Very large Asian restaurant with a good selection. We chose the buffet and everything tasted very good! The service was also very friendly. I can only recommend it!

Tasteless food and unfriendly service.

It used to be great. Then it's good. Then it's okay. Today? Absolutely great. Liver! Mussels! Salmon! Sushi. Fresh, fresh, fresh. And with nice colleagues and trainees.

We're regular customers and love going there. Everything is delicious and super cozy, you feel free and comfortable, but sometimes the girls who want money annoy me! If I give them, say, 1 or 2 euros, they get angry and say it's not enough! A little? If I don't want it, I won't give you anything!! But hey, they're nice, but they want more money 😂

There were two of us, planning to have lunch until 1.5 o'clock. Since we entered the "Asiapalast" premises at 13:20, we paid at the rate of 11:00-14:00 + drinks. We asked for the check... having brought the check with a very kind face, we were warned: that after 14:00 we MUST NOT approach the buffet. OK, we came in to eat and chat, so having taken everything we wanted to try, we sat down at the table... and then they sent a girl to us again who conveyed the following: if you do not eat everything, you will have to pay at a different rate! Twice the waitresses came to take the dishes and not once!! no one opened their mouth or smiled at my "big thank you". DISPOILER SERVICE spoils even good food.

Today was my first visit to Asia Palast—and also my last. The food wasn't tasty, and the selection was too limited for the price. Fried dishes were cold (fries, breaded chicken, spring rolls, etc.). With very few exceptions, the prepared dishes and sauces weren't tasty either. I had a plate freshly prepared, and the chicken was completely dry and tough. The staff were friendly and came to the table frequently. A very annoying thing was a service robot that drove through the restaurant every five minutes with a cake, playing "Happy Birthday" (hence the negative rating for ambience. Otherwise, it looks like any big Chinese buffet). The soft-serve ice cream machine was pretty cool, but it only makes ice cream like you'd find at McDonald's or Burger King, not like the traditional soft-serve machines.

Had a very good meal here at interesting prices.

After our wedding we celebrated at the Asia Palast Hanau and it was simply beautiful! The loving decoration with roses, the delicious food and the attentive service made the day perfect. A big thank you to Manager Lee and his great team - they organized everything wonderfully and looked after us well. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant!

This Easter Monday there was a "special menu", including a suckling pig that was crispy and delicious, according to my wife. As always, the service and chefs were nice and friendly, we felt welcomed and our concerns were taken care of. There should be something for everyone here, from sushi to salads to various prepared dishes to fresh ingredients that are grilled directly on the Teppanyaki grill. There are various ingredients, salads and different types of fish and meat.

It's an all-you-eat restaurant. Basically good food and very attentive staff. But somehow nothing special anymore. Maybe we were there too many times. Over time you get the feeling that everything except the service has deteriorated, only the prices have increased. Maybe test again in 6-12 months

I used to be quite happy with the Asia Palast in Hanau, but my last visit was unfortunately disappointing. The quality of the food has decreased significantly. Right at the beginning I was asked whether I wanted the menu for 26.90 or 33.90 euros - without any explanation as to what the difference was. A strange start. The food itself was disappointing: in the breaded dishes, the breading was hard and tasted anything but fresh. Both meat and fish were extremely dry, and the vegetables were soft and completely bland. There is also room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness - I found the plastic plates that were available at the buffet particularly irritating. That just doesn't leave a good impression. One thing is clear to me: I won't be coming back. It's a shame, because it used to be much better.

The range of dishes was sufficient and, compared to others, a little more refined and unusual. You can't expect cosiness and the service is very friendly, but sometimes you don't get along... and I don't quite understand what Tiramisu (acceptable) has to do with Asia. Are there no Asian desserts?

My sister and I have been there several times and have always been more than satisfied, but this time we are very disappointed. As always, my sister had her little pug with her (which has never been a problem). Only this time when we asked if we could sit at the window table, since we always sit there when we are there, we were immediately told no, because supposedly no one with a dog was allowed to sit there in the front, even though there was enough distance from the buffet, we would be taken to the farthest corner of the restaurant. The gentleman (who claimed to be the boss) was very arrogant and arrogant. He also accused his employees of not paying attention to this and that's why we were allowed to sit further forward until now. Luckily, at least our waitress was super nice.

The food was ok but a few years ago the food and service were better. But the big problem is parking. The restaurant staff said that we have to register on their app and if we stay less than 2 hours, parking is free. The parking time was less than 2 hours and I still had to transfer 66 euros to Parkdepot. Parkdepot won't let anyone talk to him and the restaurant owner doesn't make any effort to clarify the matter with Parkdepot. So if you eat at the Asiapalast, it's best to plan for the costs of an unauthorized parking fine.

Very large and delicious buffet

We were there on a Saturday evening. On the one hand, it was very crowded, which in turn meant that it was very loud. We also sat under a loudspeaker that played music at a decent volume. The food was OK. Fresh with lots of choices. Unfortunately, not all palaces serve the same food. It varies somewhat. But still everything is good. The only thing I don't like at all are the toilets there. The floor is really bad. It reflects so much that you can clearly see the neighboring cabins and their "occupiers". Is unpleasant. I don't need to know whether my neighbor has gone to the toilet with his cell phone... The service is friendly. There are parking spaces in front of the door. If I noticed correctly last time, the time is limited to 4 hours.

Pay the entrance fee and eat as much as you want. Been here a few times. I think it's worth the money.

We were in the restaurant on a Friday at 4:40 p.m. According to the menu, the buffet would have been available until 5:00 p.m., then the 'all-you-can-eat-and-drink'. But we didn't want the lavish buffet, just the lunch buffet. The waiter refused, saying that it would only take a little over 15 minutes. Questions from me: - Until when can I order the buffet, which runs until 5:00 p.m.? - what would have happened at 5:00 pm if we had gotten it? Then why not have the small buffet until 3 p.m. and the large one from 5 p.m.? When we then ordered 2 small dishes - which were unfortunately only very average - the waiter was still visibly annoyed.

The food tastes terrible and the price has been ripped off. Instead of €40.80 for happy hour with a handy calculator, €48.80 is charged.

25 € for all u can eat is steep. It's hardly possible to actually eat it. Since there is constant refilling and emphasis is placed on quantity, quality ultimately falls by the wayside. You can do it, you don't have to.

At All You Can Eat & All You Can Drink the male waiter says only 2 alcoholic drinks, otherwise only soft drinks and if you want to order something the waiter says in a cheeky tone that the extra is only 2 alcoholic drinks and wants extra money, he said to a few men next to the table that that was enough, they had already eaten a lot and they should leave or never pay extra again.

Unfortunately our visit today was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and we had the impression that they were literally following us around, no smile, no friendly gesture. I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible…. Very, very sad and actually shit to define Tacheles. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend the Asia Palast in Hanau and the waitress Ms. Wuang. There are definitely better Asian restaurants in the area.

Super great food, everything fresh, the buffet is constantly refilled. The sauces are great, the seafood is great. There are 8 types of ice cream in the ice cream shop and there is also a soft ice cream machine. And cut fruit for the chocolate fountain. We would love to come back. Highly recommended. It was a bit busy on a Saturday evening and there were no other complaints.

This was the worst all you can eat restaurant I have ever eaten at. The staff was very unfriendly and only wouldn't let us (a young group of people with a migrant background) go out to smoke before we paid, even though we hadn't even finished eating. The food was very bad, I almost gagged. The buffet was very small and didn't really have much choice. We were also seated at a table and while we were filling our plates the waitress simply sat someone else down and then discussed it with us. All in all very unfriendly staff and very bad food. I definitely wouldn't come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We had ordered a table for 10 people with all u can eat and drink. We got a round table in a corner where there wasn't enough space for so many people. It was far too narrow at the table. Unfortunately, the used dishes were not cleared away and plates and glasses were piled up on the table. The waitress only cleared something away after being asked. It was very crowded and the buffet was pretty much empty. It was only very slowly that something was added again. But my nightmare is still the ice chest. I'm surprised that something like this isn't checked by the health department. The ice tongs are stuck in an opaque mush - no fresh water to clean the tongs - running water - none! If you want to eat ice cream, you can only do it with a fork or a soup spoon, because we couldn't find small spoons anywhere. Unfortunately, the service there has deteriorated a lot - it used to be much better. All in all - not recommended!

We went there on a Saturday evening to eat the buffet - an absolute nightmare! The buffet is completely undersized for the number of guests. The queues were long, there was pushing, shoving and loud complaining. Those who were unlucky found themselves standing in front of empty containers and were simply pushed along, meaning they had to queue up again. The selection of dishes was disappointing - mostly aimed at children with nuggets, chips and the like. Particularly off-putting was the raw meat, which looked unappetizing and was floating in a slimy liquid. The service was nice but it took a while. A really unpleasant experience!

Went there with the family and it was inedible, the fish counter was kept too warm (a lot of rising steam) which meant that some of the fish was soggy and dry, the spices in some dishes were inedible and some were bland because there seemed to be none on them I can't recommend it but there is also a good Chinese place in Steinheim

PRO: Very inexpensive "all-you-can-eat" buffet (14.90 EUR), which left nothing to be desired for me in terms of quality and quantity. I tried the Sunday buffet. The price may seem high (€26.90 per person excluding drinks) however it is possible to eat without limits a vast choice of dishes including many types of desserts and ice cream (not present in all buffets) The location is objectively very well looked after, especially inside (spacious and nice). I quite liked the grilled fish. The sushi is averagely good. At the end of the meal we are also offered a digestive and a fortune cookie.

For the same money, two people can eat a la carte at another Asian restaurant and still be full. Das Buffet war 2,5 Stunden vor Schluss schon so gut wie leer und die Speisen waren alle kalt. Zudem ist das Personal nicht wirklich entgegengekommend. Ich habe dort aufgrund der Warmspeisen welche nicht einmal mehr leicht warm waren sondern wirklich kalt, nicht einmal die Hälfte meine ersten Tellers gegessen. Aufgrund meiner Enttäuschung wollte ich dann zumindest das wenige bezahlen und habe darum gebeten mir entgegenzukommen. Durfte daraufhin für eine Kleinkinderportion von nicht mal 200gr, 29€ bezahlen. Nun sitze ich mit Bauchschmerzen Zuhause und das Restaurant kommuniziert hier: Sie haben sich am Buffet bedient also müssen sie auch zahlen. Werde hier nicht mehr essen gehen.

The food has been just as good for decades. Only the entertainer on New Year's Eve 2024 on 25 was a disaster. Service is very busy so we have to apologize for the reserved manner. Still good service. Only the hygienic asoect in the men's toilets was disgusting. Literally, shitty Klis. According to my advice, this toilet was not cleaned, only this toilet was closed. Yes, what can you say, the buffet selection is limited, and somehow a bit of a scam. Until 5 p.m. there is a buffet for €20.99. We were there at 4:45 p.m. but already had to pay €26. We were only told this when paying, not before, when we pointed it out to the waitress, where she was very unfriendly and had absolutely no recommendation to eat there.

The visit to the Asia Palace was an absolute disappointment. The food has no taste at all, everything tasted bland and like it had been carelessly taken out of the freezer. The supposed 'Asian specialties' were neither fresh nor authentic, but simply soggy and completely unseasoned. Even the sauces that could normally save a dish were watery and tasteless. The quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired and it was obvious that there was a false economy here. Anyone expecting good Asian food will be bitterly disappointed here. The boss sits us as a family with 2 small children right next to the music system and then says he can't turn the music down!!!! We had to put earmuffs on our child because he was writing.
