Wir haben (gestern) für heute Abend einen Tisch reserviert und eine Bestätigung per Mail erhalten. Haben heute angerufen, dass wir uns bisschen verspäten. Die Aussage war nur "Sie brauchen gar nicht kommen, wir räumen gerade aus!" Ja wie??? Das Argument, dass wir einen Gutschein haben, wurde mit "tja Pech gehabt" kommentiert. Schade, denn wir sind also umsonst 30 Kilometer hingefahren. In dem Fall habt ihr es nicht anders verdient!!! Leider können wir nicht null Sterne vergeben.

Wir waren letzte Woche zum Burgerbuffet dort. Sehr gute Auswahl an Fleisch, Brötchen und Beilagen! Der Koch und der Servicemitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Entspanntes Restaurant, wir hatten das Buffet als große Gruppe. Essen dort war sehr abwechslungsreich also auch für Vegetarische Menschen geeignet.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal hier essen, und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Donnerstag, Burger Buffet. Sehr leckere Auswahl an allem was das Burger Herz begehrt🍔 Alles schön angerichtet, von den Brötchen bis zu den toppings, verschiedene Salate, Soßen, Beilagen, alles sehr lecker und reichlich vorhanden. Die Bedienung als auch der Koch waren beide sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wenn die Buffet Variationen, die jeden Tag wechseln, immer so gut sind, lohnt sich ein erneuter Besuch mit Sicherheit gleich doppelt 😊. Wie gesagt, wir kommen wieder.

Heute das erste Mal da. Top zufrieden. Schönes Ambiente, vom Fenster aus der Blick auf die Donau. Ruhig. Super frisch zubereitetes Buffet zum geilen Preis. Personal, sowie Grillmeister sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich werde regelmäßig wiederkommen ! :)

War gestern zum ersten aber nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Das Ambiente in dem Laden ist mega man fühlt sich dort richtig wohl. Der Service und der Chef sind super lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war einfach nur spitze geschmacklich sowie optisch einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!!

Die Location ist wunderschön! Sehr gemütlich und modern, schönes Licht, schöne Atmosphäre… es passt einfach alles zusammen. Das Personal und vorallem der Koch waren super freundlich und sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Und das Essen schmeckt wirklich fantastisch, wir haben uns für das Buffet entschieden und waren an einem Donnerstag da, also BBQ und Burger Buffet. Es kam laufend neues warmes Essen und man konnte quasi alles auf der Speisekarte probieren. Sogar Steak war dabei und das war ebenfalls wahnsinnig lecker… Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da!

Tolle Atmosphäre und leckeres Essen!

Die Location ist sehr ansprechend. Die Musik allerdings etwas zu laut. Das Essen war gut aber nichts besonderes. Für ein Grill Buffet wenig Fleisch Auswahl. Dafür 25 € nicht angemessen Um den Hamburger zu belegen gab es nur Gurken ,Tomaten, Salat und Zwiebeln. Haben mehr erwartet als es war. Aber wie gesagt was es gab war gut

Wir waren heute zu viert im Lokal. Super Auswahl am Buffet - sogar dryed age. Es wird immer frisch nachgelegt so das das Essen auf dem Buffet nie zu voll oder "alt" ist und alles sehr warm ist. Sehr netter Koch und freundliche Bedienung.

Nice restaurant, but the service and food have a lot of room for improvement.

Friendly staff, but they didn't seem very professional. Nicely decorated, however, the modern, appealing design unfortunately doesn't extend to the quality of the food. We ate from the Swabian buffet. All the meat was very dry, the burger meat was very sinewy, and the side dishes were lukewarm and some were even dried out. The Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli) were good 👍🏼 At €19.90 per person, the price is still acceptable for the quality, but we had simply expected something different based on the restaurant's appearance. We won't be coming back.

The restaurant is by the river, good looking, cozy. Went for the first time to try the buffet, staff is very friendly but for the buffet on friday BBQ western I honestly couldn’t give five stars. Brisket was extremely dry although good seasoned. Beef pattie was also bit well done, sides were ok, salad buffet is also available. Good point for the pulled pork and fries

Great restaurant, very tasty food, very good value for money, great atmosphere, friendly service

Very friendly service, and the price for the BBQ buffet is truly reasonable considering the amount of food available. Unfortunately, the more interesting items beyond sausages and skewers, which don't require any special grilling skills, were somewhat lacking. The burger patties/minced steaks were even rawer inside than British, and the steaks were made from cow meat. Furthermore, the pulled pork ravioli were oversalted. However, everything is very plentiful, except for the selection of sides; everyone should find something to their liking. It's really not bad, but I wouldn't come back for a BBQ buffet. Unfortunately, they currently only offer à la carte twice a week, otherwise only buffets—perhaps à la carte would have been better. I might come back when they offer à la carte, and I'll happily improve the rating if necessary—but based on my experience so far, it's really average—so, in the middle with 3 stars.

We've been there twice now. The first time everything was great, but the second time our initial impression wasn't up to par. The robot waiter is fine, and the restaurant itself is great, but unfortunately the food didn't completely win us over.

We went to Bears Place today with four small children. The food was absolutely delicious, and although it was a bit loud at times with the kids, the service was super friendly and accommodating. ;). We were very impressed and would love to come back.

We visited Ambiente yesterday as a couple. The receptionist greeted us warmly and directed us to the back of the restaurant. It was quiet, so we were able to choose a table. After about three minutes, a young woman with dark hair served us. She wanted to take our drinks straight away, but unfortunately we didn't have our menus yet, so we pointed it out to her. Unfortunately, the table was also still noticeably dirty from the people before us, which the waitress noticed when she brought us our menus. However, she forgot a dirty napkin. We waited about 15 minutes for the food. In the meantime, the young lady refilled the cutlery racks at every table, even though no one was sitting there except ours. A minute before the food arrived, she brought us homemade chips and placed them on our table without comment. We didn't know if it was a greeting from the kitchen or an order that had been taken by mistake. The food arrived quickly and was delicious and extremely attractively presented. We had the Donauburger with sweet potato fries, the pulled pork burger, and grilled vegetables. The pulled pork burger had a generous portion of meat on it and was juicy and well-seasoned. The Donauburger patty still had a red tinge in the middle, and the burger was overall well-seasoned. There could have been more grilled vegetables, but that's just nitpicking. The presentation and taste of the food gave the distinct impression that the kitchen puts love and passion into it. I then pointed out to the waitress that we were missing cutlery. The lady brought us two forks, even though there was one knife and two forks in the cutlery holder. She then brought us two knives. Unfortunately, she didn't bring any napkins, so I went out and got them myself. When we were finished eating, the waitress wanted to clear our plates away. She reached for my plate with her right hand, while her left hand assumed such a strange position that one finger landed in my water glass and touched the inner rim. Which can happen, but in such a case, I would have preferred an apology and a new glass. Unfortunately, the incident went uncommented. Among the slightly weird and unpleasant incidents, we decided not to leave a tip. The waitress seemed slightly offended and left the table without saying goodbye. Overall, the waitress seemed rather half-hearted and unmotivated. The restrooms were decent, and the take-2s by the sink were a special gimmick. Nevertheless, baers-place is a very good restaurant that is well worth a visit.

We went for Easter brunch, all 11 people were very enthusiastic. A very wide range of options, super nice staff and a great ambience.

We had dinner at Bär's Place with our team from the law firm - and it was absolutely perfect! The location is beautiful, with a great view of the Danube. The grill buffet was an absolute highlight: freshly prepared on the open grill area in the restaurant, directly by the grill master himself. The tasting platters with various meat specialties were particularly impressive – a real treat for gourmets! A fun extra was the operating robot, which regularly visited us to amuse us. The staff was always attentive, friendly and very accommodating. We can fully recommend Bär's Place and look forward to our next visit.

This evening we had a delicious meal in the restaurant with the family and had a lovely evening. We spontaneously went out for dinner without a reservation. This time we wanted to try the bears-place... - Great friendly service, always attentive. - Food portions large, varied and, in our opinion, really fresh! Conclusion: It was very worth it!! See you next time 🙂

A truly beautiful restaurant, and one that's also very popular; you won't get a seat without a reservation. So far, I've only tried the burger, but I'll be back for more. The grill in the entrance area is truly a feast for the eyes. The steaks at the neighboring tables also looked delicious.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. The ambience is very modern, but the staff is extremely unprofessional. I ordered a burger that I specifically wanted well done. Instead I was served my burger bloody. My colleagues' burger, however, was completely over-salted. After we complained, my colleagues were offered a discount - but I was completely ignored. When I brought this up again, I finally got my food after 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I heard the staff gossiping about me. Very professional… Definitely not the service you expect.

Was there a few weeks ago. The food was very tasty and there were vegetable chips and sweet potato chips free of charge in advance. The portion was huge and I was able to make my husband happy with the rest of it. There were baked fries with butter-tender pulled chicken.

The food was delicious, unfortunately there was a mix-up with us, which is why the second meal came very late, but we are all human. What I found unfortunate was that the food on the plate got cold too quickly. But as I said, it was delicious.

We were really looking forward to our first relaxed and romantic evening at Baers. Went there despite the pouring rain only to be parked at the door by a woman and then ignored by everyone for 15 minutes. Then at some point the boss came and snapped at us without greeting us that he had a closed company. Whereupon I wordlessly presented him with the reservation confirmation that I had made on the restaurant's website a few days before. He looked at it and just said, “Someone made a mistake, today it’s a closed society here.” No apologies, no “would you like to come back on Tuesday?” Nothing. Just a shrug. And expulsion. Apparently Mr. Bear has enough guests and doesn't need any more in the long term. I would also highly recommend that the good gentleman think about the words “service”, “service” and “politeness”. There are further training courses for this at all hotel management schools. I know this very well because I learned how to deal with guests properly and also how to keep a reservation book. Of course, I understand that untrained staff have problems with this - but then they shouldn't be running a restaurant. If you don't have to rely on new guests, there's certainly enough money to hire a trained restaurant manager. He might have known about it. We're definitely not coming back. Our evening ended with another walk through the pouring rain, because at 6:30 p.m. you can't get a steak in a romantic atmosphere anywhere in Tuttlingen without a reservation. The evening is irrevocably ruined. Thank you very much for that.

Nice location, food and service are fine, but the prices for a piece of meat are absurdly high. You also have to pay extra for extra fries and a bowl of fried vegetables! I would think for that price it should include both!

Unfortunately not a recommendation! I would have liked to give a review without a star... Table reserved the day before for 5 people: there was still one free in the corner, the menu didn't come for ages, it took at least 10 minutes to order, then the currant spritzer was out... the remaining drinks arrived after 30 minutes... Then we finally wanted to place the order and they said there were no burgers, they were out! So it felt like half the menu wasn't available! This information is given to guests when the menu is handed out! …are now in another restaurant

I wanted to celebrate my birthday there, absolutely worst idea .From the service to the rest a zero number. Every kiosk is better. I've never been served so listlessly. Waiting 30 minutes just for drinks is unacceptable. We paid and left.

The way employees are treated is terrible, and anyone who resists will be fired. Nobody should really work there.

Found a wonderful atmosphere with a large company. Food really good. Service more than accommodating. Price-performance ratio is okay. Happy to come back!

We wanted to have a drink and a bite to eat on June 28th, 2024. After waiting for 20 minutes, unfortunately the service staff didn't pay any attention to us, we decided to leave. Apparently this place is doing too well and guests are more of a nuisance than welcome. Never again!!!!

Reserved a large table for 10 people on Whit Monday on the occasion of my birthday and the whole company stood in front of closed doors! No go! I will never enter this restaurant again!

The Baer's Place restaurant looks really nice from the inside and has a great view of the Danube - a really pleasant place to sit with friends. I ordered a steak for myself and Maultaschen for my children. We are actually not picky when it comes to food and enjoy trying different foods from different countries and their local cuisines. But the steak was really bad despite the high price. It didn't taste good and wasn't warm. The Maultaschen for my children were also disappointing. I think with these high prices and bad taste it's not worth going there.

The brunch is absolutely recommended and something different. In addition to the classic breakfast, a few special features - gladly again

Simple menu, even just classic burgers that everyone offers. For the Wienerschnitzel, the waitress was amazed that I asked for cranberries or seaweed - simple dishes but tasty and cooked to perfection. So now for your answer..... I've been aware since my visit that they don't have any classic side dishes for Winer Schnitzel! What surprises me, and very much so, is that you deny the Winer Schnitzel. I don't have Alzheimer's yet...unless you're a new owner and have changed your card! If that's not the case...I find it totally weak and unprofessional One minus star for the simple card, two minus stars for the boss. We witnessed where a couple made a reservation by phone, then changed tables 3 times upon request (due to incorrect seating) and on the 3rd time the guest was annoyed, raised his voice a little (a little! not yelling!!) and the boss kicked him out. So much for a nice evening for two

The restaurant is really nicely decorated. Great atmosphere for a dinner for two. We went to the grill buffet on Thursday evening. The selection was really big, the food was great and the taste was fantastic. We will be back. P.S. Try the aperitif ;-)

We were there for dinner. The cat cart is really cool and we like the ambience. We received a greeting from the kitchen in advance (vegetable chips) that were totally over salted! Unfortunately something was forgotten when we ordered. We mentioned it and the waitress asked in the kitchen. After saying it several times, we finally got it. The side salad for €6 is a joke, it was just 5 large green lettuce leaves. Nothing else! Salad dressing was delicious though. Then an additional charge of €3 was charged for changing the inserts, none of us had any request for changes. Impudence! The (small) spider steak for just under €40 is also a proud price! You also have to pay extra for a side dish! All in all, way too expensive for what you get! A pity!

Were there for lunch. Stable portions that fill you up.

We were there for a barbecue lunch today. We were served friendly and quickly. The food was fresh and deliciously prepared. The selection of side dishes was good and varied. Everything beautifully prepared

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, the service was unmotivated. Unfortunately, due to a larger group, you couldn't order any meat dishes, only hamburgers and that's really a joke in a steak restaurant. The prices are utopian for the service, but you can see a robot delivering the drinks incorrectly.

Sehr schönes Lokal, freundliche Bedienungen und ein toller Katzenroboter der die Getränke bringt. Das Essen ist super präsentiert, es könnte in einigen Punkten etwas Feinschliff vertragen... z.B ist das Pulled Pork auf den "loaded Fries" ziemlich trocken und die BBQ- und Cocktailsoße durchs überbacken etwas angezogen. Waren gestern essen. Erstmal wurden wir nicht bedient....bis es mir dann zu blöd wurde und gesagt habe .Wir würden gerne mal was bestellen. Dann haben wir gleich alles miteinander bestellt. Leider musste mein Mann noch zweimal an die Theke laufen um zu fragen ob die Getränke nun mal kommen. Es waren mittlerweile 40 Minuten vergangen bis wir die Getränke bekamen. Aperitif, Wasser, Wein, als Vorspeise Salat ein Rinderfilet und Beilagen. Dann kam tatsächlich alles auf einmal. Aperitif Wasser und ein Rotwein der viel zu kalt war. Die Bedienung stand hinter dem Roboter und meinte ihre Bestellung ist da.....haha nach ner halben Stunde sollte ich noch die Getränke selbst vom Roboter holen. Daraufhin kam dann das Rinderfilet aussen sehr kross und innen leider trocken . Die Süßkartoffeln waren super die Folienkartoffel hart und das Gemüse konnte man essen. Leider kam der Salat als letztes den ich eigentlich als Vorspeise wollte. Der Salat einfach so drauf geworfen also überhaupt nicht ein bisschen klein gemacht. Der Nachbar Tisch hatte einen Wein bestellt und ebenfalls 25 Minuten gewartet. Als ich dann auf den Chef zu ging und ihm gesagt habe das es eine absolute Katastrophe war meinte er nach 2 Minuten er hätte jetzt leider keine Zeit mehr und ging. Also mit Kritik kann er garnicht umgehen. Das war auch das letzte mal das ich dort war. Das Ambiente absolut toll, aber leider in falschen Händen. Mit der Ausrede zu kommen dass es immer wieder Personalmangel gibt muss man garnicht kommen , da gestern nicht so viel los war. Einer Servicekraft sollte man halt auch sagen auf was sie achten muss , wenn sie erst angefangen hat und nicht alles auf die Servicekraft schieben.

Zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, zum ersten Mal Pulled Pork Burger gegessen und direkt geflasht. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Es gab sogar direkt zu Beginn einen Gruß aus der Küche in Form von frischen Gemüsechips. Klasse. Bedienung freundlich und der Roboter ist auch cool. Die Aussicht zeigt Tuttlingens Schokoladenseite. Ich hatte das Gefühl in New York City zu sein, obwohl ich da noch nie war. Sehr gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente ist schön. Auch der Katzenservicewagen ist ganz lustig, mal was anderes. Leider ist das Essen wirklich schlecht. Es war total übersalzen man konnte es kaum essen. Die Soßen dazu waren auch einfach zu salzig. Der Beilagensalat den man dazu bestellen muss ist ein Witz. Einfach nur ein Salatblatt, ohne Gurken, Tomaten oder sonstiges. Und für den Preis für ein Salat blatt auch echt frech. Schade das Restaurant hätte viel Potential

Nur online - Resewierung aber dringend empfohlen. Gibt sich modern und exklusiv, aussert sich aber nur durch den offenen Grill und vor allem durch die Preise. Mein Steak war lauwarm bis kalt, weil die Schiefferplatte kalt war. Etwaige Beilagen kosten extra. Bekomme Steaks in der Umgebung ⅓ günstiger mit allem und Salatbuffet. Die Nähe zum Nachbartisch ist unangenhem.

Trotz viel Betrieb rasch bedient worden. Chef gab noch Tipps falls wir in Zeitnot wären, Gott sei Dank haben wir uns einfach Zeit genommen. Essen: Loaded Fries mit Pulled Pork und Schweinenacken vom Plattengrill sehr lecker.

pro: das Ambiente ist echt toll gemacht und der Roboter, der die Getränke bringt, echt lustig. contra: das Essen war seinen Preis absolut nicht wert. Ich hatte den Lachs auf Buchenspan und war sehr enttäuscht. Er ist nicht nur einmal gestorben….der Lachs war sehr sehr trocken und der Buchenspan, worauf der Lachs angerichtet und gegrillt worden ist war stark verkokelt. Zudem war das ganze Gericht nur noch leicht lauwarm, die Beilagen sogar kalt! Das Gericht für mehr als 25 Euro war es mir absolut nicht wert! Leider werde ich hier nicht mehr essen gehen

Essen war ganz gut. Jedoch mussten wir ewig warten bis wir bedient wurden. Es wurden dann schon Tische bedient die nach uns gekommen sind! Preise sind außerdem auch recht teuer.

Das Essen ist lecker. Die großen Teller sehen zunächst übersichtlich aus, entpuppen sich dann aber doch als recht sättigend. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
