Am alten Burghaus in Treis-Karden

Die Würzung des Dönerfleischs hat mir nicht besonders gefallen, und die Pommes waren zu salzig. Das Essen war einfach nicht mein Geschmack, obwohl die Portionen groß sind. Es hat ziemlich lange gedauert, bis wir unser Essen bekamen, obwohl wir nur Fleisch und Pommes bestellt hatten und der Laden gar nicht so voll war. Man kann dort nur bar bezahlen, also sollte man nicht hingehen, wenn man kein Bargeld dabei hat.

Wir waren heute bei dem Griechen essen und waren nicht sehr begeistert. Für einen Griechen, eine sehr übersichtliche Karte. Die bestellte Leber war aus. Danach habe ich gefragt, ob es möglich ist, nur die Spieße vom Schwein zu bekommen , ohne Huhn und Gyros. War leider nicht möglich, mir absolut unverständlich. Kenne keinen Griechen, wo es hinterher keinen Ouzo gibt. Nur Barzahlung ohne Rechnung... Es geht wirklich besser. Würde da nicht mehr hingehen.

Um 15:00 Uhr, nach einer Radtour von Schloss Eltz, gönnten wir uns einen Drink. Demi, die freundliche Besitzerin, kümmerte sich hervorragend um uns; obwohl die Küche noch nicht geöffnet war, bekamen wir trotzdem zwei köstliche Salate mit Kebab und Hähnchen. Atemberaubende Aussicht von der stimmungsvollen Terrasse. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schmackhafte Speisen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Waren aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen in den letzten Wochen sehr skeptisch, wollten eigentlich auch nicht eingreifen, haben es jedoch trotzdem probieren wollen… Tisch war sauber, es war aufgeräumt. Der junge Mann war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen Gyros Teller und das Zanderfilet… Gyros war gut. Zanderfilet hatte Salz und Pfeffer für meinen Geschmack gefehlt. Nach kurzer Nachfrage kam es sofort. Stück Zitrone wäre schön gewesen aber war auch so gut. Alles in allem, völlig ausreichend. Macht satt, alles schick.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie das Essen schmeckte. Gleich beim Reinkommen knallte mir ein mürrischer Kellner die Speisekarte auf den Tisch. Als ich nach einem Wassernapf für meinen Hund fragte, bekam ich ein noch mürrischeres „Nein“ (nur wenn ich meinen eigenen Napf hätte). Ich wollte mir meinen Urlaub nicht von diesem schlecht gelaunten Kerl verderben lassen, also ging ich und aß woanders köstlich ☀️🌞

Welch' Enttäuschung, griechisches Restaurant???? Statt Gyros wurde "döner Fleisch" serviert, Qualität na ja. Es gab keine Rechnung und nur Barzahlung wurde akzeptiert... und es gab keinen üblichen Ouzo... welch Reinfall... vom Keller wurde man regelmäßig angesprochen: "... Mein Freund..."

Wir haben hier etwas getrunken. Der Kellner war sehr anspruchsvoll und herablassend. Er machte uns genaue Anweisungen, wo wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen sollten, wo wir auf der leeren Terrasse sitzen durften, dass wir mit Kleingeld bezahlen mussten usw.

Super lecker, mega freundlich und immer wieder gerne

Das Essen war auf den Punkt gegart, gut gewürzt und frisch, die Getränke waren gut temperiert und gekonnt gezapft. Alles war sauber, die Bewirtung sehr freundlich und die Preise fair 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich lecker gewesen! Die Metaxa Sauce würde ich immer wieder gerne bestellen! Der Reis war mir persönlich etwas zu trocken, aber das ist ja Ansichtssache! Geschmacklich top! Der Salat hätte etwas mehr Dressing vertragen! Aber wir würden immer wieder gerne dort zum Essen gehen! Der Service war perfekt! Wir haben reserviert vorab!

Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, man kann draußen gut sitzen. Tzatziki war gut, nur mit Gyros hat das hier aus unserer Sicht nichts zu tun, erinnert eher an Hähnchendönerfleisch. Es war sauber aber wir würden hier nicht noch einmal hingehen um vermeintlich griechisch zu essen. Es ist auch merkwürdig dass man in einem „griechischen“ Restaurant nur Ouzo Gold anbietet.

Uns hat der Geschmack der traditionellen Gerichte gefallen. Sowohl die Menge als auch die Qualität waren zufriedenstellend.

Wir waren heute im Burg Restaurant Santorini essen. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden Liebhaber der Griechischen Küche etwas angeboten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war super lecker. Man brauchte auch nicht ewig aufs Essen warten . Zum Abschluss bestellten wir einen Nachtisch, der das ganze noch abrundete. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Abend. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Restaurant hat uns restlos begeistert! Die Atmosphäre war einladend und gemütlich, das Personal äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Doch das Beste war das Essen! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, dass Essen wird sehr schön angerichtet serviert. Saucen werden im extra Schälchen serviert und nicht einfach das Essen damit ertränkt.

Wir haben auf der Terrasse gesessen und gegessen. Der Zugang ins Restaurant von der Terrasse aus hat drei Stufen. Zwischen Terrasse und Straße ist etwas Abstand, aber die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge nimmt man war. Entsprechend ist es Mal kurz lauter oder ruhiger. Dafür entschädigt der Moselblick.

Wie soll ich Santorini in Treis-Karden beschreiben? Von Anfang bis Ende außergewöhnlich. Die Aromen, so griechisch wie nur möglich, das Ambiente und die Hintergrundmusik, und dann der Service, nicht das, was man in Deutschland gewohnt ist. Ein großes „Santorini e Treis-Karden“! Es war wirklich fantastisch!

Die Fleischauswahl enthielt einige kalte und trockene Stücke. Das Lammkotelett war in Ordnung, schmeckte aber nicht frisch. Die Salatblätter waren sehr bitter. Einige Pommes waren gut, andere kalt und geschmacklos. Preis und Qualität stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Wenn man jedoch sehr hungrig ist und keine andere Wahl hat, ist es akzeptabel.

Absolut furchtbare Erfahrung. Das Essen war schlecht. Die Bedienung war unmöglich.

WEG VON DIESEM RESTAURANT! Das Verhalten des Kellners war inakzeptabel, er hat mit uns mit einem Ton geredet, was meiner Meinung nach gar nicht geht. Bitte geht irgendwohin, wo es auf Augenhöhe mit einem gesprochen wird.

Dieses griechische Restaurant scheint gepflegt zu sein, die Bedienung/Chef ist aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr redselig. Nur leider ist das Essen absolut nicht griechisch ! Wir hatten zwei "griechische Teller" bestellt, bekamen aber irgendwie kein Gyros, keine griechischen Spieße usw. Gyros war ohne Zwiebeln und war eher einfach nur Dönerfleisch vom Spieß rasiert. Der Spieß erinnerte eher an einen Aldi Grillspieß und das Stückchen Hähnchenbrust war gefühlt mindestens 10min zu lang gegart und griechische Gewürze in keinster Weise beim Essen erkennbar. Salat ist Geschmackssache, hat leider aufm Teller dabeigelegen. Die Pommes waren dafür nicht richtig durch und waren mehlig. Ouzo oder Rosenlikör komplett Fehlanzeige. Das Essen erinnerte mehr an die Dönerbude nebenan, wenn man einen Dönerteller bestellt. Zum Satt werden OK, aber wenn man griechisch Essen gehen möchte, dann sollte man sich definitiv ein anderes Restaurant suchen.

Wir sind dort während unseres Wochenendaufenthaltes in Karden spontan eingekehrt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und aufgrund der aktuellen Vorsaison war das Restaurant recht leer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsere Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet und es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Auf unsern Moseltour ein tolles Restaurant gefunden. Parkplätze direkt vor der Terrasse, Moselblick und Super leckeres Essen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben spontan mit den Motorrädern dort angehalten. Die Aussicht auf die Mosel war sehr einladend. Wir haben uns das Rhodos Pfänchen bestellt und ich war sehr begeistert von diesem leckeren Essen. Der nette Kellner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Einfaches Essen, sehr freundlicher Service

Das Essen im Santorini war qualitativ gut – frisch und ordentlich zubereitet. Allerdings hat es geschmacklich wenig mit echter griechischer Küche zu tun. Das „Gyros“ war aus Hähnchenfleisch und die Gewürze komplett anders, als man sie von einem traditionellen Griechen kennt. Die Vorspeisenplatte war zwar lecker, aber definitiv zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde. Insgesamt okay, aber wer authentisch griechisches Essen erwartet, wird hier eher enttäuschend. Sehr kaltes Ambiente, leider nichts, was einläd zum wohlfühlen.

So, we happened upon this Greek restaurant while passing through! We received a very friendly welcome from the owner! We really enjoyed it! The food was very, very tasty, everything was fresh, and the portions were definitely generous! The value for money and service was excellent! The taste was very good! We highly recommend it! We have no negative complaints. We'd be happy to go back.

Wonderful Greek food and wines with a direct view of the Moselle!

Unfortunately, card payments are not possible. The gyro tasted more like a kebab than a gyro, and it was sliced ​​so thin 🤷 The portion was far too small for the price. Every guest who entered the restaurant was asked for a reservation. Unfortunately, there was plenty of space, and during our time there, two couples weren't served a table. In the 2.5 hours we were there, no one else came, even though there were six free tables. Why? So, for us, there's still a lot of potential that needs to be reconsidered.

We had dinner here on our wedding anniversary – and it was simply wonderful! The food was incredibly delicious: the gyro was beautifully juicy, the tzatziki wonderfully creamy and flavorful. We finished off with a dreamy lava cake – a perfect ending! The portions are very generous, so you're guaranteed to go home full and happy. The service was also extremely friendly and attentive. We each had an Aphrodite plate and were initially very disappointed by the amount of meat. It was dry and tasteless. The price for this dish was ridiculously inflated; every snack bar offers better quality and at least twice the quantity for half the price. Never again!

Small portion, no salad, just lettuce leaves with a spritz of dressing, barely any flavor, very small, thin schnitzels. I find it very expensive and small. Normally, you leave a Greek restaurant feeling full, but that wasn't the case here. Only visit if you're a little hungry.

Went on a solo trip for the first time and felt immediately at ease upon arrival. Very friendly man! I'd also read that only cash was accepted, but I only have my card. So I told him I only had a card and hadn't noticed. So PayPal is perfectly fine too. He laughed and gave me a high five. Very pleasant service.

I was completely thrilled with my visit to this Greek restaurant. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered. The food was a real treat and completely won me over. The tzatziki was perfectly seasoned and incredibly fresh. I was particularly impressed by the liver, which was so tender and aromatic that it melted in your mouth. The pasta dish was also delicious and perfectly prepared. Every bite was a little culinary highlight. My special requests were fulfilled without hesitation, which made me very happy. The kitchen here truly shows attention to detail. My dog was also warmly welcomed and even given fresh water. The overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. You feel like a valued guest here, not just a customer. I have rarely experienced such hospitality. I will definitely return and warmly recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointing. Small portions at a hefty price. We wanted to eat inside, but that wasn't possible because a private party was supposed to come, but they didn't show up all evening. The first Greek restaurant that didn't have any olive oil or vinegar on the salad, just a run-of-the-mill dressing from a packet. Even the standard ouzo you usually get at Greek restaurants wouldn't have made up for that. We didn't get a bill or receipt either. Not recommended. 👎

We received a very friendly welcome. We had a Metaxa cream sauce dish with rice and salad. The salad consisted mostly of lettuce leaves. The sauce was very tasty. As a vegetarian, I ordered the warm appetizer platter with a small portion of fries. The platter consisted of two pieces each of zucchini, bell pepper, and eggplant, which were more than fried in oil; they were covered in oil. The tzatziki was served in a bowl about 4 cm in diameter. Tasted okay, but the portion was comparatively small. We had to pay €6.50 for the side dish of fries plus mayonnaise, which I didn't order. Definitely the first and last visit.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio in this restaurant is not right. The food is well presented but unfortunately you don't get full, and this is a Greek restaurant. Romaine lettuce is used as a large filling side dish on the plates. I can't recommend the salad with gyros to anyone. A mountain of romaine lettuce, onions, 2 peppers, 2 olives, 2 slices of cucumber and half a tomato. Very reasonable for 17.50 euros. Criticism was not accepted; instead, the guest is asked to order whatever they want. I name the business model. After 6 p.m., tzatziki was only available for main courses. More than outrageous. There were 8 of us guests, very disappointed, and we won't be going there again.

This was my first time at this place, and I wanted Greek food. I wasn't impressed. The Aphrodite plate for €25.50 was pretty cheeky, with so little meat but so much salad. Once, never again.

If there were no stars to award, we would. Tiny portions. Even we women weren't full. The mixed salad was a mockery. 17.50 euros for half a head of lettuce, 1/4 tomato, and 2 slices of cucumber. If you complain, you get a salad customer, no understanding or friendly cooperation. The starter arrived when everyone else's main courses were being served. My husband had to eat alone because his food arrived when everyone else had already finished. There was no extra tzatziki, only with the corresponding dishes. We have never experienced anything so bad on all our tours. We canceled our subsequent reservation immediately.

Yesterday, the two of us rode past on our motorcycles and spontaneously stopped to eat. One day later, I read all the bad reviews here. I'm honestly shocked. We had the opposite experience. My son had a gyro plate for 18.50, I had an Artemi plate for 20.50, the salad was crisp, and the tzatziki was just as it should be. Both were of very good quality, freshness, and flavor. Beautifully presented and served. The price is typical Mosel price, and not overpriced. I didn't read everything on the menu. Paid with a receipt; perhaps there would be more customers if card payments were possible! I'm writing this in such detail because things have probably changed for the better. I can only recommend it and would gladly go back.
