Asiapalast in Hanau

Das Buffet war 2,5 Stunden vor Schluss schon so gut wie leer und die Speisen waren alle kalt. Zudem ist das Personal nicht wirklich entgegengekommend. Ich habe dort aufgrund der Warmspeisen welche nicht einmal mehr leicht warm waren sondern wirklich kalt, nicht einmal die Hälfte meine ersten Tellers gegessen. Aufgrund meiner Enttäuschung wollte ich dann zumindest das wenige bezahlen und habe darum gebeten mir entgegenzukommen. Durfte daraufhin für eine Kleinkinderportion von nicht mal 200gr, 29€ bezahlen. Nun sitze ich mit Bauchschmerzen Zuhause und das Restaurant kommuniziert hier: Sie haben sich am Buffet bedient also müssen sie auch zahlen. Werde hier nicht mehr essen gehen.

Yes, what can you say, the buffet selection is limited, and somehow a bit of a scam. Until 5 p.m. there is a buffet for €20.99. We were there at 4:45 p.m. but already had to pay €26. We were only told this when paying, not before, when we pointed it out to the waitress, where she was very unfriendly and had absolutely no recommendation to eat there.

We were there a few days ago, the food is great! the service was good! but the hall is dirty everywhere! Buffet department dirty furniture! the glasses stink, broken tables, dust everywhere. I wonder what hygienic condition the kitchen might be in. We saw people entering the kitchen without a chef's uniform. You have to clean everything from A to Z.

Evaluation: Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered a package from the “Asia Palace” restaurant via Too Good To Go. I ended up receiving a small box of noodles and another box of steamed vegetables. The whole thing cost 8 euros! The price is clearly inflated as similar packages at Too Good To Go are 2-3 times cheaper elsewhere and the quality and quantity of food is significantly better. What I got is definitely not worth that price. I won't order here again.

The visit to the Asia Palace was an absolute disappointment. The food has no taste at all, everything tasted bland and like it had been carelessly taken out of the freezer. The supposed 'Asian specialties' were neither fresh nor authentic, but simply soggy and completely unseasoned. Even the sauces that could normally save a dish were watery and tasteless. The quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired and it was obvious that there was a false economy here. Anyone expecting good Asian food will be bitterly disappointed here. I should have saved that money!

- It's nice in the restaurant but unfortunately way too loud so you can't really have a conversation. - The food is fine. There's a good selection, but a lot of it isn't particularly tasty. The dishes that were prepared on the grill often arrived at the table cold and were sometimes not edible because they were fried for too long. - The waitress who served us was very overwhelmed and we ended up not getting our drink because she forgot about us. We wanted to talk to her about it but only saw her quickly walking past us because she had a lot to do. - Unfortunately the price is also very high. I know other restaurants that sell for the same price per person. also have a flat rate for drinks. And given the points I've listed, the price must be a little cheaper or the guests must be treated better.

Loading with filth, completely overcrowded and the waitresses totally unfriendly. The boss sits us as a family with 2 small children right next to the music system and then says he can't turn the music down!!!! We had to put earmuffs on our child because he was writing. Never again and I don't recommend it to anyone, especially not with children!!!!

The first impression of the ambience is very elegant, everything without plastic. Very nice. The food in the evening, fortunately with advance order, was plentiful, no matter what direction, from starters to dessert. The service staff were absolutely friendly, patient and accommodating. Almost everything is absolutely fine. The only embarrassing thing is the women's toilets. The floor reflects very well, but the partitions between the cabins are so high from the floor that you can completely see the ladies in the neighboring cabin. People can watch you play mobile games. Two young women took photos of the neighboring cabin and possibly posted it on the Internet. It's great, that's how you find each other again. Therefore, a star deduction for the ambience. Otherwise everything was great, I can confidently recommend it.

One of the best Asia Palast in Hessen. Great tasty food, well decorated and great ambience. Tip is to make reservations beforehand as place is loved and mostly booked in advance. The staff are very friendly and professional. A large food selection even for vegetarians. The place is big and has enough space. Visited with a group of fifteen and they had a table for all of us. Loved the fried duck, the sushi, great salad too and the ice cream was delicious. In addition they have two chocolate fountains white and brown, enjoyed the experience too.

Very large dining room, many tables, large buffet accessible from two sides. In addition to the usual offerings, there was sushi, a counter with fresh/raw meat where you could choose your favorite pieces for the grill. Small gifts for kids: chocolate fountain, gummy bears...

Small buffet, there is a better one nearby, I don't need it again

Several mice crossed our path several times, they came out of the cracks in the benches and ran through the restaurant and either they ate a lot or they will soon have offspring, then there will be even more running around there. The store is very clean. There is also plenty of parking and there is a wide selection of dishes. If I'm nearby, I always go there. I can recommend it.

If you like the ambience of Asian buffets, I can recommend the Asia Palast in Hanau. Insane, huge, rich buffet where you can have your meat freshly fried, huge selection of desserts and sweets, at least 10 flavors of ice cream, soft ice cream machine and lots of other varied extras that I haven't seen anywhere else. The restaurant is huge but you still have a very good, well-kept atmosphere, nice and not too kitsch furnishings, courteous service staff. I can really recommend it if you're looking for something varied with the family. :)

The service was okay, the ambience was great BUT. The food is mildly spiced as if spices were an expensive good, the cherry-raspberry cake was way too sweet, and my stomach is in a rage just thinking about it. The tiramisu, which I was really looking forward to, was quite good, but what really bothered me was the cream because I was actually prepared for mascapone😭☹️🙀. Nice place for dinner but unfortunately desserts are not the strong point.

There were five of us there. We hadn't really sat down yet when the waitress was already at the table and we had to send her away because it was our first visit and we first had to get an overview. However, the next visit from the waitress was a long time coming. After we were able to (finally) order, 3 ate a la carte and 2 chose the "All Inclusive Buffet", the drinks and the a la carte food arrived quite quickly. The food and selection was good and plentiful. The restaurant was very full that evening (Friday evening) and unfortunately it was very, very loud. The service staff had a lot to do, which in some cases meant that you had to wait a little longer for new drinks. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

We often get something to eat. Unfortunately the quality varies too much for 5 stars. Sometimes really good, e.g. delicious, crispy duck with juicy meat. But then again mediocre duck with some vegetables without rice for just under €18. 🤷

At a table of 4 people, people cannot order differently. Either everyone with drinks or everyone without drinks otherwise, according to the waitress, “the waitress will get confused because of the billing”. It seems as if the service staff are under so much pressure that they don't even greet the guest at the table!

Food was cold, fried food was raw inside, there was nothing vegetarian without eggs and generally little choice. Prices are way too high for such quality.

Great restaurant if you want to have a fancy meal. I think everyone goes there for all you can eat, which is also really recommended. The food is really really good, I just think that the meat that you can choose there and then fried on site is not that tasty, so only the ready-made meat from all you can eat is really good.

A grandiose, multi-million dollar, impressive business model. Everything was very tasty and of a generally higher standard. As is usually the case with well-adjusted Asians, the dishes are rather salty. Presumably so that you don't eat too much or order more drinks. But every now and then you really feel like it. The service is outstandingly good, which is really exceptional for such a gourmet restaurant. Suitable for both children and larger celebrations. This store is truly a business masterpiece.

The well-stocked, varied buffet including Mongolian Teppanyaki invites you to feast. The service is very friendly and quick. Due to the size of the restaurant, it can sometimes be quite loud. The prices are moderate It is advisable to reserve a table!

We spent over 3 hours in Asiapalast. The food was very tasty. Different types of meat, dessert, many drinks to choose from. We'd love to come back.

Great fresh food, good happy hour offer that I see including service charge. What was completely unpleasant was a brash waitress who reprimanded me several times when paying by card - loudly and in a detached manner - that the amount was "exact". Aloud across the restaurant to ask for a tip. Cheeky and presumptuous, the lady. I tip when and if I want to and don't have to be paraded about it. I will come again because of the delicious food, but I will ask the manager to come if problems like this arise again.

A week before the event I reserved a table for 10 people, in the end I arrived, they gave us two tables that didn't move, in the end the feeling of the event was ruined, and after we held the events I official pointed to the menu, where it said in small print that there were 200 grams left. I have to pay another 5 euros even though this wasn't stated anywhere before when booking, in the end I paid the bill and we waited another 20 minutes. They took 20 minutes to bring us fortune cookies but they didn't bring us anything. And we left with a bad taste

Very nice restaurant. Lots of Asian style decoration. Lots of gold elements and LED lighting. The tables are in a dark wood tone. There is an all you can eat buffet with all kinds of dishes. From sushi to barbecue service to ice cream and cake, everything is there. There can be a lot of people here, so if you'd rather have fewer people around you while eating, you should stop by during the week. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A few dishes might be a little better in some corners, but that's complaining at a high level. One must not forget that very large quantities of food are prepared here and must be edible for the general public. That's why I give it 4 out of 5. ✌️😁

The food was very tasty and there was a lot of choice in the evenings at least. Service also very nice. The ambience is a bit, well, we were there tonight and the trumpeter playing was a bit too much in the long run. Playing the trumpet was a bit annoying after a while. Maybe play the piano next time. The service is nice. I wouldn't go there on Friday evenings anymore. There is now all you can eat and drink for 33.90 per person, for that price you really have to eat and drink a lot to make it worth it. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated. I had dinner at the Asia Palast on September 16th, 2024...I ate the shrimp from the buffet and had to throw up that same evening and have been struggling with very severe stomach pain ever since. The next morning I went to the doctor and it was diagnosed that I had salmonella poisoning! The health department has already been informed, now that I know how “fresh” the food is here, I will never set foot in the restaurant again! The accusation will come too! I advise you all not to eat (seafood) from such a place where the food spoils for several hours.

Food a la cart came cold, rice was cold and everything tasted like fish. A solution was found, but for this amount of money and the now really bad food, it is absolutely not recommended. I don't have to go there anymore. Two ladies from the service were nice and friendly, one girl wasn't so... she was probably overwhelmed. The food is always fresh. The selection is very large. All employees from the counter to the service are friendly and helpful. The ambience itself is ok, but for me personally the place is a little too big. So there is always a bit of a crowd at the buffet.

We go here every now and then for the lunch buffet, the value for money is simply great and always delicious. In addition to the plentiful number of hot dishes and fried delicacies, what impresses me is... Most have the sushi selection and the meat or seafood freshly fried.

Worth a visit. The staff at the Asiapalast were consistently very friendly and accommodating. Decor and ambience is really nice. We had the large buffet. From sushi to fish to meat, there is something for every taste. There was the option of having a very wide selection of fish and meat or mussels freshly fried with vegetables, rice or noodles. This was quick and was delivered by a robot. A show especially for the children, of course. The dessert really left nothing to be desired. Soft ice cream machine, chocolate fountain, ice cream selection and much more. I would recommend visiting here. Even if, of course, a fruit has been left for a while and there is a lot of activity at the buffet. In the end it is a buffet restaurant and not the small Italian restaurant around the corner.

There is enough parking space. Staff are quick and don't make you wait when ordering. We had buffet and everything looks very inviting and clean. I love sashimi here. There are also different price ranges. It depends on what time and what day you go. This restaurant is highly recommended if you like Asian food. There is a lot to choose from and something for everyone.

We have been here twice now for the all you can eat buffet. The service is very courteous and friendly, the selection of food is large and, above all, delicious. From freshly prepared meat to sushi to fried foods, everything is available so that everyone can find something for themselves. The fact that there are enough parking spaces is a small bonus point. Great value for money!

Wow! A well-kept, clean restaurant with very friendly and fast service, an incredibly rich, fresh buffet with Thai, Chinese and Japanese (sushi) delicacies. The Mongolian buffet in particular offers a very large selection of different seafood, shrimp, many types of fish and meat and just as much selection of fresh, crunchy vegetables. Nothing was missing, there was even fresh coriander! 😀There are also two different chocolate fountains with plenty of fresh fruit such as pineapple, strawberries, grapes and melon, as well as cakes and other sweet desserts. Unfortunately I only have one stomach, I could keep eating all night 😁

First of all, the staff understands 0… Our order took 30 minutes until we explained everything to her. It was way too greasy. My food was so salty that my tongue almost fell off. The maki are as big as the nail on my little finger. By the way, I had a fly in my rice. Did she fly in there?
