Have deteriorated extremely. Hardly any meat in the kebab and the employees are unfriendly. Yes, prices have to go up, but if the quality also drops, it becomes difficult.

For me the best kebab shop in Hamm! The people who work there are super nice and when there's not too much going on, they're always available to chat and have fun! The food there is to die for and I can only recommend everyone to eat there!

First of all, the portions are very filling and very delicious. The staff is friendly. If I compare it with the doner kebabs I have eaten in most places in Germany, I can say that it is the best in terms of price and performance. The crowd that forms in the evening confirms this. I try a different product every time I go, but doner kebab and pizza are my favourites. I wish they were in other cities too...

A very bad snack for me. Waiting times are far too long, prices are outrageous and portions are far too small. Employees unsympathetic. First and last time.

Aylem is now no longer recognizable as it was in the early days, you don't even see the boss anymore, but rather an employee doing FaceTime with his family instead of working, and you are no longer greeted in a friendly manner. The food is too expensive and I think it's cheeky to pay so much money for a "jumbo" kebab (it's exactly the same size as a normal kebab everywhere else). There are savings on meat, salad and sauces and that doesn't justify anything. The atmosphere is no longer what it used to be and I won't be visiting the store again! How can such a beautiful concept run against the wall...

We won't go to this store anymore!!! The food now only tastes "okay", chicken hasn't been offered for a long time, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, the staff is becoming more and more unfriendly, and only the bare minimum is served on the phone. Before the last two visits, we commented to the boss that the price-performance ratio was no longer right in any way. You pay €15 for a plate and get a forkful of meat. When you asked if it was really a big plate, you laughed at it and agreed. Two more pieces of meat were reluctantly added. Ordered with rice this time. In addition to the very small amount of meat, there was only rice and some salad. We've been watching it for some time and it's getting worse. Constantly changing staff, the boss is rarely on site. We have a very good alternative that is several kilometers away, but is more worthwhile for this route than finding the way to this store. Sorry, but you won't see us again.

So the first thing I did was change my 5 star rating. Now there is only one. You have such outrageous prices. Back then I was always full of a normal kebab and my husband usually got the last piece. But today I thought, come on, take a jumbo and you'll eat the rest at home tonight. But I didn't take anything with me because the kebab was so ridiculously empty. Hardly any meat, hardly any salad... A huge disappointment! In addition, after a year, boycott products are still being offered. Last time we asked the owner if he had sold because we hadn't seen him before and he said no. Then I think to myself, how can you allow something like that? It's not in your interest to run the store like that... we've now given 4 chances. Today was the last time. Definitely never again!

We were there for the first time today and ordered a kebab, lamacun and a kebab pizza. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty and we have already tested a lot of them and so far it is the best, of course the kebab is no longer the same as it used to be in terms of price etc.. but to eat a good and filling kebab every now and then, I can only do this recommend. Aucha's staff was super nice!

I really enjoy ordering from Aylem, but I have to give a big minus because they only offer boycott products in terms of drinks etc. I mean, if you have the opportunity you shouldn't consciously continue to support a genocide.

Small kebab and medium kebab together cost 18€ “thanks” to steak meat which costs 3€ extra per kebab which you weren’t told beforehand. As I have often read, there are new owners who don't enjoy their work. The kebab still tastes good but for the price you think about it three times

Aylem meet & eat is simply great! The various menus are not only super tasty, but also really unbeatable in terms of price. No matter whether you want something quick on the go or want to sit down comfortably - you will always be full and satisfied here. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is top. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately, the friendliness, quality of the food and the pricing have decreased significantly. It's a shame, I used to be one of the best in Hamm, now I'm going back to Can's, he can!

I'm disappointed! We have often bought kebab etc. from Aylem and were more than satisfied. The staff was very friendly, the quality of the food was high, tasty and the prices were reasonable. Yesterday, however, I was surprised that the store was empty..., new, unfriendly staff and increased prices. The biggest disappointment came at home when eating the kebab... meat only enough to cover the bottom of the bread, corn and cheese (charged extra) in the amount of a teaspoon. It's really a shame!! We were there last time...

Was once the best kebab. Today I got 2 dürüms and a kebab box, everything was cold and some of the meat wasn't cooked through. A complete disaster, waited 40 minutes and then such a surprise at home. That was the last time, I'm fed up

I've been to Aylem several times and gotten something to eat there. Today we were there again and were negatively surprised at how much the quality had deteriorated. It was significantly better both in terms of taste and price. I can't understand where such outrageous prices come from. (250g meat with sauce for 13€!?) (not even the size of a kebab box) Recently the sauces also cost extra, which wasn't the case back then. The employees were also friendlier. Both on the phone and on site. There is also no suitable work clothing and work is carried out in jerseys.

We've eaten at Aylem's a few times. We were disappointed last time and wanted to try it again today. For me, the kebab pocket was just dry bread with a bit of sauce and salad! Meat just until the bottom is covered. I treated myself to cheese, which was hardly available. Fries were old and rancid and burnt. I was really angry. I also have to earn my money hard. If I want to give money away, I open the window. I even ran out of gas to come back with food! That was definitely the last time, never again!

The food is okay, but the service is not good at all. You are rudely sent out onto the street to wait. When asked how long it takes, they say it's until the detector rings. Smart minds.

The staff was totally unfriendly and annoyed. The kebab was thrown onto the counter without any joke. Not a good day or goodbye. Here it was the first and last time. 3 pieces of meat, that's a joke

Definitely the best kebab in Hamm! If you haven't eaten there yet, you've really missed something! Here the kebab always tastes fresh and the meat is super tasty. Sauces are a dream. An absolute must!

Was always the best kebab in Hamm. However, the quality has been fluctuating lately. I don't know if it's because of the new workers or if the diner has changed its rules, but there is no quality and taste left from before. Far too little meat, just a narrow layer on the bottom. Sauces are only lean and the bread no longer tastes fresh. For better or for worse, I'll have to find a new kebab man.

I hadn't eaten there for a long time last night. I was a bit surprised that there was someone of Arabic origin behind the counter who was doing the serving. I asked if the old owners had given up the shop, which he said that only new employees had come and changed a lot of things had etc. Since I had mostly always eaten pizza there, I wanted to have my same pizza as always, but there was no pepper and mushrooms, he said funghi okay and I wanted a fried egg on top, he then said we don't do anything like that. He then said that eggs come normally on pide, yes no, it's clear, you want to tell me something my pizza is on it as a receipt and what not nevertheless he gave me this beeping thing after 15 minutes he called pizza is ready I asked why the thing didn't beep he looked at the edge and said it was defective whatever the case I then asked for the Tabasco bottle and I did a little bit on it and got me another ayran. As far as the surface of the pizza was concerned, it was full of egg as if he had put 2 pieces on it, whereupon the taste tasted quite like egg. What I noticed when I checked was that the dough was way too salty and had a negative bitter salty taste Aftertaste left behind when I was finished eating I ordered a lahmacun to take away with an extra salad packed, which his probably Turkish colleague packed, but he was friendly. When it came to paying, the employee with a broken Arabic accent calculated the price as lahmacun. I added that I had an ayran, whereupon the price of 19.50 euros was okay, I think I said it was true, without looking at me, he turned around. I finally said ciao ciao. Today I tried the lahmacun, the same game was totally oversalted. I didn't eat the last piece. I went to the Çöp so that the store would never see me again always satisfied with the shop and the former employees, I come from 20 km away, but this service with the act of acting reluctantly to respond to customer requests plus oversalting everything and then the unfriendliness if the real owner reads this, he should seriously consider similar ones again Use employees as before otherwise the store will continue to be run down, so in this sense a rating of poor service and friendliness I usually don't write reviews but the dissatisfaction on my part was too much

I have been very satisfied with the quality of the food so far. However, today's visit was the last. I ordered a kebab pizza and ate it in the restaurant. I think 25 minutes is a bit too long, and someone in the kitchen was talking on the loudspeaker the entire time, which really bothered me. Exasperated and frustrated, I finally got the pizza. My stomach rumbling came to an end but then the shock! A piece of plastic made itself felt in the mouth! Something like this shouldn't happen.

We have always been extremely satisfied so far. Now there seem to be new owners and new employees behind the counter. We were surprised that there was no longer a huge queue in front of the door like we always knew. We wanted to treat ourselves to 4 kebab bags again but... The bread was dry and anything but fresh. There was just enough meat in the kebab pockets to just cover the bottom and you could hardly taste the meat between all the salad. No thanks!

In short, good kebab with expansion potential depending on the day. A big plus point is freshly baked bread, which means kebab is available in three sizes and not only does it have more meat, like competitors, but overall it's just worth the extra price. Normal kebab €7 Jumbo 10€ In my opinion, meat would have needed an extra turn on the grill. May be due to the large number of orders, the option for a second skewer was available, but was not used. 2 pieces of “The Device” available. Salad display looks very fresh, various sauces to choose from. Possibility of vegetable kebab (extra charge). Everything tasted well and was convincing. Meat with a little more roasted aromas (the mentioned rotation more) and it would have been full marks. Depending on the time of day, it can be very busy, so waiting times are not uncommon. There is enough seating, some of it looks a bit put together and of simple quality. But it fits the snack character.

For me one of the best shops in Hamm and the surrounding area! In terms of taste, the portions are decent, the prices are right and the service is great.

On Friday I got a kebab plate, i.e. salad, meat and fries... it was delicious, but there were a whole "7" fries and a handful of salad on the plate. This is absolute nonsense, especially for €12 I can expect reasonable portions. It's a shame, I always enjoyed being there, but that's not possible!!!!

If you have to wait longer than 1 hour for an order, then politely ask how long it will take and then get the answer “are there 6 customers before you?”. I only wanted 1 kebab, then he says “what can I do?” for that”.. Waited for over an hour for nothing, as if you had nothing else to do but wait over an hour for a kebab! Impudence!

Good quality, fresh bread, well equipped, the shop has nothing to complain about, you can eat inside and outside with a roof over your head.

Waiting 1 hour for an ordinary kebab is almost cheeky. It wasn't full, just normal walk-in customers. The only problem for me was that the owner's friends were preferred. I just think it's a shame

A wonderful kebab store 🫶🏼 As a sales person, I travel a lot and I think I can estimate it well. Very accommodating boss, everything fresh every day, generous portions, great menu variations, everything homemade right down to the bread. Just treat yourself and enjoy. Stay as you are, go the extra mile, by the way, chai is included as self-service in the dining area🙌🏻 which is just nice. Thanks for that

Unfortunately I have to revise my 5 star review that I gave a long time ago. We still gave Aylem the chance again and again because we were of course used to better things. The quality of the kebab is noticeably suffering at the moment, as is the amount of food between the various employees. Some of them were kebabs It was already cold when I picked it up (it was pre-ordered via the app), another time the fried vegetables were forgotten (costs €1) or, as already described, the filling quantity was sometimes very little. By ordering via the app, a lot of things are done for you and the slips of paper are hanging there to be filled, but unfortunately this wasn't taken into account properly. The individual components still taste good, but the composition and overall quality has unfortunately declined.

A top quality kebab. I travel around Germany quite a bit and always like to try the local kebab chefs. Here at aylem I found the new nonplus ultra. Next time I would love to eat kebab here again.

Der Döner ist einfach immer eine 10/10!

Döner war lecker, aber….. so wenig Fleisch hatte ich noch nie… Brot selbst gemacht war auch lecker. 😋

Wie immer, super guter Dönerteller! Ich habe mal das Experiment gewagt für den Salat das Granatapfel-Zitronendressing zu probieren. Hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, ich würde aber beim nächsten Mal lieber noch ein bisschen mehr Granatapfel als Zitrone verwenden, da die Zitrone doch nen sehr starken Eigengeschmack hat :D

Essen schmeckt super. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich und locker. Ambiente ist entspannt. Für mich die bester hier im Umkreis.

Hatte heute deine döner die sonst nur die Götter im Olymp bekommen. Mit dem einfachen Wunsch "überrasch mich" war der Chef beim Zubereiten genau so glücklich, wie ich beim Verzehr von sein stolzen werk. Und er überraschte mich sehr mit feierten Gemüse und gut kombinierten Soßen in den so leckeren selbstgemachten Brot. Das Fleisch war reichlich und lecker. Ich kanns nur empfehlen

Habe Salat Taschen gekauft die waren Super

Das Gesamtpaket aus frisch gebackenem Brot, Salat und Fleisch war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten eine Sucuk-Tasche sowie eine Köfte- und Dönertasche. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Die Mitarbeiter und der Chef waren dabei noch sehr nett und persönlich in der Ansprache. Ich habe per App bestellt. Dort kann man jedes Gericht individuell konfigurieren. D.h man kann „mit scharf“, verschiedene Soßen bis hin zum frittierten Gemüse alles einzeln auswählen. Nachbder Auswahl kann man auch direkt in der App die Bezahlung per PayPal. ApplePay etc. vornehmen. Allein dafür 5 Sterne!!! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Top Qualität! Wenn irgendwo mal minimal etwas vom hohen Standard abgewichen ist und man dies angemerkt hat, hat man das sehr seriös aufgenommen. Ich kann über diese Gastronomie nichts negatives sagen

Wir haben schon viele Döner probieren dürfen aber dieser hier gehört mit zu dem besten was wir bisher essen durften im Ruhrgebiet. Das Brot ist hausgemacht die Saucen sind Geschmacks intensiv und das Fleisch , Kalb und Hähnchen,hat eine besondere Würze die sich genau in der Waage hält und es so einzigartig macht. Ein kleines Highlight ist die Tomatensauce die man zu den klassischen Sauce wählen kann und einfach phänomenal schmeckt. Außerdem steht auch noch die Joppie Sauce zur Auswahl. Bei den Mitarbeitern hinter dem Tresen merkt man die Leidenschaft du in ihnen steckt wenn man über die Döner spricht. Am besten ist es besser App vorzubestellen um , wie bei uns, längerer Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Wir können auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir empfehlen jedem einen Besuch. Schaut mal bei Instagram unter Kulinnarisch nach mir.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie hier das erste Mal essen, und ich muss sagen das ich vom Geschmack des Döners ob als Dönertasche oder Dönerpizza wirklich bombe überrascht worden sind,die Preise waren ok die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nett kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Also zuallererst zu den Mitarbeitern dort. Diese sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Zum Essen jedoch kann ich nur sagen "es geht". Von der Portion her war es schon etwas mager für den Preis was man zahlt. Vom Geschmack her ist es jetzt nicht unbedingt sehr lecker. Ich hatte einen Dönerteller bestellt und da hatte ich mehr Salat als Fleisch. Und das Fleisch war auch nicht ganz fertig gebraten. Man kann aber sehr gut dort mit einer Gruppe sitzen und kostenlosen Tee (Çay) gibt es auch als Selbstbedienung. Aber ich muss sagen nochmal würde ich jetzt nicht unbedingt dorthin.

Waren das erste mal dort und das Essen ist extrem lecker ! Absolut freundlicher Service obendrauf. Wir haben stets zufrieden, gerne besuchen wir euch wieder

Aylem ist nicht mehr das was es mal war. Für uns war schon klar nachdem bekannt gegeben wurde, dass sonntags Ruhetag ist, denen geht’s zu gut. An einem der Umsatzstärksten Tage der Woche zu schließen redet für sich. Sauce kostet mittlerweile 50ct das Döschen? Die war immer inklusive. Belegschaft vor Ort kennt man alle nicht mehr. Vor Corona waren wir wirklich gerne dort, aber mittlerweile sind wir nur noch genervt. Das Ei fehlt auf der Pide. Geschmacklich zwar noch gut, aber das allein reicht einfach nicht aus. Schade! Wirklich schade! Erinnere mich noch an die Tage, wo der Chef gesagt hat „wir testen gerade verschiedene Pommes durch, sie müssen den Kunden gefallen!“. Traurig traurig …

Ich habe früher immer bei Aylem gegessen….in Zukunft meiden Freunde und ich den Laden weil wir alle gleicher Meinung sind. Preise gehen hoch und Leistung geht runter…Ich habe mir erneuert nach mehrmaligen Enttäuschungen einen Döner geholt um dem Laden erneut eine Chance zu geben. Ich habe meine Fleisch Stücke gezählt 7 Scheiben..sehr sehr lächerlich und auch teilweise respektlos. Man zahlt für Leistung und Qualität und das ist sehr beschämend. Wenn man anruft bekommt mein kein „Hallo“ sondern ein „einen Moment bitte“ daraufhin wird der Hörer zur Seite gelegt. Dann lieber garnicht drangehen weil dies eine Respektlosigkeit auf höchstem Niveau ist 1. beim bestellen und 2. beim Anruf um das mit dem Dönerfleisch zu besprechen. Bei beiden malen mind 7 mind in der Leitung gewesen während der Hörer rumliegt. Hab direkt aufgelegt und zum bestellen hin gegangen…und aufgrund des 2ten Anrufs erfolgt jetzt eine Rezension. Bitte Mitarbeiter über Service, Respekt und Benehmen gegenüber Kunden aufklären. Kunde ist König…. Trotzdem ein danke für die Zubereitung des Essens👍

Erstklassige Qualität und freundlicher Service! Sowohl die fleischhaltigen Gerichte, als auch die vegetarischen Optionen überzeugen seit Jahren bei jedem Besuch. Die täglich frisch gebackenen Brote runden das ganze noch mal ab. Top, weiter so! 🤩

Top Dönerladen, dass Highlight im Laden ist "Der Gerät". Der Döner ist richtig schmackhaft 👍🏻 und die Knoblauch Soße ist der ober Hammer 🤤

Leckerer Döner und freundliches Personal

Dieser Laden ist der Knaller! Ich will von mir behaupten, dass ich schon den einen oder anderen Döner in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Viele waren akzeptable, einige grottenschlecht und nur wirklich selten gab es echt gute. Heute setzen viele auf undefinierbare Fleischmassen am Dönerspieß mit vorgefertigten Ekelsaucen und Gammelgemüse - nicht so Aylem! Hier wird alles frisch zubereitet. Die saucen erinnern an die guten alten Saucen mit echtem Joghurt, echtem Knoblauch und vielem Mehr. Das Fleisch ist lecker, und erkennbar was es ist! Und das Gemüse ist einfach mega frisch! Einzig könnte der Döner ein wenig grösser sein, aber auch dafür gibt es Abhilfe, den gibt es nämlich in verschiedenen Größen. Neben Can's ist das mit abstand der beste Laden in Hamm und Umgebung!

Bester Döner in Hamm! Freundliches Personal! Teilweise lange Wartezeit trotz Vorbestellung aber spricht ja für den Laden 😉
