A very nice restaurant. The cocktails are world-class. The staff are super friendly. Thank you for the lovely afternoon with you.

We were here last Monday, and the service was really terrible. The dishes are delicious, as always, and never disappoint, but the waiter who served us was really rude. He asked us very pushily what we wanted when we ordered our food, even though we had just sat down, and he stared at us very unpleasantly the whole time. Towards the end, we wanted to enjoy our drinks and chat, so he came over to us, put his phone on the table, and asked us straight away whether we wanted to pay with cash or card, even though we didn't want to pay yet because we weren't finished. I paid in cash, he took the money, and walked away without giving me change? That's a whole other level of thieving, really disappointing!

Decorated in Thai style, Northern Indian food in Berlin known for its good value, nice food and company.

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday! Great team, very nice atmosphere, spacious, both floors were full even though it was a Monday! No stress, Indian style! The food is, as always, super delicious, traditional Indian with lots of fun decorations! My father received his birthday song with fireworks and the team sang him a birthday song! Great restaurant with very tasty food in a nice atmosphere. Very attentive and friendly staff. The food was super tasty with a great spiciness. The portions are quite large and are great for sharing as each dish is served in different bowls. If you are traveling with several people, it is worth ordering different dishes and then trying each other. Rice can be refilled free of charge upon request if the bowl is empty. There are paid parking spaces in front of the door and the surrounding area. We liked it very much. Thank you very much for the great service.

I'm there more often. The food is not always of the same quality. But it's mostly good!

Heerlijk eten en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Je hoeft niet lang te wachten op het eten. Wij hebben er twee dagen achter elkaar gegeten. De cocktails zijn ook erg lekker en betaalbaar.

We had lunch in the restaurant on Saturday. From the reservation, to the food, to the service, everything was wonderful. Vishal was our waiter and he was wonderfully attentive. The food came quickly, was very fresh and tasted good. The music was a bit too loud for us, we noticed this when we were talking, but we also sat right next to the speakers - more our fault - since we were allowed to choose the place ourselves. The people in the restaurant are very hard working.

We have ordered here several times and also eaten there. The food is consistently solid and always equally good and great value for money. The waitresses and waiters are also very friendly and it feels like everyone says hello and goodbye when you enter and leave the restaurant. You can often still get a spot on site even without a reservation if you are not a large group. It's obviously not very popular to linger comfortably here, you're processed quickly so that the table is freed up for the next guests as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we always end up here again and again, we'll definitely come back!

I ordered the cream cheese in curry. Excellent in taste. Delivery very fast. Unfortunately only 3 pieces of cream cheese in the sauce, I expected more

Prices increased by 20% (Attention: Prices vary between our own homepage and e.g. UberEats, UberEats is cheaper!! - Side salad has been abolished and the in-house supplier no longer gets a hello and thank you despite a tip - Amrit is getting rid of himself! We were regular customers for years - the last time was today :( !!!

We have enjoyed coming here for over 20 years. Great food, great cocktails and nice atmosphere! The birthday parties are great here! The children are happy, as are the parents and the birthday guest. ;) The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Small requests are quickly implemented. There is also a nice birthday surprise. Just beautiful! Thanks for that!

The Indian restaurants are all very similar, you know what you're getting and it always tastes good. But the Amrit stands out, taste, portion size, price - everything is great!

We were there today with 4 people and ate and drank cocktails - it's really delicious and the price is totally right! So much so that we were happy to give the very friendly staff a little more tip than usual. Gladly again!!

We went out to dinner yesterday for Valentine's Day/wedding anniversary and had reserved the table weeks ago! Unfortunately, our table wasn't prepared and set, or differences were made from Valentine's Day, so we older people went away empty-handed without roses... The food was very good, the service was nice, just too overzealous... that at the beginning it was very uncomfortable & stressful because everyone wanted something from you. We generally order drinks, appetizers first and then the rest later so that there is enough time in between. Because otherwise you have everything on the very small tables at the same time. The waitress's long hair (up to her bottom) hung on the table because of the narrowness when serving. Then it is generally far too narrow between the tables. You can hear every word that is spoken and that's not possible for a dinner for two👎. It's a shame 1-2 tables less in the window row would be more customer friendly. Because the strollers were squeezed into the tables, it became even tighter.

Been here many, many times. Very good curries. Very comfortable patio on a quiet street, nice decor and very good service. Very good prices.

Overall experience 4.5/5 I personally visited so many restaurants after my trip to Germany in search of Indian cuisine and this restaurant offered a very very accurate taste of every single food we ordered, just like we get in India.

I had butter chicken and it was delicious. So it's no surprise that the restaurant was full and there was a line when we left the restaurant. There was rice and salad and I think the portions were really good and the price is really fair.

In terms of taste, the food is really amazing and the price is completely reasonable. In addition, a main course really fills you up even if it doesn't look like it. The service is always nice and attentive. And the ambience is fine. The tables are sometimes close together and it is very loud.

To be honest, you can only say that number one in all of Germany, especially with the employees who work there, are really nice people, if you pay tips, always pay from the heart. Thanks for the delicious food. Thanks for the good service. Thank you for these employees. Thanks Harun

I recently went to Amrit Restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was not only incredibly tasty, but also authentic and freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the spices and flavors - exactly what you would expect from real Indian cuisine. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the overall ambience of the restaurant is very welcoming. Whether it's spicy curries, crispy naan or delicious lassis - everyone gets their money's worth here. An absolute must for anyone who loves Indian food! I'll definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Large selection of dishes, unfortunately only in homeopathic degrees of spiciness (spicy to "hot"), delicious cocktails and fast service.

It always amazes me how crowded this place is, because it has nothing to do with Indian food as I know it from India. In principle it doesn't matter, but what is served here is sticky, creamy and surprisingly tasteless - even though it was ordered extra spicy. Seldom eaten so badly. Conclusion: No recommendation

Despite the mega success, the food is still very high quality and at absolutely fair prices. You can philosophize about the furnishings as they are slowly showing their age, but no matter:)) But the entire service definitely deserves 10 points. The nicest waiters in the Berlin gastronomy scene, all of them.

The restaurant is located in an area where there are different types of international restaurants within a few meters of each other. Well-kept place, welcoming and intriguing environment. Soft lights and typical aromas of Indian cuisine entice you to discover the menu and savor every type of delicacy on offer. Precise and attentive service, staff everywhere throughout the room. Well organised. Waiter ready to recommend something special and suited to your needs. Excellent quality/price. You wake up well satisfied and enchanted by the exotic recipes of these dishes.

The food was absolutely exceptional, exceeding all expectations with its incredible flavors and presentation. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, and a special mention goes to Monu, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor truly stole the show. Highly recommended – we will definitely be returning!

I would rate my experience at this restaurant….1 or even less out of 5 stars . I do not recommend this restaurant based on the quality of the food I received. Vegetables wasn’t cooked properly.

The food was tasting a little too plane, which we did not expect for an Indian restaurant. The lentil soup was ok but definitely missed some flavours, same for the chicken curry. Sadly it was not spicy at all, as mentioned in the menu. The Naan was also okay but could’ve had more cheese and garlic. The service was very fast tho and the waiter were all very friendly! 😊 They also offer a plantbased version of chicken, which I really appreciated!

One of the best Indian meals I have ever had. Plenty of dishes and choice, staff are friendly and quick. Flavours are amazing and portion sizes are great. Lots of vegetarian options, vegan choices are clearly marked.

I was there spontaneously last night, around 9:30 p.m., and my companion, who is a regular there, spontaneously directed me there. We got a seat even though it was very crowded. We were served very friendly and well and quickly and the waiters also responded to special requests. Royal service and excellent ambience as it is always busy, maybe a little too loud for sensitive people but volare :) that's how life should be. Excellent food at human prices! I had curry lamb, which was very good! See you next time The rating is valuable because I gave a 10 percent tip from the bottom of my heart! Kind regards Dominik

It was our last lunch in Berlin this time, and it was so delicious! We tried 4 different dishes and all were tasty and full of flavours and spices👌 Very comforting food and atmoshere.

Very delicious, tasteful dishes with perfectly balanced taste. The meat is extremely soft, the vegetarian options are bursting with flavor, even the rice isn’t bland. Recommend, definitely the best restaurant in the area.

This restaurant was recommended by an Indian colleague at work. The prices are reasonable and you can taste authentic Indian curry. Mangorashi is always delicious. It's a little cheaper if you go during lunch.

Unfortunately, since they always have a lot of guests, I don't mind it, since the food is extremely tasty, it's unfortunately very loud. I don't think you can change anything. This part of town is generally noisy, with traffic, lots of restaurants...

We found delicious food here, the team is super friendly. The restaurant is family-friendly, the guests are ethnically mixed, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. But - that's also why - it's quite loud. If you want to have intensive conversations, a longer walk after eating is recommended.

I was there with a friend and we were more than disappointed. We order the same food twice, but only one arrived. And in the end a waiter who didn't even serve us said we had only ordered food once. The rice we ordered was cold and old. As if we had leftovers from other guests. We've lost our appetite and won't be back

I have been to different branches but this was my first time. I ordered Amrit Briyani. First they served vegetarian briyani instead of chicken briyani. When they served it again it was too spicy (tasteless) and also I found hair in my plate. Very disgusting, unhygienic and disappointing visit.

A really great Indian restaurant that I can only recommend! The food was very tasty, especially the vegetable curry - wonderfully seasoned, intensely flavored and obviously freshly prepared. The portions are large, so you'll really feel full, and the prices are more than fair. The ambience is also convincing: warm, inviting and authentic, so that you immediately feel at home. The service was super friendly and attentive, which made the entire stay even more pleasant. Everything is just right here – definitely come back!

It's really cramped and really loud on weekends when it's full (but somehow it has a good atmosphere)... BUT: Food fantastic (quite a small (also spicy) menu for an Indian in Berlin, but everything there and really tasty), Cocktails for a small price, big and also quite good, Service outstanding (nice, attentive and fast... it couldn't be better), Prices are very fair overall, with really good quality. Card payment ✅ However, the toilets should be looked at every now and then... they just look dingy quickly... that doesn't have to be the case given the otherwise great impression.
