Anji is the go to spot for my boyfriend and I when we spend time in Munich. The food is always absolutely excellent and the service is friendly and welcoming. We will return again and again!

We were only there for a quick lunch and we were completely thrilled. Not only are the spaces beautiful, the food is phenomenal if you like Asian food. The service was super friendly. The homemade lemonades alone are worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

Best Banh Xeo I had outside of Vietnam.

The food was quite good. The turbot was grilled to death by my standards. The curry was very tasty. Unfortunately the whole evening was pretty stupid. The restaurant is very, very full and therefore very loud and uncomfortable. Since it was sooooooooo extremely full, we had to change tables twice. And unfortunately that doesn't mean a relaxed dinner. People who came and also had reservations had to wait at least 20 minutes for a table. In my opinion that doesn't work either. That’s what you reserve for too. Not a great evening. Too bad

We have eaten in Anji several times. There is nothing to complain about about the food itself. However, this was the second time that we had to wait almost 1.5 hours for food and the drinks were only served after 40 minutes. The store is completely overcrowded and simply can't keep up with the service.

Chicken tempura sushi was a disaster, no chicken breast and of very poor quality, tasted really bad, the strange chicken aroma drowned out the whole sushi. The dish with chicken is more of a soup with carrots and a 1 cm wide schnitzel that only tastes like breading.

Beautiful Asian restaurant in a modern style. Very nice interior design. My curry was excellent and the portion was generous. My friend's bowl was also good. Unfortunately the tables are WAY too small! There wouldn't have been enough space for two people with two curries. What annoyed us was that even though we had only made a reservation at 7:30 p.m. and there were 4 large tables available, we were only seated at this mini table. It was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the service still needs improvement. Several people asked the same thing. This wasn't just the case once.

Food was great. For starters we tried different kinds of sushi and tempura prawn, very delicious. For the main course, we got a Japanese curry and a seafood bowl, both were amazing. The service was very friendly, it would have been better if it was a bit more organized. All and all we had a wonderful experience and will be back there again.

We had a dinner at this restaurant, a restaurant with Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. It was a sushi night for us. We had several types of sushi; all was very delicious. Grilled octopus was perfect. This is my first restaurant on a Munich trip with my boyfriend. The food was delicious, but I felt you were being racist, maybe because we are Asian. When we wanted to pay after finishing our meal, our table simply left the card reader on the table and let us pay for it ourselves. However, the other table kindly handled the payment process. Not only that, but my boyfriend and I felt racist the whole time we were in the restaurant, but the food was delicious.

Been there twice now, twice I was completely satisfied. The starters were very good, the duck in mango sauce with rice and the octopus with teriyaki sauce were simply convincing. Price-wise, the whole thing is okay too. I'd love to come back :)

We were there on Sunday, September 1st. Dinner here for two in the evening. Because it was still warm, we were able to sit on the beautiful terrace on the sidewalk; I didn't look into the restaurant. But the photos look good. What struck me negatively was the condition of the menus in the shop window and at the table, see photo. The service was friendly and reserved. The prices are sometimes high: Bowl “Anji Bun”, €17.90 Guava spritzer €3.50 Pinot Noir 0.2 l €7.50 Both the bowl and sushi were beautifully prepared and tasted good.

Tatsächlich ist die Speisekarte gewöhnungsbedürftig, da empfiehlt sich dringend eine Erneuerung. Aber das Essen und die Getränke sind einfach sehr fein. Der Zitronengras Tee und die homemade Lemonade waren herausragend. Ente, Rind und Tofugerichte fanden alle sehr gut, die Dim Sum Platte davor war beeindruckend. Gerne wieder.

Actually a great restaurant with a great ambience, staff and basically food. However, I can't give full marks: The allergen information is sometimes not given at all for some dishes (especially the daily menu) or the information is sometimes incomplete. In my case the dish had gluten, even though there was no mention of it on the menu. Extreme caution is advised for people with food intolerances

Attractive interior, varied menu (fusion/crossover cuisine), friendly service. The dishes were tasty, but their intensity was slightly adapted to the European palate. We were there on the weekend evening and it was very busy. Tip: Be sure to reserve!

A very cozy restaurant with really good food. The portions are decent and can only be eaten if you are very hungry. But you can have the rest packed up. The cocktails with and without alcohol are also recommended. Prices for meals range from €1 to €30. The waitresses are very friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food. I was here for lunch. The sushi was very fresh and good. For just under 15 euros with a menu (including espresso and starter) it's not exactly cheap The octopus for just under 13 euros was also good and recommended. However, there is a point deduction for the prices. In my opinion, the “smoke effect” with sushi shouldn’t have been there 😜 When the weather is nice you can sit outside Addendum: The Pad Thai wasn't Pad Thai but noodles with sauce! A catastrophe. One of my favourite Asian fusion restaurants in Munich. Japanese sushi in Vietnamese style, beautifully presented. Very good value for money. The service is always super friendly. I go there often.

As an Asian, I was surprised by every dish we ordered. Vorspeise: Summerroll with tempura shrimp, the shrimp was the highlight. Main dishes: big crispy sushi: Salmon and Eel. Fish was really fresh. The fish, rice and avocado were soft, asparagus was juicy and refreshing and the crispy shell just hit my heart. The grilled octopus was also amazing, I could eat two. The octopus tentacles were crispy and the thick part was very chewy. I definitely will come back.

Very nice and great Asian restaurant with Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese influences. The sushi is definitely one of the best I've had in Munich so far. The Pho soup was the best 😊. Really all the dishes were very good and also very imaginatively and lovingly prepared. A very clear tip here in Munich. You can eat both inside and outside (large outdoor area). We'll be back, especially since the service was quick and courteous.
