Altes Schulhaus in Oberderdingen

Warum um 20:30 da mit 4 Personen und wollten noch was essen, die nette kellner sagte nur sie müsste mal nach fragen ob es noch möglich ist. Da die traurige Nachricht das wir nur noch was trinken können, was ich dann aber nicht verstehe warum im internet öffnungszeiten von 17-22 uhr drine steht. War das letzte mal das wir wieder kommen.

Schade leider kann ich über das Essen nichts berichten, waren am Freitag den 05.06 um 20.30 da und wollten gerne etwas essen. Leider wurde uns gesagt das die Küche schon zu ist und gereinigt werd aber wir könnten gerne etwas trinken, leider hatten wir Hunger und von daher brachte es uns nichts. Vielleicht sollte man dann auf der Internet Seite nicht schreiben das die Küche bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist, schade, ist uns früher nie passiert als es noch das alte Schulhaus war

Wir waren am 23.05. im Restaurant essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass der Chef selbst mitgeholfen hat und sehr freundlich auf die Gäste eingegangen ist. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet und hat außerdem einen schönen Biergarten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Hervorragendes Essen in einem schönen Ambiente und die wahrscheinlich netteste Bedienung der Welt! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Ich schreibe wirklich sehr selten schlechte Bewertungen, vor allem weil wir selbst ein Restaurant hatten und genau wissen, wie stressig Gastronomie sein kann. Deshalb habe ich normalerweise viel Verständnis. Aber so einen Service habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nirgendwo erlebt. Schon am Anfang mussten wir mehrfach nach einer Vase für die Blumen fragen. Nach dem fünften Mal wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Vase gibt — ein Bierglas mit Wasser hätte völlig gereicht. Irgendwann haben wir dann endlich etwas bekommen. Auch auf die Getränke mussten wir lange warten, und das Bier und Wein waren leider nicht richtig kalt. Meine Essensbestellung wurde außerdem falsch aufgenommen. Danach kam der Chef und erklärte, dass das Gericht so gar nicht möglich sei. Da frage ich mich ehrlich: Warum nimmt die Bedienung die Bestellung dann überhaupt an, ohne vorher nachzufragen? Als das Essen schließlich kam, waren die Ofenkartoffeln innen leider noch fest. Anschließend bestellten wir Espresso und Dessert. Der Espresso kam relativ schnell, auf das Dessert mussten wir wieder sehr lange warten. Besonders unangenehm wurde es dann am Ende: Draußen begann ein Sturm, und ich wollte einfach nur noch kurz mein Crème brûlée drinnen essen. Es waren zumindest ein paar Tische frei, trotzdem wurde ich wieder auf die Terrasse geschickt. Ich hätte wirklich keine fünf Minuten gebraucht. Der Service wirkte leider komplett unorganisiert und überfordert. Positiv erwähnen möchte ich trotzdem, dass das Fleisch perfekt medium gebraten war und auch das Crème brûlée sehr lecker geschmeckt hat. Fehler können passieren, und stressige Tage kennt jeder aus der Gastronomie. Aber insgesamt war diese Erfahrung leider sehr enttäuschend.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und hatten einen richtig schönen Abend. Das Essen war einfach super lecker – man merkt, dass alles frisch gemacht ist. Besonders begeistert hat uns das tolle Ambiente, total gemütlich und stilvoll, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Auch der Service war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nach der Eröffnung haben wir das Restaurant gleich getestet. Es war wirklich wunderbar. Das Essen war sehr lecker und hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Es ging auch recht zügig, was besonders für die Kinder von Vorteil ist. Der Service ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Das alte Schulhaus ist "dauerhaft geschlossen" Das erfährt man aber erst, wenn man mit Hunger vor der verschlossenen Eingangstür steht 🙁.

Wir konnten hier nicht essen; nach unserer Reservierung stellte sich heraus, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Servicemitarbeiter machen einen tollen Job

Super leckeres Essen und total nette Bedienungen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Salat Teller mit Parmesan Dressing, war köstlich. Hatte noch Schweineschnitzel mit Spätzle und Soße. Das war nicht so meins. Geschmäcker sind halt verschieden.

Sehr gute und hochwertige Küche, sowie super freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Ich habe am Wochenende meinen Geburtstag in einem der Räume des Forums Oberderdingen gefeiert. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Bautz vom Alten Schulhaus war fantastisch. Für jede Frage gab es eine Antwort und die Vorbereitungen für den Abend waren super organisiert. Das Essen, welches vom Alten Schulhaus gekocht und serviert wurde, wurde von all meinen Gästen gelobt. Fisch und Fleisch waren on Point und die Nudeln ein absolutes Highlight. Die Parmesansauce für den Salat ebenfalls richtig genial. Klingt als würde ich dafür bezahlt werden? Nein. Es war ganz einfach alles super und mein Geburtstag ein Abend voll schöner Erinnerungen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Nun unter neuer Leitung durch "Grünstolz" auch wieder sehr gutes Essen und toller Service. Ich kann den Mittagstisch, sowie die Abendkarte empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant lunch today in the old schoolhouse. The service was attentive. We really liked the presentation of the food. The dishes were not too small, yet still of a high quality. The reasonable price-performance ratio convinced us.

Thanks to the new chef, the food is worth 5 stars... I've never eaten such excellent braised ox cheeks.

Had an excellent venison ragout, better than I have had in years. It is very lovingly furnished, with many reminiscences of the old schoolhouse. Nice service, everything wonderful. Absolute recommendation.

The three of us ate there, we know the chef from the restaurant in woessingen, one of them, we were thrilled by the ambience, service and the quality of the food. Now the chef is in the old schoolhouse in n Oberderdingen, we were very happy with it the food, well-dressed salads, perfectly fried steak, etc. we hope and wish that we can enjoy it for a long time to come. friends of ours were also there with 12 guests and were very satisfied.toi, Well, well, we look forward to our next visits to the restaurant.

The new chef knows his craft. Onion roast: Medium to the point, tender meat, fine sauce. Gladly again.

We were at short notice with the family for dinner at the old schoolhouse in Oberderdingen on Sunday lunchtime. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and we were really impressed by the quality of the food. We would also like to particularly emphasize the very friendly service. The staff was attentive and accommodating, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant!

Were there with 4 people to celebrate their birthday. Everyone was thrilled, very tasty! The new menu is simply brilliant. Venison ragout, very tender, super good! The salad is the best, far and wide! We are very satisfied and would love to come back!

That was a real surprise success! We spontaneously visited the school building and were thrilled! Warm atmosphere thanks to beautiful lighting, friendly and quick service and really delicious food, we really enjoyed it! My absolute recommendation: regional tapas with sensational Maultaschen wrapped in bacon - I'm thrilled!

We were here for the third time now. The atmosphere is very appealing. The service was very friendly even when the place was full. The food is convincing across the board. You can find very original ideas here. We'd love to come back.

We were in the old school building for the first time on Sunday. There were over 10 of us and we simply ordered everything from the menu. I drank a DerdingerSprizz myself and a very tasty wine with my father. The service was very courteous and we felt like we were in good hands. The menu was very diverse and lovingly tailored to the school theme. I ate an Italian salad and Swabian baked potato. My husband ate the roast beef with diced potatoes. The meat was perfectly fried and the salad dressing and baked potato were delicious. Overall, we can say that we would be happy to come back and were absolutely satisfied. Thank you for the lovely lunch!!

We were there for the first time with a group of 14 people. The ambience was very nice. Tables were set in advance. You also have the option to sit outside. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and there was something for every taste. I also think it's good that they have vinegar, salt and pepper on the table because I understand that you don't over-season, but everyone can season themselves according to their taste buds. Personally, I didn't have to season because it was great. This kitchen can be recommended with a clear conscience.

It was our first time in the old school building. The service staff was nice, but unfortunately completely overwhelmed because she was working alone. We only received several orders after we asked again. When ordering, we discovered that several dishes/drinks were not on the menu. The food was okay. The flatbread with salmon and the baked potato with salmon got a lot of salt. The restaurant area inside is nice and modern.

The interior design is very attractive. 👍 My impression was that the service ladies were busy with themselves. But they were friendly. 😃 To eat: I had a roast veal with cream sauce, mushrooms and spaetzle and a small salad. The spaetzle was tasteless because they didn't see any salt water. The cream sauce also had hardly any taste, as did the meat and mushrooms. The salad was ok, but the price is not appropriate for the size. €2.50 or €3.00 would have been enough. My husband had schnitzel with fries. It was the same thing there. The schnitzel had hardly any taste despite the breading. The fries were totally over salted. The gravy he had with it didn't taste right either. The lettuce leaf with cucumber on the plate could also use some salad dressing... so it was just tasteless, raw decoration that doesn't taste good and is then just thrown away. Then it's better not to put anything on the plate when it comes to decorations.

After the inaugural start last year, things have gone downhill. Unfortunately, the menu is getting smaller and the dishes are becoming more and more expensive. Selling regional cuisine as a fresh culinary specialty as a flagship sounds very daring when you sell pumpkin soup for 12 months. Plenty of portions must have been cooked. The marrow dumpling soup €6.50 was the last straw today. A dry powder beef broth as a base, (salted) with marrow dumplings from the bag complaints were made to the waitress. She wanted to pass it on to the kitchen. Unfortunately without reaction. When paying, this appeared on the invoice without any further comment. As a guest and yet as a colleague in the kitchen, it is painful to see how the reputation of German cuisine is suffering here because of such gastronomy. Why should you go out to eat when you can do it better yourself? Unfortunately, I was here on business and will be crossing this place off my list from today. Sometimes it's better to give up beforehand than to wait until no one else comes.

Enjoyed dinner with friends with very fine and beautifully served food in the old schoolhouse. Highly recommended: the two tapas variants. One is a meat variation and one is a vegetarian version. These were the starters. Incredibly attractively served and a taste explosion. Also very tasty: the main courses: the flatbreads, the potatoes with dip, etc. If you want to spend a nice evening in a nice atmosphere, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back. The guests were also thrilled.

We were here for a business lunch in April. As someone not familiar with the area, we were drawn to our visit by the inviting ambience. We received friendly service and ate very well. A seasonal asparagus dish was our choice and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back and can really recommend the Old Schoolhouse😊

Relatively expensive for the quality offered. The schnitzel was mediocre in taste and the cod with risotto was “overcooked”. We accordingly skipped dessert. Only the wine saved a lot. But does it have to cost 7.50 -8 EUR for not even a quarter? There are clearly better addresses in the area... and cheaper.

Endlich wieder ein "neues", schönes Restaurant im Ort. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen ist wirklich super und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Der neue Inhaber führt das Restaurant mit viel Herzblut, Moderne und Liebe zum Detail. Kommen auch gerne in der Mittagspause vorbei. Nur zu empfehlen!

Leider hat mich das Essen nicht überzeugen können. Das Schitzel war wenig gebraten und geschmacklich eher lustlos. Das hat auch der Koch bei seinen regelmäßigen Patrouille Gängen ausgestrahlt. Die Locstion ist sehr schon und der Service war auch bemüht
