Erciyes Pide/Pizza/Döner in Hamm

I ordered via Lieferando. The food came quite quickly and there was also a nice children's box. Among other things, we had ordered stuffed pizza rolls. Unfortunately, they couldn't be eaten because they were pitch black, even from underneath when you got them off the ground. I found my kebab pocket very tasty, but I missed the tzatziki and cocktail sauce sauces. My wife ordered the Dörner Box with salad. Among the salad and meat there were also fries. Now I don't know if fries are included, it was just a bit strange because my wife didn't want any fries. But our son was very happy with his meal. Ambiance didn't get any stars from me because I haven't been to the restaurant yet.

Excellent restaurant with great atmosphere! This restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food is of high quality, freshly prepared and tastes excellent. I was particularly impressed by the creative presentation of the dishes. The service is first class - the staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Orders are served quickly and special requests are easily fulfilled. Overall a great restaurant that I would highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered with several people via Lieferando. 3 dishes were faulty or the sauces were missing. When I asked about it over the phone, where communication was very difficult due to my lack of knowledge of German, I was ultimately laughed at. Furthermore, it was not known that Sucuk would be included in a kebab plate special according to Lieferando. We then finished and were called again later to be told that we had ordered wrong and because we had finished there would be no replacement. Afterwards they simply hung up. The fourth person among us had a complete and proper meal, but had a hair in his lamacun. If you had reacted in a courteous and customer-friendly manner, you could ignore everything, but that was the last time for everyone involved

Completely dissatisfied with delivery. Equipment 40 minutes have waited over 2 hours for cold food. Called 3 times and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Again over an hour and no food was there. Called again. Yes, it comes in 10 minutes. Comb everything cold. Pizza completely burnt, fries completely cold and I don't have to say the rest

Really bottomless. Ordered food around 2 p.m. which supposedly should have been there at 3 p.m. but then, after calling several times (no one answered at first and the man on the phone wasn't really friendly either), it didn't come until 4 p.m. I ordered a kebab plate, pide with sucuk & garlic sauce, I got raw meat, fries that tasted like they had been reheated several times, a pizza with sucuk that should actually have been pide & garlic “sauce” that was actually garlic oil should call. I was initially happy with the pizza until I tried it. The floor was as thin as paper, wobbly and everything was already cold. Thank you very much for nothing, I will definitely not order there again :)

Unfortunately the chicken kebab was very greasy and the bread was soggy from the fat. AND for a large order of fries for over 4 euros it was very little.

Delivery time was over 30 minutes... they could have at least given a short notice. The food was completely cold. The fries were just soggy and dripping with grease. Doner kebab meat was tough and burnt. Unfriendly delivery man. We ordered there last time and can only advise against it. Worst kebab plate in Hamm.

The food is always perfectly prepared. The people there are always very friendly and quick in their work. The best thing is that the food arrives warm and delicious. (Sometimes with little touches).😊

The kebab was big and fast. Very nice service, every time. We go to this kebab from the end of town because it's the best in the area.

I have on May 21st. Ordered 2 falafel bags. According to the menu in the store 3.50 / piece. The employee asked me for 10 euros. I pointed out his board to him and he said it wasn't up to date, because of the current situation they had to increase the prices and the board should be replaced tomorrow. After behavior like that, I can only recommend you avoid this store. Wrong on so many levels!

Solid kebab and very tasty Dürüm, which is freshly rolled and prepared. Portions and prices are more than reasonable, and the service is always friendly. Especially on the weekend after partying, it's a real oasis for anyone who's drunk and longs for something tasty. Full 5 stars!

Früher war der Laden und das Personal besser. Jetzt steht eine junge Frau an der Theke, die nicht grüßt, sich mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt und sich mit den Handgelenken die Nase abwischt. Döner sind jetzt auch sehr mager gefüllt, war vor paar Monaten noch anders. Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen in Punkten Essen, Hygiene und Freundlichkeit.

Essen war ok, allerdings war die Bedienung sowas von frech. - Keine Begrüßung - nach 30 minütigem Warten kriegte man auf die Frage „Wie lange es noch dauern würde, denn wir sind hier ja um Iftar zu machen“ die Antwort „Jeder will Iftar pünktlich machen, Sie sind nicht die einzigen!“ (Das war letztes Jahr, wir hatten reserviert!) - Essen dauerte ewig, obwohl vorher alles bestellt war Fazit: Wem es nur wichtig ist, in Ordnung zu Essen und es ihn nicht interessiert, wie Dreck behandelt zu werden, ist hier genau richtig. Die 2 Sterne sind nur wegen des nicht so schlimmen Essens, allerdings macht die Bedienung alles zunichte.

Absolut empfehlenswert, der Laden ist sehr sauber, schönes Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal. Und das Essen ist ein Gedicht!!! Haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen wie dort! Da muss man hin!

Die pide schmecken alle einfach lecker

Ich hatte ein wirklich hervorragende Pide zu einem viel zu niedrigen Preis. Alleine habe ich es nicht geschafft.

Wir meiden eigentlich die Imbissmöglichkeiten auf der Südstraße. Umso mehr waren wir von diesem Laden überrascht. Die Pide kann man wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Der Döner ist super. Ich fahre mehrere Kilometer um hier essen zu können. Top
