It was our first time at Ambiente, and the food was amazing. The pizza was baked in a stone oven, looked amazing, was huge, and tasted amazing. It was definitely good value for money. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my last order. I clearly ordered number 26, but what was delivered was number 56 - a completely different pizza that also contained pork sausage. Since I don't eat pork, this was particularly annoying for me. There is no chance of a mistake on my part because I pay very close attention to what I choose when ordering because I don't eat pork. I would have expected at least an accommodating solution - unfortunately none. It's a shame because that's how you lose customers.

We ordered three dishes, pizza and Schnitzel. We had to wait a very long time for the pizza, and the Schnitzel with cold fries arrived on the table when we had already finished eating the pizza. I don't recommend it

The Pizzeria Ambiente is our first choice when we don't feel like cooking spontaneously! We always order by phone and the order is always received in a very friendly manner. The pizza or pasta always arrives quickly and impresses with its consistently good quality. Clear recommendation.

The pizza is still very good. The owners are very friendly, and you feel like you're in good hands. It's definitely one of the best pizza places in Neustadt. The large pizza was perfectly sufficient for us, two adults.

Bad service and unfriendly. The wrong pizza was delivered, and when we complained, they said, "Well, what can I do now?" I would have expected an apology, but anyone who treats their customers like that shouldn't complain about switching to the competition.

The delivery time was incredibly long. They said it would take an hour, which was a long time, but it actually took an hour and a quarter. That's definitely too long. Everything about the food is excellent. The pizza is huge and one of the best in town. The rest is okay, or I can't comment on it since I don't eat meat.

Last night, we had an unpleasant experience with a delivery driver: After bringing us two pizzas, which we had duly paid for, he rang the doorbell again a short time later and accused us of 'stealing' a salad worth €8. Even after I showed him the apartment, he persisted. Such rude and unprofessional treatment is completely unacceptable and seriously tainted the entire delivery experience.

I have no idea what happened to the good atmosphere back then! The evening before yesterday I made a large order for just under 100 euros and then the pizzas came cold, the children's schnitzels were hard, the lasagna was really ice cold. We shared the large Italian salad and I found the taste very strange, so I only ate a little of it. The other person ate it empty and had diarrhea and stomach problems from yesterday until today. Complete catastrophe!

We order pizzas here sporadically, sometimes at long intervals, and have never been disappointed. This suggests that the quality remains consistent. Orders by phone are taken very friendly, and in 15-20 minutes you'll have a fresh, generously topped pizza. Our clear favorite is the Pizza Kaan. We'd love to come back :)

Very nice, cozy little restaurant, tastefully decorated. Although it is located on a main road, it is pleasantly quiet inside. On Saturdays at lunchtime you can easily get a seat without a reservation. We were served quickly and friendly, and we immediately started ordering at the pizza oven. After about 10 to 12 minutes the food was served. Hot and very tasty. The portions are very large, the prices are okay. We will definitely come here more often. In the pictures a large calzone and a medium pizza.

For us, they have the tastiest pizzas there.

Everything was fine so far, except for the sauce of the dish: schnitzel with hot sauce. This time it was very watery and not spicy, like I'm used to with my favorite food. The salad was delicious as always.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The snotty boss was the height!!!!.. brought the wrong order and then asked to eat it, even though we don't eat pork. ALSO, the food arrived lukewarm to cold, the taste was inedible, I got a stomach ache,... I'm curious to see how I feel tonight. I feel like all of my human rights have been violated. I can never advise anyone to just GET OUT OF THERE!

Ordered lunch on Thursday. Driver brings new card for January 2024 with new prices. The price increase for 2024 was already paid on December 28th, 2023. When we ordered on the phone we were not informed that the new prices already apply... Very disgraceful..... Won't be ordering anything from Ambient any time soon!!!

Vorsicht! Neue Preise ab 2024 werden ab jetzt 28.12.2023 schon angewendet und kassiert. Lieferung erfolgt auf 7% statt 19% Mwst

Heute den Lieferdienst in Anspruch genommen, leider nicht zu zufriedenstellend aus folgenden Gründen: So schnell, wie die Bestellung telefonisch entgegengenommen wurde, so misslungen war letztlich die Lieferung: Ein Salat mit falschem Dressing. Eine Pizza war eine völlig andere als die bestellte. Und obwohl die tatsächlich gelieferte Pizza 1 EUR günstiger war als die bestellte, war der Endpreis in Summe 9 EUR höher als meine Vorkalkulation auf Basis der aktuellen Speisekarte. Das muss wieder besser werden. Ach ja: Immerhin war die Lieferung pünktlich und die Pizze an sich schmecken gut und sind recht groß.

Update aus dem Jahr 2023: Nach wie vor eine weiterzuempfehlende Pizzeria. Würde stand jetzt jedoch einen Stern Abzug geben, da man ausschließlich mit Bargeld zahlen kann. Dies war letztes Jahr noch nicht der Fall. Hintergründe wieso man diesen Rückschritt macht sind mir nicht ersichtlich m Alte Rezension (2022): Schönes kleines Lokal. Sehr gute große Pizzen. Preis /Leistung mehr als fair für den angebotenen Preis. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Persönliches Highlight: Man kann zuschauen wie die Pizzen ausgelegt, belegt und gebacken i(m Steinofen) werden.

Sehr gute Pizzeria. Sehr große Pizzen, geschmacklich auch gut. Typisches Ambiente. Sehr guter Service, alles sauber. Leider kein Aussenbereich und da es ganz nah an der Innenstadt ist, auch keine Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Ich finde das Essen hat sehr nachgelassen. Der Salat war so klein und schlecht angemacht.... Das Schnitzel war kein vom Stück geschnittenes Fleisch....

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, die Pizzeria Ambiente zu besuchen, und ich kann mit Freude sagen, dass ich von meinem Besuch begeistert war. Der Service war hervorragend - aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend. Was die Pizzen betrifft, kann ich nur schwärmen. Die Pizzen in der Pizzeria Ambiente sind schlichtweg köstlich. Der Teig war perfekt dünn und knusprig, und die Beläge waren frisch und großzügig. Die Vielfalt der Pizzakreationen ist beeindruckend, und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es hier für jeden Geschmack etwas gibt. Insgesamt war mein Besuch in der Pizzeria Ambiente ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch und kann diese Pizzeria wärmstens empfehlen.

Preis Leistung ist fair. Pizza hat seit Jahren eine gute und gleichbleibende Qualität. Ambiente ist okay, etwas in die Jahre gekommenen. Bei offener Tür (Sommer) leider unangenehme Lautstärke durch Autos und Motorräder auf der Straße direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr gute und große Auswahl. Geschmacklich einfach nur Top. Glatter nur 5er wenn nicht eine Hauptstraße direkt vor der Türe liegen würde. Es gibt zur Auswahl 3 Größen alle aus dem Steinofen. Perfekt...

Sehr leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Preis-Leistung - Top. Toiletten könnten etwas mehr pflege vertragen oder erneuert werden. Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße lädt nicht gerade ein, aber drinnen ist klein Italien zuhause. Großes Pils bestellt, kommt im Weizenglas, dies ist etwas befremdlich.

Die Pizzen sind immer super lecker und kommen immer sehr schnell bei uns an. Die Salate schmecken auch gut, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist optimal. Meiner Meinung nach die besten Pizzen in Neustadt und Umgebung!🥳

I am not too pleased with the food, I ordered pasta with chicken and I got more of mushrooms than chicken. The issue is that I don't eat mushrooms. My daughter requested for pizza with chicken and they said they don't add chicken to pizzas, we get such from telepiza here in Spain. We were truly disappointed but the waitress was really kind, patient but it wasn't in her hands to give us what we requested for.

Wir bestellten dort, bis die Pizzen ankommen, dauert es meistens ca. 45 Minuten. Die Pizzen, sind dann auch noch warm und schmecken gut. Die Preise sind ok. Es gibt auch vegetarische Pizzen. Alles in allem eine gute Pizzeria.
