Last night we had a wonderful meal at a restaurant that far exceeded our expectations. From the moment the plates arrived, it was clear that the kitchen here knows exactly what refinement means. The duck breast was perfectly cooked: tender, juicy, and with a subtle crispy coating that created just the right texture. The venison was also truly exquisite! Full of flavor, buttery-soft, and beautifully balanced with the other ingredients on the plate. The evening was completed by a fantastic wine that perfectly complemented both dishes. It offered both depth and freshness, enhancing every bite. What truly made the experience special, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely interested. They radiated that they know exactly what they're doing: professional, attentive, and always present at the right moment without being intrusive. You simply felt welcome here. In short: a fantastic experience. This is one of those restaurants where you leave with a smile on your face and immediately start thinking about when you can come back. Absolutely recommended!

A truly fantastic restaurant. We were guests at a seminar in the hotel next door and always came here for dinner. Such great and attentive service is rare. Compliments to the entire team. The food was exquisite. The finest ingredients, arrived piping hot, and beautifully presented. Great value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Delicious food and super friendly service!

We dined at the Arve Restaurant for the first time today, celebrating our wedding anniversary with a candlelight dinner, and were absolutely delighted with the four-course meal. We have rarely eaten so well. The meat (sweet and sour duck breast as a starter, veal sirloin steak with vegetables and potato gratin as the main course) was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a truly delicious soup as an intermediate course and a crowning sweet finale. Furthermore, the service was pleasant and very attentive. Thank you to the Arve team and the kitchen for a wonderful evening! A real hidden gem! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely excellent food and outstanding service. I decided to go to the Arve on a whim, as I was attending a training course at the adjacent hotel. There's really nothing to complain about. The value for money is also excellent. I can only recommend the Arve.

Christmas saved – top-notch service and cuisine! We had planned a family celebration at Restaurant Arve for December 25th, but upon arrival, we discovered that the reservation had unfortunately been lost. That could have been a real Christmas drama – but fortunately not in this restaurant! The restaurant manager and the entire team responded incredibly quickly and professionally: "Don't worry, there's a table available, and you'll get it." We immediately felt in good hands and were able to enjoy our time in the restaurant without having to worry about anything else. The creativity of the kitchen was particularly impressive, especially with the vegetarian dishes. In other restaurants, you're often served only unimaginative cauliflower or potato wedges – here, it was completely different! Our two vegetarians were surprised with a unique, sophisticated, and lovingly prepared vegan Christmas menu that truly delighted them – and that's no easy task, as they are very discerning when it comes to food! But the rest of the family also got their money's worth. The Barbary duck breast in orange sauce with stuffed savoy cabbage and creamed potatoes was simply a dream. Everything was perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented, and a true delight. A huge thank you to the kitchen and service – you truly saved our holidays! Your dedication, friendliness, and skill left a lasting impression on us. We've already expressed our praise at the restaurant, but it's important to us to repeat it here. We'd love to come back! 😊

This incredible staff is professional, polite, hard working, and knowledgeable. The beef carpaccio and duck breas might be the best I've ever had. There was also 0 shortage of quality for wine, atmosphere, or esthetic. The only regret I have is a 5 hour drive from home each week for dinner would be unrealistic. I look forward to the next visit to Nuremberg specifically to eat here. Thank you all from the front of the house to the back for a wonderful meal.

I was completely surprised to find such a restaurant in this location! Everything was absolutely perfect: the young staff was attentive, the restaurant manager was excellent, and the food was excellent and plentiful. I already know where I'll be eating at next year's trade fair!

A wonderful evening with excellent food and top-notch service. I went for a candlelight dinner at the restaurant and everything was perfect. The bouquet of roses for my lady was also superbly chosen. Thank you to the team, and we will definitely be back.

You feel more than welcome as a guest! The restaurant is very unassuming from the outside, but definitely worth a visit. The staff is extremely competent, courteous, and customer-focused; we were absolutely thrilled with the service and felt very comfortable. Jackets are taken, you are shown to your table, drinks are regularly refilled without being asked, and we received good advice during the meal as well. The food itself was truly delicious; while the selection isn't huge, it's well-thought-out and not overly simplistic. The prices are absolutely fair. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the restaurant. Many thanks again to the staff; we had a truly lovely evening!

Very nicely decorated restaurant right next to the hotel. More than 5 visits and always extremely satisfied: - the food is excellent and reasonably priced - pleasant atmosphere - the service is excellent - a restaurant manager who obviously loves his job - always perfect!

Fantastic food and service. The restaurant next to the hotel has a relaxed winter garden and a rustic main area. I don't know why the store doesn't have more reviews... To eat I had a wild essence soup with macaroon dumplings (not too many dumplings) but very, very tasty. A basket of bread with butter was then served at the table to fill us up. The main course was “venison saddle under a nut crust with wild jus with Brussels sprout leaves and Schupfnudeln” For €23.50 absolutely absolutely wonderful price, I swear the safe normally costs €5 more… I was really fired up and asked the woman if she could give me a few more dumplings, easy. Super personable. You won't regret it!

Das Arve Gourmetrestaurant besticht durch wirklich gehobene Küche. Wir hatten ein 4 Gänge Candlelight Dinner mit Wein. Jeder Gang war ein Highlight für sich und in sich völlig stimmig. Der Service ist ebenfalls von herausragender Qualität, man findet selten so geschultes Personal. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls unschlagbar. Teile der Highlights in dem kleinen Flyer werden wir sicher noch besuchen, wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nettes Restaurant, feine Speisen, gemütlich eingerichtet

Leckere Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Fassnenbrust, Wildschweinrücken und Wildschweingulasch sowie die Pilz- und Kürbissuppe haben sehr gut geschmeckt und der italienische Kellner hat ein lockere lustige Art ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Vier Gänge Menue und toller Wein. Sehr sympathische Bedienung, perfekt. Nur zu empfehlen, als Einwohner Langwassers hat man dieses Hotelrestaurant nicht unbedingt im Blick, was ein Fehler wäre. Bitte genießen

Für uns ist das Weihnachtsmenü im Arve immer ein echtes Highlight! Perfekter Service und hervorragendes Essen sind immer einen Besuch wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine Gutschein erhalten und waren zum ersten mal im Restaurant. Man kann sagen, wir waren positiv überrascht, das Essen war hervorragend und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Kann man nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Ein Geheimtipp auch gerade für Locals. Sehr ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente, wenn auch nicht topmodern. Tolles Essen, kompetenter Service.

Wir waren heute zum Candlelightdinner im Restaurant Arve. Preis Leistung ist mehr als gut! Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und qualitativ top. Besonders loben möchten wir den netten Service, sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten verschiedene Speisen ausprobiert. Angefangen von Thunfisch, ger. Forelle, Steak, Serano Schinken - alles ausgezeichnet. Die Ente war geschmacklich gut, leider nicht ganz zart. Erstaunt waren wir über Spaghettini mit Nordseekrabben. Das waren normale Spaghetti mit Shrimps, die noch dazu zu lange gebraten/gekocht waren, sodass sie sehr hart waren. Hatten uns da schon auf die leckeren kleinen Nordseekrabben gefreut, nun gut. Trotzdem sehr gut.

Am 29.1.2019 waren wir zum wiederholten Mal zum Candlelight-Dinner in der Arve. Und erneut waren wir überrascht von der hohen Qualität von Service, Küche und Wein! Geschulter Service, exzellente Küche, beste Weinberatung; an dem 4-Gänge-Menu mit tollen Überraschungen war alles perfekt. Hier bekommt man wirklich Value for Money! Großes Lob ! Wir kommen wieder!

Optamos por el restaurante regional / internacional en lugar de la parte francesa. Nos decepcionó el sabor, la presentación, el tamaño y el precio de las raciones. El servicio hizo todo lo posible, pero fue en vano. Sin ambiente en absoluto. No recomendado.

Having a meal after the opera performances, open late. During the last visit the weather was nice, so we could sit outside jo join our meal and drinks.
