It was just the two of us and we liked it.

25 € for all u can eat is steep. It's hardly possible to actually eat it. Since there is constant refilling and emphasis is placed on quantity, quality ultimately falls by the wayside. You can do it, you don't have to.

Always worth a visit. It's better to reserve a table.

At All You Can Eat & All You Can Drink the male waiter says only 2 alcoholic drinks, otherwise only soft drinks and if you want to order something the waiter says in a cheeky tone that the extra is only 2 alcoholic drinks and wants extra money, he said to a few men next to the table that that was enough, they had already eaten a lot and they should leave or never pay extra again.

Unfortunately our visit today was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and we had the impression that they were literally following us around, no smile, no friendly gesture. Instead of hospitality we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. In addition, the food wasn't necessarily great, the taste was far from what we expected. We've never experienced anything like this before. We definitely won't be coming back.

The buffet is always delicious, you can try lots of new things, but you can also find standard desserts like jelly with vanilla sauce. As soon as a delicacy runs out, it is immediately refilled. An absolute dream, the food was fresh and hot. Super tasty and a good selection. The staff is friendly but there is more, a smile or thank you would be nice. But we will definitely come back.

Despite reservations and waiting times, we didn't get a table... It's a shame, we were really looking forward to it... the queue of people who had reserved but didn't get a table also got longer and longer. Please only book as many visitors as you can admit!!

The service was annoyed and passive aggressive from the start, the tables were far too close together, which made a pleasant meal impossible. The waitress, Ms. Wuang, seemed completely uninterested in her guests. She came to take our order after what felt like an eternity and seemed annoyed. When the food finally came, it was cold and my companion said it was all you can eat and the taste was better, but when I was served a suhish (with chopsticks to my mouth) Ms. Wuang came running and insisted that the buffet had to be charged twice *just because of a sushi, which my companion thought was romantic* – just disappointing!!!!! I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible…. Very, very sad and actually shit to define Tacheles. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend the Asia Palast in Hanau and the waitress Ms. Wuang. There are definitely better Asian restaurants in the area.

Super great food, everything fresh, the buffet is constantly refilled. The sauces are great, the seafood is great. There are 8 types of ice cream in the ice cream shop and there is also a soft ice cream machine. And cut fruit for the chocolate fountain. We would love to come back. Highly recommended. It was a bit busy on a Saturday evening and there were no other complaints.

This was the worst all you can eat restaurant I have ever eaten at. The staff was very unfriendly and only wouldn't let us (a young group of people with a migrant background) go out to smoke before we paid, even though we hadn't even finished eating. The food was very bad, I almost gagged. The buffet was very small and didn't really have much choice. We were also seated at a table and while we were filling our plates the waitress simply sat someone else down and then discussed it with us. All in all very unfriendly staff and very bad food. I definitely wouldn't come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very racist towards us. Had to pay before eating even though everyone else who ate here only had to pay at the end. The food originally tasted like plastic and wasn't even made properly, it arrived raw and I almost puked. never come here again

We had ordered a table for 10 people with all u can eat and drink. We got a round table in a corner where there wasn't enough space for so many people. It was far too narrow at the table. Unfortunately, the used dishes were not cleared away and plates and glasses were piled up on the table. The waitress only cleared something away after being asked. It was very crowded and the buffet was pretty much empty. It was only very slowly that something was added again. But my nightmare is still the ice chest. I'm surprised that something like this isn't checked by the health department. The ice tongs are stuck in an opaque mush - no fresh water to clean the tongs - running water - none! If you want to eat ice cream, you can only do it with a fork or a soup spoon, because we couldn't find small spoons anywhere. Unfortunately, the service there has deteriorated a lot - it used to be much better. All in all - not recommended!

We went there on a Saturday evening to eat the buffet - an absolute nightmare! The buffet is completely undersized for the number of guests. The queues were long, there was pushing, shoving and loud complaining. Those who were unlucky found themselves standing in front of empty containers and were simply pushed along, meaning they had to queue up again. The selection of dishes was disappointing - mostly aimed at children with nuggets, chips and the like. Particularly off-putting was the raw meat, which looked unappetizing and was floating in a slimy liquid. The service was nice but it took a while. A really unpleasant experience!

Went there with the family and it was inedible, the fish counter was kept too warm (a lot of rising steam) which meant that some of the fish was soggy and dry, the spices in some dishes were inedible and some were bland because there seemed to be none on them I can't recommend it but there is also a good Chinese place in Steinheim

PRO: Very inexpensive "all-you-can-eat" buffet (14.90 EUR), which left nothing to be desired for me in terms of quality and quantity. There was also plenty of raw food to prepare (such as shrimp, crayfish, various fish and meat, including kangaroo) and it was brought to the table (still hot). CONTRA: Very busy at lunchtime on this Saturday in January with loud noise and bustling activity - but that was to be expected. CONCLUSION: Food & service TOP; therefore unreserved recommendation!

It was extremely crowded in the restaurant and the food from the buffet was lukewarm. Very loud due to children screaming and running around. Comfortable is different. The waitresses were nice but totally overwhelmed. The taste of the food was okay. I still won't go there anymore.

I tried the Sunday buffet. The price may seem high (€26.90 per person excluding drinks) however it is possible to eat without limits a vast choice of dishes including many types of desserts and ice cream (not present in all buffets) The location is objectively very well looked after, especially inside (spacious and nice). I quite liked the grilled fish. The sushi is averagely good. At the end of the meal we are also offered a digestive and a fortune cookie.

After 3 hours you have to leave the restaurant, which is not possible. You want to sit there a little more comfortably. But, you could go to the buffet again, which is not allowed at all. The food is good. And the buffet offers pretty much everything. But there is hardly any ambience. It's more like mass production. Apart from that, the buffet costs 27 euros per person. For the same money, two people can eat a la carte at another Asian restaurant and still be full. To put it another way, the restaurant is for those who can eat two chickens or love those plate-sized schnitzels.

Das Buffet war 2,5 Stunden vor Schluss schon so gut wie leer und die Speisen waren alle kalt. Zudem ist das Personal nicht wirklich entgegengekommend. Ich habe dort aufgrund der Warmspeisen welche nicht einmal mehr leicht warm waren sondern wirklich kalt, nicht einmal die Hälfte meine ersten Tellers gegessen. Aufgrund meiner Enttäuschung wollte ich dann zumindest das wenige bezahlen und habe darum gebeten mir entgegenzukommen. Durfte daraufhin für eine Kleinkinderportion von nicht mal 200gr, 29€ bezahlen. Nun sitze ich mit Bauchschmerzen Zuhause und das Restaurant kommuniziert hier: Sie haben sich am Buffet bedient also müssen sie auch zahlen. Werde hier nicht mehr essen gehen.

The food has been just as good for decades. Only the entertainer on New Year's Eve 2024 on 25 was a disaster. Service is very busy so we have to apologize for the reserved manner. Still good service. Only the hygienic asoect in the men's toilets was disgusting. Literally, shitty Klis. According to my advice, this toilet was not cleaned, only this toilet was closed. So in these masses of guests, even in the men's toilet, it's an absurdity. The rubbish was then only behind a closed door, but still there. Very hygienically questionable.

Were there again today, the service was nice and friendly as always. The food was great, whether the soup, the salad, the sushi or the fresh meat and fish products that I had grilled, simply super delicious!!!! We keep coming back!

The Asiapalast impresses with delicious food. The large buffet option is very good and there is always enough food. The waitresses are polite and the Asian ambience is well implemented for such a huge restaurant through the various food corners.

Yes, what can you say, the buffet selection is limited, and somehow a bit of a scam. Until 5 p.m. there is a buffet for €20.99. We were there at 4:45 p.m. but already had to pay €26. We were only told this when paying, not before, when we pointed it out to the waitress, where she was very unfriendly and had absolutely no recommendation to eat there.

The visit to the Asia Palace was an absolute disappointment. The food has no taste at all, everything tasted bland and like it had been carelessly taken out of the freezer. The supposed 'Asian specialties' were neither fresh nor authentic, but simply soggy and completely unseasoned. Even the sauces that could normally save a dish were watery and tasteless. The quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired and it was obvious that there was a false economy here. Anyone expecting good Asian food will be bitterly disappointed here. I should have saved that money!

Evaluation: Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered a package from the “Asia Palace” restaurant via Too Good To Go. I ended up receiving a small box of noodles and another box of steamed vegetables. The whole thing cost 8 euros! The price is clearly inflated as similar packages at Too Good To Go are 2-3 times cheaper elsewhere and the quality and quantity of food is significantly better. What I got is definitely not worth that price. I won't order here again.

- It's nice in the restaurant but unfortunately way too loud so you can't really have a conversation. - The food is fine. There's a good selection, but a lot of it isn't particularly tasty. The dishes that were prepared on the grill often arrived at the table cold and were sometimes not edible because they were fried for too long. - The waitress who served us was very overwhelmed and we ended up not getting our drink because she forgot about us. We wanted to talk to her about it but only saw her quickly walking past us because she had a lot to do. - Unfortunately the price is also very high. The first impression of the ambience is very elegant, everything without plastic. Very nice. One of the best Asia Palast in Hessen. Great tasty food, well decorated and great ambience. Tip is to make reservations beforehand as place is loved and mostly booked in advance. The staff are very friendly and professional. A large food selection even for vegetarians. The place is big and has enough space. Visited with a group of fifteen and they had a table for all of us. Loved the fried duck, the sushi, great salad too and the ice cream was delicious. In addition they have two chocolate fountains white and brown, enjoyed the experience too.

If you like the ambience of Asian buffets, I can recommend the Asia Palast in Hanau. Insane, huge, rich buffet where you can have your meat freshly fried, huge selection of desserts and sweets, at least 10 flavors of ice cream, soft ice cream machine and lots of other varied extras that I haven't seen anywhere else. The restaurant is huge but you still have a very good, well-kept atmosphere, nice and not too kitsch furnishings, courteous service staff. I can really recommend it if you're looking for something varied with the family. :)

The service was okay, the ambience was great BUT. The food is mildly spiced as if spices were an expensive good, the cherry-raspberry cake was way too sweet, and my stomach is in a rage just thinking about it. The tiramisu, which I was really looking forward to, was quite good, but what really bothered me was the cream because I was actually prepared for mascapone😭☹️🙀. Nice place for dinner but unfortunately desserts are not the strong point.

There were five of us there. We hadn't really sat down yet when the waitress was already at the table and we had to send her away because it was our first visit and we first had to get an overview. However, the next visit from the waitress was a long time coming. After we were able to (finally) order, 3 ate a la carte and 2 chose the "All Inclusive Buffet", the drinks and the a la carte food arrived quite quickly. The food and selection was good and plentiful. The restaurant was very full that evening (Friday evening) and unfortunately it was very, very loud. The service staff had a lot to do, which in some cases meant that you had to wait a little longer for new drinks. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

We often get something to eat. Unfortunately the quality varies too much for 5 stars. Sometimes really good, e.g. delicious, crispy duck with juicy meat. But then again mediocre duck with some vegetables without rice for just under €18. 🤷

At a table of 4 people, people cannot order differently. Either everyone with drinks or everyone without drinks otherwise, according to the waitress, “the waitress will get confused because of the billing”. Food was cold, fried food was raw inside, there was nothing vegetarian without eggs and generally little choice. Prices are way too high for such quality.

Great restaurant if you want to have a fancy meal. I think everyone goes there for all you can eat, which is also really recommended. The food is really really good, I just think that the meat that you can choose there and then fried on site is not that tasty, so only the ready-made meat from all you can eat is really good.

A grandiose, multi-million dollar, impressive business model. Everything was very tasty and of a generally higher standard. As is usually the case with well-adjusted Asians, the dishes are rather salty. Presumably so that you don't eat too much or order more drinks. But every now and then you really feel like it. The service is outstandingly good, which is really exceptional for such a gourmet restaurant. Suitable for both children and larger celebrations. This store is truly a business masterpiece.

Toilets are a real luxury, just drying your hands. I wish there were more options...most of the time the only thing left is the t-shirt

Great fresh food, good happy hour offer that I see including service charge. What was completely unpleasant was a brash waitress who reprimanded me several times when paying by card - loudly and in a detached manner - that the amount was "exact". Aloud across the restaurant to ask for a tip. Cheeky and presumptuous, the lady. I tip when and if I want to and don't have to be paraded about it. I will come again because of the delicious food, but I will ask the manager to come if problems like this arise again.

7:30 p.m. cold food, almost all containers empty, shrimp must have been there for a while. I'm not fussy but the food is no longer of any quality, before Corona it was great, I was very disappointed

A week before the event I reserved a table for 10 people, in the end I arrived, they gave us two tables that didn't move, in the end the feeling of the event was ruined, and after we held the events I official pointed to the menu, where it said in small print that there were 200 grams left. I have to pay another 5 euros even though this wasn't stated anywhere before when booking, in the end I paid the bill and we waited another 20 minutes. They took 20 minutes to bring us fortune cookies but they didn't bring us anything. And we left with a bad taste
