absolutely okay for the quality and freshness! Card payment possible on site. What sets Bahar Grill apart from the food is the customer friendliness and customer service. The employees are all extremely friendly and accommodating! You can clearly see how committed the employees are to their work. In the short time since the owner changed, the shop has already been renovated/rebuilt and the menu has been updated. The employees constantly get feedback from customers in order to improve. Special requests are always taken into account when ordering. There are also goodies for children in the form of sweets or lollies. There's not much to say about the location/ambience. The grill is located in the north of Werl and there are enough parking spaces around the shop. The shop always looks clean and tidy. In general, I can recommend people who order at prime time on the weekend to come to Panningstrasse themselves to avoid longer delivery times. The food on site is prepared quickly and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the small shop, you won't be disappointed! ______________________________________________________________ In conclusion: 5/5 stars in all areas. It is the best kebab grill/snack bar we have had in Werl so far. I would give more than 5/5 stars for the food and customer service if it were possible. After I saw the picture with the kebab plate 1 on fb, we wanted to try the grill too. After I opened the packaging, I realized that it had nothing to do with the "advertising image". We ordered garlic sauce, it wasn't there at all, yogurt sauce instead, the meat was just dry, the salad was completely missing. We've never complained about food, but it was definitely returned! That was our first and last time.

The problem I have is that very often I don't get what I ordered from your dishes. Either the sauce is wrong or the meat. I would actually give it a solid 4/5 stars. Bester Lahmacun der Stadt. Pizzabrötchen sind auch der Knaller. Immer schnell und heiss geliefert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Essen. Einen Stern Abzug, da wir schon mal kalte / zumindest nicht mehr heiße Pommes und einmal ein leicht rohes Rollo erhalten haben. Ansonsten wird immer auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Im Lokal ist es eher schlecht zu essen.
