I find it very disgraceful. We (2 women) were asked by the waitress to move 4 tables because there were 2 of us where she wanted to send us. We were full of men. We just wanted to smoke and have fun without being disturbed. I explained it to her. No, we had to get up everyone noticed 😡😡

Sat there for 20 minutes, didn't get served, waiter on cell phone the whole time. Disaster!!!

The bartender is either deceiving the guests or does not know how the Prnstar Martini cocktail is prepared. Within 2 hours the waitress never came to us to ask if everything was ok and if we wanted to order anything else. Hookah was bad too. He was only good in the first 30 minutes. We're never coming back.

The shisha bar itself is very nice, but the shisha is a 0/10 unfortunately. Spent €20 for nothing.

We were in the bar for the first time and wanted to know if you were allowed to smoke cigarettes inside (shisha bar), when I asked the owner he gave me an annoyed answer, "No hello under any circumstances" even though it is a shisha bar. The food was very good.

We then preferred to go to another shisha bar where you didn't have to make a reservation, which was a 2-minute walk away. I have never experienced anything like it. You really don't have to experience such rubbish, you go there and just want to smoke shisha in a relaxed manner, you even have to travel an extra 300 km for it and then suddenly the waiter comes and says you have to leave for no reason. Unfortunately I have to share a disappointing experience with the Azure shisha bar in Cologne. I wanted to make a reservation for a group of 11 men for a bachelorette party. After my attempt to contact by phone failed, I tried via Instagram. However, the owner or whoever runs the Instagram account denied us the reservation because we are 11 men. It was explained to me that too many men in the store doesn't look good because the walls are made entirely of glass and everything can be seen from the outside. If we had a group of 11 women, the reservation would probably not have been a problem. This type of discrimination is absolutely unacceptable. A hookah bar should welcome all customers equally, regardless of gender.

Bad service! No respect. No understanding! Too loud! Wasted money! Spend your money somewhere else! There is a much better selection in Cologne.

We visited this establishment today and the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, a gentleman asked us to wait and assured us that our order would be taken quickly. After 20 minutes of waiting at an uncomfortable table, located on the side of an alley, we decided to change places. A lady came to tell us that the table was by reservation, but after explaining that we had been waiting for 20 minutes without having been served, she finally agreed that we stay. Taking the order was just as laborious, with an additional delay of 15 minutes before a new person came to take our order. The second waitress, a smiling blonde, contrasted sharply with the first, who was very unpleasant, without a smile or greeting. She kept running back and forth to check if we had finished our drinks which was very annoying. We ordered two drinks, a shisha, nachos and nuts. For the price paid, we hoped to be able to enjoy our table without constraints. However, we were informed that "the table is for 2 hours", which is unacceptable. The service reached its peak when the waitress, a square-headed brunette, offered my partner to get his cup back even though it wasn't even finished, then brought him a new glass after a confusion due to the surrounding noise. Although my husband explained the misunderstanding, she initially charged for the extra glass. After arguing, she finally refunded the tea while huffing and mumbling, an unacceptable attitude for someone working in customer service. To top it all off, the person who brought us the shisha slammed the shisha tube without any apology, adding to the whole unpleasant experience. In conclusion, the experience was far too unpleasant for what we were offered. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Everything was good, I even ordered a watermelon and mint flavored shisha and they made it for me even though it's not on the menu. The girl in the external department is very nice and helpful. KEEP IT UP ..

By far the best bar in Germany. I really enjoy being here. Sisha, waiters, food, drinks, ambience, simply bomb. 5 stars are not enough for the bar. I would have liked to give 100 stars.

Unfortunately, I'm shocked. At first the bar makes a nice impression, but unfortunately the service is not good. My friends and I wanted to play a game of swimming (cards) and that was immediately stopped and forbidden to us. Unfortunately, the shisha doesn't taste like anything either. So girls, go somewhere else!!!!!

Azzre is absolutely recommended! Cozy atmosphere, first-class shisha and delicious food. The live music on the weekend creates a great atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive. A perfect place for a relaxing evening!

Unfortunately, my visit to Azure in Cologne was disappointing. Although I came to have a relaxing time and eat, the atmosphere was marred by discrimination and racism. The operators, who claimed to be Israel supporters, showed inappropriate behavior towards guests. Such actions are unacceptable and greatly affected my stay.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Azure restaurant. We were kicked out of the restaurant for wearing sweatpants, which I found to be extremely rude and discriminatory. It was neither a formal occasion nor an upscale location that would warrant such strict dress codes. The treatment of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing, especially in this day and age when one would expect more tolerance and customer service. I definitely won't eat here again. ---

Honestly, I expected more. The cocktails didn't taste like the cocktails were supposed to taste? It was way too expensive plus they also took money for the hoses. We were hardly noticed. The waiters made us wait for a really long time. The pipe simply didn't smoke and the tobacco didn't taste good either.

Concept: after 2 hours everyone has to get up no matter who you are. We were asked to pay after 1:40 minutes and to get up after 10 minutes because new guests would arrive. That's probably the concept... Plus, a shisha there costs €25, I swear on my dead mother. I don't say because I rate poorly, but really because it is. This was the WORST shisha ever. 5 people brought 4 shishas. All 4 tried ALL 4 bad. No idea why...

I recently visited this shisha bar and have to say my overall impression is mixed. The location itself is really beautiful. Unfortunately, the person who welcomed us and showed us to the tables was very unsympathetic. He didn't seem to know how to interact appropriately with guests and was very rude in his dealings with us. As for the shisha, I wasn't particularly impressed either. Compared to other well-known shisha bars, there are clear differences in quality here, but the shisha was still satisfactory. Perhaps training for staff should be considered to improve guest interactions and service quality.

By far the worst shisha I have ever smoked. I'm from Frankfurt and often visit shisha bars and I have to say they use the worst pipes and tobacco that really don't taste good. When asked, our bowl was supposed to be changed but of course it wasn't done (forgotten) even the shisha man said that the tobacco he bought was for him don't taste it yourself 😂😂 Just buy a vape and drink what the atmosphere was, well, a place to see and be seen. The staff was fine. You are only allowed to stay for 2 hours and then you are thrown out.

Unfortunately, the good location or the beautiful place is of no use if you hire rude employees. We are also people who have business and serve customers, both on normal days and weekends, but we do our best to always make customers satisfied. But here in this shisha bar the employees don't care whether the customers are happy or not.

I wanted to reserve a table for 4 people for Saturday and was refused because they couldn't even reserve a small table for 4 people because it wasn't worth it. Should come over spontaneously and just maybe get in if you're lucky. The journey back is 200km. The answer to this was pretentious; yes, then that’s how it is! Simply cheeky! Been there before but never again from now on! Don't advise anyone anymore!

War das erste und voraussichtlich auch das letzte Mal da. Das Ambiente ist zwar okay aber vom Essen kann ich das leider nicht behaupten. 1. Sehr teuer für den Preis lohnt es sich nicht 2. Geschmeckt hat es auch nicht wirklich. Die verdammte Kälte da drinnen war sehr unangenehm vor allem das mann sein Essen in einer dicken Winterjacke verzehren musste war ein absolutes No-Go.

Die Qualität des Essens und der Service in dieser Location sind beeindruckend. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend, jedoch ist das Fehlen von Heizkörpern im Winter störend. Die Kälte mindert die Gesamterfahrung, und das Fehlen von Heizungsoptionen macht einen erneuten Besuch fraglich. Im Winter ist der Local leider keine Option mehr für mich. Lg

Die Personal ist sehr nett, vielen Dank dafür. Die gespielte Musik ist ausschließlich türkisch. Wenn Sie also die Musik anderer Länder hören möchten, ist dies hier nicht. Leider gefiel uns die Schischa nicht und das war der Grund, warum wir dieses schöne Lokal besuchten.

Wir sind durch Zufall hier gelandet und kamen nach einer kurzen Wartezeit hinein. Der Service war sehr zügig und die Drinks waren geschmacklich super. Das Ambiente ist ein wahrer Eyecatcher und auch der live DJ war den Besuch absolut wert. Eine Reservierung ist hier allerdings auf jeden Fall sinnvoll. Wir wurden infolge einer fehlenden Reservierung an einen Tisch mit anderen Gästen zusammen gesetzt- wer auf einen eigenen Tisch Wert legt sollte demnach bei Zeiten reservieren.

Tolle Location in Köln. Das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und der Service ist top. Gerne wieder :)

Auf der Messe wurde mir diese Location empfohlen. Ich kann nicht genug betonen, wie beeindruckt ich von diesem Restaurant bin. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Rumpsteak ist einfach hervorragend. Das Steak war perfekt zubereitet, saftig und aromatisch, und die Beilagen waren ebenso gut zubereitet und abgestimmt. Jeder Bissen war ein Geschmackserlebnis und ich genoss jede Minute meines Besuchs. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant jedem, der nach einem außergewöhnlichen Erlebnis sucht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren!

Ich war am Freitag dort mit meinen Mädels und ich muss sagen,wir wurden direkt gut empfangen. Wir wollten gerne draußen sitzen aber da war leider alles schon voll.Der Kellner sagte,setzt euch schon mal rein und bei der nächsten Gelegenheit wenn etwas frei ist,setz ich euch raus. Gesagt getan,so ca. nach 15 min kam er dann auch schon und hat uns draußen einen Platz organisiert. Also wieder super tolles freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.Immer wieder gerne.
