Very pleasant service. The guest is welcome here. The food was very good (except for the rolls). Special requests were fulfilled. We spent a pleasant evening in this beautiful restaurant.

Was here again for the second time and it is simply beyond words..😀 Just being served by the boss, his knowledge and explaining whether it's the wine, any ingredients...I've already visited a number of Greek restaurants, but this is the best! The friendliness, special requests are taken into account, the ambience... I would give at least 10 stars and even more! Definitely coming back!! Thank you for this restaurant! To think about some of the posts here: Are you deducting stars because Ouzo is not free??? Then stick with your cheap Greek, with 0815 service and food and if you don't have the money to buy yourself an ouzo when you go out to eat, stay at home and open a can! You get home-baked bread, everything fresh and complain about the lack of free ouzo??

We were there in November and without a reservation. The store was empty, but the service was super friendly. The food was really tasty, one of the best Greek dishes I've ever eaten at.

A small assessment of this restaurant in advance I would like to say that I have been working as a cook and head chef for 40 years and I am always testing where is the best Greek I have found the best for now that Ariston the guys in the kitchen know exactly what they are doing do very very good and good quality food. The restaurant is very warm and well decorated. The boss has a very good knowledge of the wines and Greek dishes. What I really liked was that there is no cheap iced aniseed lint because that has nothing to do with Quzo. All in all, go there and take a look, I will definitely go there again.

We've eaten at Ariston twice now. Since I have been a chef myself for 40 years, I would like to judge it from a professional point of view, the operator and his staff do a very, very good job. The boss himself is active in the service and has a great deal of specialist knowledge of what Greek cuisine and wine culture has to offer He has very high quality wines and really good Ouzo variants and by that I don't mean the standard variant of iced glass and cold anise taste but rather high quality products, which makes me think it's very pleasant that there is no constant Ouzo in Ariston Have to lead orgies. The cuisine offers excellent quality, very identical with always new variants. I can really recommend everyone to stop there to experience what Greek cuisine can really be like. We will definitely stop there often to enjoy a few hours. We wish the operator and his team continued good luck and success

We wanted to have dinner there tonight My wife and I But we were turned away because we had our dog with us Dogs are not allowed Where are we??? Then we just spent the money in another restaurant November 20th I had to give one star because I can't rate it otherwise!!

Very tasty and friendly staff. However, dogs are not allowed into the restaurant, we had to eat outside. It was okay in the mild temperatures. The restaurant and the ambience look very inviting and tasteful.

A great Greek in a beautiful location in Rerik. It was no problem to reserve for a larger group. We have already experienced this differently in Kühlungsborn and the surrounding area. The food and service were very good. I will also stop there on my next vacation.

We can only agree with the positive comments: exceptionally friendly service and exceptionally good food. A lot of things gave the impression of being really homemade (tzatziki, bifteki) and not convenience, as is unfortunately often the case. Absolute recommendation in Rerik.

Hello guys, we had dinner here. We were alone and that on a Sunday. Staff was friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was absolutely top notch. We would be happy to come here again. Atmosphere was good.

We got a table even without a reservation. The service is very nice and friendly. We had a starter and a main course. We had an appetizer platter with various goodies on it. Pickled salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled mussels, squid and various dips. Simply delicious. Everyone ordered something different for the main course. Gyros, meat mix, chicken/turkey mix and souvlaki. Unfortunately also very tasty. We took the rest with us because it was too much. The Greek wine is also very good. I can only recommend the restaurant, give it a try. Have been here several times now. The quality is consistently great. There is something for everyone and you will definitely be full. The staff responds to requests.

I've been eating Greek for 40 years. You already have expectations. The usual vocabulary, the ouzo before and after, the spices and smells from the kitchen, maybe some local music and also the typical Greek staff and special hospitality. Certainly today is a different time. It's all about profitability and costs are rising everywhere. We were full, it wasn't badly made either, but the typical Greek who took me to Hellas was less to be found here than anywhere else. The food was clean and the quantity was okay. We were full. The service was friendly. At least ketchup and mayo were not charged extra. Every Kurdish grill snack and I can do that too. With benevolence we give 4*.

We went there twice during our vacation in Rerik. The food is delicious, the portions are generous and the service is excellent. Our special wishes on the occasion of our wedding anniversary were perfectly fulfilled.

One of the best Greek restaurants, and I've been able to get to know many of them, simply delicious, super friendly. Number 41 is highly recommended, but the other dishes look at least as good. So, seven months have now passed since the recession described above and I was very curious to see whether anything had changed. So let's start with the special of the 41 and it was just like seven months ago, simply delicious, then the lamb, the 71, damn it was good and very plentiful. It couldn't be done with the mixed starter. Nothing has changed in terms of service, helpful, courteous, top notch. I'm already looking forward to the next time. It's that time again, finally vacation and how should it be, eating out at this Greek restaurant has now become a tradition. The reception is like the first visit, friendly, accommodating. The food is very tasty. Despite our delay, our table was kept free, thank you for that. It is a pleasure for us to come here again and again. Please stay like this.😉

Luckily we chose this great restaurant right at the harbor! I like to eat regularly in various Greek restaurants and I have to say that I can't remember where I've ever had such good Greek food! My mother and my grandmother were also more than convinced! We had the rest packed up. 😉 The service was excellent, very polite and accommodating. Nothing wrong with the price at all! I would definitely come again!

We had pre-booked a table, which I would recommend, and we were absolutely thrilled with the food. Gyros so delicious, the fries too, just like skewers of meatballs and the bread with tzatziki. Our recommendation!

We ate here with our family and really enjoyed it. Our 2 year old daughter was even offered something to paint at the beginning. Very warm staff. The food was extremely tasty. When we asked, we learned that the herbs were also imported from Greece. We can recommend the Ariston with a clear conscience!

It's not the first time it's happened, it happened last year too. You could apologize, you were always happy and advertised well, but you don't do what this woman said.

Fine restaurant, wonderfully located on the lagoon. Good price/performance ratio. Good RETSINA wines, among others. Also actual Greek dishes like Stifado etc.

The food is really delicious. The service is underground. Staff is snotty and unfriendly. You shouldn't go there, especially with children. The location is nice, but right on the forecourt there is a lot of unrest. Repeat factor: 10%

Too bad. No minus stars... Very unfriendly service!! At 5 p.m. with very few visitors 2 people ... a waitress says that it's okay where there is no reservation. Another one sends us off because several people COULD come to the table of four!! Luckily there are other restaurants nearby... We won't be coming back!! Addendum....the answer from the operator actually says EVERYTHING... But maybe he forgot one or two zeros in the top three. Service is completely different. 1.5 hours later there was still enough space. Next door tasted good too!!

The only thing that is Greek here are the letters in the name of the restaurant. The only thing to add to the bad reviews here is the warm beer. If you don't want Greek food, this is the place for you.

We were there in the afternoon when there wasn't much customer. Service and food were good. Unfortunately, my request to add a lamb chop to the grill was not fulfilled. They said they were waiting for a delivery. Price was high, waiters professional, no ouso “on the house” as I usually experience with Greeks. My conclusion: solid, but not outstanding.

Mini ice cream portions. . . Here you can get half the quantity for the same price. Also, "eggnog" wasn't tasty (Stratiatella was good) We may try the food later if necessary.

Delicious Greek food! I chose the Ariston Mix to have a little bit of everything... The portion was very generous and tasty. Gyros are also highly recommended! There is no ouzo on the house here. I ordered one for €3. 'Ouzo de Plomari' is served here, one of the best I've ever drunk and not the kind of cheap mouthwash you usually get... Dogs are allowed on the terrace!

Our birthday dinner there with the family was a wonderful ending. The kitchen and the service were top!!! We didn't lack anything. The waitresses were very attentive, perceived our needs and implemented them after a short consultation. Our dishes were very tasty, even for our children! The best Greek food we've ever had - we love going out for a Greek meal back home. The prices here are worth it if you want to have a really good meal. Many thanks to the restaurant team! We had reserved a table for 11 people. Service, atmosphere was great and above all the food was very tasty. The meat was perfectly fried, the sea bream was delicious, the children also enjoyed it. There was something for everyone. We were very satisfied. Can only be recommended!!!

Unfortunately our visit to the Ariston restaurant was a disappointment. The ice cream man was extremely rude and didn't want to wait for us to decide. The rest of the staff, however, would have earned 5 stars, they were very friendly and accommodating. The takeaway pizza was burnt and despite asking for extra pepperoni, only two slices of salami were put on it, which were also unevenly distributed. Even though I tipped €4 in advance, the fries were unsalted and there was only a small portion. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience, even if the ambience was really nice.

Wir haben uns mehr versprochen. Quantität gut, Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten Gyros. Das Fleisch war Fad und mindere Qualität. Vermisst haben wir, obwohl es ein griechisches Restaurant ist, vor und nach dem Essen den Ouzo, sowie einen Beilagen Salat. Das Gericht ist keine 18 Euro wert.

The place has some of the best Greek food I've had in a while, but unfortunately our experience was spoiled by the staff and their understanding of "service"! Our initial waiter was friendly and took our order quickly. We waited quite a while for our food and were getting anxious, when another waiter appeared to re-take our order, because the first one had forgotten to actually place it with the kitchen! Okay, mistakes happen - nothing to get worked up over. However, I would have expected a tiny discount or a free drink - I would have been content with an honest apology from any of the staff, but everyone kept pretending that nothing out of the ordinary had happened! In the end, the lady who appeared to be in charge took our money with a face that said "Why do I have to work for you?" while talking on the phone - no sorry for the delay, no thank you, no see you again, no nothing! Hmmm - good food is clearly the cornerstone of a good restaurant, but I do expect a bit of service, which includes apologising and ideally making up for any mistakes made by the staff! This could easily have been a five star review at virtually no extra cost to the restaurants ... it's actually sad!

A nice restaurant. We liked it, unfortunately there was no salad, a bit of green with tomato, cucumber and a strip of pepper is not a salad. I didn't like the rice, maybe you could add tomato rice so that it's a little juicier and not so dry, or alternatively, salad. Tzatziki was homemade and totally delicious and unfortunately there wasn't enough on my plate...🤷‍♀️ Staff very accommodating and nice🤗

Excellent cuisine that was only topped by the service. There is a great selection of authentic dishes here. Everything is fresh and very tasty. The service team is very courteous and offers advice at the table. Here you are truly a guest in Greece. We'd love to come back.
