The staff's attitude seems like they don't want to welcome guests. When paying, you must tip at least 7e. The price of food is inflated, stir-fried pho on the Menu says 10.5 but the bill is 14.5. They also said that because it was a holiday, the monks couldn't read clearly. But only increase this item because it is the cheapest on the menu. Previously, when I went to eat on a weekday, the price was inflated but I didn't pay attention so I went home to check. Everyone should pay attention to the bill. The food doesn't taste good either!

Warning : They added a tip (Trinkgeld) without asking, right before swiping the card — the amount wasn’t much, but it felt unethical and sneaky. Transparency with billing is important, and this left a bad impression. As for the food: the Bun Cha was good, the crispy duck was nicely done, but the prawn in the summer roll didn’t taste fresh.

The food was good, the service was nice, although sometimes less attentive and slower. The toilet room could be more clean and maintained.

An all-round successful visit to Anamit Vietnamese Authentic! The ambience was very harmonious and matched the culinary concept - cozy and authentically Vietnamese. The service was friendly and accommodating, we felt we were in good hands. The short waiting time was particularly pleasing: we had barely enjoyed our delicious starter when the main course was served - perfectly timed! The dishes were lovingly prepared in Vietnamese style and tasted a real highlight. The portions were generous and everyone was comfortably full. A small drawback only concerns the sanitary facilities - these could be a little better maintained and more attractive. Nevertheless: A great visit with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere – gladly again!

The drinks are all good. You can try the homemade ones. Pho's soup is rich, and the pho itself has a moderate texture. The fried rice is seasoned well with the rice, but it's a bit oily after eating. The fried duck meat is on the dry side, but there are quite a few vegetables.

It is compulsory to collect tips, and if you don’t give them, you won’t be allowed to use your card.

A real discovery!! We walked around and found several places that caught our attention on that street and we decided to enter this one. Although it was quite full we didn't have to wait long and they seated us very quickly. I picked up the M8 thinking you can't go wrong with fried rice, but I was wrong. The food was cold, the rice didn't taste good and the service wasn't the best, especially when you have to wait a long time for payment.

Mal wieder spontan dort gewesen und mal wieder super gegessen. Das Restaurant bietet vietnamesische Küche. Sehr lecker und vielfältig. Die Portionen sind groß. Fast zu viel für eine Vorspeise. Da falle ich immer wieder drauf rein. Aber: Hauptsache lecker. Schönes Ambiente mit normalen Tischen oder auch flachen Tischen, bei denen man auf dem Boden sitzt. Preise sind OK. Gerne immer wieder.

Ordered a bowl of pho because it said best pho in town but it tasted bland. When I saw the feathers, my mother screamed at the swallow. Because I went with my German family, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I just pushed the bowl of pho aside 🙃 I didn't make an appointment for the next time even though my husband complimented me that the vermicelli noodles were delicious. Staff and restaurant space are ok.

Every time I go up, I always close them here. 😋 Lotus seed shrimp soup with vermicelli noodles is delicious but the vermicelli noodles are often dry, Western-style dishes are not very delicious, desserts are normal. Overall, very good, always come back every time I come to Dresden.

A very good Vietnamese restaurant decorated with Vietnamese aesthetics. Good food and good service. A good place for anarcho-syndicalism with family and/or friends to eat cuisine different from traditional German or European.

Unfortunately, the ambience is very deceiving. I've honestly never eaten such bland and boring pho. In addition to the veggie beef (super lame - the tofu is much better), I only had noodles. The broth itself was super disappointing. The lime and chili that was served with it didn't help either. But summer rolls were quite good.

The attitude of the waiter old woman was so so bad

Wir waren abends zu dritt dort essen. Essen war sehr lecker. Haben es aber alle 3 nicht vertragen. Jeder hatte am nächsten Tag Magendarmprobleme. Wir haben auch 5 Tage nachher immer noch Probleme mit der Verdauung. Mich hat es am Schlimmsten erwischt. Ich lag 12 h nach dem Essen mit massiven Magenkrämpfen, Übelkeit und ständigem Erbrechen, begleitet von Durchfällen 5h in der Notaufnahme, da ich nichts mehr bei mir behalten habe. Erst nach diversen Infusionen mit Medikamenten wurde es langsam besser.

Super nice restaurant, with a great ambience, but not suitable for people with intolerances or allergies. There is no allergen label or card, nor is the staff knowledgeable about allergens. When I asked, they couldn't recommend a dish, nor were they sure about the ingredients. I ordered a dish based on luck. And it's such a shame because there are many dishes with rice noodles that could actually be gluten-free and suitable for people with celiac disease. It's a real shame when restaurants still have no idea about allergens, even though they've been legally required to do so since 2014. But without allergies it is definitely very nice here.

I find that this restaurant and all the other Vietnamese restaurants in Dresden or Neustadt have very similar dishes, and not that tasty. It’s still pretty good though. The setting is a plus in this restaurant. On the other hand, as usual it's always the same hassle when you have to pay by card

First time seeing eel soup in a Vietnamese restaurant, very good, strong peppery taste. Pan-fried salmon BBQ, water dragon BBQ, and crispy duck were all very good, served with sweet potato fries (100 times better than fries) and rice. The portions were so huge that we had to work very hard to finish them.

We ate here on our first day in Dresden. Unfortunately a failure. The service was very listless and when you saw the waitress picking up the food and picking the leftover food out of her teeth with her finger, then I lost my appetite. Ambience okay. But tables were sticky, as was the menu and the beer was warm.

Highly recommend this place! We came fir the dinner just after the opening, so it wasn't too busy, but it was gradually filling up while we were there. Really good selection of the dishes on the menu and the portions are huge, so better to come in really hungry! I had a bao bun burger, which was delicious. Some points down are only for one meal - stir fried rice with vietnamese smoked sausage that, while not bad, was kinda bland next to the other meals and too dry. Otherwise it's a great place and if you like vietnamese food, then for sure give it a try here.

The service attitude of this store is very poor. There were two of us, and the store was quite empty at the time. We wanted to order a few more dishes to accommodate four people, but the waiter repeatedly chased us away. I really laughed to death because there were so many people in their store who wanted to come. Do you want to eat? So we left 🙄

Buiten op straat is het heel goed vertoeven bij dit Vietnameze restaurant. De bediening is goed en snel en het eten is meer van voortreffelijk. Zowel de voor-, hoofd-, als nagerechten zijn heel erg goed. Een aanrader.

The map is sometimes a bit confusing. The service is slow at times and there is hardly any communication with the guest, only a brief polite order taking. The food is good and rich.

We have been there 3 times now. Food is always top and can also be described as authentic. Unfortunately the service is a bit of a disaster. Reserved for 8 people, when we arrived we were just looking for cutlery. The way it was ordered and served, you almost have to beg to be allowed to order something else. You are basically ignored (yes we had the table between the counter and the kitchen). We'll probably try out the other Vietnamese on the street in the future. Unfortunately, it's a shame because the ambience and food are really very good.

Recently I visited Anamit, and I had requested that my Chicken Avocado Curry be made spicy. To my surprise, they handed me a dish with a separate bowl containing just one chopped red chili on the side. This was their idea of ‘customization.’ I considered tipping them initially, but when I saw the bill, I noticed a sneaky 1€ charge labeled 'Küche Diverse.' When I inquired, I was told it was for that single chili! This blatant nickel-and-diming is absurd. This deceptive practice feels downright shady and possibly tax-evasive. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.

Very good authentic Vietnamese restaurant, you feel like you're in the country, both for the food and the decor. I happily return there on each of my trips to Dresden. 4 stars because sometimes the quality of the food is not always constant, the service could be improved (friendliness and English), and the salad mix placed on all the plates is uninteresting and has nothing Vietnamese, a plate fresh grass on the table would really be more authentic.

I visited here yesterday evening. From the moment I walked in, they treated me very rudely with an irritated face. Because we know European restaurant culture so well, we chatted with each other at the counter without looking at the customers and just waited for a long time without them coming to order. The food wasn't all that delicious, but it was still average and I didn't like European food, so I tried to eat it again today. I ordered two dishes and paid with a card, and other Westerners also paid with cards. I wanted to get takeout, so I came here on purpose even though it was far from the hotel, but they said they didn't have takeout, so I decided to eat it while I was traveling all the way. Suddenly, he pretended not to speak English, but kept talking in Chinese or Vietnamese, and when I spoke in English, he understood everything, but never responded in English. I've been to this store 3 times within a 5 year period and each time we were initially made to wait 25-30 minutes (that's no exaggeration) to be able to place the order. I have no problem waiting for drinks or food when it's busy, but just being left sitting empty for a long time is pathetic. The first two times I thought I was just unlucky, but I'm starting to think it's standard. Later we had to get up again and run after the waitress to order more drinks. The menu is pretty confusing, but that's probably a matter of taste. The prices are fair, the portions are large. Unfortunately, none of us really liked it, but I don't know if Vietnamese street food tastes like that and it just wasn't to our taste. The translation of the dishes was also strange and misleading. “Fried sticky rice with Vietnamese sausage” arrived very differently than expected: 2 fried rice balls and colorless and tasteless things cut into triangles. With a delicious dip (but please not the fish sauce that is served everywhere and tastes the same) it might have been okay - so it was just a stomach filler or, in my case, the cause of an unpleasant feeling of fullness after the starter. We sat where you can sit on the floor - I think it's a nice atmosphere, even if it gets uncomfortable for us Europeans when sitting for long periods of time. I can't recommend it at all with children because it's just too inviting to run around. When we collected the money, the service showed some warmth, but it was too late. I cannot recommend the restaurant and will never come back.

Very nice shop with a "street design" that isn't overdone or tacky. The seating is authentically low. Things could be orthopedically difficult with grandparents. The service was attentive and the food was delicious.

For me, Anamit is the best restaurant in Dresden. Rude service. Especially for Vietnamese people

There were four of us there. The ambience is beautifully decorated and reminds us of our old hometown of Hanoi. However, we didn't like the food and service. The food was not authentic. Papaya salad tasted like nothing. The table grill sprayed so much that it wasn't nice to sit there and continue eating, the dip for the grill wasn't special (hoisin sauce) so it wasn't nice for the customers to have an authentic meal. Service was slow and slack that made us feel like we were forgotten even though we were seated at the entrance and closer to counter. The bill was ignored and was brought half an hour later. The day wasn't busy. Price-performance not appropriate. Unfortunately not recommended!

I was in Anamit a few years ago and it was a great place. Unfortunately, after a few years it's a completely different thing. The service was poor and the food was very poor. this is probably the worst Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to.

I ordered crispy duck on sunday to be delivered to my home. They literally just warmed it up in the microwave and charged me 18€ for that!!! It was dryer then a desert, and not even ton of sauce added after could have saved that sad excuse of a duck. With that price, i would expect that you could at least use that microwave properly.

ALERT - Racist TO ASIAN. You can find the similar reviews as how other Asians gave. Foods and environment are fine, however you need to think twice if you are not European looking people. Service is so poor to me that makes anything else completely not justified. Very feels very like the owner has issues with Chinese looking people which doesn't make sense as the people there are an Asian as well (their attitude is significantly better towards German, with greetings and stuff while to me like a death stare only) I visited on April 8th, during Easter vacation, while there is only one desk of guest in the restaurant at the time. The old lady at the bar does not bet an eye on me, does not guide me to the table, does not take my order. I have waited at the counter to make my order where she clearly saw me but diced to ignored me. The attitudes and services to German/European are completely different.

Ristorante carino, il locale propone, come ambientazione, dei tavolini a lato di una strada, ricorda in pratica il cibo di strada. Personale cortese e cibo buono. Noi abbiamo preso tofu fritto con verdure e riso e spaghetti di riso con verdure e carne di manzo.
