Rude employees and poor service

I was walking outside with my boyfriend and we needed a napkin. Since we were standing in front of a restaurant, I went in and asked for a single napkin. The woman who worked there told me, “You’re not a customer here, so I can’t give you one.” I was very surprised and asked again because I thought I had misheard. I said, “Just one napkin.” But she replied again, “I can’t give you any.” I then said ironically: “That really is a very human gesture on your part.” Then I left the restaurant. I will never go to a store with that kind of attitude again. Answer Based on your answer, I understand that you are rude, love money and don't know how to deal with a potential customer. You are also slanderous and dishonest. I am absolutely not the person you imply and never will be. I asked very politely and didn't expect a rejection at all, because for me what I wanted was a very human request. But whatever, I won't try any further for you. It's obvious that you don't just show this kind of rudeness towards me - I read that from your reviews. Running a restaurant in a neighborhood like Kreuzberg and at the same time having such a customer policy is truly remarkable.

So the food came really quickly. But we were also quite early :) In addition to the classic Vietnamese menu, there is also a vegan menu with many dishes. Definitely again

One of my favorite spots in Berlin. Beautiful lighting, great conversation-friendly atmosphere, homey food, and warm service.

My friend and I went here a few weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious and extremely authentic. Everyone has to try their drinks and desserts as well because they were great. The staff was super kind, the ambiance was great, and the restaurant was very clean.

I ate at anh ba pho and it was very very very tasty I wanted to eat it again.

It used to be good but not anymore Drinks are expensive (tap water 1.20 and you usually have to pay 4-6 euros for drinks) and food is no longer that good.

The food was good and the waiter was also very nice. The only two negative points were that you couldn't pay by card and that the waiter practically didn't speak any German. Although this is more or less common in Berlin, I find it bottomless when card payments are not possible in restaurants.

We went for a birthday lunch for my mother, as we both love Vietnamese food. This is truly excellent! We've been in Berlin for 2 months, eating really well, but this is definitely the culinary highlight of our trip. The food is delicious, light, original and each ingredient seems of high quality and is tasty on its own. They even have real Vietnamese desserts, which is usually difficult to get. Truly remarkable. The best? It's really affordable! Highly recommend. (There's also a whole host of vegan options if that is your jam.)

This place is definitely four stars if you get it delivered. The major downside is the service here. I’ve been three times now and they always get something wrong, they are not attentive, and even for German standards it’s bad. I think the food on the other hand is quite well done and they have some creative dishes. They do not speak any English and they are cash only

The WORST Banh Mi ever. Gristly pork meat, tasteless and dry. Not worth 7.90 euros.

I've been waiting for my delivery for two hours. I called the restaurant early and asked where the food was. Without the person knowing who was on the phone, it was claimed that food was on the way. After the phone call, I waited another 20 minutes. Lieferando then said the delivery would arrive in half an hour. Overall, that would be a waiting time of 2:30 hours and I highly doubt whether a delivery person was actually on the way. Afterwards I was called twice after the cancellation. The first time, whether I received my food after 2:30 hours of delivery and after the cancellation. No excuse. On the second call, an apology was made, with the same denial of guilt that the supplier's bike had been broken and that Lieferando was to blame. However, at no point during these 2:30 hours did the restaurant attempt to get information from Lieferando or notify me. I was also in contact with Lieferando and they also said the supplier was on the way and at that point 2:20 a.m. had already passed. During the conversation I was asked to delete this comment. Apparently your own image is more important here than customer satisfaction. You will never order there again or ever enter this store.

Really bad services, rude servant, with no matters at all. They just throw everything with big sound. They prepare the dishes with such a long time. When the white guys came, the waitress just smile, but she’s such rude to Asian face. Their dishes are really small and the chicken are old. This restaurant also trying their best to escape from tax. You will find eating in here will give you a worst experience of a day. Bad cuisine bad people.

Our family stopped by the restaurant on the first day of the week. The special thing is that the restaurant is very busy even though it is a bit rainy outside. Since there was no seating outside, we had to go inside. Nice, cozy space. Very happy with the dishes we enjoyed. Pictures of clean plates prove the deliciousness of the food. The drinks are also special with many types of homemade lemonade. I will definitely come here again.

Fantastic vietnamese restaurant. The food is out of this world, suitable for vegans and carnivores alike, and children as well. Our son loved it. They have tables inside and outside. Very polite, and they speak German, English and Vietnamese as well. Reasonable prices too, and clean toilets. They also serve lovely herbal tea with ginger and mint.

The food was extremely bad, inedible, tasteless and slimy. The only person allowed to visit this store is the veterinary office.

Was here for the first time. My dish was really exceptionally tasty (and there is a lot of competition in Berlin!), just a little small. To really fill you up, we recommend a starter, which I didn't have. And maybe dessert. But it was very tasty!

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant in Neukölln Bezirk. Hier kann man nicht nur traditionelles Gericht von Vietnam sondern auch traditionelles Gericht mit Vegan-Style. Die Geschäftsführerin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich komme unbedingt nochmals wieder.
