I haven't had such fresh falafel in ages! Extremely delicious and generously filled with fresh salad. The falafel are very juicy and the hummus is fluffy. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. After your meal, they offer complimentary self-service tea. The prices are more than reasonable.

In my opinion, the previous reviews don't quite reflect reality. The staff are friendly and always smiling – so far, so good. The food is generally okay, but nothing special; in my opinion, there are much better places for falafel or shawarma in Hamburg. The lunch dishes are relatively small (e.g., three small falafel with some (over-fried) halloumi, vegetables, and bread with hummus). The floor in the restaurant is slippery because the frying oil settles in the air; unfortunately, my clothes also smell quite strongly, even though we only ate there briefly.

The food was okay, a bit small, and I've had much better falafel in Hamburg. The ambiance was rather unpleasant, and the ventilation was very poor (my clothes smelled strongly after eating there for 20 minutes). The service was very friendly.

You eat with your eyes, and that's exactly what makes this place so special, because the taste and appearance harmonize perfectly. The ground beef with hummus wasn't minced, but rather square pieces. Since it was only wrapped lengthwise in foil, half of it unfortunately spilled out. It was still tasty, though. I was confused that the man at the counter gave me 50 cents less and put the 50 cents in the tip box. I didn't say ANYTHING about a tip. I'm happy to give the new owner a second chance—but I'm not into blatant rip-offs.

Very cozy little restaurant. The Arrabiata has been around for a long time but now it has a new owner and the quality of the food has increased significantly. The Mezza plate is excellent and a generous portion. With great attention to detail, the food is cooked, grilled and prepared very tasty and served very warmly. All in all 5 stars for a really successful meal. I'd love to come back.
