Grilled Octopus 🐙 with vegetables. Espresso afterwards. And did a little shopping in the shop. Was tasty and quick. Even with a bit of Italian flair 🤣👍 Would come back.

I have bought groceries and ice cream here. The ice cream is okay but it needs more flavour. I mean, it doesn’t taste wow but it’s good. Dadito they don’t have Waffles. Groceries are a bit pricey but worthy.

A very reasonably priced restaurant for the location

Absolutely below average Italian restaurant. The pizzas taste very boring. The ice is also barren. Unfortunately not recommended.

Food tastes good. Self-service. Simple and good

The meal, Spaghetti Fruti di Mare, was visually a dream. The taste was ok. Most of them were very friendly and nice, so I don't want to deduct any points. But the man at the food counter needs a new job. His lackluster mood is damaging the store.

Italian Jim Block never disappoints. Fast, tasty, cheap.

I always liked coming here, but now the pizzas have become more expensive. The old prices are still there and then 13.90 quickly becomes 15.90...!!! I think that's a real shame. After a pizza baker who did something... one more point to avoid the location in the future.

Six of us ordered pizza there on a Saturday - everything was within reasonable time (about a 45 minute wait) - we were able to find a place outside in the nicest weather. After we had also ordered a Pizza Hawei, when the order was delivered we were fobbed off with the words - Annanas is empty. So a Hawaiian pizza became a ham pizza. Of course there is also a difference in price. When asked how they wanted to solve this, people shrugged their shoulders. The rest of the pizzas were good so far. Unfortunately, while we were eating, we noticed that there was already a dead animal on the edge of the plate. This animal seemed to come straight from the display to my plate. Here, too, people simply shrugged their shoulders when they were told - that can happen outside. So a dead animal flies onto the plate outside. Ok.. Very strange. I asked to speak to the branch management - they then gave me the money back for the Hawaiian pizza. I didn't want to eat them anymore. Bad day for one of the group. Everything tasted good. Service needs to be improved please.

Pizzas were empty, pasta portions are ridiculous and the ordering system was stupid

We like to eat at Andronaco. Unfortunately the store is quite small and the offering is limited! But otherwise always great there.

Delicious food, we had AntiPasti, next time we will stop by again, not a restaurant, more of a self-service bistro.

Delicious dishes prepared in the open kitchen. We enjoyed it very much. Nice ambience.

Quality of stay corresponds to a motorway service station. The pasta was so dente that it cracked with every bite. Spices were completely missing. Completely neutral taste, or none at all. There was no way to complain about it. That's why it's not cheap, but the ice cream was good. There is no reason for me to ever go there again. Very unfortunate.

Italy fast food - inexpensive - in a noisy atmosphere. It was a good thing that we had pre-booked a table for 9 people right next to the window. My noodles tasted good.!!! But always good for a visit like in the canteen - and probably also very popular with the many visitors.😊😊

Delicious food without compromise. Service 0 because it's self-service, but that's the concept.

I've now been to Andronaco in HafenCity five times during my lunch break to eat. My conclusion: for an Italian, the food is really below average. I try a pizza every now and then, but the taste is different. Compared to my “Italian around the corner”, the Andronaco does really poorly. The pasta is always completely overcooked and not “al dente”, as it should be. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. After my last attempt last week, my decision is clear: I won't come back.

The bistro offers a great selection of pizza, pasta, antipasti as well as meat and fish dishes. We were there spontaneously and there was something for everyone.

I was there at lunchtime and wanted to eat lasagne. This was already ready and was just put in the microwave (?) to warm up and some parmesan was carelessly poured over. The lasagna was incredibly bad, soggy, tasteless. You can get a much better lasagna at x Italian restaurants for lunch. The store is relatively large and hectic. I probably won't come back.

The food there isn't bad. There's no waiter service like in other restaurants; you have to go to the back and order from the kitchen, and then you get it when the chip or something beeps. I've been eating there for six years and are friends with the owner.

Creepy light like Doctor Bob in the animal operating room. Pasta okay, but better in Othmarschen.

Andronaco used to be something special and a tip. But unfortunately it doesn't convince me anymore today... the food was disappointing, the lasagne, taglione in cheese sauce and also the tuna "sauce" weren't really tasty. It tasted like ready-made lasagna and was bland. But the pizza was very good and the sea bass with beans and potatoes were also good. We didn't like the Montepulciano for dinner at all (possibly an individual fate), but I was able to exchange it with the nice lady at the bar without any problem, who was very accommodating. The atmosphere on site is more like a cafeteria combined with an Italian supermarket... but if you know that, it's ok.

You know, Italians can do it. The mix of hospitality and orientation of the customer and the balance of richness and grace in the food!

Exciting concept; supermarket, pizzeria, pasta restaurant and gelateria in one. You have to order and pay for your food at the restaurants in self-service, in return you receive a pager that vibrates when the food is ready for collection. You can then eat at the tables. It tends to be noisy when there are a lot of people around. You then have to clear up again yourself. The staff when ordering food is friendly but there is no real 'service'. The quality of the food is OK, the price is rather high, especially as it is self-service. It's not 'real' Italian food, but it's ok as a change from other food.

We were visiting Germany from the UK and we went there for dinner and ordered some pizza. We got this device which will flash when your food. The pizza was perfect and very tasty.

Excellent restaurant with warm service Andronaco HafenContor is an absolute recommendation! In addition to the excellent food and the pleasant atmosphere, what is particularly impressive is the extremely friendly and attentive staff. Hospitality really comes to life here! Orders are processed quickly and professionally, so you feel completely comfortable. What is particularly touching is that a girl with a disability works here who does her job with great joy and warmth. It's wonderful to see how she is integrated into the team and contributes with a lot of commitment. A great sign of lived inclusion! This restaurant is not only a benefit for Hamburg, but also a role model for our society. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Long waiting times for the food that is on display.

The atmosphere is like a canteen, the service is almost non-existent because you have to get your own food and drinks. Not as bad as the lasagne, which we ordered at the pizza place and then had to pick up from another location. This wasn't lasagna or the "chef" was angry. There was no cheese, the microwave in which it was heated must have been very weak because the food was only lukewarm. She still managed to dry out the minced meat so that it was completely dark (see photo). The pizza looked good though.

You can also eat at Andronaco!!! We only knew Andronaco as a great Italian market, but here you can eat the specialties perfectly prepared. Pizza, pasta, ice cream, coffee specialties... just like in Italy. Then through the attached small supermarket. Perfect start to the evening.

Wir haben eine Lasagne bestellt und dies bekommen (s. Bild). Das Hackfleisch war trocken und Käse war nicht auffindbar. Die Microwelle, in der die Lasagne erwärmt wurde, war wohl sehr leistungsschwach. Das Essen war maximal leicht warm. Die Pizza der anderen Gäste sah aber sehr gut aus. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Pretty busy and crowded. Lots of tables and quickly changing guests. Cafeteria atmosphere. A shop right in the middle. Food and prices are ok.

Elected reference point for lunch during your stay in Hamburg, in the area. Self-service menus that vary every day, offering traditional Italian dishes. Generous portions, above average taste. Pizza to try. Also recommended for the price.

I like Andronaco. But overall there is still room for improvement.

The concept is a fast food restaurant, without service. With fantastic culinary creations and changing daily specials. In terms of price, everything is completely reasonable. The shop with Italian food is recommended.

Fast service and large selection. There is even vegan pizza. You can always find space here, even if it is very crowded. Everything has always tasted very good to us and afterwards it is perfect to do a little shopping in the nearby supermarket.

Andronaco in Beerenweg tastes better to me personally. I like spaghetti with scampi. I also find the atmosphere in the main store more pleasant.

Unfortunately it didn't taste good... lasagne okay, worst bruschetta ever ☹️ Next time we'll go back to Andronaco in Moorfleet 🤞🏻

The pizza could have been seasoned better. The prices are unreasonably high.

Wir wollten - wie schon mehrmals geschehen - ein Glas Wein genießen. Vorher natürlich ein paar Kleinigkeiten einkaufen. Aber leider ist uns aufgrund der Wartezeit am Frischetresen (drei Mitarbeiter, aber nur einer seeehr gemütlich beim Bedienen der Kundenwünsche, die anderen in sich gekehrt und nicht der Kommunikation fähig oder willens) und in der Hauptsache wegen flegelhaften Benehmens des Kassierers die Lust vergangen. Der Kassierer wirft die Ware nach dem Scannen über das Laufband (Grisini-Brösel…) und reagiert auf unsere Anmerkungen hierzu extrem unflätig und unhöflich… Werden unseren Vino also zukünftig an anderer Stelle genießen - schade…

Today, while I was in Hamburg, I thought about going to this place for a coffee. I was disappointed with the coffee, the tiramisu as well as the service. I advise the owners to send their staff for an internship at the Lübeck office where courtesy and goodness are at home.

Really good food and the price is right too. It's also an Italian market, so it doesn't have a restaurant feel.

It's ok for some cheaper priced food, can be difficult to get seating when it's busy obviously as it's first come first serve. We found it ok with a wheelchair and the staff were helpful.

Excellent pizzas, unfortunately the service (only self-service) leaves a lot to be desired. Complaining to each other in front of customers. Not appropriate.

A restaurant/bistro that comes highly recommended. All dishes are freshly prepared immediately after you order. Even when it's full, there's hardly a long wait. The calzone is really good.

The shop where you can buy some ingredients and groceries is great! There is a wide selection of good quality products.

We had tiramisu, cappuccino and latte macchiato, as well as limoncello as a nightcap and it was simply fantastic. The service is super nice and all in all I highly recommend it here

From the outside you notice more of a canteen look. If you dare to go in, past the ice cream counter with an Italian cafe machine, your gaze first glides over many tables, then the supermarket, and the food counter is somewhat hidden, as is the pizzeria on the left edge. We got us a large plate of antipasti, followed by a mixed fish platter and lamb chops, accompanied by a pleasant Primitivo - and finally a sweet little something: profiterols and espresso. Even if you pick up everything yourself like in the canteen, the ambience is rather very simple - the selection and quality of the food, the friendly staff - a piece of Italy in the far north. And you can only be surprised at the price - even more in Italy than Hamburg.

Well suited for a lunch break. Unfortunately, sometimes it takes a little longer.

On the online site it says that you can eat gluten-free, but as soon as you walk 6 kilometers there you are rudely told that they haven't offered this for a long time, so why can't they get this out of their website

I wasn't really excited about this location. Four of us ate here. We had 3 different pizzas, one pasta with Bolognese sauce and an antipasti plate. The antipasti were very tasty. The pasta wasn't very good because the sauce was a bit dry and an Italian kitchen should be able to do that. Unfortunately the pizzas weren't good either. Apart from the fact that they weren't completely cooked yet, they didn't taste any better either. I had the four cheese, then a vegetarian and one with ham and artichokes. I didn't like the taste of the four cheese. You would have to add a lot of seasoning and you could hardly taste the Gorgonzola. And for a price of €15 you can ask for a good pizza from an Italian restaurant. My companions weren't convinced by their food either. But the dessert was very tasty. Everyone really enjoyed it too. The service only gets one star from me because there is no service. Everyone is nice and friendly, but you go to the counter, order and get a beeper. This sounds when the food is ready and you then pick it up yourself. And everyone has exactly this beeper and so it rings all the time, which is annoying when you want to eat. The ambience is more like a canteen than a restaurant. So there are only 2 stars. All in all, I wouldn't come here again and would recommend going to another Italian restaurant to try your luck there

Pizza and pasta very tasty. Unfortunately, antipasti wasn't worth it, it was simply too expensive for the mediocre quality.

Waren am 5.11.24 mal wieder in der Hafencity und wie öfter bei Andronaco. Immer gut Besucht und in lebhafter Kantinen Atmosphäre. Sehr leckere Wolfsbarsch Filets mit gutem Gemüse. Top Tintenfisch Tentakel, super Zart.

Enjoyment is something else! The spaghetti with tuna was floating in oil, the tuna was dry. The volume caused stress. It's a shame, I know it differently from Halskestrasse.

I loved the food and also the small shopping place where I bought delicious olive oil and some cheese... Me and my colleague ate ravioli and salad but we were hoping to eat some pizza, but the pizza machine was not working then... But all in all my first time experience was great :)

It is a bistro, a hub for people and food. A cheap meal. After pre-ordering at the checkout, the food arrives very quickly (self-service). The food is tasty, my grandchildren missed the cheese in the lasagna. “Lasagne tastes better at Mom’s.” VG All in all, if you're on the go and want something quick to eat, it's OK.

"We are Italy" is written on a large sign in the restaurant. If this were Italy, we would never go there again. A subterranean tasteless pizza with tough soggy dough, some tomato puree and bad cheese. The grilled lukewarm fish fillet was only slightly grilled and barely seasoned; plus cold broccoli and fried potatoes that have been kept warm for a long time. We don't have to have that again.

"Wir sind Italien" steht auf einem großen Schild im Lokal, wenn das Italien wäre, wir würden nie mehr hinfahren. Ein unterirdisch geschmacklose Pizza mit zähem matschigem Teig, etwas Tomatenpürree und schlechtem Käse. Das gegrillte lauwarem Fischfilet war nur leicht angegrillt, kaum gewürzt; dazu kalte Broccoli und lange warmgehaltene Bratkartoffeln. Das müssen wir nicht noch einmal haben.

I waited a long time for the lasagna and it didn't taste good either. Didn't taste like anything. Hack looked like there was pig in there too. Definitely cheap to make. And sell expensively.

A visit to Andronaco in the Hafencity, with explanations about Italian products such as olive oil, cheese, ham. It was an experience, thank you very much.

There is a nice small selection of food and drinks to buy in the market. We ate and drank well.

Pizza tastes good. The gym atmosphere is acceptable. But the fact that you get blisters on your hands when cutting the pizza due to extremely dull knives is pathetic. But there's also something amusing about watching the fight with the pizza at all the tables. The knives were always dull, but now you don't cut the pizza on site anymore, you tear it and I tried 4 knives.

Dear Andronaco team, We have been fans of your store in Billbrook for years. The food there in the bistro is simply great. The food today in HafenCity was simply a disaster. The way the lasagne was served looked more like a traffic accident than a delicious lasagna. The food was only lukewarm the first time around. Both the lasagna and the spaghetti marinara lacked spices. The sauce was just a standard variety with no character. We would have expected different quality here, especially in such an exclusive place like HafenCity. Too bad.

Just as you would expect from Androaco. It's all ok.

Good Morning ! I used to really enjoy going to Andronaco in Hafencity with family and friends. Yesterday we experienced pure disappointment. The vegan pizza we ordered was anything but tasty. The base was pale, not properly baked, poor quality green pesto, not enough arugula, tomatoes and onions and completely covered in vegetable oil. I felt heavy in my stomach until midnight. Currently the It's only worth a visit if you want to buy original Italian food in the supermarket. You can really do without eating in the suburban restaurant. I bought Caputo pizza flour and olives. I'm going to bake a pizza with sourdough. The base is incredibly crispy, tasty and easily digestible. Dear Andronaco Management, I'm coming back but only to check whether anything has changed in your baking skills. Ciao!

The pizza was super tasty, only in the middle the dough wasn't baked all the way through, that's my only criticism, otherwise from pizza to pasta, and the food you can buy there... just great! The ice cream on site is also super delicious.

Kannten das Stammhaus von früher. War sehr entspannt weil nicht voll. Essen gut aber nicht atemberaubend. Selbstbedienung etwas umständlich. Ok für zwischendrin

It's a snack bar, not a restaurant But great for a quick meal

We had 2 great pizzas (Diavola and Gamberoni), Limoncello Spritz as an aperitif and delicious ice cream afterwards. To bring that Italian feeling home with you, there is a small but well-stocked Italian supermarket right there! Even though the premises are quite large for a pizzeria, it was very cozy, the staff was very friendly and the food was great! And the fact that it's self-service isn't a bad thing at all! If we're in Hamburg again, we'll be happy to come back 😉!

Tasty food with friendly service. A star deduction for self-service and because, firstly, pizza and secondly all other dishes are ordered at different counters and therefore cannot be eaten by several people at the same time. Two stars deducted for the ambience because it is very loud.

Actually, Andronaco is always a bank and we like to go there. But somehow it subsided. I didn't like the pizza Napolitana with anchovies, capers and olives! Overall everything was pretty dry. The olives with (!) stones don't work at all. And the knives were just as dull as the last time we were there. When steak knives no longer have serrations, it's time to replace them!!

Had pasta with rocket and tomatoes. We thought the portions were too small for the price, even though it was enough. But the other guests' pizzas were huge for the same price. In addition, our rocket was unfortunately very bitter, otherwise the taste was average. Unfortunately, the ordering system is also a bit opaque. There's pizza at one counter, the rest at the other. And there you have to order the pasta in front and choose the rest as you walk past. It's not immediately obvious if you don't know it.

Always good. Is highly recommended.

The Italian supermarket with an attached bistro (or the other way around) offers an authentic piece of Italy in the middle of the city. The rush is particularly large at lunchtime, which unfortunately sometimes leads to a somewhat chaotic process. You order and get a pager. Everything happens pretty quickly. The antipasti buffet is excellent and offers a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes. The fish dishes are also highly recommended and are freshly prepared. Despite the high quality of the food, the prices are quite good and reasonable for the location. For lovers of Italian cuisine, this place is a real insider tip, although you should be patient at peak times.

Great for the lunch break, you just have to wait a little longer sometimes.
