The restaurant was responsible for the service at the Dillinger Guitar Night. Unfortunately, they lacked the understanding to avoid disturbing background noise during the concert. A real shame.

You could immediately tell that great care and quality go into the preparation. The waiters were also consistently friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood, which contributed to the lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a truly successful stay that perfectly rounded off the celebration. Highly recommended 👍🏻 I'd love to come back!

Unfortunately disappointing: The shrimp we ordered were unavailable, the tomato soup resembled instant soup, and the rump steak didn't come as ordered (medium instead of rare). Positive: The pepper cream sauce was good. Also negative was the very unmotivated service and the initial refusal to provide a receipt. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday at the Aramis Restaurant in the Diefflen Community Center. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. We'd be happy to go again.

I was invited to a wedding of about 100 people as a venue... the food was inedible, the meat was raw, the pasta was overcooked, the appetizers unwatchable, the bread frozen... the service was inexistent, the waiters were not even capable of opening a bottle of wine. The room was not well-kept for a wedding. The owner of the venue is not suitable for running a gastronomy... if the manager wants to run a gastronomy, he should start from the bottom, i.e. as a dishwasher... the venue would have great potential but with a staff up to the task.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't tasty, and the atmosphere wasn't particularly recommendable. The staff were sometimes rude and impatient, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. Based on my experience, I unfortunately can't recommend Aramis, as I personally found it too unprofessional.

This was our second visit to Aramis Restaurant and we were absolutely thrilled. We received a friendly welcome upon entering and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is very pleasant – stylish yet cozy. The food was a real highlight: freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and delicious. The service was also top-notch – attentive but not intrusive, and very accommodating. Our special requests were accommodated without any problems. The value for money is absolutely spot on. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant! The pasta dish was simply fantastic – perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and lovingly presented. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The service was also friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to come back!

We visited Aramis for the third time with a group of 15 people. We loved the food. The staff was attentive. I highly recommend the restaurant.

The boss isn't really suited for the restaurant industry! I can only say that I was there at a wedding, and it was so disorganized. Something was always missing, the meat was raw, the guests had to buy their own bread, and they served broken pretzels. At a wedding? Never seen that! The staff was unfriendly and incompetent, and the boss was very threatening. One star is even too many! And out of 100 people who were there, everyone had the same opinion; we have 100 witnesses who can confirm it. Great restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious, with generous portions, fresh, and served with love. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive; you just feel at home. Great atmosphere, fair prices, and highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

1. Staff were very diverse. 2. There wasn't enough food for all the guests; they returned with empty plates. 3. I had to go buy bread myself because there wasn't even enough for all the guests (see picture below), and the owner didn't even look at it. 4. Owner was very selfish and didn't take my wishes into account. REPLY TO FREDERIC HIRTZ: That's slander, right? You know I don't have an outstanding bill! So before you say something like that, you have to make sure you're telling the truth as a manager!

Three times I found the door locked when it was supposedly open, despite a confirmed reservation. Absolutely not recommended. A rip-off.

A complete disappointment. At a wedding held at the restaurant, the food was simply out of stock – so much so that we had to buy bread from another outlet. The food was generally very poor, and the service was disorganized and unfriendly. The owner's incompetent handling of the situation was particularly negative. This is completely unacceptable for such an important event. I cannot recommend this restaurant in any way – it's an absolute disaster.

We celebrated our wedding with around 80 people at the Aramis Brasserie and were absolutely thrilled. The owner provided us with excellent support right from the planning stage – everything was straightforward, welcoming, and professional. The food was excellent and very well received by all guests. The evening event also ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day in a relaxed manner. It was particularly nice that we were able to set up in peace before the reception and dismantle it the next day without any stress. A truly fantastic location with excellent service – we highly recommend the Aramis Brasserie!

We celebrated a wedding here with around 80 guests. I can only say that they have a fantastic team at work. From the communication (with me as the best man) to the personal touch, the entire ambiance was beautifully presented. And last but not least, the food. I'm not a fan of buffets... but I have to take my hat off to this one. It was beyond delicious and a definite recommendation. I will be back and try the menu as well. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable day and evening!

We went to the test meal with a voucher book. The food was really good. The service was good too. The ambiance leaves something to be desired. It's like a train station bar. If the dishes always taste this good, Aramis is highly recommended.

We celebrated our civil wedding at Restaurant Aramis and are absolutely thrilled! Even the planning with Mr. Hirtz was fantastic – he was available at all times, accommodated all our requests, and supported us with great ideas and excellent advice on the menu. The wedding menu was a dream: from the generous antipasti starter to the choice of grilled pan, fish variations, and homemade tagliatelle to the dessert of crème brûlée, chocolate soufflé, and chocolate mousse – everything was perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. We especially loved that there were vegetarian and vegan options available. The room was beautifully decorated, the service was warm and attentive, and our almost 30 guests felt completely at home. We were allowed to bring our own cakes and stay as long as we wanted – that was a huge plus for us. It was truly an unforgettable evening in a wonderful atmosphere with fantastic food. We can absolutely recommend Restaurant Aramis and give it full marks from the bottom of our hearts!

Wednesday, August 13, 2025, 6:30 p.m. There were two of us in the beer garden... no other guests besides us. Then another guest with two children. First order: Black Tiger Prawns... not there! Lamb... not there either! Then the duck breast... not there either. We then ordered steak, but a salad instead of fries. That didn't work, salad is more expensive than fries. We said we'd pay the difference. It worked after all, and we were given a small side salad. The steak was okay... medium where it was. The steak was very thick (300g) but unfortunately, in places, very rare. We don't recommend the restaurant and won't be going back. If you want to go... maybe you'll have better luck!

We went there for dinner with four people over the weekend. The price/service/food were simply top-notch.

We celebrated our wedding here with about 100 people and were thrilled with the location and the service. The food was delicious; everyone enjoyed it, and our wishes were fulfilled. We thank the entire Aramis team for the wonderful time.

We ordered our buffet for our wedding. Everything went smoothly; we could contact Mr. Hirtz at any time if we had any questions, and he answered quickly. We absolutely loved the food, and our guests gave us consistently positive feedback. Setup and pickup were also quick and easy. We are very satisfied. 😊

First, the positive: very nice atmosphere with good options! We were there today around 7:00 PM! Despite an online reservation, they didn't know we were coming (it can happen). The fact that only one server is responsible for the counter, ordering, and service until 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening is absurd to me 🤷‍♂️ Nevertheless, the waitress made the best of it! The food, however, was definitely not worth the money, sorry! If I order an Argentinian steak for 30 euros, I expect something different! Especially when the chef is supposed to be a trained chef. The vegetables were bland and uninspired (I can do better at home as a novice). The fries were run-of-the-mill frozen, unsalted. The meat, unfortunately, was dead 🤷‍♂️ Okay, I was skeptical when they didn't ask me how I wanted it. The bottom line is that the food was €3 more expensive than online, which was bearable thanks to Schlemmerblock! I would give the service and ambiance 3-4 stars, but the food gets 2 stars because, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is disproportionate! It's a shame, because the place has potential.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food was nothing special. I expected something different for this price range. The service was overwhelmed. The cleanliness of the restrooms was very poor.

We had dinner at Aramis with 24 people. Since we had pre-ordered, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The taste of all dishes was highly praised. Kudos to the chef! The service staff tried very hard to please all guests. We sat in the next room, which, due to its size, offered a lot of space for our group.

We were 6 people in the restaurant with friends. We were allowed to sit in the next room despite making a reservation early. A large cold room that needs decoration and temperature. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the starter. Another 50 minutes for the main course. First the wrong main course was served, as it turned out it was the food from the neighboring table which was then taken away and delivered to the neighboring table. Our steak was still raw in the middle. When we ordered we weren't asked what we wanted. What was even better was that in one dish the chicken and pork in the middle were still served raw on the plate. We were there with the mud block otherwise the price would have matched the performance in the slightest. The restaurant is recommended in the smallest possible way.

Unfortunately no recommendation. Waited 1.5 hours for food, then the wrong food came to the table twice. Last but not least, the meat was still half raw on the plate. Waiters couldn't give any information about the food. Food was ordered without vegetables and pepper cream sauce and came with everything. Sat in the next room, no ambience.

Unfortunately not recommended! Ordered steak medium. Unfortunately it arrived on the plate almost raw and full of fibers. So that you couldn't cut it. I complained about this and the waitress took it back to grill it again because, as she said, it was too bad to throw away... in the meantime the fries got cold... there was no salad or vegetables with it

Not recommended. We had an appointment for catering at 6 p.m. We arrived and the door was closed until the waitress opened it and said the door was open. When we were waiting for the boss, the waitress came and told us that the boss had no time because he was busy in the kitchen. Instead of coming out and apologizing himself, he said that he had told us that we should be there before 6 p.m. or after 8 p.m. In my opinion this is outrageous and I will cancel the hall!

Went here for a company party. The three waitresses were friendly and tried hard, but unfortunately also quite overwhelmed. A lot of orders (drinks and food, even a main meal) were forgotten or delivered incorrectly. The quality of the food also leaves something to be desired. Salad for €18 consists almost entirely of green leaf lettuce and a few pickled carrots. Walleye came with three dry potatoes and two cooked, unseasoned broccoli florets on the side. Food is more like hiking huts or youth hostels, but expensive. For the prices I really expect better food quality. The vegetarian offering is limited (there are pasta or salad as main courses), but at least it is available. I won't go here privately.

When visiting the restaurant it became clear that both the kitchen and the service had significant weaknesses: Ambiance and service The restaurant seemed inviting, but the atmosphere was uncomfortably cold due to the constantly open door. The service was friendly, but was noticeably overwhelmed and disorganized. This was reflected, among other things, in the long waiting time between courses - 40 minutes before the starter is unacceptable. The second onion soup ordered was forgotten without being noticed or communicated. Starter: onion soup The onion soup was disappointing across the board: • The cheese was too mild in taste and didn't harmonize with the soup - a strong mountain cheese would be appropriate here. • The onion flavor that was supposed to be the heart of the soup was barely noticeable. • Using pink peppercorns as decoration was a big mistake. These mixed with the soup, completely masking the taste and causing an unpleasant spiciness. The recipe needs a fundamental revision in order to remain a classic. Main course: Neptune fish variation A dish that does not meet the requirement for freshness and quality: • The salmon was dry and overcooked, causing an unpleasant mouthfeel. • The white wine sauce seemed watery and the taste was not convincing - there was no hint of white wine. • The fish as a whole was lightly seasoned, of minimal quality and without any finesse in its preparation. Main course: rump steak The rump steak showed glaring defects: • Extremely sinewy and tough, indicating poor meat quality or improper paring. The kitchen's statement “The meat grows like this” raises doubts about professionalism. • The desired cooking level was not requested. The steak and the side dishes, such as fries, were completely unsalted. • Once again, the use of pink pepper was a nuisance and didn't fit into this dish either visually or in terms of taste. Wine and value for money The only bright spot was the successful wine selection, which, however, could not save the overall impression. Despite using a gourmet block, the bill came to €55, which in no way justifies what was offered. Without the discount, the meal would have cost over €80 - a price-performance ratio that should urgently be reconsidered. Conclusion The restaurant shows significant deficits in kitchen performance, service and organization. Despite friendly approaches, the experience remains unsatisfactory. The kitchen should revise recipes, pay attention to the quality of ingredients and perfect basic techniques. The service needs a clearer structure to provide guests with a more pleasant experience. Until major improvements are made, a visit is not recommended.

Had a buffet for the Christmas party on Sunday. Soup and starters were OK. The roast beef and the pork fillet were a disaster. Not edible even with the strongest teeth. Fried to death and tough. Never again ! Accepting criticism and doing it better would be the way.

Celebrated a big birthday there. Food wasn't as discussed. Meat was like chewing gum instead of tender and the second meat wasn't always cooked through, ribbon noodles were dry and hard, spaetzle was too soft. Vegetables were solid. The schnitzel and fries were missing for the kids. Dessert was not received by the guests as it had been ordered in priority. There were more things to drink than ordered. It's best to do this with a tally sheet. When paying, there was only one thing that could happen. But want full price!!!!! Instead of coming to meet you because everything was wrong front and back. So not recommended!!!!!!!!!! From my personal point of view.

The food wasn't that great, the whole thing was pretty simple. Service was, yes, what can I say.... I could have been more motivated and put on a smile. The rooms were completely okay. The toilets could have been cleaner and, above all, enough paper towels. They were missing from the women and men. These were refilled upon request.

We couldn't sit in the restaurant because there was a loud music rehearsal in the next room. We fled outside. For food: I had a salad plate, the dressing didn't taste good, but I ate because I was hungry, my husband had steak with pepper cream sauce. However, there was no pepper in the sauce. Service was very good. However, we won't eat there again.

We haven't eaten so badly in a long time! The fish and the side dishes were completely unseasoned, not to mention the very short cooking time. The ingredients in the Nice salad were very clear. There were olives and onions on the menu, but unfortunately not in my salad. The dressing was bad. Maybe it was because we had the gourmet block, then every ingredient is money. Not good advertising.

Was at the oldies evening. Music was mixed. No Harpo, no Abba, no Boney M, some genres of music were missing.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday in the hall. What can I say...everything was great. The food was great. A special thanks to the really great staff.

We had dinner at Aramis today. We know the restaurant from downtown Saarlouis and have always been very satisfied there. About the new restaurant in Diefflen: The atmosphere is very nice and lovingly furnished. The restaurant consists of two different rooms. Shortly after our order we received a bread basket with dip. This was fresh and the dip was very tasty. My friend ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms, which looked and was very tasty. I ordered a grill pan with grilled vegetables. This was beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, my pork medallion was raw inside, so I had it go back to roasting. Shortly afterwards it came back fried a little “better”, but it was still very pink and partly still raw. The fries were also very soft/dabchy. That was a shame because the food looked very nice in the pan. The vegetables were not separate but in lots of sauce at the bottom of the pan. The waitress noticed that the meat was too raw and then cleared it away at the end. We would have liked to have been offered something “on the house”, e.g. schnapps or something else small. Unfortunately this was not the case.

I basically don't care what other people say. I, with my glutamate allergy, am in the best hands here. Here the food is freshly prepared. The girls are very nice.

We have never eaten so well. The meat in particular is absolutely amazing. It's unbelievable that you can get such a large steak so well done. But the schnitzel, fries, pasta, even the bread and dip are also incredibly good. But now to the almost even better thing. The service. The two young women read everyone's wishes so quickly and friendly. In particular, the dark-haired, good-looking young woman who mainly served us was incredible. My son dropped a knife and felt like before it hit the ground we already had a new one. The price of the restaurant is also absolutely right. We came with the gourmet block and therefore paid less, but we will come again without it. Nevertheless, a small suggestion for improvement: The two women always had to fight their way through the door to the next room fully loaded and turn the handle and not let anything fall; there might be a door that they would just have to push open or something similar.

Gutes Preis-Leistung. Ambiente eher nicht. Nebenraum ist zu hellhörig.Schallschutz wäre hier angebracht. Wenn Veranstaltung im Gemeindesaal stattfindet, dann ist das für ein gemütliches Essen sehr störend. Das Essen und der Service waren gut Die Speisekarte könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Essen war zu viel für die Teller. Grössere Teller oder Beilagen seperat servieren. Salat bei Hauptgericht musste extra bestellt werden.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal im Aramis und sind begeistert. Die Bedienung war superfreundlich und kompetent. Es gab einen Gruß aus der Küche, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war exzellent! Das Steak war auf den Punkt und das Kalbsrückensteak mit Gorgonzolasauce war der Knaller. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Waren heute zum Marktbrunch dort, super lecker tolle Auswahl. Der Service super lieb und auch sehr aufmerksam.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Aramis in Diefflen und ich kann es auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal und total leckeres Essen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen lecker. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass zu den Schnitzelgerichten auch Salat dazugehört. Das war in der Speisekarte nicht ersichtlich. Bei anderen Gerichten gab es Gemüse dazu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie zum ersten mal in der Aramis Brasserie. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gegessen haben wir die Antipasti Platte Optisch wie Geschmacklich Top. In die Fischvariaton Neptun hätte ich mich geschmacklich reinlegen können. Wir waren aufjedenfall nicht das letzte mal da.

Ausgesprochen nette und kompetente Bedienung. Leckeres Essen, sehr großzügig von der Menge. Wir kommen wieder!

Am Dieffler Platz sitzt man allgemein gut, der Verkehr hat uns demnach auch nicht gestört. Das weiß man ja vorher. Kostenloses Parken gleich beim Restaurant. Nun zum wesentlichen und das ist es doch, was zählt: der Service war super, ein großes Lob dafür. Wir hatten keine Wartezeiten und das Zuvorkommen der Bedienung sieht man leider heute eher selten. Das Essen war sehr lecker, alleine die Variation am Beilagensalat zeigt die Liebe zum Detail und das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit. Die Schweinefiletmedaillons waren genau auf den Punkt gebracht, das Essen wurde heiß serviert. Auch an der Nachspeise und deren Dekoration hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne bald wieder - also eine absolute Empfehlung!

Heute das erste Mal im Aramis. Essen sehr fein, Personal sehr nett. Also sehr zufrieden.

Leckerer Gruß aus der Küche, Essen war sehr gut, Portionen ausreichend groß, schneller und freundlicher Service, nicht ganz billig, aber auch nicht übertrieben teuer. Auch für Menschen mit Behinderung gut zu erreichen.

Hat neu aufgemacht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer bemüht alle zu bedienen und gleichzeitig zu servieren. Aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Karte angenehm und nicht überladen. Preise moderat. Wir waren im großen Saal mit großen Tischen. Platz war genug aber es war für Unterhaltungen schon sehr laut. Mit der Bar war der Raum angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt sehr angenehm.
