The food is very tasty and the service is attentive and courteous. Absolutely recommended.

Have been ordering there for years and have never been disappointed. You are always welcomed very warmly, the waiting times are not long, and the food tastes very good. My absolute recommendation if you want delicious Asian food.

The prices quite low. There are no long waiting times and the food tastes very good. Also suitable for pick-up, as the order is always ready as stated. The menu is varied, the sushi is always freshly prepared - you can even watch it. The atmosphere is very cozy, but doesn't look like a "typical" Asian. But that's really secondary. • The Ruby is well suited for both a quick dinner and a large family celebration with three courses.

Very good food. The duck is particularly recommended. Friendly and attentive service. Definitely try it out. Reservation is recommended. But also offers takeaway food. The prices are moderate.

Asian cuisine (more of a Chinese style), including sushi. Ingredients and preparation are highly adapted to local conditions. Even very spicy is still mild. Good selection of drinks, very child friendly.

Food is very good. It took quite a long time to pick it up. But not that bad. Ambience is more rustic than Asian.

A wonderful place that I will now return to regularly. I didn't think I would find such a nice Asian restaurant on Dudweiler. The food is tasty, the service is very nice, the prices are reasonable. The duck in mango and sushi were delicious, as was the white wine. Courteous service. Everywhere is clean and friendly. We recommend!

Delicious food at really great prices. Unfortunately, there are always discussions about whether you can pay in cash or by card. Often you have to run to the bank to get money because the card machine doesn't work or the employees don't want you to pay in cash. Additionally, children of all ages pay full price and there is no children's menu.

On special occasions like birthdays, we like to try new restaurants whose Google reviews indicate good service and good food. We have found both at Ruby for a long time. The food is always fresh and delicious, no matter how busy the day is. And the service has always been exemplary for years - I used to be a regular customer at the Europagalerie in Saarbrücken during lunchtime. I have never experienced a day where we didn't have the food served from the kitchen, some of it still bubbling, with a smile on our faces. The prices are at a pleasant average, and special requests are taken into account without compromise! The parking situation on site is pleasant. There are plenty of parking spaces near the location. After all, Ruby is located right in Dudweiler city center. I can only recommend that you see for yourself and spend an evening in the cozy ambience of the Ruby Restaurant.

Reviews without real names have this bad aftertaste. I too have gotten around the world well so far and can claim to be able to distinguish less good restaurants from better ones. You can argue about taste, but: The price-performance ratio is excellent, the dishes come to the table quickly and hot! Not only the quality of the ingredients, the selection of fresh vegetables and the use of always top-quality meat speak for themselves here, but also the always more than warm, friendly and understanding service, especially celebrated by the owner! It's not for nothing that this restaurant is always busy! And: No half-smart person risks such an excellent reputation to then make such a stupid mistake - rehashed judgment - purely out of intrinsic motivation. The choice of the “reviewer” alias speaks for itself anyway. By the way: Stirring curry powder in water is an interesting claim. Have you ever mixed oil into water? (Rhetorical question) Conclusion: Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in Saarbrücken!

Terrible food! Simply warmed up from the day before and sold for full price! Curry sauce was just some curry powder mixed with water, no coconut milk, nothing!! The chicken was soggy and the consistency was inedible, and we don't even need to talk about the overly greasy noodles! I've been through a few Asian restaurants, but never had one as bad as this one! It's a shame about the money (11€)!!!

40 minutes until the drinks came and after 90 minutes they didn't even start preparing our food, and when we left we weren't even given an apology. I can't rate the food because it never got that far.

We were very satisfied. Food was ordered by phone. Sushi was prepared fresh and quickly when picked up. Very friendly staff. The quality and taste of both the sushi and other dishes were very good. Prices are absolutely fine. A very small deduction because of the slightly rustic and somewhat dark ambience in the interior. But: everything is clean and tidy. Therefore: thumbs up and highly recommended. We will happily order again!

We really enjoy going out for Chinese food, but I really have to say that this inconspicuous restaurant is one of the best where we've eaten Chinese, and always enjoy it. 👍

Sushi was really delicious and good but the service was too slow. We waited half an hour for only soup to come and it took more than an hour for sushi to come. Edit 24.03.2023 Last night I went to this place again. Sushi is delicious as always and this time the service was fast too. And the lady gave me a fortune cookie, I love it.

Ein Restaurant mit guter Küche, netter Bedienung und ebensolchem Ambiente. Man sollte sich auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen, da es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt. Angepasst an die hier typischen Gäste erhält man Standardspeisen, auch die Schärfe ist eingedeutscht. Wir waren mehrfach dort und durchaus zufrieden.

Super leckeres Essen zu richtig günstigen Preisen. Die Getränke sind im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen und Restaurants auf einem vernünftigen und günstigen Preis.

Für meinen Geschmack war das Essen leider etwas schwach gewürzt aber soweit in Ordnung. Wir hatten den Eindruck das das Essen irgendwie unterschiedlich warm auf dem Teller war. Kann man hingegen muss man aber nicht.

Wir kommen öfter hier her und essen immer Sushi. Am besten ist das gebackene, besser kann man es nirgendwo finden. Nach Sushi kommen auf meiner Liste die knusprigen Hähnchenstreifen, frisch, wirklich knusprig und zartes Fleisch - besser geht's nicht!

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier. Jedesmal war unser Essen nicht nur lecker und günstig, es wurde auch ansprechend präsentiert. Frisches Sushi liegt hier nicht "auf Halde", es auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Der Service ist freundlich und spricht gut deutsch. Was will man mehr?
