I’m willing to bet hundreds of dollars that this restaurant is undoubtedly the best Arab restaurant in Munich, and for me personally, the best restaurant in all of Munich. I don’t even know where to begin: firstly, the food is just insanely delicious, oh my god, for real, it really makes you realise how much Germany is missing out by not having any of these dishes in their cultural cuisine. From the delicious Fahsa to the staple mandi, and reaching to the beloved zerbiyan, and their desert and drinks are another tier as well. Everything on their menu is just so equally edible, it’s madness. You feel like you wanna get everything on there. Secondly, the atmosphere is just amazing. I came here with my friends at least 100 times by now, the vibes are so nice, the full on Arabic style, amazing. Thirdly, there’s a prayer room (masjid/mosque) on the inside of the restaurant for the Muslims who want to pray intermittently. For me personally this is a great upside, I almost always frequent that room to do my daily prayers after or sometimes before having a delicious meal. Fourthly, hygiene. On every restaurant review I mention this point, and if the hygiene is poor, then for me that’s a deal breaker with restaurants. This restaurant is, as it stands, an extremely hygienic one. I have never ever got even the slightest sore throat from this restaurant, as I unfortunately do with many of the Döner shops. Number 5: speed. They are extremely quick at preparing food even though actually the number of people in the kitchen is only like 3 or 4, whilst the demand is close to like a 100 on a busy day. If I had more time I would have written 5 more points with fine detail, but believe me guys, this restaurant is really one of the best in Munich, it really is.

The distinctive Yemeni taste. They recommended a dish called Fahtha, which I liked to be honest, along with meat madjool. The service is fast and the staff is respectful.

The food here is very good and very authentic. The prices are also very reasonable. Fresh bread, great food, excellent mixed appetizer plate and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

We arrived from Switzerland and wanted something other than schnitzel or white sausages! And we weren't disappointed: the service was very accommodating, the food was delicious and you immersed yourself in another world. Guests from all cultures meet here, including many who order and pick up their food. We will come back!

Delicious food. We had to wait a while for a table, but the staff helped us promptly. The food came quite quickly. It tasted better than expected. We enjoyed eating with our hands and occasionally used the spoon. This is highly recommended. If I am in Munich again, I will definitely go here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! as a person who ate Yemeni food all around the world, this was the worst for many reasons imagine waiting for a long time to get your table cleaned ( yes i was assigned with a dirty table), get your order taken, ignored from the workers, not getting all your order together and having to get up and serve yourself! the food was pre prepared, heated upon serving, and not fresh .. which could be typical in a Yemeni restaurant but getting the food 2 min directly after ordering is suspicious. moreover, they have almost 10 waiter’s in the restaurant, i’ve called all 10 of them and i was literally ignored by 9 of them! i had to get up while eating to get my drinks and pay for my food when i was done.. i asked for lemons, asked for hot sauce, and drinks and i was ignored from all 9 of them!! and the disaster was that the table with german people behind me had there table cleaned, food ordered and served within 5 min!! is this considered as discrimination? you tell me.. the only good thing was the Persian waiter who was the only respectful worker and did his best to help us although he was not assigned to our table. One more thing to add, is there a single restaurant in the whole wide world who allows people to smoke in a dinning area while other people are eating!!! so again, this was the worst Yemeni restaurant i’ve eaten at in the world, its bad an every concept imaginable, dont waste your money. On our trip to munich, we visited this restaurant. We ordered two types of mandis. One with chicken and one with meat. To my surprise the chicken one was rather bland but the meat was so tender and juicy. Rice were normal but overall the meat mandi is a must try 👍

Not the best service. We had to go to the counter multiple times to just get some menus and someone to get our order. And it's not like they had a self-service system. They had fans sitting in the back but no employee to help us put one up for our table indoors with the heat.

We wanted to try something new and this visit was worth it. You won't find the nicest atmosphere here, but you will find great food. The food came quickly and is delicious. The liver is soft and has no offal taste. Lamb is well seasoned, unfortunately a bit dry. The Waulawah bread is also a highlight, super fluffy and flaky, so delicious that I will come for the bread alone. The service is nice and fast, although the staff are obviously not trained enough and are sometimes overwhelmed. Price performance ratio good 😃 In total 4.5 stars, I would love to come back!

We have been here several times and every time it tastes great, good food, good atmosphere and fast serving.

We were a big group that was very very hungry and we were staying nearby hence we decided to give this place a chance. It was the best idea! The food was delicious! The service was very fast. Everything was amazing, the portions were big enough so that we could share. Overall I rate this place 10/10
