Our family has eaten here several times. We've never had anything to complain about. The freshness, selection, and taste have all been excellent.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the food selection was limited, the quality was poor, and it was anything but tasty. We paid almost €130 for three adults and a child 😂 I'd rather go to the nearest gas station; my money would be better spent there. The tables were sticky, and the waiter made me wonder why we hadn't sat somewhere else. I didn't dare try the sushi. Fresh is definitely not what I'd call fresh.

The food wasn't particularly appealing from a culinary perspective. The service was courteous and acceptable. Would I go there again? No, I wouldn't.

I went there for the first time with my parents. I can only say positive things. Very clean, very diverse, very good food and selection. Lovely atmosphere and many thanks to the wonderful staff who presented such great products every day. Thank you so much, please stay so great and dedicated.

I've been there several times, but last week I was very disappointed. The service was okay, but it could have been better. The waiter didn't ask if we wanted another drink. Upon departure, all guests received a shot of schnapps and gifts (cups, calendars, etc.), but we received nothing. The food was better before the coronavirus pandemic. The meat I had cooked was inedible. I won't be back.

Except for the fish at the Mongolian grill, the food was very good and the selection was great. Unfortunately, the fish is cooked for a bit too long, which makes it dry. But all in all, it's very good value for money.

We try the place every now and then, but we're always disappointed. We were there in the afternoon, and the food at the buffet was cold, and the waitresses weren't really in the mood for their job. The simple ambiance there is definitely worth seeing, as is this robot that drives around and sings, for example, on birthdays.

Terrible, service like a state prison, no one even comes when you complain, meat like tofu, last time it was bad, second chance even worse. We've been going there for years, and today we were told, quote...maybe they have no taste today. NEVER AGAIN!

The ready-made food is very tasty. You can prepare something to your liking; they have many ingredients and sauces for your own combinations. I really enjoyed the Peking soup. There's a large selection of sushi. You can eat as much as you want, I recommend it.

Let me put it this way: Even though I'm not German, I don't deserve surly service. The Asian man who took our order glared at us and treated the Germans like kings, so I'm giving him one star for xenophobia.

There were eight of us who had reserved a table and went there on October 3rd. The food and the restaurant were okay. One gentleman served us very unfriendly. We had ordered all you eat, but it wasn't served. We had to wait a long time to order. The table next to us had the same experience.

I like this Asian buffet, so many options to choose from. Staff were also quick to clear out the table. But sometimes it could be loaded with people here that its loud. But all in all, this is a good place to visit, so spacious.

The visit to Asia Palast was a real highlight! The all-you-can-eat offering boasts a huge selection; the variety of fresh sushi was particularly impressive and delicious. The hot dishes were also very tasty and varied. The atmosphere is very, very nice – festive yet relaxed. Several birthdays were being celebrated during my visit, which further livened up the mood. The staff is not only friendly but also humorous, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food arrived quickly, the cocktails were incredibly delicious and perfectly rounded off the experience. Overall, a restaurant that I highly recommend – both for cozy evenings and special occasions.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the negative review. The food was okay, the service was friendly. And when the night shift left, the table was cleaned immediately. The ambiance is great; we enjoyed it and can only recommend it.

I was just there for lunch with my girls. I/we couldn't find anything negative. The duck was incredibly delicious. Not like the competitor's, which was completely dry and tough. The service was quick and friendly. When I asked her to take a photo of us, she agreed. That was really nice of her. Many thanks to the Asiapalast team and, of course, to the kitchen, simply fantastic.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. The staff seemed rather unfriendly and greeted us with serious, almost sullen expressions. For a special occasion, we would have appreciated a bit more attention and warmth. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and food could have made a better impression.

I won't be visiting this restaurant again. The service seemed very hectic, the tables were sticky, and the floor wasn't particularly clean. After three visits, I had gastrointestinal problems each time, which was very disappointing. The food also didn't impress me in terms of taste: the fried noodles were bland, and the meat had hardly any flavor. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience.

Service: hectic. Food: consistently greasy, even the meat tastes of oil – almost a feat of art. I was here once before in 2016 and took home a stomach bug as a "free souvenir." In 2025, I thought I'd be brave and try again – maybe it was just a coincidence back then. Well, no luck. Ate there yesterday, and today I had another stomach bug of the finest kind. Bottom line: If you're looking for a change from your everyday life and want to spend a few days in bed with tea and rusks – welcome. For everyone else: better stay well away.

**Restaurant Review** As a family of six, we regularly visit this restaurant, often accompanied by friends, which expands our group to up to eight people. The variety of dishes is truly impressive; there are days when the food is delicious and others when it is less so. It almost seems as if the mood of the chefs has a direct influence on the quality of the dishes. Another issue we unfortunately discovered concerns the service. The friendliness and commitment of the staff fluctuates greatly and also seems to depend on their personal mood. Some employees were not particularly helpful, which significantly diminished our feeling of being welcomed. Despite these shortcomings, the food is good overall, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. A recommendation for improvement is urgently needed to optimize the experience for all guests. Friendlier service would make a huge difference and could sustainably increase guest appreciation.

Always busy and food turnover high, so everything is usually fresh. Unfortunately, it's very loud. It's also gotten quite expensive. Selection as you'd expect. You can go there every now and then without regret.

This was my second time there. The food at the buffet was always cold/lukewarm. The meat was cold. When the waitress brought our plates to the table (the food was freshly cooked), I asked her to take my empty plate. She then told me to put the plate in the middle of the table and stack it. Her response was very rude (I think it was the manager). Unfortunately, the friendliness was poor. The food was lukewarm. The current fans at the dinner buffet aren't exactly safe for people.

I always enjoy coming back. Unfortunately, it's often packed in the evenings; it's too busy and loud for me.

I recently went to this restaurant with friends and was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste. I'd been here before and everything wasn't that bad, but last time we didn't like it at all and were left with a bad feeling. We originally arrived and wanted to pay the second rate right away, knowing that as a large group we would need time, but the waitress interrupted us, wrote the bill for the first rate, and left immediately without giving us a chance to explain, demanding that we pay immediately. To continue staying, we were told we had to pay the next rate, which meant we had to pay an extra €20.90 on top of the €14.90. We also didn't know about this before paying and wanted to have an ice cream, but of course we weren't allowed to, but the table next to us did the same, and the waiters didn't make any claims against them. Furthermore, the waiters ignore visitors as much as possible. As soon as we arrived, we wanted to ask where we could sit and had to search for five minutes before someone at least answered our question. The same thing happened throughout the rest of our visit: whenever we wanted to ask something, the waiter would answer with a yes, but would leave after a second without listening to us. Overall, the food is quite good, but the staff's attitude definitely leaves something to be desired, and we would have appreciated a bit more respect for the customers.

Unpleasant waitresses who ignore customers, impolite. They treat you as if you are a swindler or a savage who will run away without paying. The restaurant's advertisement states that the evening menu on weekdays after 5 p.m. should include sushi - when we came there was no sushi, we were told to come back next week. Lots of customers, consumer goods. My stomach didn't hurt, some dishes were tasty.

Delicious food. When we ordered coffee we were ignored because the waitress didn't know what filter coffee was. So we ordered again, but when it didn't come we reminded her. Suddenly a double order of coffee came, and we were told a little angrily that we had ordered twice and had to pay for it. She said it was our fault

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The value for money wasn't really good. Some of the food was dry, and unfortunately, we personally didn't like it. The staff, however, were very attentive. Nevertheless, this will be our only visit there!

From 3 p.m. onwards, there was a good selection of dishes, and the food tasted relatively good. However, the service made the food inedible. We, a couple aged 55+, were harshly lectured by a waitress about how we should place our used plates on the table. Then a spoonful of salad remained in the bowl, and she loudly lectured us about how we should handle the food. We have never experienced such degrading behavior anywhere! We felt unwelcome!

I went to the restaurant with my daughter this afternoon. There was a large selection, but unfortunately the food was only slightly greasy and lukewarm. The hygiene was very poor, with flies all over the food and the tables completely dirty, sticky, and covered in crumbs. My daughter left a bite of kimchi on her plate, and while cleaning up, the waitress gave us a nasty lecture about how to behave. We were deeply shocked by the way customers are treated here! I've been to Asia many times, and it's considered good manners to leave something on your plate there. We definitely won't be coming to this restaurant again!

Today I went out to dinner with my wife. It was the worst nightmare we've ever experienced. The food was extremely bad, the cleanliness left much to be desired, the staff was unfriendly, and the desserts were full of insects. I can't recommend it—even if the food were free.

Everything was bad, first time there and never again. Watermelon was a hair ice cream, exactly the same and as for service, I don't even need to say anything about it, in any case they get zero stars from me and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

We went there for dinner today with nine people. They were friendly on the phone, but when we arrived, we were moved three times from one seat to another. The staff were extremely rude, not at all welcoming, they seemed more annoyed that we were coming for dinner and were not at all child-friendly! At the end, they even politely asked us how much we wanted to tip. Never again from this place.

We were two couples and wanted to order, but we couldn't choose; we had to take the same menu. It's all-you-can-eat: drinks included or not. We wanted to take a break and have a smoke, but despite offering ID, we were refused permission; we had to pay. After our meal, we weren't given any liqueur, and the cookies were thrown on our table. The food is really delicious, but the service is beyond bad. If you come with children, you are treated so badly. You are sat at the end of the room. The ladies who clear the plates are super friendly, but the one gentleman who walks around there greets you in a bad mood and doesn't even pay any attention to you. It really doesn't get much more unfriendly than that.

Some of the mussels were spoiled, and you could taste it right away. The sauces in some dishes were made with so much starch that they sometimes resembled jelly in consistency. The service was incredibly rude when paying because it took 15 seconds longer with Apple Pay, and then they threw the receipt on the table without even saying goodbye. We won't be coming back 🤝🏻

Rude and full of flies. A waitress almost forced us to have a drink less than three minutes after we were seated; otherwise, you'd have to pay 1.50. Maybe that should be noted. The same waitress was snippy the whole time.

The buffet offered the usual dishes you'd expect from a typical "all-you-can-eat" Chinese restaurant. The food tasted okay, but nothing special. The chicken was unfortunately quite dry, and the fries were limp – but the salmon was surprisingly good: tender and juicy. What particularly stood out to us was the service. The waitress seemed very stressed and, unfortunately, annoyed, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the area under our table was visibly dirty – it definitely should have been cleaned before we arrived. All in all, it was rather disappointing, especially with regard to service and cleanliness. Not recommended for large groups.

Typical Asian mass processing. You can tell that everything costs no more than a few cents to buy. Lots of very greasy, fried foods. The sushi is okay, but not high quality. The ready-made dishes taste strongly of starch and salt. There's nothing freshly cooked here. Canned fruit, sauces and soups from canisters, all convenience food. You can eat here, but don't have too high expectations. The service staff are mostly very friendly. The ambiance is typically European-Asian, very kitschy and clichéd. The floors aren't very clean, and some of the tables are sticky. Unfortunately, the floors in the restrooms are so slippery that you can see the people in the neighboring stalls through the reflection. The sanitary facilities also need to be renovated; for example, the faucets need replacing.

We're regular customers and love going there. Everything is delicious and super cozy, you feel free and comfortable, but sometimes the girls who want money annoy me! If I give them, say, 1 or 2 euros, they get angry and say it's not enough! A little? If I don't want it, I won't give you anything!! But hey, they're nice, but they want more money 😂

There were two of us, planning to have lunch until 1.5 o'clock. Since we entered the "Asiapalast" premises at 13:20, we paid at the rate of 11:00-14:00 + drinks. We asked for the check... having brought the check with a very kind face, we were warned: that after 14:00 we MUST NOT approach the buffet. OK, we came in to eat and chat, so having taken everything we wanted to try, we sat down at the table... and then they sent a girl to us again who conveyed the following: if you do not eat everything, you will have to pay at a different rate! Twice the waitresses came to take the dishes and not once!! no one opened their mouth or smiled at my "big thank you". DISPOILER SERVICE spoils even good food.

Today was my first visit to Asia Palast—and also my last. The food wasn't tasty, and the selection was too limited for the price. Fried dishes were cold (fries, breaded chicken, spring rolls, etc.). With very few exceptions, the prepared dishes and sauces weren't tasty either. I had a plate freshly prepared, and the chicken was completely dry and tough. The staff were friendly and came to the table frequently. A very annoying thing was a service robot that drove through the restaurant every five minutes with a cake, playing "Happy Birthday" (hence the negative rating for ambience. Otherwise, it looks like any big Chinese buffet). The soft-serve ice cream machine was pretty cool, but it only makes ice cream like you'd find at McDonald's or Burger King, not like the traditional soft-serve machines.

Had a very good meal here at interesting prices.

After our wedding we celebrated at the Asia Palast Hanau and it was simply beautiful! The loving decoration with roses, the delicious food and the attentive service made the day perfect. A big thank you to Manager Lee and his great team - they organized everything wonderfully and looked after us well. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant!

This Easter Monday there was a "special menu", including a suckling pig that was crispy and delicious, according to my wife. As always, the service and chefs were nice and friendly, we felt welcomed and our concerns were taken care of. There should be something for everyone here, from sushi to salads to various prepared dishes to fresh ingredients that are grilled directly on the Teppanyaki grill. There are various ingredients, salads and different types of fish and meat.

It's an all-you-eat restaurant. Basically good food and very attentive staff. But somehow nothing special anymore. Maybe we were there too many times. Over time you get the feeling that everything except the service has deteriorated, only the prices have increased. Maybe test again in 6-12 months

We paid 179 euros for that you could treat the customers in a friendly manner, the food was quite good but you can eat well anywhere and be treated decently. I used to be quite happy with the Asia Palast in Hanau, but my last visit was unfortunately disappointing. The quality of the food has decreased significantly. Right at the beginning I was asked whether I wanted the menu for 26.90 or 33.90 euros - without any explanation as to what the difference was. A strange start. The food itself was disappointing: in the breaded dishes, the breading was hard and tasted anything but fresh. Both meat and fish were extremely dry, and the vegetables were soft and completely bland. There is also room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness - I found the plastic plates that were available at the buffet particularly irritating. That just doesn't leave a good impression. One thing is clear to me: I won't be coming back. It's a shame, because it used to be much better.

The range of dishes was sufficient and, compared to others, a little more refined and unusual. You can't expect cosiness and the service is very friendly, but sometimes you don't get along... and I don't quite understand what Tiramisu (acceptable) has to do with Asia. Are there no Asian desserts?

My sister and I have been there several times and have always been more than satisfied, but this time we are very disappointed. As always, my sister had her little pug with her (which has never been a problem). Only this time when we asked if we could sit at the window table, since we always sit there when we are there, we were immediately told no, because supposedly no one with a dog was allowed to sit there in the front, even though there was enough distance from the buffet, we would be taken to the farthest corner of the restaurant. The gentleman (who claimed to be the boss) was very arrogant and arrogant. He also accused his employees of not paying attention to this and that's why we were allowed to sit further forward until now. Luckily, at least our waitress was super nice.

The food was ok but a few years ago the food and service were better. But the big problem is parking. The restaurant staff said that we have to register on their app and if we stay less than 2 hours, parking is free. The parking time was less than 2 hours and I still had to transfer 66 euros to Parkdepot. Parkdepot won't let anyone talk to him and the restaurant owner doesn't make any effort to clarify the matter with Parkdepot. So if you eat at the Asiapalast, it's best to plan for the costs of an unauthorized parking fine.

We were there spontaneously on Sunday lunchtime. Even looked for a place for four, service came after a minute. Buffet was well filled. No crowds, large selection, everything relaxed and quiet. Always my pleasure

We were there on a Saturday evening. On the one hand, it was very crowded, which in turn meant that it was very loud. We also sat under a loudspeaker that played music at a decent volume. The food was OK. Fresh with lots of choices. Unfortunately, not all palaces serve the same food. It varies somewhat. But still everything is good. The only thing I don't like at all are the toilets there. The floor is really bad. It reflects so much that you can clearly see the neighboring cabins and their "occupiers". Is unpleasant. I don't need to know whether my neighbor has gone to the toilet with his cell phone... The service is friendly. There are parking spaces in front of the door. If I noticed correctly last time, the time is limited to 4 hours.

Pay the entrance fee and eat as much as you want. Been here a few times. I think it's worth the money.

It was very greasy and tasted of old oil. Unfortunately it doesn't taste the same as it did years ago. The service was unfriendly. High prices for poor quality. The sushi was very dry and no longer looked edible. Listening to the squeaking of mice falling while you're eating is really not appetizing. Unfortunately I have to say that I hope the place will close down because it's no longer an outrage.
