Please clearly state online that there will be a six-month winter break. It wasn't worth the journey.

My partner and I often go to the Volksgarten restaurant, usually to end the evening or weekend comfortably with a drink, but also to eat. We had already organized a celebration there. The review is actually long overdue! 😁 Why? Here everything is made from scratch and everything is cooked with heart and soul, which you not only see when the food is prepared, but also always tastes delicious! The portions are always ideal in our opinion, not too much and not too little. Individual wishes can also be fulfilled here after consultation. ✨ Stefan, the owner and chef, always does his job excellently. But just like the soul of the house: Betti! 🥰 She serves the guests with wit and natural charm, is attentive and always friendly, even when she is under a lot of stress. I would also definitely like to highlight the constantly changing dishes on the menu, which we find interesting and exciting. Because the food is seasonal and regional and there is variety, which makes eating out a surprise every time. We only shop here as needed, as Stefan is very careful not to waste any food - which is another plus point for us at the Volksgarten restaurant. There is actually always something for vegetarians. The atmosphere is nice and rustic and the music is always good. 😃👍🏻 With so much sense, intellect, sustainability and passion, I can definitely give 5 stars in every area with full conviction. Call, reservation is worth it!

Great crew that fulfilled all of our wishes. Uncomplicated arrangements for our celebration in the hall and always a helping hand when we needed support.

Wir waren zum Samstag Abend zu 4. im Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und flott, nimmt sich aber auch Zeit für die Gäste. Essen und Getränke waren ausgesprochen köstlich. Einzig der Tisch für 4 Person war etwas kuschlig, aber man sitzt ja nicht mit seinem Feind am Tisch 😃 Die Preise sind super, wir kommen sicher mal wieder ☺️
